Fantastic experience: For someone who had a total fear of the dentist for many years, Richard and the Team at Truss Dental have helped me, overcome this. Where a visit to the dentist still isn’t top of my list, I no longer have the dreaded fear I used to experience prior to changing to Truss Dental. The Team are really friendly & professional and wouldn’t trust any other practice.

Fantastic experience: Always had such a positive experience at Truss Dental. Recently, near enough the whole team at Truss helped to organise me emergency treatment and I am so thankful for the way they showed care and compassion when I was a mad woman in pain and fear. The gentle and logical approach has helped me to overcome some dental phobias and have a tooth extraction. My dentist, Lorna, is always amazing in explaining procedures - and when asked - the theory behind them. As a really really nervous patient this has been invaluable and her genuine care in her patients is obvious. The aftercare is second to none and Lorna has gone above and beyond to help me when I was poorly and then check in which goes to show her dedication to a job well done. My other daughters were treated wonderfully and given lots of information on how to care of their teeth. A couple of weeks ago I had a great clean and polish, and today I was fitted with a denture that looks incredibly natural—it’s made such a difference. What stood out most was the attention to detail; this was the first dentist who actually checked the lumps around my neck, which I really appreciated. Fantastic experience: I was recommended by a friend to go to Truss Dental and so glad i was. My dentist at Truss is Laura and she is the loveliest most gentle person. Ive always had a fear of going to the dentist and Laura always takes this into account. She listens to everything i say and does her best to make my dental experience a good one. My dental fear is much less now because of Laura, i recommend Laura to everyone, she should get Dentist of the year, such a lovely person.

Negative experience: Went for a tooth extraction with Lorna she took half the tooth out left the root went bk nxt time to be told she didn't want to mess up my day or hers cutting my gum open to remove the tooth so she stated root canal on the other side of my mouth didn't finish that either & when I went back next time she done some composite bonding which looks terrible, then I booked an appointment over a month ago to get a call a couple of hours before it to say she needed to give me a short appointment so it would just be a checkup today , absolutely useless

Fantastic experience: It was a "hygienist" appointment. In the past this was carried out by a " hygienist expert", not a dentist. The dentist took less than 10mins, where as a hygienist used to go around the whole mouth and would take 20mins. July7th 2022. I presented with a partial filling loss. This was fixed quickly and painlessly. Very happy. Had 2 fillings and hygienist. Good experience. Good job done with no pain. Good teamwork between dentist and assistant dental nurse.

Fantastic experience: After a previous poor experience with another dentist can honestly say I have received great treatment ,very professional and most of all was actually listened to and my concerns taken seriously.

Fantastic experience: Considering the current situation, all went smoothly, if a little longer than usual. Broken filling fixed and all else carried out - 6 monthly inspection and polish - with no hassle. The ladies were very good and efficient, helpful and professional. A visit to the dentist is not my favourite pastime, but I have no qualms visiting Truss Dental when required. Just been for another 6 month inspection. No problems at all, the team were very efficient and helpful. And due to me being early, I was out a minute or so after my appointment time. Excellent service! Just been for another visit, just as good as my last one. Teeth not too bad!! Again, another inspection. Descale and a good look. no problems found. All very good from the receptionist to the dentist himself. No time wasted, in and out took about 20 minutes. Descale was about 12 quid. A good experience. Back in 17/7/24 for a broken filling repair. Fixed and ok again till the next time. Pretty busy today but it didnt take long. Just in again for my dental MOT, all good checked out rather thoroughly and sent away with an appointment for next time. Couldnt be happier!

Fantastic experience: Truss Dental is a first class practice. From front of house to health professionals, a first class service all the way. Modern fresh premises with a full suite of services available. Polite and courteous staff who are a credit to their practice and the profession as a whole. Parking is available too and the premises is wheelchair accessible too. 10/10
