Fantastic experience: Never had a bad experience since being at Treeline
Negative experience: The whole experience was shocking and unpleasant. No greeting by the satff. Infact, they kept the door close even 7mints prior to my apointment and asked me to wait outside. Then entered wrong name when I actually filled the questionnaire. The Dentist Shaw, again no greeting on arrival. She did not introduced her-self. Literally, spend 5 mints . Did not take consent or explained the procedures. Did not even ask ‘ the reason of my visit or my expectations/concerns regarding my teeth’. By the end told me that she is advising ‘scaling and polishing’ for which she ll charge x amount.Again did not explain what these procedures are and any pros and cons. Upon request of apointment results she told me that they dont provide that and I’ve write an email to request that so I need to see receptionist. When I requested receptionist, he said The dentist generally provide in the clinic so he dont know what I’m requesting. I paid for this consultation still I treated so badly. Disappointed Definitely, not again
Fantastic experience: From not being able to visit the dentist because of 2 bad experiences it’s taken me 4 years to come to a dentist so going from recommendations I came to Treeline and from the moment I walked upto reception who were very helpful to when I went up for my appointment where if it wasn’t for the dentist who made me feel so at ease what more can I say she and assistant were perfect see you soon
Negative experience: 3 appointments booked a month in advance & every single one cancelled a week before, booked for the 4th time and practically begged them to not cancel because i have a broken tooth & they put in their notes NOT TO CANCEL BROKEN TOOTH, was due an appointment today and an hour before my appointment they cancelled!!! Negative experience: I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this practice. My last three appointments have been cancelled, one of them at extremely short notice. When my appointment in August was cancelled, I wasn’t offered another until October. I am currently pregnant and have not been seen since becoming pregnant, which makes these repeated cancellations even more concerning. I have now been pushed back another 3 weeks! It seems I’m not the only one experiencing this, as I know many other patients are also having appointments cancelled regularly. This is unacceptable and leaves patients without the timely care they need. I really hope the practice takes this feedback seriously and addresses the ongoing issues with cancellations and appointment management.
Negative experience: Very bad if I could give 0 stars I would. The receptionist are especially the worst and are unkind, treated me with disrespect and have absolutely no manners.
Negative experience: This place looks good and staff are friendly and it is nice and clean. However out of my last 5 attempted appointments they have cancelled. They will then send you multiple texts telling you that you need to rebook. When you attempt to rebook you will be on the phone a minimum of 30 mins before an answer. The last time I had to drive into Lincoln. I haven’t seen the same dentist twice since going. I’m positive they are meeting quotas in NHS patients and then treating them poorly so they leave. Negative experience: Every time we book an appointment they are 30-40 minutes late, but just leave you say in the waiting room. Going private here doesn’t mean you will get any special treatment, still appointments get changed, sat in waiting room for long periods. Not impressed with the service, doing NHS and private in the same practice doesn’t work at all.

Negative experience: have to ring multiple times to get an answer, then staff are unhelpful and hang straight up on you if you press for explanations on appointments, etc. always empty when i pass.
Positive experience: Booked appointment many months earlier. Then you sent reminder with detail update for appointment and I saw that you had changed my appointment without notifying me . I do work and book appointments when not on shift . I have had to book another appointment but not until November .Then I get reminders for appointment that I have cancelled so have called again to cancel this and make sure that my appointment in November is booked . I have never had problems like this before and do hope it’s not the service I am going to get in the future .

Negative experience: Consistently cancelling your appointments for treatment and rearranging weeks or months away. It seems it’s not only myself affected as colleagues and friends have also complained of this. My mother has had her appointment rearranged 6 times!!
Negative experience: I can never get an emergency appointment despite being a patient here for years. I have had severe toothaches and dental emergencies and the tactics could NEVER accommodate me. I was always left in pain for weeks before they would bother getting me an appointment. As is the case currently, called this morning to in severe pain and was told they had no appointments yet again.
Negative experience: Have rung 6 days now for emergency treatment been on hold for between 48 and 97 minutes each day to be told no availability ring back tomorrow. Am in agony with tooth now going to see who else can treat me. I am registered patient with Treeline, but absolutely pointless when they can't treat you when you reqire it

Negative experience: Booking an appointment is extremely challenging. Phone lines don’t open until 10:30 AM—even for emergencies—and wait times are long. Even when an appointment is successfully scheduled, it is often cancelled and rescheduled multiple times; in one instance, a booking was changed three times. My daughter had braces fitted, and while the orthodontist was excellent, the administrative process for scheduling—even in emergencies—has been very poor. I would expect emergency appointments to be accommodated within the two-week window they thought acceptable. In one case, I had to contact the orthodontist directly, who thankfully arranged an appointment within 24 hours. On another occasion, I received a call from the sales team offering a hygienist appointment at a quoted price of £20. However, when I arrived, I was charged £74 instead.

