Fantastic experience: Brilliant, i haven't been to the dentist for a number of years due to anxiety and cost. They managed to get me in to see Bimal straight away. He was very nice and so was the lovely lady who was his assistant. They made me feel at ease. Bimal explained everything that needed to be done and asked if it was okay. It wasn't pressured at all, like i know some dentists can be very persistent. Very friendly reception staff. All round very good service and they deserve all of their good reviews. I am having the work done next monday, so they have managed to fit me in really quickly.

Fantastic experience: Had a very quick treatment at the practice today. Went in on the off chance I could be seen but my actual dentist was on holiday. The kind receptionist was very helpful and went along and had a word with another dentist called Brandon. He was prepared to see me straight away. I had to have a front tooth extracted and as it was my daughters wedding the next day Brandon wanted my smile back before wedding so he worked his magic and phoned Yu, a very nice lady at a private denture clinic and my new tooth was back in place that day. Thank you all for your prompt service.

Fantastic experience: Pravash and his lovely dental nurse are a great team. Pravash (sorry about the spelling) is a very talented dentist who clearly cares deeply for his patients. I’m always made fully aware of any problems, why this is important to me and the options to move forward with the medical issues that could affect me. Top marks to both of them, I only wish he had remained with the NHS.

Fantastic experience: I havent been to the dentist for years but Brendon and Hannah put me totally at ease. Brendon explained everything he needed to do before he did it, kept on checking I was ok, counted down the time the drill was on and was so laid back and patient. I will be going back again just for a scale and polish and will not be so nervous to attend for regular checkups now. Reception staff are lovely too.

Fantastic experience: I had to go privately and went to mydentist in Gosport. The reception staff were very helpful and the doctor I asked for was brilliant. Aruna listened to my concerns and explained the procedure to me. She gave close attention to me and is highly professional. Excellent service. At my second procedure Aruna again gave me close attention and was again highly professional. I was very comfortable during the process and at the end, thanked Aruna for completing the work in good time and without pain. Again, she provided excellent service. Aruna listened to my concerns and carefully examined my teeth and gums. She said I had no need for work on my gums. She gave me a prescription for dental care and said I should come back after 6 months. Again, she provided excellent service. I again saw Aruna, she did several X-rays and she said there was no inflammation. She advised me to keep an eye out for inflammation, but said I should carry on with my dental routine. Again, she provided excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Dec 2024 - had an appointment yesterday and I am such a nervous & anxious patient but Prawash Sunuwar & Kelly were so kind , patient and gentle with me, reassuring me and telling me what they were doing each step. To say that I’m actually not that nervous to come in on Monday for my filling is a testament , I would normally be a shaking wreck. (Even on check ups) Update : I had my filling done yesterday and it all went well. Aug 25 - another smooth check up and i was made to feel comfortable and relaxed again. My dentist made me feel heard and understood the whole way through, giving me different options for treatment that i was comfortable with. Positive experience: It’s OK. It’s a dentist. They look inside your mouth, the news is good, bad or mixed. Then you pay a lot of money and come back in several months. That’s all you need from a dentist.

After a thorough examination Brendan was able to identify where and how my tooth sensitivity was coming from. I am now pain free. Brendan and his team are superb, I highly recommend this dentist!

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment here this afternoon. While waiting I noticed that every patient was given a warm and friendly greeting by all staff My dentist, Aruna and dental nurse (I think her name was Charlie) were understanding, compassionate and patient. They took time to check in with me when I felt light headed and clearly explained everything. Aruna even took the time to show me the work that needs doing with a mirror so I could understand clearly. Setting up finance is quick and easy and doesn't have to be done at the practice. There was also no unnecessary upselling and no judgement. I was given all the time I was needed. A breath of fresh air compared to my last dentist! I'd highly recommend Aruna for anyone who has anxiety or has had a bad experience in the past.

