I’m usually quite nervous about my teeth and gums, but glad I went today. Lucy was very good and explained everything as we went along. I got some really good advice to care for my gums and teeth. My teeth look and feel better. I feel empowered to take better care of both. Thanks for having me, looking forward to future appointments. Could not recommend more.

Negative experience: few days before the appointment, the clinic called and asked me to come in more than an hour earlier than originally scheduled. Although I managed to rearrange my plans and attend, it already disrupted my schedule and gave me a less-than-ideal first impression. I had higher expectations for this dental clinic. The appointment was made three weeks in advance for a basic check-up for my child. I had done quite a bit of research online and chose this clinic based on the good reviews. I also recently had 18 whitening veneers done myself and was hoping to find a clinic to support my long-term dental care. This visit was meant to let my child try first, to see how the service would be. However, the experience was disappointing. The nurse was not particularly friendly, and the dentist didn’t seem interested in offering any follow-up or future appointment options. I didn’t end up making an appointment for myself either. What made it worse was the sense that the clinic didn’t take children’s dental care seriously. Even though I’m not using NHS and this clinic doesn’t offer NHS services, it still felt like they had no interest in developing an ongoing dental care plan for my child — or even in keeping me as a customer. Overall, I left feeling that the clinic wasn’t interested in my business at all.

Fantastic experience: Welcomed with a smile , escorted to the waiting room. Met with our new dentist and discussed any problems that i may have had, then had an x-ray followed by a scan. . Everyone was was super friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Went for an emergency dental appointment with my aunt who’s visiting the UK to have a tooth extracted. Managed to get an appointment booked quickly and no wait when we got there. Nice environment and very professional and friendly staffs. Highly recommend!

I had to bring my baby along as I didn’t have childcare, and everyone was so understanding and accommodating—it honestly made a big difference. Fantastic experience: I went to the new clinic today. At the door I was receive with a warm welcome . I had an appointment with dear Lucy Barsby.. I haven't been there in a while but she welcomed me with such love that I felt at home she's was ready to answer my questions and explain all the steps through the process of the cleaning and gave me advice on how i should treat the teeth! She's 5 stars , shes so gentle and attentive! If going to the dentist gives you anxiety you wont feel that with her. I wouldn't dare change clinics or my hygienist for anything! If you choose to have an appointment with Lucy Barsby you won't regret it, I guarantee you! She's the best!

The whole practice feels very high end and every staff member I encountered was pleasant and friendly. Lucy the hygienist was fantastic. Negative experience: I went to have a tooth fixed (decay), i had this done and after a month i had to go back because the filling fell out. I went again to the dentist and he replaced the filling. Now the problem is that it has been 1 month since they did the new filling and apparently i still have a decay in the same place. There is no way that a new one appeared within a month. I have been told by a different dr. that it has not been removed properly and it was quite big. I am so sorry to leave this review but things have not been done properly and now i am in pain.

After researching several dentists I chose Dr Tim Bond and am so pleased I did , an understanding and extremely competant dentist . Listened to my concerns beforehand and explained throughout with patience . The whole team from reception to dental nurses are warm and friendly and have a professional and kind approach when you are the patient . Fantastic experience: I went for a consultation here for a cosmetic procedure and despite being slightly late (situation was out of my control) i was greeted with smiles and friendliness all around. I felt very much at ease with the dentist, he was lovely and I am considering moving from my nhs dentist to here full time now because in a matter of moments I've felt more comfortable than I ever have with my current dentist. I am neurodiverse so I had alot of questions to ask and I didn't feel pressured to hurry or as if I was a burden at all. :)
