Fantastic experience: I genuinely couldn’t recommend a better Emergency Dentist, through no fault of my own I’ve had to come here when needed over the last 5 years and never have I had a problem with any kind of treatment from them, I’m fairly nervous with dental treatment but everyone here has treated me with the upmost respect and patience and I couldn’t be more grateful to the dentists and nurses here A lot of the bad reviews on here are for issues that can’t be fixed at an emergency dentist as they only have limited equipment, of course if you’re in agony and you hear we can’t do anything then you will be very annoyed, i can’t blame you I would be too but take them with a pinch of salt when reading through and make your own mind up once you’ve been

Fantastic experience: I was seen today by 2 lovely ladies this evening As a nervous patient it can be a nightmare sometimes but these ladies were great, kind and reassuring. The dentist didn't rush as I expected either.

Fantastic experience: When I went there I was really scared due to the lots of negative reviews. But! During the day I received a phonecall from Mina the dentist asking if I could come earlier than ny booked appointment. This was quite suitable for me so I went earlier. They were really nice and polite (apart from the receptionist who seemed to be there by force) The dentist and the nurse were really friendly and helpful. Looked after of me and made my experience very good.

Negative experience: Really poor service, stay well away. I got an appointment through 111 with server tooth pain, as soon as i got there i felt like they were just rushing to get me out, the advise they gave me was really poor and they couldn't/wouldn't address the problem, the advise they gave me was to floss and use sensitive toothpaste. As soon as i left they all closed up and left themselves. I ended up going to Leeds teaching hospital the next day, and the students their were night and day better. Ended up having a root canel proceedure which fixed the issue.

Negative experience: Went in paid for help then got no treatment as the employee didn't want to do her job right she wanted to do her job quick. She was argumentative and a compulsive liar. When i asked for a refund she said you cant have one and I will have to complain to 111. Then she claims I am was being verbally abusive to her when i wasnt. Her weird receptionist friend was with her the whole time snickering and smiling while she watched. I called 111 and they said that I was lied to and I could not complain to them but only to a specific nhs department or with the clinic directly. I can go on but lets just say this place is a nightmare.

Fantastic experience: such lovely staff, i was very very nervous to go to the dentist but i couldnt have asked for better care from Dr Aisha & Nurse Aisha!! they were so nice and understanding and made something i was really scared about into a genuinely pleasant experience :)

Fantastic experience: I attended this morning with severe pain and was seen my Dr Liz, she was the best dentist i have come across, she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, she is a very bubbly and kind person, I will never forget her!! Thank you Liz

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff! My daughter has autism and struggles with new places and unfamiliar people. She has been in pain for days with a hole in her back tooth. The ladies were clear about what options were available to us, they talked step by step to my daughter to allow her to feel comfortable. I cannot thank the ladies enough for being so kind and supportive, listening to me and then having the patience and time to help my daughter who was in pain. Brilliant caring service. Thank you again!

Negative experience: The dentistriy over all was nice and clean , however I felt unwelcome as the amsposhere in the dentsitry slacks , and does not have any customer care. The dentist who was looking after me without any check ups and looking into my teeth decied I need to take it out , as I spoken out saying I do not want to take it out then she decied to give me the pain relief and told me to wait to get numb as I was called into the room she did not explain what the treatment was going to be , and once I asked she said we will be taking the tissue out of your nerve out and did not seem to be bothered to explain any action that was going to be taken. After the treatment she just said I did well and she also placed temporary filling which I think is pointless and she said the pain will come back to you and without any provide of futre care as to that I may need another visit or anything she said bye. Once asked if I can eat or drink as peer the pain relief was applied she only said you can not eat for an hour. I felt the most unwelcomed and provided with no care after at all and without any explanation as well. Overall my pain have been lift up a little bit to what I have been experiencing but customer care , instructions after care and atmosfere needs to be improved on because as a customer you feel like if you going to ask any further questions you will have them facing you and asking like why do you even bother me!!!

Fantastic experience: I have severe anxiety and was extremely nervous coming to see the dentists here. But I have now been sent here twice by 111 and seen by two different dentists at this practice. Both times I wastreated with great care, respect and consideration, by not only the dentists but also the receptionists and nurses. Their communication was top notch, they explained everything they were doing before doing anything and involved me in the conversation at all times. I cannot thank all them enough. They made a difficult and stressful situation considerably more manageable. For a team that is seeing patients primarily in a time of crisis, I think they do incredible work.

