Negative experience: BEWARE – Untrustworthy Dentist, Serious Concerns About Conduct I’ve been a patient at Dream Smile for over eight years. While most of the staff are friendly and competent, and the general service has been satisfactory, serious concerns need raising - especially regarding Dr Mohsen’s professionalism and ethics. As many other less-than-glowing reviews have noted, Dr Mohsen’s approach leaves much to be desired. He shows little interest in patient concerns, often acting without discussion or consent - completely unacceptable for someone entrusted with your health. His arrogance is palpable. He seems to relish the imbalance of knowledge between dentist and patient, dismissing legitimate concerns with scoffs or wry smiles. In my case, he abused that position of trust entirely. Invisalign Treatment – Hidden Risks My Invisalign treatment initially produced reasonable results, albeit slower than expected. However, like others have reported, rather than properly aligning teeth, Dr Mohsen resorts to shaving them down to “fit” a shortcut that compromises tooth integrity. In my case, this reckless approach left me with an uneven front tooth, heightened sensitivity, and significant chipping of several teeth post-treatment. Be extremely cautious, this irreversible filing was done without warning or consent. The Incident – Deliberate Damage for Financial Gain The most concerning experience came in March when I visited for a simple composite top-up on my back brace - a minor job I had done previously by another dentist for £50 with no issue. Dr Mohsen, visibly irritated by my appointment for what he deemed a small complaint, decided to ‘inspect’ the brace. Instead of explaining the issue or using the mouth camera to show me the concern, as any ethical professional would, he picked up a scaler (a tool for removing plaque) and forcibly wedged it into the brace. The amount of pressure he applied made it obvious something was going to break. Unsurprisingly, the brace suddenly gave way. He then remarked, “Ah, looks like the brace is damaged.” I pointed out, stunned, “You just did that.” His response? A smug smile and a casual denial, followed by using the camera to show the damage he had just caused. The Aftermath – Denial, Intimidation & Financial Loss I filed a formal complaint, only to be met with denial after denial. A manager, Anish Gautam, claimed the damage didn’t happen and insisted the tool used was dental tweezers intended to bend the brace back - an absurd explanation considering what I experienced. Worse still, they attempted to intimidate me with threats of legal action to silence this review. Dr Mohsen eventually responded, again denying any wrongdoing but offering to ‘repair’ the damage free of charge, an offer I declined, as all trust had been destroyed. The end result? Nearly £700 out of pocket to have the damaged brace removed and replaced, not to mention the cost of an entirely new set of braces I had only recently purchased. Final Warning This dentist has shown no regard for patient wellbeing, only for his profits. His online interviews boasting about his love for ‘fast cars’ speak volumes about where his priorities lie. I fully expect Dream Smile to deny this account, claiming exemplary care and downplaying my experience. But if you’re reading this heed the warning. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Fantastic experience: Great clinic!Reasonable prices! The staff is very friendly. The girls at the reception are welcoming, ready to help with any question. I was treated by Dr. Reza Esfandiari. He is a professional in his field. A doctor from God. He knows how to find an approach to the patient, he is very friendly, careful, accurate... and if you are going to have your teeth treated, only by this doctor!! I highly recommend him to all my family and friends. I have not regretted for a single minute that I chose this clinic!! Thank you very much for your help and work!!

Fantastic experience: If you’re thinking of doing it…. Do it! I had Dr Mohsen Tehranian overseeing my treatment (Invisalign and then composite bonding on two teeth afterwards) - just be patient and leave it with the team, they will take care of everything. The only time you MIGHT need to intervene, is right at the end, if you have a question about any slight imperfections - Mohsen was more than accommodating for my EXTREMELY fussy adjustments that I queried. This was literally shaving a zillionth off of one of my bonds, which shows Mohsen’s commitment to customer satisfaction (nor did I feel uncomfortable raising a slight issue, as Mohsen is a very friendly guy). Before this stage, honestly do not worry!! They will see you to the end with your new, perfect smile. You obviously have to do the work yourself (wearing the retainers 22 hours a day and sticking to it). All in all, a great team and great experience. Thank you Mohsen