When you finally get through to someone to sort an appointment out the response is if it's not satisfactory find another dentist

Negative experience: Initial impression was , nice staff. They have 'theapists' that do the dental work in behalf of the dentist once you've seen him. Again very nice, but was put in a room and the therapist kept asking for things that the surgery didn't have. I was given a very temporary filling amongst another 2. I let them know that it hurts to eat in those teeth 2 weeks after (didn't before) and they're cutting the floss when I try to floss. I've waited 2 months for a follow up appointment, cancelled my morning of work (self employed) only to have them cancel it 3 hours before I'm due to come in. Now they can't fit me in till the end of the next month. Leaving me to have pain while I eat, and worrying about whether this is going to affect my first ever family holiday in a few weeks - (never been able to afford one before). Although thats out of their control, I'd expect a more professional service.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit yesterday. It was very busy and appointments were a little behind schedule, but knowing how many people they see and it being towards the end of the day this can often happen! My dentist and assistant were absolutely lovely! She gave my mouth a thorough examination before doing a couple mouth X-rays to check my teeth. It’s been a few years since I’ve seen a dentist and I’m glad I got a bill of good mouth health! The dentist also talked to me about taking care of a crown I have- I’ve always been quite worried about what I can and cannot do as the original dentist didn’t really give me much advice, and the internet can give conflicting opinions. My dentist at Treeline went to the effort of showing me the devices and how to use them. Very happy with the whole process and booked in again for 6 months!
Negative experience: Just tried to telephone and was on hold, after a out 5 minutes phone was cut off. Rang straight back and on hold for a further 22 minutes. I got to being first in the queue and then suddenly I'm fifth in the queue. How the hell does that happen?? No option for them to call you back, like a lot of places offer.
Fantastic experience: My experience is that Treeline Lincoln are first rate in every aspect. If I'm allowed to mention names then Sasha really cares about her patients and treats you with respect and kindness with a little humour thrown in for good measure.

Fantastic experience: Recently took my mother to Treeline Dental in Lincoln and this is by far the best dental experience she has ever undertaken. Suffering with mental health issues, the dentist can be an intimidating place for her, yet everyone there made he feel so at ease and cared for. The reception staff were friendly and professional, creating a great first impression. She was seen by Priscilla who had to carry out 3 extractions and do a filling which was incredibly frightening for mum, however Priscilla and the assistant Ellie made her feel so comfortable, and most importantly listened to. She took time to hear mums fears and then explain every step of the way what was happening, reassuring her at every step. We found Priscilla so professional and kind, I can’t say enough good thing about her. The procedure went ahead without any difficulties and I can highly recommend Priscilla, Ellie, and Treeline Dental in general. A wonderful experience

You clearly haven’t been ‘monitoring’ this as it’s worse than ever. Your reviews are dire and you are slaughtered on Facebook! Unbelievable, no wonder you are advertising taking on new patients, everyone must leave. AND WE ARE PAYING PATIENTS

Negative experience: Awful service. Cancelled appointments regularly for my children. Don't answer the phone. No NHS cleans available unless "deemed clinically necessary ", but quick to offer private prices. Short-term decision making. Preventative oral hygiene is less costly in the long run. It's all about profits and ineffective funding allocations. They quoted £240 each for back teeth white fillings on NHS for a child - my son needed two. Went privately in Birchwood and they do half price for a child and cheaper - £170 for both. Whatever happened to customer service, common sense, manners and decency. It would be nice to have services where people actually give a damn. Appalling.
Fantastic experience: I’m very happy to have been seen last Friday at short notice when I was left by my old dentist in a mess with a severely swollen face from and infected abcess. I’d been to a&e who wouldn’t help me so I walked into treeline and the receptionist was very helpful and polite and got me straight in after I’d explained my situation, she was shocked at how my dentist had treated me not giving me the emergency care I desperately needed. She went above and beyond first of all booking an appointment for the next day but then went of and spoke to one of their dentist and managed to get me seen straight the way were they prescribed me antibiotics and also got me signed onto their books as an nhs patient. I’m very happy that they helped me and got me on their books it’s so hard to find a dentist it took me 2 years to get into my old one and I’d only had one routine appointment with them then got refused emergency treatment. Treeline is a lovely practice it’s very modern and was very clean and the dentist were thorough in what would need to be done with the tooth that has an abcess, I’d recommend this practice purely for the fact they obviously care about the patient that walk through their doors and it’s good to know I won’t get left in limbo again like I was by my previous dentists. Thank you to the receptionist for going that extra mile to give me help your a star

