Fantastic experience: My 5-year-old son had a wonderful experience with Dr Afrin Magra at mydentist Fleetwood. His first appointment a few months ago was really difficult, so I was nervous about how this one would go — but Dr Magra completely changed how he feels about the dentist. She spoke directly to him, explained everything in a calm and friendly way, and made the whole experience fun and relaxed. I’m so grateful for her kindness and the genuine care she showed.

Fantastic experience: I was looked after by Sara and Ellie for my treatment including fillings. As a very nervous patient I wasn't sure I'd be able to complete my course of treatment but they both made me feel well at ease. Sara explained the whole procedure and reassured me throughout. I would definetly recommend Sara and I feel a lot more confident about any future visits to the dentist.

Today I had a filling, the last time I had one was quite a few years ago where I had a negative experience at another practice with the injection. I explained to my lovely dentist Sara that I was very nervous and she couldn’t do enough to reassure and comfort me. She talked me through and explained everything very well, when it came to the injection she was so amazing I didn’t even feel a thing! Sara is so lovely and caring, I couldn’t recommend her enough. Every check up is always thorough and again, well explained. Sara is a credit to dental practice, safe to say I’m not scared of the injection anymore! Thank you Sara!

Fantastic experience: All of my children have Abid as their Dentist and have done for many years. As a parent we were struggling with our children to get them to brush their teeth let alone do a good job while doing it. We knew it was important but not how important. The children developed cavities and other dentists fixed the cavities and even had teeth removed due to their poor condition. When meeting Abid for the first time he was harsh and fair. He educated the whole family, parents and children about the importance of looking after the teeth and not snacking in between meals and not drinking sugary drinks. The WHOLE family adopted his teachings and at our next appointment there was some improvement, but not enough for Abid. He saw we were still struggling to get into a good routine and brush every day twice a day. He also knew we were capable of further improvement. He again emphasised no snacking, no sugary drinks and great brushing. At times we felt like naughty parents. But we could enforce his guidance at home and blame him (sorry Abid!) BUT IT WORKED. The children brushed better, they drank water! Now the children have great teeth. Abid is pleased with them every visit. He is kind and patient and explains every step to them like it is their first time. He gains their confidence and praises them highly for their good brushing. I honestly think without Abid the story of my children's teeth would be a different and much sadder story. Abid is kind and caring at every visit. He is so professional and never appears to have a bad day! We all enjoy coming to the dentist! We really can't thank him enough. He clearly loves his job and we are glad he does!

Fantastic experience: Don't like going to the dentist it terrifies me and just returned after many years and have had to have my teeth cleaned I've been getting looked after by Adaeze Ndigwe and although the procedure is not pleasant she's absolutely super very professional and kind and takes her time to make you feel comfortable she's a superstar and I cannot thank her enough.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service! I have always had a fear of dentists but Mr John Haddow put me at my ease and was very patient and always made sure I was ok every step of the way of my treatment. He has restored my smile and made it better than before. All the staff there are very friendly and helpful, can't fault any of them, even phoned me and offered me an earlier appointment when they had a cancellation! All in all, excellent experience despite the treatment being done. Would recommend them to anyone, especially those who are nervous of going. Fantastic experience: As an Autistic disabled wheelchair user I find anything medical related challenging. However, My dentist Sara Mohebbi was amazing, as was her assistant. The reception staff were super helpful and kind. I had a big infected tooth extraction and it feels sooo much better today. Plus she filled a broken front tooth and gave me back my smile.

Fantastic experience: I am a 54yr old male, scared of only 1 thing in life, Dentists! Thanks to to a pretty bad childhood experience with them in the 80s, I avoid them like the plague. However, this dentist was a breath of fresh air and made the experience as easy as it could be. 3 visits were necessary in 2 weeks which was like a nightmare to me, but it has to be said it went well thanks to the dentist and his assistants professionalism. I will (under a little mental duress of course ;) ) be back for my check ups and any work when needed. :) Thanks very much to all of the staff there. ✅

They go to great efforts with their decor with themes for the time of year atm it's Easter/spring. John and Katie work extremely hard are very thourough and are also kind and welcoming

Fantastic experience: A long standing chronic infected tooth flared up at the weekend (as usual!).I rang on Monday for an appointment at 9am.They booked me in for one at 11.15 the same day.They had to extract the tooth which they did at the same time.The best £140 I have spent recently!