From the outset, Dr Esfandiari was absolutely lovely. I was feeling quite nervous, but he immediately put me at ease with his calm manner and light sense of humour. He explained the procedure clearly and took great care throughout. The white filling he placed looks brilliant – you genuinely wouldn’t know it’s there – and best of all, the discomfort I was feeling is completely gone. Dr Esfandiari is not only highly skilled but also genuinely kind and attentive. Fantastic experience: Dr Mohsen was recommended to me by a colleague at work. In the pandemic, I decided to invest into my smile - one life, one set of teeth they say. I went for a full invisalign treatment, and at the end had some contouring, and bonding of my top front teeth that looked slightly worn. Phillips whitening gel and 3 sets of Vivera night retainers were included in the treatment. I am so incredibly happy with the results, I never thought my teeth were that bad until they got perfect! Dr Mohsen is a diamond provider with over 6000 completed treatments and is way cheaper than any other lower-ranking provider I found in London. I didn’t mind driving for an our for my checkups as they regularly had weekend slots too. The clinic is very modern and all the staff are super friendly. I’ll never do any dental work anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Dream Smile Clinic has been one of the nicest places I've ever visited for healthcare. All the staff are kind and caring, they're also quick, efficient and understanding. I had Invisalign with Mohsen that I have just completed. I really struggled at the start and was very anxious so I rang the clinic and Mohsen fit in a ten minute chat informal chat with me that completely put me at ease and answered all my concerns. Being able to send images through app and know that Mohsen would promptly reply and book me and appt to solve any issues is a better service than anything I have paid for before!! At one point my gums receded, I sent him an image and he adjusted my aligners so that this wouldn't get worse and explained exactly why it had happened within the week. I am so happy with how my teeth have turned out! He also listened to me the whole way through including that I wanted them to still look natural. He always noticed anything not going exactly as planned and was able to correct it, from filing my teeth so they looked even and closing gaps.

Negative experience: Emergency visit, a root canal treatment to get you out of pain £120 - I found this service in their website, They will not get you out of pain!!!! Don't trust to this declarative message, better find competent help. My pain was so wild, I decided to call them as they are very nearby. I pleased her to do something, anything with my tooth as pain was so hard. She told : “no you can buy just antibiotics, I need to send scan of your tooth to someone to get treatment price” she called my tooth 7th, however it was 8th slightly moved to position of 7th. And now attention - for 1 root they send me price next day - 950£. This is unbelievable. I am still in a pain, because its weekend and I can't find the dentist appointment for weekend. Trust me if I will have problems or complications because of this incompetentcy I will come back to them. Thanks a lot to receptionists, at list they both have done what ever they could, thanks to their support. Stay away, stay away, stay away!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Invisalign comprehensive treatment done after 10months. I went here after being told by a Banning dentist my teeth cant be done via Invisalign as too complex. Obviously thats wrong :) cost was more expensive than banning by a substantial amount but I happy its worth it. Had a pleasant journey throughout with Dr Sara and pleased with results. The only unexpected cost was £350 fixed retainers (optional), would be nice to know in advance, and this explained properly not while already on dental chair with mouth open. but not a big deal for me as its optional and my fault to be pressured. I was definitely asked and informed its optional:) The treatment itself fully met my expectations. If there is something to improve- there a few times the appointment was more than 45mins wait time than scheduled. Reception team always replies and pick up phone, very professional. I recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Very happy - had to book an emergency viewing when two amalgam fillings that I had done recently with the NHS fell out; Dr Lynch was able to identify the potential cause of the emergency and was able to put in replacement white fillings immediately, doing so very thoroughly - I had no issues during the procedure and my teeth looked amazing after it was done. It has only been a day since I had this done so I will need to report back in a few months or years time potentially, but I really appreciate Dream Smile accommodating me on such short notice.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Mohsen. He has looked after me for the past 3 years. I had full invisilign and also two front teeth crowns (those were done by Rhona Lynch). it's been a long journey, partly due to covid and to my stubborn teeth. It is incredible how many comments I have had on my new smile which look quite natural. I went to 3 other dentists originally to enquire about invisalign and they were all just a bit over the top and disingenuous or trying to be all holywood and over the top. Whereas as soon as I met Dr Mohsen, I knew his calmness and professionalism was right for me. Just so happened the price was the best too!

Fantastic experience: I had Invisalign treatment with a very complicated case and composite bonding done after by Dr. Mohsen and literally got a smile of my dreams No, actually I couldn’t even dream of such a beautiful smile as for the last 20 years I’ve been told that I won’t be able to have a beautiful smile by hundreds of dentists. I have been to about 10 dental clinics in central London and no one could do my complicated case with Invisalign and only Dr. Mohsen could do it. He is the BEST, he is an absolute Superstar, a Magician who made impossible so possible. He does magnificent work and very talented 1 check out his instagram for all his incredible work. The most convenient part is that he does Invisalign and composite bonding himself so you don’t need to see different specialists and his results are absolutely incredible. For me it was a life changing experience and it’s the only dental clinic I would ever recommend to anyone who wants to get a smile of their dreams regardless of how complex your case is. My mum also got her Invisalign and composite bonding done with Dr. Mohsen and absolutely delighted with the incredible results. Go see Dr.Mohsen and you’ll be asking yourself a question -“why you didn’t do that earlier?!”.

