Winsover Dental Care: Reviews
Fantastic experience: Had a great appointment, very friendly & kind dentist who took time to speak to me about my concerns. Really grateful, I hate going to the dentist but she really helped.
Negative experience: Absolutely the WORST clinic in Spalding. Not only are the appointments late every single time by at LEAST an hour, the reception nor the dentists do not care. While you wait in the waiting room for an hour or two, the dentist drinks his coffee upstairs in the office. Patient with an urgent toilet card due to a medical condition was completely ignored when told that the toilet needs to be used, appointments are made for the time when the dentist isn’t even at work yet, receptionists laugh at you when you try an express your concerns. Yes thy have NHS, but it’s better for you to travel somewhere else and actually receive care to a good standard than sit here like an absolute fool.
Negative experience: This dental practice is cost me £1700. The The last year i took my son in here for they do some fillings. The first two or three done by "dentist" the last one is done by dental "something" but not proper qualified dentist i'm not sure how call them now days. He was told to my son under the treatment he wasn't sure what filling material he need to use for that job. He said he will using some soft material for that job done that time. On the last two days my son had a tooth ache, so he need to booking different practice private way because he doing his university now in different city. When he get appointment there and they done his x-ray. The dentist told to him , he has a pain because the last filling what he's got is not a rightmaterial for that filling ,because that material normaly just used for temporarily fillings. Now he need to do root canal on that tooth and they find out all the fillings what he got last year from this practice are looks like when someone rushed to done those job and didn't do those filling properly and underneath those filling the cavity are cause more troubles. Ohh and i haven't mentioned that situation when my son is called this practice because he had a bad tooth ache. Whe we turned up the appoinment what he got , they checkd for him and they told to him he maybe need root canal , but the "dentist" who checking him he told he is not dentist he can't do it for him. They just sent him back home with pain without any medicine. When i call them back, how they just sent back to home any treatment . The receptionist just was laughed end of the line. The next day i have to took my some to private practice because he was still in pain. I wrote a complain email for the manager that time ,but i never get any reply for it. I hope i can find some higher level to place my compain for this practice.
Negative experience: Not happy not for the first time we have had our appointments cancelled due to the dentist taking a month's leave. The cancellation is a week before the actual appointment and included fillings for both my husband and I. The only appointments close to the date were not appropriate for us to take so the only one we could isn't until Dec 28th 2025!! Trouble is we can't shop around like years ago, but I can mention this to the CQC
Negative experience: Been a patient for a little while now until today I removed myself and my family from their books for multiple reasons:- 1) the dentist frequently arrived into the practice late and so was late for our appointments which had a knock on effect to us and all others 2) their systems were down before we had arrived at the practice one day. Myself and husband paid for our treatment upon arrival prior to seeing the dentist as private clients. We waited to find out if we could still be seen. In meantime an NHS adult arrived to attend their appointment at a later time than ours to see the same dentist. In they went and we were refunded and turned away.. 3) Having enquired to check to see if we remained on the NHS waiting list, and we're given the practice's email address to direct my enquiry to, I remain waiting for a response. I sent this email many weeks ago.. 4) Not happy with the service we've regularly received we visited a different dentist with our child in mind to get his teeth checked over as a precautionary measure and the dentist spotted straight away an underlying jawline issue and immediately sent a referral to the hospital. So unfortunately I cannot at all recommended this practice to anyone and believe that in our opinion and based on our own individual experiences with the practice and as a family unit, we believe that in most cases, where our child to us will always remain a priority for healthcare, we believe they are not currently fit for purpose. Written 6 November 2025.
Fantastic experience: Very happy with the service my son received from the dentist & assistant. Very thorough, polite & informative. It's nice when you receive top quality service.
Negative experience: I was registered with this practice, but my appointment was suddenly moved after being told the dentist no longer works Mondays. When the new date came around, both of us were unwell with flu symptoms, so I called the day before out of courtesy to explain — I didn’t want to risk spreading it to staff or other patients. The receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive, and I was told that if we didn’t attend, we’d be put back on a two-year waiting list. Absolutely no understanding or compassion. I’ve since registered with another local dentist who have been nothing but kind and professional — a complete contrast. Would not recommend this practice at all.