Negative experience: Had the worst experience. I wish nobody has to go through this again. I went to emergency dental clinic for the treatment of my tooth ache. They directly went for extraction. And that too an unprofessional way. They give me anesthesia twice. Because the first wasn't effective. Even after the second one, I could feel the pain. And the dentist pulled my stubborn tooth without using proper equipment, all along my face she tried pulling firmly more than 10 minutes. All my face was injured while doing so. I was struggling with the pain and my face got injured but they aren't bothered, saying it's just a pressure. They finally pulled my tooth out. No medication, no stitching, no comments for after care. Back home, it started getting pain after 15 minutes because the numbness totally faded so quickly. I had to take 5 pain killers at the same day. One side of my face got all injured. Marks of injury in and out my mouth and cheeks. I Struggled a week in bed after the extraction . This is such cruelty towards people go there for treatment.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today at 13:05 for a wisdom tooth extraction, and although I don’t recall the names of the dentist and assistant who treated me, I want to thank them both. I usually struggle with severe dental anxiety, but this was by far the best extraction experience I’ve had. There was no pain at all, and they were caring, polite, and took the time to explain the entire process. I’m truly grateful—thank you again for making my visit such a positive one.

Negative experience: I visited this clinic with a serious dental issue — a large cavity that clearly required proper treatment. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The dentist completed the procedure in a very rushed and unprofessional manner, placing a temporary filling in just 5 minutes. It felt like something I could have done myself at home with a kit from eBay, rather than a professional NHS treatment. From the symptoms and condition, this was clearly a case for a root canal, she clearly said me that we only do temporary fillings in emergency, According to NHS guidelines, patients are entitled to root canal treatment whether they are registered or not, but instead I was only given a temporary and inadequate solution. Since then, the pain has actually worsened after the temporary filling, leaving me in more discomfort than before. I strongly believe this clinic is not following NHS guidelines, and instead is rushing through more patients in less time, which is a violation of proper care standards. I also believe the dentist has been more rude to Asian patients, which you can even see reflected in other reviews. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for safe and professional dental treatment.

Positive experience: Just been to Night dental for the first time. I decided to get my wisdom tooth removed because it couldn't be saved. It was an experience and a half, I nearly broke the dentists hand due to knee-jerk reaction. Got my sister to hold my hand down and he got it in one go! Must say he did well given the circumstance. I was treated both respectfully and professionally.

Fantastic experience: Getting in through the gate was hard, but I had a lovely man let us in. The dental practice was lovely and clean and the dentist was very caring and was very gentle while performing the surgery

Negative experience: i went to the dentist today with my mom and the dentist was very rude and unprofessional my mom told her she could still feel touch even after giving an injection but she was not understanding she said you would jump if you felt the pain then she gave another injection and started taking the tooth out. Then my mom reached for the dentist hand because she was in pain and uncomfortable because she felt that she was not fully numb it was not intentional just a natural reaction, instead of showing understanding she threatened to remove her from the room. My mom felt disrespected and that she wasn't treated right which is not how any patient should be treated.

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment today and they whipped out my wisdom tooth. I’m autistic and struggle with things like this (it’s not pleasant anyway without all of the sensory issues on top) and they were so kind to me.

Fantastic experience: I can't thank everyone at Night Dental enough for the treatment I've received there. I've been a few times with the same problem tooth which has now been removed. After being seen by 3 different dentists for infection and eventually extraction I can not understand how there are any negative reviews. I'm an extremely anxious patient and the 3 dentists I've seen and all of the nurses have been nothing but kind, patient, compassionate and understanding. I had been waiting and suffering for months to have the tooth out under sedation because I am that scared of the dentist but I couldn't take it anymore and went back to Night and I wish I'd done it sooner. The male dentist I saw was so reassuring and when I felt I wasn't numb he listened completely and gave more anaesthetic until I was. The tooth was out in less than 60 seconds. Thank you so much everyone at Night Dental for all your help, patience and kindness ❤️ If you're reading these reviews terrified of your appointment like I was, please don't be put off by the negative comments.