Negative experience: Tonight I was kept on hold for half an hour. No reply. Decided to try later. Held for another 15 minutes. No reply. Most disappointing. My call obviously wasn't important to Treeline.
Negative experience: It used to be ok at start. But now it's horrible. Appointments keep getting cancelled. Reception never answering the phones anymore. Have to drive down in a car if I need anything arranged. You are being on hold for up to 20 min, after that I run out of patience. Nobody has actually picked up phone in about 2 weeks.
Positive experience: Unfortunately, good first impressions did not last. We had a major data issue that at first was not handled correctly. This did get sorted in the end but never should of happened and could have caused us serious problems. Since first appointments, our experience is that appointment times get changed & adjusted without notification, or often cancelled. Waiting long periods of time & not being informed the dentist is running so late on arrival; this has caused me to not be seen and have to reschedule and being late for appointments elsewhere or being out of work for longer, impacting on my work. The 3 stars are for the dentist themselves and the service/work they do.

Positive experience: Had a better experience than the last visit, came in with bad toothache, got seen fairly quick, friendly and welcoming. Adil had a look and went the extra mile, he discussed my options in a clear and professional manner and offered the best advice, Jess and Polly were nice to be their with, they were kind, polite and just quite down to earth, them two helped me understand when the dentists were discussing the Xray and also offered their advice. If I didn't gag on the Xray peice I'd of probably added another star haha! Top service and thank you for actually getting to the bottom of it.

Staff were efficient when arranging both this and next appointment, Reception staff very friendly and helpful and our Dentist, Priscilla, went out of her way to make sure my wife, who is scared of going to the dentist, was comfortable and content with the dental inspection. Priscilla provided a very professional, caring and knowledgeable service throughout for both my wife and I. Hence, based on the service we received, we would both thoroughly recommend Treeline Dental Care.