Negative experience: Seems regularly changing and cancelling appointments.
Fantastic experience: Brilliant service from Chloe and Sujith, tonight at the dentist, warm welcome and made to feel at ease straight away. Thank you for the Brilliant NHS dental service.
Negative experience: I got charged £110, I thought was for an examination and extraction all I got was 1 X-ray didn’t examine any other teeth and told it would cost an extra £290 to pull a tooth. I feel ripped off
Negative experience: Tried to register 4 times now with no responce from the practice . Very unprofessional
Negative experience: I cannot make an appointment for pain which I strongly suspect is an infection, as they cannot prescribe medication at Spalding. I am booked in to have teeth removed and I know they cannot be removed if I have an infection ! The abrupt receptionist suggested I contact either Winsover in Mablethorpe or Broadway in Woodhall Spa and then did not even have the courtesy to supply me with the contact details. Very disappointing service :-(
Negative experience: Absolutely appalling service. Wait for ages for an appointment and it gets cancelled without reason an hour before the appointment time. When I asked as to why the receptionist started to give attitude. When asked about another appointment I was told it was almost 3 months unless I wanted to pay privately, then they could get me in almost immediately. The appointment was originally made due to a painful wobbly tooth, so they cancelled last minute, wait almost 3 months or pay privately. I got the impression that this was a all to score an up-sale. Due to the discomfort I took the private appointment, and wish I hadn't. Arrived at the practice and the receptionists attitude changed, I do not know if that's because we were face to face or a "private" patient. Went in to see the dentist, explained what was wrong, they took an xray to confirm the problem and then wanted me to sign a consent form for a total just under £400 to extract the tooth. Claiming because it is a crowned tooth, it makes the extraction risky. I refused to sign their form due to the cost and the fact I'm still angry over the situation I have already mentioned. I paid for the consultation and left angry and frustrated. Looking at the reviews this is happening too much to be a coincidence, it certainly seems like this is a regular occurrence and it seems like an up-sale trick.
Fantastic experience: My son had the pleasure of seeing Bineeth, ably assisted by Sona. My son is autistic and normally highly anxious at the dentist, but Bineeth was absolutely magnificent with him. He was kind, calm, and patient, explaining everything to my son in a respectful manner, whilst at every stage seeking his consent. It was a pleasure to see such a skillful practitioner - I can’t speak highly enough of him.
Negative experience: This dental practice has gone massively downhill since I joined, I used to reccomend it to anyone and everyone, my dentist was amazing and I could always get seen when needed. Recently getting seen is the hardest thing and when I did eventually get seen the dentist ignored all my concerns and did nothing, the week following this, the tooth I said needed attention broke, so I booked back in and the soonest app was May 24th (this was in feb) and now 10 days before the appointment they’ve cancelled it and now have to wait until end of June, no apology no customer service they just told me there is a long waiting list for extractions, however I wasn’t booked in for an extraction!? Just needed a filling, absolute joke also had a dentist drill into the wrong tooth patch it up with a temp filling and it has just been left since. Would give anything for the old service I used to receive it’s such a shame
Negative experience: Gone back and forth for appointments to have abridge prepared and fitted. Misquoted a private price after a checkup costing £40, following which I booked an NHS checkup (costing £28.60) after which I was told the NHS no longer offered this service. As a result have had to go back private, paid £800 total for the bridge over two appointments, whilst alot having to travel from Lancaster for the sole purpose of receiving the dental work. Only recently I have received the bridge itself, which has fallen out twice within 24 hours, having called the practice immediately after it fell out, was put on hold until closing time and told to call back the following morning. Did so and eventually got through to a manager who has told that it is impossible to receive an emergency appointment before I must return to university for unavoidable circumstances. The cause of this emergency appointment is to either have a different, capable dentist reapply the bridge or have a cover placed ont eh back of my anchor tooth owing to it being painful and very sensitive. Completely useless desk staff, the private dentist himself has failed to apply the bridge on two separate occasions, been forced to wait hours to be seen. Complete mishandling of the situations.