Negative experience: If I could get 0 stars I would!!!!! After contacting 111 in severe dental pain, I was surprisingly pleased to receive an appointment for the following morning. I was relieved to know I just had to get through the night. However, on the morning of the appointment, I received a call from the receptionist informing me that the dentist would not be in and that the appointment would need to be rearranged for later that evening. This was both upsetting and unacceptable. I was in significant pain and distress, and to be let down at the last moment left me feeling hopeless. In the end, I had no choice but to go private to get the urgent care I needed — an option that many people simply cannot afford. This is not the first time I have had a poor experience with this particular dental practice. Back in May, I was seen there in considerable discomfort and was told they could not carry out an X-ray. I was instead referred to St Luke’s. I never received any results or follow-up, and again was forced to go private for the extraction of a painful wisdom tooth. I find myself questioning how this dental practice is even allowed to operate under NHS services. It seems the dentist is frequently unavailable, and there is no continuity or accountability for emergency care. It feels completely inhumane — as though patient pain and wellbeing are simply not a priority. If a practice cannot commit to emergency appointments, then they should not be accepting them. Patients deserve better than to be repeatedly dismissed or left in agony without explanation.

Negative experience: Absolute arrogance, the female dentist spoke as if she knew better, such an ick!

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment today through 111 due to a cracked tooth, which was causing intermittent severe pain. The staff were friendly on arrival and the female dentist was professional and made me feel comfortable. I could not fault the facility.

Negative experience: I visited the dentist today and honestly the dentist was really rude. She didn’t give proper diagnosis and if I had any infection. Just referred me and said couldn’t take out the tooth without any explanation why. Also, she didn’t gave any idea what she saw on x-ray. She wasn’t even trying to talk to me until I interrupted myself. Absolutely horrible.

Fantastic experience: I was sent here after ringing the 111 number, I can't fault them one bit, the dentist I saw explained all my options to me. He kept asking if I was alright both him and his assistant kept me at ease

They were very friendly and welcoming and professional.one of the best dentist I've come across she was professional and well spoken. Positive experience: Went today received urgent treatment from one of the dental nurses, quickly diagnosed the issue xray, numbed nerve removed and temporary filled waiting referral for hospital! All done in 30 minutes amazing service to use. Very kind and afficiant. Would recommend to anyone if urgent care needed Only down fall is the barrier to get in and into the car park was operated via desk com and if busy had no response to gain or lose access.

Negative experience: Rubbish charged alot of money did not do anything except spending 20 sec to tell me to use warm salt water gargle water and I still have very severe pain and not even examine my teeth. Avoid scammers. Work for money you charge alot of money atleast do good job. 20 sec it lasted for you to tell me you all good wille I had pain and in such hurry to kick me out and charge me before even seeing anyone very wrong. Doesn't even deserve 1 start rating

Negative experience: Total waste of time went there 4 times my filling kept on coming out when I asked the dentist she said the woman that did the last filling didn't have the proper hard filler we ran out of it so the dentist you saw did it with normal filler which wasn't hard enough so make your own mind up I wouldn't go again

Negative experience: I called in to make appointment on Sunday they gave me an appointment on Monday next day, at 6:45pm went to my appointment the dentist was gone she went home so the receptionist call her back in as I came.which that was disrespectful. Then she called me in to do an X-Ray after that she suggested to take my teeth out so I went with her word because I was in so much pain and haven’t slept a week! She then trying to put the injection in my gums but I was little scared of the pain telling her I’m scared she was not comfortable talking or dealing with. SHE WAS RUDE! She didn’t even take my teeth out knowing I’m in pain. Didn’t even care to try again to motivate me to not be scared of the needle she was bothered. Disappointed! Disrespectful RUDE!!!!!! If I ever get back there never want her serving me!

Fantastic experience: My husband was referred following NHS 111 call at 3am due to agonizing toothache. He was initially apprehensive due to bad reviews online. However, the care he received was excellent. The people were friendly, caring and professional. They explained what was happening throughout the treatment, which was carried out promptly and quickly. The extractions were quick and as pain-free as can be expected. Clear instructions were provided for follow-up care.

