Fantastic experience: Good dentist. Come every 6 weeks ish for my daughters braces. They've always been pretty much on time if not gotten us in early. Staff are lovely, helpful. Would recommend. I've never had issues parking its always busy but always can park.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing tooth extraction with Dr. Harry! I had a very infected and painful large molar that I waited wayyy too long to get taken care of, and I assumed it was going to be painful to get out, but the extraction was totally painless and super quick! I didn’t even realise he had pulled it out! He is kind, patient, and cheerful. I will definitely be booking in with him soon for the other teeth I need fillings in (before they get too bad) and I am looking forward to it. Thank you, Dr. Harry!

Their extremely patient and understanding and let me go at my own pace never rushing, and letting me have time to consider what I'm about to do. Negative experience: Saw dr Kev about clear correct, paid over a £1000 & decided I couldn't continue, I'd got an impacted wisdom tooth was in pain & decided not to continue, I'd had about 3 sets of aligners & wore one, recently I went back to get the glue removed & was told by the receptionist it would be £49 however after being asked by Kev if I wanted the glue removed or to continue treatment which would cost another £2500 as he'd got all my aligners made, don't know how that's possible? But was also told it would be 100£ to have the glue removed which I'd not got on me, I told him the receptionist told me it was £49 his reply was that was for the examination, I have a dentist where I live, so he was going to charge £49 on top just to open my mouth, when I said I didn't have enough money he seemed annoyed, I'd just wasted £20 in taxi fare for something I could of been told on the phone, nice dentist as long as you're parting with money

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new dentist, after having a really bad experience with ward and Allen. I rang Kirk Hallam dentist explaining how anxious I was and the lady on reception recommended Kev…thank goodness she did! I have never had such a kind, caring and understanding dentist who really did go the extra mile. He made my experience so easy and to an extent, enjoyable. I had a couple of issues, however, Kev booked me in the same day and helped me with anything I needed. I will continue my dentist journey with Kev and can honestly not recommend him enough. He’s a lovely, kind, family man and a big reminder that not all dentists are money grabbing bullies.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today with dental hygienist Yashnik Kaur. She and her assistant were both fantastic and very patient with me; as I am neurodivergent and was rather anxious. Yashnik was very understanding with my sensory and communication needs. She explained treatment on the day, step by step, and all the self-care at home tips clearly and concisely. Positive experience: I’m sorry to leave this but after waiting years for a nhs appointment I finally get one here with Nayana and I feel that apart from a check up no work was offered at all ! I had to ask to have two fillings repaired and was only given a basic clean when I needed a deep clean due to gum desease I also asked about teeth straightening and this was not even offered An again I no I can have this on band 3( apparently it’s not available only under the age of 18 ? ) I’m due in again wed next week as the 2nd filling was totally forgotten about ‍♀️ so I would love to discuss this further with you *edit-* Was a better appointment today after Nayana had read the review I’m so sorry I had to do this but I have not liked my smile for years and was really hoping you could have helped more However was great chatting with you about options today pity they all involve a huge price tag but thank you ☺️ For a more informative and caring appointment

Negative experience: Awful, Had to go private, cost a fortune, had a tooth removed, and they ‘undercharged’ me when i was at the practice, they then rang to collect the ‘rest’ later in the day, Followed all instructions given when tooth was extracted, was in constant pain still, rang up for another appointment, to deal with the issue, no one on reception told me, that because the appointment would be with a different dentist, I would have to pay a check up fee yet again…, nor did the receptionist on the counter when I had my appointment, who actually said I’d got nothing to pay. Yet two days after I’m getting a phone call to say I hadn’t paid for my appointment…. Frankly won’t be using this practice again..

Fantastic experience: On behalf of my technology challenged mother, Mrs Preston; she was very impressed with the treatment that she received, following her first visit to this dentist. The reception staff were not only excellent but also friendly and the dentist was efficient and took time to ensure that she was happy with the outcome of her dentures. Her previous dentist in comparison was diabolical; rude reception staff and lack of care was the norm. Kirk Hallam dentist have exceeded expectations. What a great team!

Fantastic experience: As I've got older I have become more anxious about going to the dentist, so I needed to see someone who is able to keep their patient calm and reassured. After a quick search on local Facebook groups, Kev's name popped up a few times and he was highly recommended. I sent him a message on Facebook messenger, and as it was a Sunday I didn't expect a reply until Monday, but Kev soon got back to me and within less than 24 hours I've been for a check up, had X-rays and the issue has been dealt with. Fantastic experience: Me and my partner came to Kev through a recommendation from a friend to get our teeth 'wedding ready!'. Kev and his team are amazing at what they do and make you feel super comfortable (even playing your favourite playlist whilst you are having your treatment done). My partner had the Clear Correct aligners which he had amazing results from (see photo attached) and also composite bonding to correct the chips. Fantastic experience: I was really scared about going to the dentist, but after being recommended by a friend a plucked up the courage and made the appointment, as soon as I walked in the door the staff were fantastic and then Harry came to fetch me he has the patience of a Saint he took his time explaining my options as I had teeth missing he was constantly asking if I was ok, after a few appointments I decided to go with a flexi fit denture, been to have it fitted today, and I'm over the moon, thankyou Harry for your patience with me, and all the staff, I'm now booked in for my 6 month appointment and will definitely have no fear in attending next time.