Negative experience: Cant take the 1 star it has off but would like to, you won't get an nhs appointment here, only if you pay, no such thing as an nhs dentist here, just greedy money grabbers that will more than likely perform more work than is needed. Don't call you back when they say they will. I'd like to put what I really think but the post probably wouldn't go through.
Fantastic experience: Hi my name is Neil Pearson. I had a Deep Clean & some fillings done. The Dentists there are very professional and kind. I was very happy with service at Winsover Dental Care, and i would recommend them to anyone
Negative experience: Absolutely poor patient service. Here's my story so far... (I travel from Peterborough). My first appointment was with them on boxing day of all days which was non changeable.. After waiting 2 years fair enough. Attended the appointment and was advised I would need hygienist and some fillings (it's been years since I've been able to go to a dentist). I came back on Sunday 3rd March (weekends are the only times I can do). I paid up front and the hygieneist told me I would have to come back again for the fillings which no one explained to me before nor did anyone tell me how many fillings I required. I booked an appointment for the Sunday 16th of March. To then be told after I left that "my dentist" doesn't work weekends. So I had to book of a week day from work (I work in Huntingdon). Appointment was changed to Tuesday 18th March. I had confirmation texts prior to the appointment. I booked the day off work and attended only to be told after I arrived there that my appointment was either cancelled or not even booked??? At this point I was rightfully frusted as I booked annual leave off from work and travelled there and paid for parking. They told me they can try and fit me in with a different dentist but will have to wait 45 mins. I agreed to this. My appointment was with the same dentist that did my hygiene clean (really nice chap to be honest). Unfortunately he was not able to complete all the fillings I needed due to the short time in which they managed to squeeze me in. So now I had to go back to complete the rest of the fillings. I have no tooth pain and regularly clean and check my teeth but apparently I need 6 fillings? I booked the next appointment for today good Friday as they advised "my dentist" will be working today and I didn't have to book annual leave for this. Had my confirmation texts come through. Even a phone call from the receptionist yesterday to remind me of my appointment today. Until now. I have just received a call from the receptionist to say "my dentist" is not working today and will need to reschedule.. It's been rescheduled to next Sunday 27th April (even though my dentist apparently doesn't work Sundays?) I literally just need to get these fillings in which I had initially paid for and telling me no other dentist can do them? Absolutely ridiculous with my appointments. Their system is terrible. I work for the NHS in Huntingdon and understand the stress it has but this is absolutely basic appointment booking. There should not be this many issues for patients its unacceptable. I wait to see what will happen with my next appointment on Sunday 27th... Obviously something will go wrong
Fantastic experience: Open 0800 to 2000 every day. Friendly staff, experienced dentists. Good appointment availability.
Negative experience: Less than Zero , no compassion for child in pain , heartless people send away child with extremely toothache as no appointments seriously .
Fantastic experience: Brilliant service dr Natalia Anopriieva listen to my concerns about my smile and iv never felt better about it im very very happy and they are lovely
Fantastic experience: Windsover Dentist in Spalding is the best Dentist I have ever visited, I do still have problems going to the Dentist, I had a needle phobia for more than 40 years, though I am better, I have to say, Divya Thomas is a wonderful Dentist, very gentle, kind and gave me lots of time if I became slightly agitated, she really calmed me down so much, I was able to relax, my teeth look wonderful, her assistant Rajnish was very helpful and lovely, Receptionists were friendly, very kind and understanding. Thank you all. ❤
Fantastic experience: very nice person at the reception and great dentists and their assistants. After the visit I was satisfied, my daughter and I recommend it
Fantastic experience: Had my first check up at Mablethorpe today, the service I received was fantastic. The receptionist the detist and nurse was incredibly friendly. Everything done was explained in great detail and I was asked several times if I was ok. Brilliant service thank you Winsover, what an asset to Mablethorpe
Fantastic experience: Highly recommended! Nice and clean. Easy to get an appointment, friendly receptionists. They are brilliant! I will be back!