Negative experience: Called 111 on Monday as partner was in excruciating pain after a filling had fallen out - was given an appointment for Wednesday - same day as appointment the time was changed and luckily we were still available at that time. Went in to the room awaiting to be checked after an X-Ray and some looking around we were giving two options - either a root canal or an extraction - after he chose extraction they adding the local aesthetic - after allowing it to sit for around 15 minutes he could still feel sharp pain - he was given slightly more and was still feeling pain - despite this they continued to try pull the tooth - he was in pain the whole way through more than just abit of pressure and was being told its fine its just pressure and his pain being dismissed after around 10 minutes of tyring to pull they stopped as were struggling and did not have the correct equipment to continue - we then left - after calling another emergency dentist they have given us a same day appointment and after explaining what had happened STATED THAT THEY NEVER should have attempted to remove the tooth if they didnt have the correct equipment if the tooth would potentially be stubborn - we are pleased with the communication with the new emergency dentist - I would never recommended this dentist as you ar better off going somewhere else where they have the full equipment and not leave you in excruciating pain if it goes wrong and tell you may be waiting a week for another appointment at their specialist,

Fantastic experience: Not only did they do a fantastic job at fixing my tooth, to relieve the pain I was having, but this is one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dentist. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and the dentist and assistant who fixed my tooth for now were so lovely, positive and reassuring throughout. I can’t recommend this place enough, thank you.

Negative experience: Unfortunatly had to visit this dentist as an emergency because my dentist was closed, and i was very happy to be seen so quickly and at a great price, the NHS really is a blessing.... however, i needed the appointment because of an infection on a tooth, the dentist was adament there was no infection and that antibiotics would not work, i questioned this as i could feel the swelling getting worse, and there was pus coming out when i pressed on it, the dentist maintained the view that i didnt need antibiotics.... I trusted her word and went home, unfortunatly over night the next day my face had swelled to over double the size, and the infection was clearly visable and smellable, so i had to resort to getting antibiotics from another source. These antibiotics cleared up the infection in a matter of days. I cant fault the NHS for seeing me so soon, but i feel the dentist just didnt want to give me the medicine. As i say visible pus was oozing from the tooth in question, no doubt that it was an infection.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, rude. They extracted my tooth without numbing it properly. I'm was in excruciating pain and they just didn't care.

Fantastic experience: Been here a couple times always clean, very friendly staff and Liz the dentist that did my front root canal prep and temp filling was wonderful, i have a phobia of needles and she helped me through it amazingly, she also explained everything in detail and recommended the next steps carefully. If you have an appointment here, you are in good hands

Fantastic experience: Amazing service, I was nervous to bring my son due to his delays but they was incredible with my son all the way through and the service was finished within 10 minutes. Very happy with my experience.

Fantastic experience: Went to see the emergency dentist today, he was a lovely man who knew instantly what the issue was, relieved me of pain almost instantly, told me what to do going forward and was very sympathetic and knowledgeable. The ladies on reception were also lovely as well as the dental nurse. I was scared to go to the emergency dentist, thinking nothing would be done, as I have been to one before, which felt like I tick box exercise to say they'd seen me and I left in the same amount of pain. However I've got to say it was one of the most worthwhile dental visits I've had, he was genuinely interested in helping me. Fantastic team.

Fantastic experience: I attended the Practise today after 9 weeks of hell from a private Dentist. I was met by Salma the lovely receptionist who put me at ease whilst waiting. I was lucky enough to get the singing Dentist Liz and colleague Egle ( hope I have spelt correctly) they were both fantastic and also kept me entertained throughout my procedure. We do not have enough people like yourselves in this industry. Thank you Nicol

Fantastic experience: I attended an appointment here yesterday after ringing 111 and can say they were absolutely brilliant with me i had a bad infection in my tooth which had been pestering me for weeks and they helped me, they explained all my options and even offered me to go home and think about it and come back as I was quite scared as I have never had any teeth removed before but I chose to do it there and then to get it over with I became quite overwhelmed and upset and the ladies were brilliant with me I have seen a few bad reviews for them but I can not fault them they are very professional and busy and still make time to make sure you are OK thankyou so much keep up the good work ladies your doing a brilliant job

Fantastic experience: I really stress at going to dentist hence leaving it until it got so severe. I was very anxious and abit emotional. The 2 ladies that cared for me were fantastic. They put me right at ease, very caring, compassionate, and went above and beyond. I was in and out in no time. I didn't catch the ladies' names, but thank you all the same. I am sure they will know reading this.

Negative experience: Got referred by 111 on Saturday will never go there again had bad toothache and swelling to face he didn't numb my gums right to tryed to pull out my tooth was in so much pain now 2 days later iv to go bk to another dentist because I can't open my mouth and my face is badly swollen and iam in so much pain iv got an infection and the tooth shouldn't of been pulled out they should of treated the infection first

Fantastic experience: I was referred to night dental by 111 and was apprehensive as I really don't like visiting the dentist. The lady dentist and her nurse who I saw on Sunday 6th October were absolutely brilliant, so reassuring and helpful and very informative. Toothache sorted would highly recommend.