Negative experience: Incompetent Care and Appalling Service – AVOID This Practice… I wish I could give zero stars. My experience at Treeline dental practice has been an utter nightmare, filled with incompetence, delays, and a complete lack of communication. Over the course of nearly a YEAR, I’ve endured substandard care that caused me unnecessary pain, distress, and financial loss. It started with a poorly done filling in January 2024 that came loose within weeks and caused part of my tooth to break. From there, I was advised to get a crown, but the process was riddled with issues: • The permanent crown is yet to be fitted - I’ve had impressions taken FOUR times, by three different dentists. • I was forced to wait months to see a new dentist, only to learn he couldn’t complete my private treatment because he was an NHS dentist — making the wait pointless. • During this time, I had two failed temporary crowns and suffered through painful sensitivity and gum surgery because delays caused my tooth to decay further. I also had to visit the emergency dentist twice. • Appointments were cancelled without notice, and each visit meant explaining my case to new staff who seemed clueless about my situation. • I’ve dealt with four different dentists in total, each trying to correct the previous mistakes, with no coordination or accountability from the practice. When I expressed frustration, a nurse implied the dentist was treating me out of “goodwill.” I have paid for this service, and it’s beyond unacceptable to suggest otherwise. After nearly a year and over 10 visits for a single tooth, my treatment is still incomplete. I’ve lost healthy tooth and work hours, suffered physical pain, and experienced endless frustration. I dread to think how many hours I’ve spent on the phone too. This practice has shown a shocking level of negligence, incompetence, and disregard for patient care. I would not recommend Treeline to ANYONE. Save yourself the time, money, and distress but most importantly save your teeth!! — go elsewhere. Update: after writing a formal complaint the practice had a 2 month “investigation” period to get back to me - which unsurprisingly has not been met and I am still waiting for a response.
Negative experience: The most appalling care anybody I know has ever received. The incompetence of the staff is not only baffling, but absolutely disgusting to witness and hear about. To call this place an emergency practice would be an insult to even the worst medical care in this country. They refuse to provide the emergency services they claim to, and leave patients with massive bills. Shutting down this place would be a better service to those affected by the poor care than anything else. Anyone who works here and is involved in the shocking treatment of patients should be deeply ashamed of themselves and their lack of empathy and professional skills.
Negative experience: First of all this doesn't even deserve 1 star, i cant even begin to describe how appalled i am with every staff member i've interacted with. I had a broken tooth due to decay and it left a large hole in my tooth. Had called 111 to request help in finding an emergency dentist so i could sort it immediately. Despite being TERRIFIED of dentists, i bit the bullet and called. First impressions were good, friendly receptionist over the phone offered me an appointment same day and told i had to pay the emergency price which was fine it like £26.80. Didn't have to wait long and was called in by the dentist. I explained my situation and the dentist had a quick look and told me this needed obviously needed to be fixed ASAP and X-Rayed me. She explained I needed a filling. I was scared and had no reassurance by the dentist, bedside manner was appalling. Booked a filling for the following week. Filling went fine, didn't feel a thing, cost me just over £40. Was told to come back if i had any pain. I had started to experience referred pain all over my face and neck. Booked in another emergency appointment. Got to the practice and was about to pay the £26.80 the receptionist told me that i had an outstanding balance under my name of £120 for the filling i had done? Confused i asked how come it was that much?? I knew i had paid for everything as you have to pay before you're seen here. Told me that i was charged the private price, not the NHS price which is why it was £120 (again, no one told me the cost). Asked me if i had a 'colour match filling' and i replied with no i had a simple silver filling (why this wasn't in my patient notes i have no clue). She told me if i wasn't able to pay then i wouldn't get seen today. Crying, i told her i could only pay £80 as that was all I had left in my account from my student loan - she proceeded to take £50 off me. After seeing the second dentist, i went through everything i had previously gone through (an Xray, a cold test to check the nerve) and the dentist said i needed treatment ASAP (this now being a root canal or extraction which this dentist said she would have gone straight to, not a filling which is what i had done) and i agreed saying i wanted this treated. Requested antibiotics, cost me another £10 in prescription costs. Was told to book in with the dentist who had done my filling for a root canal at the earliest possible date. I went back to reception and asked to book in for this treatment asap. I was given an appointment in a MONTHS time as the dentist would be on holiday but it was out of my hands & to wait it out (again no prices mentioned) asked for a written or text confirmation for this appt but was never given one. Over christmas the pain got to the point where i could hardly move my jaw, swelling had gotten so bad and i was now in excruitiating pain and getting zero sleep. Went to A&E twice, having to spend my new years eve waiting in agony. Was given powerful painkillers and sent home. Not being able to talk at this point due to pain, my mum had to ring once more to see if there was any way my appt could be moved forward or another dentist could treat me, receptionist told me there was NO TREATMENT PLAN in my notes and the appt i had arranged would only be a routine appt? This was by far the most upsetting thing about this whole issue as I had explicitly told her that i was to book in for a root canal surgery. At this point we had to stop and ring around other dentists because it was beyond unprofessional to do this to a patient. After seeing another dentist, told i now have a major abscess and infection in my tooth because it was left too long. I am now ne a second course of stronger antibiotics and now need to find the money to cover my surgery :(( PLEASE DONT ATTEND THIS PRACTICE it'll only cause more heartbreak for you. Extremely disgusting and unprofessional, absolutely zero communication. Save your money.
Negative experience: the most unprofessional set of dentists I've ever had the misfortune of hearing about - please don't go here because their disregard of clients and refusal of treatment is a genuine health and safety hazard
Negative experience: Added myself to their online NHS waiting list, to be contacted some weeks after for my card details, for a £20 appointment deposit.. The appointment came around, was asked to pay a further £30 on entry before the appointment had been carried out, and then told I needed to find over £1,000 to continue the next appointment... You usually pay after you've done something, not before. Very strange practice. Why? They put me down as a fully private patient, when I was A. Not consulted about this prior, or B. Alerted until they started throwing treatment prices at me. To say I've never had a dentist.. it's quite clear why. If I wanted to go private, I would. I had and have no intentions to, as I can't fund that so stated very clearly I wished to be added as an NHS patient only. After a lot of back and forth, this still hasn't been rectified. It's now been several weeks, with several destroyed teeth and fillings required. I was offered a finance plan by reception after the first appointment but they didn't contact me after to arrange this as they said they would, and I still don't have a copy of my treatment plan after being told to email the office for this. Just a lot of "oh we put you as this and if you don't continue we will dismiss you" with no proof of plan or anything. If you can, go elsewhere. It's not worth the hassle. £100 per tooth extraction and £80 per filling, stop kidding yourself.
Fantastic experience: My daughter leila has had her 2nd lot of teeth out today and I can't thank jamil and jo enough they were super friendly and explained everything step by step.. leila is gutted she won't need an appointment with them again before her braces!! They were both fantastic and deserve a big praise.. thankyou jamil and jo Kate d'arcy (leilas mum)