I’m a bit cautious when it comes to dentists due a very bad experience as a child then further problems with one particular Dentist when I was in the Armed Forces. However, this was a whole new experience! From the lady in reception to Brendon the dentist (and his assistant) it was a really easy going course of treatment. I had a filling and a crown over a broken molar that had been causing me issues for a fair while, but I'd put off treatment due to my previous bad experiences. Yes it’s private and I have to pay, however the payment options offered more than cover your circumstances, if required. Seriously, I've avoided Dentists like the plague however the team here have completely changed my opinion. I have already booked a check up in six months, that's how much I trust them. Thoroughly recommend them if you’re looking for a good Dentist in the area. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Staff very welcoming . Was worry about having filling as £115 is way to much for so had to do without. Through I was covered by my dental plan . I was all so told at some stage I would be offer NHS place

Fantastic experience: I opted for the enlighten teeth whitening, and i really enjoyed the whole process. The trays are made for your own teeth, and then you are given three gels (which should be kept in the fridge). The first two gels are used overnight for two weeks, whilst the last gel syringe is worn for an hour during the day. I did not experience any sensitivity, and the toothpaste given throughout the whitening process helps to desensitise along with the pen that is provided. I noticed a visible difference from the first use, and after you complete the three weeks, you are given another toothpaste and a top-up gel that can be used once a month. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a teeth whitening service that actually works with advice and guidance given from this exceptional dental practice!

Fantastic experience: From a very nervous patient, who hasn’t seen a dentist for 35 years, I was reassured within minutes that I could have time out, if needed. Brendon and Charlotte were fantastic at putting me at ease. I have to go again but it is worth every penny.

Negative experience: I had a 31yr career in the RN and saw dentists and hygienists regularly. Never throughout my career did I have an experience as yesterday! It was the most uncomfortable experience I had ever had in all my years of having treatment. Normally having coming out of a hygienist appointment like many people you’re thinking this is not my mouth with all the gaps lol however it was a little uncomfortable with water treatment and the forceful digging in to the gums and teeth! And they charge £100 for the discomfort which was a price hike of 25% on previous year but mouth has stayed same size same number of teeth! Yet as I said they used water and some scraping tool ……. So nothing special that you can say justifies such a hike! Come the evening my jaws and head felt like it had been in a punch bag, the aches and pain which was unbearable without painkillers! Then the next morning brushing teeth omg……….. the pain on the gum line was a tearful tooth brushing experience!! As I said never in a 31 year career did I have this from service hygienists! Should I be told by dentist again to see hygienist it’ll be yeah when I’m at the age of sending my teeth by mail! Sorry wish it was more positive as it is a good dentist!

Fantastic experience: Had to have a wisdom tooth out today. Aruna and Charlie were amazing as usual. They are the dream team. Didn’t feel a thing.

Negative experience: Spoke to them at 4.00pm on Thursday to register as a NHS patient and book an appointment on the Friday at 3.30 pm..... Unfortunately at 8.45 am on the Friday morning I realized that I had to take my daughter to a medical appointment over Portsmouth for 3.00 pm as her mum was unable to get time off work.... I phoned Mydentist at 9.05am, got the answer machine and informed them that I would be unable to attend for the reasons above and if I could possible reschedule.... I didn't hear back so at 4.00pm I called them to check they received my VM. The receptionist confirmed they had and as I hadn't given them 24 hours notice they would no longer accept me as a patient (which would have been impossible given I only made it at 4.00pm the day before)..... They didn't even have the decency to acknowledge my VM... they just removed me from their books with the intention of not informing me of this decision verbally but by hiding behind a "posted letter" Every cloud and all that as looking at some of their feedback I think I've actually dodged a bullet and they've done me a favor!!

Fantastic experience: I had to come in for a tooth extraction after my tooth fractured. They were very helpful with walking me through the process and were very welcoming to the fact I have a fear of needles and handled it very well. They talked to me while having the procedure and made me feel a lot more relaxed as they removed the tooth.