The receptionist, dentist and dental assistant that provided my dental care today are an absolute credit to the urgent care dental service. Negative experience: i have visited today for my tooth but the service was very disapointed the girl named Ayesha had a big attitude didnt help me with pain and didnt checked me properly and when i was explaining my problem she wasnt even listing properly i hope i wont see her next time she just want to get rid of all the paitent quickly with out any treatment she made my day so bad she is very disappointing person i have ever met in my life

Fantastic experience: Rang 111 at 2am and got an appointment for 8:30am. Absolutely lovely service. The practice itself was excellent. Welcoming receptionist and lovely dentists. Singing dentist Liz and her assistant were amazing! They talked me through the procedure and eased my nervousness. It was like I was with a good friend who I hadn't seen in a while! She was professional, courteous and gentle! Was so shocked that my extraction was done and dusted. No pain and unnecessary stress. Absolutely enjoyed my experience (something I would never usually say about a dentist visit lol)

Fantastic experience: First experience ever in a dentist, and luckily i got the best one in bradford to get rid of a tooth that had been killing me. Big thanks to saminah, sarah, and salma if i remember your names right. You were all amazing and i appreciate the service. Thank you.

Negative experience: Had an appointment today. Due to non arrival of the first taxi I was 5/10 mins late and was refused to be seen by the dentist. I only needed antibiotics for an abscess that has caused my face to swell and produced pain that is unbearable. I also have diabetes and the infection is causing havoc with my blood sugar levels due to not being able to eat properly. I wonder if this practice gets paid from the NHS when a referral is made from 111? and this allows them to be as brutal as they are with refusing to see a patient when they are only 5, 10 or 15 mins late. To fill out a prescription takes 30 seconds and they wouldn't do it . I also know the only antibiotic I can take is metronidazole as I am allergic to most antibiotics. I must say the receptionist was very nice and pleasant, but I could tell in her voice this was not the first time she had to tell a patient whom is in agony and suffering horrific uncomfortably that the absolute awesome professional won't see them! Not sure if dentist's take the Hippocratic Oath but if they do, this dentist didn't hold up to it. This is a brief section of the Oath for people that are not familiar with it. I will use my power to help the sick to the best of my ability and judgement; I will abstain from harming or wronging any man by it,” orders doctors to do their best in their job and not use their skill or knowledge to harm or kill their patients. Well i am still in agony and was angry and upset by the non professionalism and lack of care from this so called dentist. Rant over! But if yo have an appointment please arrive 10 mins earlier than your stated appointment. And if the dentist reads this my appointment was at 3:40 and you refused to help a patient we are only human and things go wrong in life stop blaming people for things they can't control and start helping those that need it then you can pay yourself on the back and say well done good lob!

Negative experience: Referred here by 111. Needed a tooth extraction. I had a women doing my extraction, before starting the procedure she told me “if I can’t do it I’ll get someone else to”. On her attempt to taking the tooth out she put too much pressure on it causing it to crack and the tool slipping off my tooth into the back of my mouth stabbing me and causing difficulty in swapping food and drinking liquids. She couldn’t finish the job so another dentist came, he managed to get it out however still left pieces of my tooth in my mouth, not cleaning it properly. my extraction as it lasted not longer than 7 mins. The women also burned my mouth numbing injection as it was not put in my gums but rather outside of my tongue/gums. Horrible experience!!!

Fantastic experience: I have never had emergency dental treatment before. I was referred here on Christmas Day by 111. I was in quite a bit of pain and expected to have to wait hours, ruining my Christmas Day. Much to my astonishment, depsite it being busy I was seen and sorted out very promptly by a friendly and reassuring dentist.

Negative experience: Took my 6 month pregnant wife to this dental clinic. Dentist decided to remove the tooth. Even though giving local anaesthetic during pregnancy is safe, I informed 111 and also the receptionist at the dental care that my wife is 6 month pregnant. After the tooth extraction, the dentist told my wife she can take ibuprofen for the pain, eventhough it is not recommended nor safe to take Ibuprofen during pregnancy. When I asked the dentist, he said you never told us she was pregnant! This was extremely shocking as I informed 111 and also the receptionist. Surely there would have been a note flagged up on the system to say my wife was pregnant. We should not have to tell every individual medical person that she is pregnant. Theres a digital record on the NHS for a reason, if the dentist had bothered checking!

