They explained everything they were going to do and told me all the pro and cons for the treatments I was receiving, checking that I was okay throughout which was lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to share my experience with this dental practice. I have always been happy with the care given me, but my dentist Sotiris is now my star. I came for routine check up in June and Sotiris commented on an open sore on my cheek which I have had on and off for 3yrs. He said this wasn't right and I should be mentioning this to my Dermatologist. He gave me the courage to question my consultant and it tuns out a biopsy from 3yrs ago missed that I had skin cancer. I've now had it cut out and had a month of Radiotherapy. Sotiris explained that they don't just check teeth but look out for things that don't seem right. Thank you Sotiris for your fantastic care of me.

Went in and they didn’t waste no time in helping me with an ongoing pain that has been an issue for over a month (other practices told me to wait weeks after being seen). Fantastic experience: I took my kids to Boston Smile Center and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was so welcoming and put us at ease. Dr. Chinnu, the dental therapist, and her nurse Nadiya were absolutely wonderful with the children – patient, gentle, and full of kindness. They explained everything in such a calm, friendly way that my kids actually relaxed in the chair (which is a big win for any parent!). Negative experience: FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE I was seen by the emergency dentist at 2pm and was in there for less than 5 mins despite being physically very swollen and in pain. He looked in my mouth prescribed anti biotics and sent me on my way. A few hours later, I ended up in Peterborough hospital where I had emergency surgery to remove the tooth in question and drain the abcess as my face had swollen to 10x the size as to when I arrived and I could no longer swallow. This then led to an overnight stay in hospital. I was advised by the team at the hospital that I should’ve have been sent home from the dentist with antibiotics and it was clear than an extraction needed to take place. Again Thankyou to the receptionist, you really were fab. I just want to raise my concerns to hopefully stop this from happening to anyone else in the future.

Myself and family have been seeing Sotiris for a long time now he’s especially good with the children, one of my sons is autistic and requires a bit more time and support which he’s willing to give , he has a gentle and supportive approach

But I can’t thank Caroline and Elizabeth enough for everything they did to ensure he has the most pleasant experience he could possibly have. Everything was in language you could understand and they explained everything clearly and very polite. They continued to check if he was ok. My husband came away with a better mindset towards dentists which is brilliant! Two absolutely amazing people!

The dentists were very patient with my kids and took the time to explain everything in a way they could understand. It made them feel comfortable and even excited about taking care of their teeth. Negative experience: My friend was a patient here for 6 years . He has had alot of health issues and did miss a couple of appointments. His last appointment time was messed up by the secretary giving him the wrong time. He has now been removed . He says rhe dentist is good but management are the issue there . He tried explaining it was the receptionist fault but the female manager wouldn't accept this . I'm sure if he was her friend in town then this would be a different story. Shame as its run by small town mentality tbh. Not professional what so ever . If you can handle the poor management then you will be fine at this dentist.. just make sure to be friends of the manager first !

Fantastic experience: After firstly contacting my GP Hoping to be furnished with a prescription for Amoxicillian It proved futile I never passed the multitude of receptionists Unfortunately my own dentist has moved to another area I contacted 111 Who after a serious of questions provided me with contact details for Boston smile centre on my arrival I filled in the questionnaire & after a, short wait I was in the dentist chair the dentist totally professional & a gentleman first class service very impressed thank you all

Positive experience: I would like to say thank you to E Karageorgou and her dental nurse. 2 weeks ago I came in for a check up and had mild complaints about ache and some bleeding gums. Miss Karageorgou recommended a peridontal treatment which I had today. I must admit the treatment was very painful, she did offer me a local anaesthetic if the pain became too much...the pain was bad, and I did say, but the local was not given. The treatment was over quite quickly although it felt like a long time. I would like to say thank you for the advise about the procedure and have been advised that it will be good for my gums. At the time however it did not feel good. I don't think I could do it again without local anaesthetic. I can only assume that Miss Karageorgou new it would be reasonably quick and that it was in my best interests to carry on and cope with the pain rather than have the added complication of local anaesthetic. So I trusted her. I am sorry for moaning about the pain, but it was awful. 4 stars given but not 5. Perhaps if I had known how uncomfortable it was going to be I would have taken some paracetamol beforehand. I was told it might be uncomfortable but seconds before the treatment. Thank you all for the treatment and hope it helps my gums.