Fantastic experience: From start to finish dream smile was a pleasure to deal with. After the sets of aligners had been completed, myself and the dr’s were not completely happy with the final position of the teeth so a new set were ordered and treatment continued until we were both completely happy with the end result. There was no extra charge for the additional aligners I was always kept well informed of appointment times a few days before as well as on the day to avoid the chance of missing an appointment. The staff and all the dr’s I saw at the practice were extremely helpful and always went above and beyond to make your visits meaningful. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone thinking of having Invisalign treatment or any other dental work. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks about my teeth. Results from the treatment was exactly what I was looking for and the whole process from start to finish was faultless. Fantastic experience: Mohsen has been my dentist for 20 years and I consider myself lucky to have found him all those years ago, after he fixed a botched job done by another dentist. I always say there's two people in life you should never change if you find a good one: a great hairdresser and a great dentist. Mohsen is the latter. Everything about his dental clinic is amazing...from the friendly reception staff, to the dental assistants and of course, to Mohsen himself, who is hands down the best dentist in London - and in my opinion the UK. His waiting lists speak for themselves (people often fly in from abroad to see him), but no matter how popular he is, he always goes above and beyond to take care of his patients. Over the years I've had fillings, composite bonding, too many checkups and hygiene appointments to count and recently just finished my 1 year Invisalign Lite treatment..all done by Mohsen. If you're looking for a fantastic dentist in South London then Mohsen will take the best care of you (and your teeth!)

Negative experience: If you are attracted by Mohsen's Platinum ranking of Invisalign and their low package prices, then you must be careful. Because of Mohsen's perfunctory attitude, my orthodontic treatment, which should have been completed in nine months, is still problematic more than two years ago. I think a dentist should be careful and professional when cutting teeth. But Mohsen is not the case, my teeth due to excessive cutting, there are still a few gaps in the teeth are not tightened. Many times during the orthodontic process, I found the problem on my own and Mohsen fixed it again, but the result was always unsustainable. I went from trusting him so much, to last year I couldn't stand his perfunctory attitude. I expressed my doubts about his professionalism, and a serious argument ensued. Since then, he's just been more patient on the surface, but the actual process has been the same. For example, when the gap between my teeth didn't tighten, he ordered me the retainers in a hurry to end my case. When I found the problem and contacted him again, he would order aligners again, but they still didn't work. And then he started filling my teeth, because he can't use aligners to make up for his mistake. This happens several times, and each time Mohsen makes it look like there's nothing wrong with your teeth. The problem will be exposed a week after you go home. When you broke down, Mohsen also stressed that he had done a lot of free repairs for me, I was speechless, the tooth problem is not your operation error just caused? How is it that I took advantage of you like you said? I can't really describe this orthodontic treatment as disappointing, Mohsen is very good at making excuses, and he uses his expertise to make everything seem reasonable when the patient discovers the problem. My teeth look straight now, but because of Mohsen's overcutting, gaps remain, causing me to severely plug my teeth with anything I eat, seriously affecting my quality of life. I remember during the treatment, Mohsen said the orthodontics had to be in good dental health. But Mohsen, do you really think my teeth are in a healthy condition right now? Now I don't mention the black triangle problem, just say that you cut too much between my teeth, the gaps still exist. You cut my front teeth crooked, the gap can never tighten that wasn't there before the treatment. Are these your mistakes in my orthodontics? I sent a formal complaint to Mohsen on July 24 this year. On July 31, Mohsen replied that he would give me a response as soon as possible, but I have not heard from him until now. I can be held legally responsible for everything I say. And I will continue to defend my rights.

What I liked is that Dr Mohsen told me the truth about my teeth , which I find very rare nowadays as most of the practices looking at the productivity , rather than quality . Fantastic experience: I've been dr Glaucia Regina Minei's patient for over 3 years and have always been very well looked after. She is warm, professional, explains the procedures and treatments patiently and makes sure highest standards are maintained. Negative experience: I had an appointment with them last 15/July/2023 (Sat). The female receptionist at dream smile that day were a bit rude and unapproachable. I was late for my appointment and the receptionist told me with a poker face “You’re late and the dentist have been waiting for you”. The dentist was very nice though.

Fantastic experience: I switched to Dreamsmile about two years ago having some complex dental needs to address. I've been delighted with the service I have received since changing dentist. Everything about the place exudes professionalism and friendliness. There also seems to be a strong ethos to do the best to keep your teeth where possible to help ensure both cost-effectiveness and longevity. I've been particularly impressed with the Invisalign treatment I've received from Sara - being really pleased with the aesthetic outcome given I have two crowns to contend with. I am also extremely pleased with the root canal work Christina has done to help restore a badly damaged/infected tooth. The procedure was extremely thorough and completely painless. Meanwhile, the reception team are always very friendly and prompt, and you're never waiting long for someone to answer the phone when calling the practice. All in all, Dreamsmile is a fantastic dentist and I would recommend the practice to anyone.