Fantastic experience: Was referred here through 111. Extremely friendly staff and the dentist Alex, total professional. He informed of my problem and the procedure. He was quick and effective, and even after the anaesthetic wore off there was no soreness or headaches. Would highly recommend this place,!

Fantastic experience: I had suffered with tooth ache for the last few days and was referred here by 111. I was so nervous having had a negative experience at another dentist. The dentist (Banan) and the nurse (Iqra) patiently listened to my concerns and gave me reassurance. My tooth had to be filled. They talked me though it and helped me to feel at ease. If l need further treatment I would be much happier to re visit. Thank you both.

Fantastic experience: Singing dentist liz is amazing kept me very calm when I was petrified of injections and the care she and her assistant gave wen I fainted after was very professional the greatest dentist in Bradford hands down should be given a medal 1st class thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Was referred to here by 111 due to excruciating toothache. i’m absolutely petrified of the dentist but i can not thank the staff enough (the receptionist, the dentist and the dental nurse) for looking after me. i really struggle with looking after myself and tend to leave things like toothache when it happens but this time the pain was too much. the staff didn’t shame me in any way and made sure i wasn’t in pain. they kept checking in with me through every step of the treatment. so thank you so so much for looking after me today.

Negative experience: Went here after a 111 referral. The receptionist and dental nurse were both really lovely but the actual dentist was rude and unprofessional. I have no idea what her name is but she was a youngish Asian lady and she clearly hates her job. Also after having my tooth extracted there was no mouthwash given which I find really odd. The only positive was she whipped my tooth out in like 30 seconds, but she really needs to learn how to handle patients better.

Negative experience: Avoid at all cost. Was referred by 111, Asian lady with glasses sat me on the chair kept on adding anaesthetic to numb the area so she could add a filling. No mouthwash used no hygiene. 4 mins in total… I now have my gum infected and have called 111 for another appointment with another dental practice. The short Asian lady must have some personal issues so she thinks it’s ok to treat people like animals. Will be looking to complain to the BDA.

Fantastic experience: Came for emergency dentist appointment, have a very bad fear of the dentist and was referred for sedation for tooth extraction. But I was in so much pain I just had to trust them, they numbed the area, the tooth was out in 10 min. Pain free just uncomfortable. Thanks for making my experience okay

Fantastic experience: Samina Awan was Professional and Courteous at all times. She explained the process and talked me through what she will do. I first had an X-Ray and then couple of injections then the area round my tooth was cleaned, the filling was applied to the troubled tooth and Samina put alot of effort into getting it right. I came as a NHS 111 patient as I cannot find any NHS dentist that I can register with. But I am glad I was sent here. Its taken alot of stress and pain away. I can now sleep comfortably without the need to get up in the middle of the night to take pain killers. I paid for my treatment and it's £25.80 well spent.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment due to toothache. Hole had damaged the nerve so it was taken out. Both the dentist and the dental nurse were very kind and supportive whilst I cried when recieving local anesthetic. They talked me through everything and made me feel at much at ease as possible.

She quickly and painlessly removed the tooth once she had confirmed the anaesthetic had taken full effect & the relief of my toothache was instant! Negative experience: Was referred through 111 as had severe tooth ache in upper wisdom tooth, was called in and asked what the issue was, explained and was told wisdom tooth needed to come out, I agreed and the dentist began mumbling what he would be doing ( couldn't really understand as the older gentleman didn't finish his sentences, just kinda trailed off mumbling) had 2 anesthetic injections and told to wait a couple of mins to start working and both dentist and nurse left the room, then returned and began grasping my wisdom tooth with pliers and yanking, I screamed out as was in agony, to be told its just pressure and to raise my hand next time! I've had wisdom teeth out before, this was not just pressure! Had another injection and left again, dentist started again and again I was in pain so as told raised my hand ..to be completely ignored! Never had issue with fear of dentists before now! Absolutely awful experience, no soothing music playing or anything, very poor NHS treatment

Fantastic experience: My partner Rebecca was having problems with her wisdom teeth, she phoned 111 who got her an emergency appointment here. They looked after her and gave her some strong antibiotics. The antibiotics didn't seem to be working, so she phoned back up and the receptionist booked Rebecca straight back in. She was sent for an x-ray the next day, took the x-ray to the dentist and was seen straight away and had her wisdom tooth extracted with ease. Rebecca told me how lovely the staff were and how well she was looked after. Thank you everyone at Bradford Urgent Dental Centre for being so amazing!