Negative experience: Terrible place, one missed appointed now been taken of the NHS service and put on to a private list where my 13 year old has now got to pay to get his teeth looked at

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I have been in this clinic for an unpleasant visit today , I have been coming to this clinic for 3 years now. I never had an issue when the doctor, Demetris, was my dentist. After he left, i now have a different doctor, which In the first appointment, he gave me the expression of wanted to send me away as soon as possible. While leaving after my last appointment I have been told that he needs at list 20 minutes for the next appointment because I have a big filling, possibly a crown that requires time. Upon my visit, I entered the room , he checks me for 3 minutes, and he said, we are done, and I'm asking how it is possible. I know that we have to do a filling, and he said he doesn't have time, and he shows me the way out. Waste of time and money for me.

Positive experience: I had an extraction with Sotiris. As extractions go, it was relatively pain free. He explained all that he was doing and regularly asked if I was pain free. I have had many extractions in the past, this was one of the easiest I have experienced. I would certainly recommend him.

Positive experience: Objective report. Make up your own mind what you think of this service provider. 2 issues in past 5 months. (1) Appt arranged for a child's pre-orthodontics extractions. On arrival Dentist performed a health-check only. When questioned, Dentist claimed that appt notes did not include the pre-arranged extractions. (2) Orthodontic referral being arranged Sep 24. Rang and asked for the contact details of the referee. Was informed "Hopefully Boston, but if not then Spalding would be the referee. Contacted this centre days later by email for an update of referee contact details: zero response. 5 months on nothing heard from either referer (this centre) or referee. Rang this centre and asked again. The given Referee was a Boston contact. On contacting the 'Boston referee', they claimed that was not possible as they no longer act as referee, but advised 'possibly try Spalding". Rang this centre back to report the above conversation. Veronica maintained that all she could advise was what was on her screen i.e. referral to Boston. When questioned regarding the possible Spalding referee , Veronica remained intransigent, offering no further assistance. I asked for the matter to be escalated to the peactise manager and asked for the manager's name. Veronica claimed that the manager "Katie Price" has not been in the practise for some time and wouldn't be in any time soon. When questioned "Do you currently operate without a practice manager. Veronica confirmed "Yes". All email evidence and recorded calls retained.

Negative experience: Good dentist when they don’t cancel you. My son and I were booked for an appointment in August, they called the day before to say they need to reschedule and the nearest appointment was November. The day before the November appointment they called again and said they had to reschedule and booked for February. Now again today they have just called me to cancel it again and book me in for March!! Beyond a joke. But the one and only time I cancelled on them a year ago with 48 hours notice because my son had tonsillitis they told me if I ever cancelled an appointment again I’d be struck off their list.

Negative experience: After first appointment for broken tooth, took two weeks to see me again. At that appointment I was asked for £400, which I refused as the treatment hadn't been decided & I had already put a deposit of £100 on my first visit. I paid £150 instead, then had the tooth extracted £180, so required a £70 refund. They couldn't do that as it had to go to finance, would take a week. 10 days later, no refund so went in & was told finance manager on 2 weeks holiday can't do it. No one else was capable tough luck just wait. Asked to speak to manager, not available & they couldn't find the refund docket, so I showed them the photo I had taken of it, but had to complete another one. This is my money, they should be able to refund it immediately! The extraction of the tooth was fine, although they didn't ask me to go back after a week to check it was healing properly, which my previous dentist did with other extractions.

Negative experience: Had to have an emergency extraction, whilst in the appointment the dentist was adamant that she wanted to keep the tooth even tho it’s was bad this was purely based on greed as the removal was 160 plus 70 emergency but she wanted to do root canal which was an extortionate 600! I opted for the removal! I have since been in excruciating pain and 3 days later I called back today asking if it was normal and the receptionist said she would book me in so someone could look at it. I then received a call 5 minutes later from another receptionist who said I needed to pay another 70 over the phone so they could look at me! Absolutely ridiculous money grabbing company! I should have looked at the other reviews before going here which I stupidly didn’t! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I will also be reporting them to the dentistry council as they clearly do not have any duty of care for their patients!

The practice has had a beautiful makeover and looks so much nicer than before, modern, open and much more comfortable. No more squashing up against walls to let others past! The dentist was really lovely, he kept me informed of what he was doing and was very reassuring and encouraging throughout my entire appointment. Negative experience: Discussed how I have been treated after raising a concern about a charge on my account that I had not been advised about. Due to raising this concern they have said they will no longer treat me in this dentist. Really !!!

Negative experience: As a long-time visitor to this dental clinic with my family members, I was surprised today. I registered my mother for a visit to reattach a dental crown that had come off. For this visit, we paid £110. She has been a client of this clinic for quite some time, but we have never seen such nonsense before.
