Positive experience: There is a problem of access which is inherent in the use of former domestic housing, Once inside the premises are very clean The treatment is first class and the treatment rooms are bright and comfortable.

Negative experience: Had an infected tooth extracted, which developed into dry socket and infection post surgery. Pre-emptive antibiotics should have been given to prevent this agony and multiple trips at much expense! Having started the process to have my tooth replaced with a dental implant elsewhere, I was told by that particular dentist that I will require a bone and gum graft. They suggested to me that I should have been advised during the extraction to have this done at the same time in order to prevent this issue when getting a dental implant in the future. I am very disappointed with the service I received. Now I am paying more money and having multiple surgeries at the dentist to replace my extracted tooth. I am also now anxious about having dental work in the future because of this experience, which is something I never encountered before. This could have been easily avoided in the first place with more patient care and information.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kat Rousea is undoubtedly an expert in orthodontics who really listens to her patients’ needs. I am very glad with the final outcome as well as my two-year-long treatment journey with her. I’d like to mention that her background in facial aesthetics is invaluable. In addition to aligning my teeth, she fixed my bite and even improved my facial profile. Because my case was complicated and I was nervous about the whole process, I asked a lot of questions throughout my treatment. Kat has always been very patient and friendly. She addressed all my concerns with her expertise and confidence. I highly recommend Kat as the orthodontist of your choice!

Fantastic experience: Lovely experience in the Summertown clinic, although I am terrified with dentists! I would like to thank Dr George Bryan for his kindness and patience. I came to the clinic, as I had ulcers and I was in much pain. I followed his treatment plan and had a deep cleaning, where George was very communicative, talking me through the process , constantly smiling, making delighted jokes and being very gentle. I truly appreciate her dedication to her job and I left feeling delighted with the results.

Negative experience: I got an emergency appointment because I was in so much pain and didn’t know what was wrong. I paid so much money just to hear from them one possibility that turned out to be wrong. They just referred me to a specialist without doing literally anything. Having said that, they behaved nicely and patiently. Overall, I got nothing out of that very costly appointment.

Friendly and informative but more importantly got on with the job and sorted me out. I find poor service and ineffective products wherever I turn, not here, top class!! You get what you pay for

I also had some bonding done by Ioannis to build up a couple of small teeth before getting my final retainers. Fantastic experience: My son saw Katerina to have his teeth aligned using Invisalign. He was concerned about the alignment of his teeth and to correct his bite. He found the aligners within a couple of days very easy to use and maintain, to the point he would forget they were in. Katerina is wonderful at her job, engaging well with children to give them confidence and engagement in managing their Invisalign plan. She is very warm and friendly, no question too big or small and the results of the treatment are amazing! The whole team at Bupa Summertown are friendly, very approachable and work seamlessly together. I can't recommend her highly enough, so much so we have recommended her to friends for their children's treatment.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental practice! I was nervous about a chipped tooth, and Bupa Dental Care at Diamond House was able to see me much faster than my normal dental practice. Andrey Astakhov put me at ease right away. The practice offers superb thorough dental exams, not the quick casual poke around like other places. Andrey had excellent communication with me throughout the exam and with his assistant, who recorded all the nuances into the system. They are incredibly professional and definitely on top of dental health. They built immediate trust, and I was completely blown away with how good the service was. This private practice comes with higher costs, but it’s 100% worth it. It’s a night and day difference from my normal dental practice. And I’m absolutely switching. THIS is what all dental practices should be like! - Fantastic dental health service - Extremely professional - Great communication - Very careful and thorough with checks - Superb documentation - Good teamwork - Reassuring

Fantastic experience: In the last few weeks my teeth have been sent - pictorially - all over the world to friends, family and colleagues. A situation I could never have entertained 6 months ago. Indeed, at 58 my mouth was a derelict. Now six months on, thanks to Andrey’s incredible reconstruction of those teeth I’d still managed to hang onto and Ioannis’s genius with my implants, I have a smile, a real let-the-sun-in grin that is unashamedly irrepressible... Fantastic experience: I saw Louise the hygienist yesterday and I was very happy with my appointment, Louise always puts me at ease, I'm a bit of a nervous patient. She did a thorough clean of my teeth and always explains what she is doing.

Fantastic experience: Great team, who do excellent work and provide advice and a great deal of information--videos of procedures for whitening, implants, innovative invisible teeth evening, many more products and introduction to the staff in the reception hall! Comfortable waiting, on-time service and a reasonable cost. Excellent hygienists, who remember from visit to visit the procedures necessary for individual patients. I am delighted with my wonderful new doctor of dentistry, who cares about the whole mouth and takes the large health picture into perspective . Everything modern, efficient, welcoming.

Fantastic experience: As a nervous patient I can get too worried about procedures and treatments but the team at Bupa has made me feel relaxed from the very beginning .Ioannis and the the team are great, talk you throught every single detail of the procedure and they genuinely have the best customer service that I've experience in a dental practice.I couldn't recommend the practice more.

I knew I needed quite a substantial amount of work doing and was quite anxious about the process. Jaz explained everything very clearly to me and outlined the options at all stages and from an execution point of view I am over the moon with the outcome of all the work done. He is unbelievably passionate about dentistry (someone has to be.....). He instilled trust in me as a patient and I would recommend him and Diamond House without reservation. Fantastic experience: Jaz is a great dentist - I had no discomfort through the procedure thanks to his anesthetic skills. He explained everything in great detail and creates a comforting environment.

Fantastic experience: I needed a really big old and crumbling amalgam filling replaced. The whole thing was completely painless, even the anaesthetic injection(which always used to sting), because Amit used a new hi-tech digital injection device. I'm really happy with the new filling.

Fantastic experience: I visited this dentist for the first time over a decade ago after a bad dental experience elsewhere. I originally saw Amit and he was excellent made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel a thing when I had the work done. So a decade on I wanted to get my front teeth looking a lot better and even though I have moved house since and this dentist is a bit further I didn't want to go anywhere else. So I visited diamond house again (still a nervous patient) and was introduced to Jas, and he made a dramatic difference to my smile. I was in the chair for over 4 hours which sounds awful but actually it was fine, again I didn't feel a thing not even the injections, my nerves eased within minutes and Jas will even sing to you on request now that is customer service :)

Fantastic experience: I contacted Diamond House in April 2018 after reading many excellent online reviews. My gums were in bad health from previous bad advice and poor attendance and I was keen to correct this asap and to explore ways of making my upper front teeth more even which my previous dentist had not seen as important enough to pursue. I cannot speak highly enough of the level of service I have received over the last year or so from Amit, Morgan and the team at Diamond House. With Morgan's help I have rapidly improved the health of my gums and continue to see improvements every time I visit. This is due to Morgan's skill, some fairly space-age periodontal techniques and more than anything some great patient advice and communication. Amit recommended some lengthening and veneering of one or two of my teeth as an alternative to contouring or replacement etc. and offered a few levels/options treatment-wise. I went for a course of whitening, and the recommended lengthening/ veneer. I am so glad that I did as Amit turns out to be something of an artist. I am happier with the results than I ever could have hoped, and I can finally smile in pictures without feeling self-conscious. The admin staff seem to be on another level too with their efficiency around booking, rearrangement of appointments, billing and providing a warm welcome. DH is certainly not the cheapest dentist in the area, but TBH you get what you pay for. I reduced costs by signing up to the monthly dental plan which covers regular appointments, gives 10% off all treatments, includes emergency dental insurance and includes free membership for my two daughters until they are 5! 5 stars - it's hard to imagine there is a better dental practice in Oxfordshire - you can find out if you like, I'm staying at Diamond House!