Fantastic experience: I usually hate a visit to the dentist but the staff are lovely, very courteous, polite and friendly. Abid is literally a genius, I don't feel scared now when I visit the dentist, he is so patient and kind, I didn't feel the injections which was impressive and gave me enough time to be completely numb before doing the work needed. I am usually terrified but have had really positive experiences. Would highly recommend this dental surgery. They are great with kids too, all 3 of my now grown up children go there and never had any issues. 10/10

Fantastic experience: After 25+ years of being petrified of going to the dentist and only having emergency extractions when the tooth ache became unbearable. I was told I needed to get a dentist or I would be in a lot of pain. So I did a bit of research and found mydentist in Fleetwood. I contacted them and explained my problem and my fear. I got my first appointment I went in literally shaking and ready to burst into tears and runaway. But John and Katie were amazing put me at ease and fully understood my fear. But it was bad gum disease and a massive build up of calcified plaque. Lots of work needed and more needles than you can imagine to scrape the plaque away then a tooth out and a denture and I went to every appointment with less fear each time. I would like to say a massive thank you to John and Katie you are awesome and I fully believe without you both I would not of had the work done. I have now signed up to have regular check ups with John and Katie and also see the dental hygienist.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to mydentist,Fleetwood for a considerable time, during which time I have always found them to be helpful, polite and go the extra mile. I recently broke my small denture , as i was going on holiday ,this was a nightmare for me. The receptionist went out her way to get it to the lab, she messaged me when it could be collected,. I got it in time for my holiday.phew This week I was in for a check up. I knew I wanted an appointment with the hygienist as well. I was pleasantly surprised when the dentist said the hygienist would do the clean that very morning. Well done. I know a lot of people hate going to the dentist for the obvious reasons, I however, have never had a problem, and think all the staff make the visit more enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: I’m a nervous patient due to a past experience at another surgery. However the care I have received here has restored my faith. From the receptionists helping with advice for an affordable plan to the excellent dentist who listened to me and was so thorough in his explanation of what my procedure would involve. During my procedure once again the dentist used lots of patience and reassurance throughout. The work carried out was excellent and healing (which I was also given advice on) was very good. I will highly recommend this surgery to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: As an extremely nervous patient I was terrified on entering the practice. Eshan and his nurse were so lovely and made me comfortable. Everything was explained to me and Eshan helped to put my anxieties at ease with kindness and humour. The extraction thankfully was painless and I have an extremely low tolerance of pain. I have been in pain afterwards but have managed this with pain relief. I needed the appointment through the emergency dental service. If they were accepting NHS patients I would definitely sign up and recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've just joined as a new patient and this has got to be the best dental practice I've ever dealt with. They answered the phone very quickly when I called and were very helpful - they fit me in for my first consultation just 2 days later. When I arrived for my appointment, I was acknowledged by a friendly member of the Reception team as soon as I walked through the door, and the dentist himself was very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable, and greatly put me at ease - I'm not in the least bit nervous about my next appointment in a couple of weeks for the treatment I need. I saw the hygienist yesterday and she was wonderful - she explained everything clearly and gave my teeth the best clean they've ever had. I haven't had a hygienist appointment for years, so my teeth were very stained, but she made them look like new and gave me great advice for looking after my teeth. I've had lots of complex dental work done over the years and seen many dentists, but this practice is definitely the best I've ever been to and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Vicki on reception always welcomes with a warm greeting which helps with any pre treatment anxiety, Abbie the practice manager is bubbly and enthusiastic which is always reassuring. During treatment both Nurses Mia and Chloe have looked after me and been great and my Dentist Tony, always cracking a joke which helps with nerves yet he is professional in what he does and has done a tremendous job on my teeth, I’ve had quite a few replacement fillings a new crown and some bonding to build my teeth up. I can honestly say I’ve never felt better with the appearance of my teeth. Highly recommend Tony and this practice in general.

Due to the fact that I was hit in the mouth last Year in June I loosened two front teeth one at the top and one at the bottom I couldn’t find a dentist due to COVID and in May this year I with trepidation contacted My Dentist in Fleetwood I was treated by a young gentleman called Abid, what a fantastic guy, he didn’t talk down to me, he didn’t carry on because my teeth were in bad shape. He could tell I was frightened and he was very patient with me. This dentist is an artist he has re used my original teeth and what a fantastic job he Carried out. He is an asset to this practice and I cannot Thank him enough So if like me, you are terrified of going to the dentist go to My Dentist at Fleetwood and ask for Abid