Positive experience: Called early on a Saturday morning to try get an emergency appointment for my daughter (our own dentist couldn't accommodate us but treeline came through!!!) , they were really friendly and helpful on the phone and asked us to send over a photo and some details of the problem. Within an hour they came back to me and offered an appointment for the following morning. They were really kind on the phone. When we got there the Sunday morning the receptionist was lovely and we felt calm the place seemed clean and the seating area was nice, even with the radio on. We were waiting an extra ten minutes after our appointment time and the dentist kept my daughter calm by talking through what she was doing and asked me any questions. The dentist and nurse were both friendly and we were gone within moments with a treatment plan and prescription in hand. Would definitely recommend trying this place for an emergency appointment as they were extremely accommodating to us.

Negative experience: So far I have not problems with the dentistry, although not needed any treatment, but their communication is dreadful. I tried to make an appointment by phone and was asked to leave a message and number and someone would get back to me. Two months later no one had and I needed an appointment, and got one (someone answered the phone that time). Since I received a voice text message on my land line which I think came from them, but didn't say so. I've been trying to find out what it was about by phoning, but I am put on an endless queue with no indication of how low it will be. They don't seem to use email for contacting clients.
Negative experience: I had a paid a deposit for a check up. After the scheduled appointment was cancelled twice I registered with another dentist and requested my deposit back. Currently they are refusing to refund me my deposit. From my first expense with them they felt like a money grabbing dentist. Insisting on deposit being paid before an appointment can be scheduled and cancelling last minute. I have now registered with a new dentist that is amazing, I also don’t trust some of these 5 star reviews .
Negative experience: BEWARE! Make sure you receive written confirmation for appointments. I booked an appointment specifically for a Saturday due to work. It happened to be on my birthday which the receptionist joked about. Paid a deposit. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that I did not have an appointment and that it was for the previous Monday! I explained that it definitely was today explaining how I knew. Outcome: As I have no proof - no appointment, no refund, waste of time - another unhappy customer. I have been coming to this practice since they opened. I regularly have appointments cancelled and have to rearrange and I'm rarely able to see the same dentist (I think they move on quickly). This is the final straw. I did complain but have had no response.
Negative experience: We have been to tree line dental care twice . They told us to pay for booking in advance but due to the traffic we were 12 minutes late , even after informing in advance they refused to see us . It was really frustrating that u informed and visit even after stuck in the traffic and the receptionist told us to repay for another slot and refused to see us. Not going to recommend treeline dental as they are looking for money not health.
Positive experience: Normally pretty good. See Anna villa through private, she’s brilliant 5* but Receptionist this afternoon was disappointing though. Phoned up at 4pm today. Asked for my details. Gave them as told them I needed to rebook an appointment, was popped on hold for 2 minutes. And then was told sorry can I call back in 10 minutes my manager is calling me from downstairs. Not only was I never called back, but it was very unprofessional. What I needed to do would have taken 1-2 minutes to rebook an appointment. I was at work at the time, and told my staff it that was an unusual experience and they said it was very odd, if we told customers that over the phone for the reason they needed to call us back, they would have not been very happy. Extremely odd interaction.
Fantastic experience: I had a very pleasant experience here today as I always do. Front of house team were very friendly. It was just a routine check-up for me today with Connor. He was friendly, polite, thorough & helpful and gave me some good feedback regarding the state of my teeth and gums. The young lady that was working with him was also very friendly and put me at ease. I think her name was Kayley. Thankyou all.