Fantastic experience: No dentist like it. They’re the best. They was calm. Made me feel less anxious when I was getting fillings. I even had my 4year old daughter with me as her dad was in Manchester and they never complained I had her with me, she was so calm and even though I was the one being seen. The dentist gave my little girl a couple of stickers for her good behaviour. Will deffo be going there again after ringing 111 last night. Highly recommend. And I was worried to go to a dentist after previous experiences with other dentist. But they was so calm and amazing especially since I bad a bad broken tooth and they fixed it well with a filling x

Fantastic experience: The dentist I saw was amazing. Unfortunately i dont know his name. Ran me through the process step by step. Reassured me and it felt like he actually cared about my situation rather than treating me like "just another patient". It was also a Sunday as an emergency. He listened very well. Explained very well. Procedure was pain-free. Pulling but literally no pain. Can't explain it great but just the way he was was excellent. 100% Recommend

Fantastic experience: Extremely helpful needed prescription for serious infection Referal from 111 Faxed over prescription to my pharmacy when I explained I was very ill and couldnt travel. Wonderfull helpfully people there. My own dentist put me off NHS list because they say I not been since May 2019 ??? Am pensioner and in poor health. Reason given by company called " My Dentist " said I hadn't been for last 2 years ? But those two yrs couldn't go anyway coz of covid it was closed all the time so makes no sense ? Said I could make appointment if I pay as private patient coz no longer NHS because they booted me off explained I was poor pensioner and couldn't afford but made no difference despite telling them I had very bad infection that was beginning to block my airway because of swelling. Just wernt interested , bit of a disgrace really.

Fantastic experience: I called 111 for urgent dental treatment for a very painful toothache and was referred immediately to the Night Dental the next day. As I am always afraid of dentist, going into the dental clinic was horrifying but I got a very warm lovely welcome from the receptionist. They are all professional both dentist and his assistant as they know what they are doing as I was given the quickest and no pain tooth extraction and he gave me a thorough explanation on the after care tooth extraction. I am sure if you are referred here, surely you will be in good hands.

Positive experience: Quick and no frills due to their status as emergency care, but dentist was kind and happy to repeat info where I'd missed it, checked out my teeth, confirmed one of my wisdom teeth had been infected, cleaned it out and sent me on my way with a prescription for antibiotics all in under five minutes :)

Fantastic experience: I went here this morning after being referred by 111 service. I am an extremely nervous patient and was terrified. The receptionist was very polite and I was seen almost immediately. The dentist and the dental nurse were honestly amazing. They reassured me the whole time, were gentle and explained everything about the procedure. I needed to have my broken wisdom tooth removed and I was waiting for some sort of intense pain as it was pulled. It didnt want to come out and gave a good fight but the dentist got it out. And I felt absolutely no pain. I was genuinly shocked when I was told it was all finished. All I had felt was some pressure and pulling feelings but 100 percent zero pain at all. And the whole time they asked if I was alright, reassured me I was fine and that the sounds were normal and nothing to worry about. I felt safe and in the best hands and it has really helped with my dental phobia. Absolutely amazing service

I had a lovely dentist who sung throughout administering treatment, very good at making me feel comfortable as I was in a lot of discomfort. Negative experience: Because I tried to speak out how I felt and asked why did they keep me and my daughter waiting for so long more than one hour , what the doctor could replied me with was I’m sounding aggressive. Is there anything wrong for a black woman to express themselves without being called aggressive. Literally we are now in a society’s where every individual’s are being judge by the colour of their skin.

Negative experience: Drove my 2yr old daughter with a large white lump on her gum causing pain over 20miles to wait 10mins at an electric gate to be let in for her appointment. We entered the building filled in her forms with no problem sat next to a gentleman around 4/5 mins when he was called in, then a dentist came to the front desk and explained my daughter could not be seen as the man sat next to us just called in had now taken her appointment. The dentist then demanded that I had been given a text message to explain to attend 15 minutes prior to her appointment, to which I showed her my text messages to prove I had no such message! We was then told to call 111 and there was nothing else they would do for my child who has been in pain over a week, very sad and let down by this service, 111 have advised they will be reporting to seniors

Negative experience: Took my daughter for an appointment through 111 the receptionist was lovely but the dentist was more concerned with criticising my daughters brushing found an abscess and some plaque no advice or medical treatment was offered just told she needs to brush her teeth properly