Fantastic experience: Took me as an emergency NHS patient. Really impressed how helpful the reception staff were with advice and fitting me in. Everywhere was very clean and all the staff were very helpful, kind and cheerful. I've used many dental practices in the area over the years and so far this is the best. Thanks for great service 5*
Positive experience: Always welcoming and friendly.Check ups are always thorough
Negative experience: I have not been able to visit as my eldest has been gravely ill over a year with “C”. I have a very loose front tooth causing me not to eat with ease, not to sleep with pain, my eye to flicker due to pain in face, I was told to phone next day at 8am I did and was told no space for months, then was told anyway you do not use us regularly, I could if I pay £200+ to which made me quite cross as she would not even understand I have reasons, she did not even let me talk as with respect spoke so fast as not local, today got a text telling me I was removed from the practice due to rac, absolutely crazy about this, made me sick all day and all I do is care for me family.
Negative experience: Absolutely appalling service. They have cancelled Three of my Appointments in a row. My Son was seen Once in nearly a year. Staff very rude and completely unprofessional. Would not recommend. Have left them will not tolerate that service. What practice cancels you three times? Disgusting.
Positive experience: Been an NHS patient here a while now along with my children. Used be be a great place but just recently every appointment either gets cancelled or changed. Not easy to contact anyone, receptionists are abrupt & confused a cancelled appointment even further by cancelling whole family rather than 1 child. Tried to charge me private patient cost for a de-scale a few months ago. My most recent 6mth check up I had yo wait an hour to be seen then I felt it wasn't through at all, not even offered a polish which is normally included. Today I've just had notification another appointment cancelled for no reason in 5 months time. Also can only seen to gey appointments now on Saturdays which makes it almost impossible for my children 3 of which have part time jobs. Such a shame it's gone down hill as was always a pleasure before.
Fantastic experience: When I required a broken tooth repairing, Natalie did a fantastic job. She was exceptionally patient with me as I am terrified of Injections.
Fantastic experience: My Father, son and I all registered here recently. Today was our first visit and it was absolutely brilliant. The Dentist and dental nurse were wonderful especially with my son. He was put at ease and she even checked his cuddly elephant's teeth too. They were all very thorough, professional and friendly. I'd highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: My son saw the most amazing dentist today Natalia. Her and her dental nurses were very professional, attentive and kind and her patient care was beyond exceptional, what an asset to this practice. Well done
Fantastic experience: Recently had a new denture fitted at Winsover Dental as my old one had cracked and was about to fall apart. I was seen fairly quickly in order to have impressions taken and the whole process took less than two weeks to have my new denture in place. Aftercare was brilliant as I did require a visit to make some adjustments due to it being slightly uncomfortable after a few days, once again, I was seen the day after making the phone call and the adjustments were made and the denture now fits perfectly. I did pay privately and the costs for a new denture were very much in line with other dentists in the area. I can wholly recommend Winsover Dental.
Fantastic experience: Quick, efficient and friendly. Pain free treatment with polite & caring dental staff. Thank you x
Fantastic experience: Called in on the off chance I could see a dentist asap for urgent consultation. Ladies on Reception were lovely - very helpful. Got an appointment within the hour. Dentist & Dental Nurse were both very friendly. X-ray done, anti-biotics prescribed for abcess, and follow-up plan discussed. Thank-you
Fantastic experience: Floss and clean completed. Excellent care and attention given.
Positive experience: Very good but the technology is not easy for me. Receptionist could be more helpful and professional.
Fantastic experience: Dr Evans bosman and his nurse is really amazing Friendly staff, lovely practice manger
Fantastic experience: I was referred to Winsover. Dental care by 111. They saw me the same day and extracted a tooth. Very good and having follow up work done.
Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with my dentist Dr Azin she explained everything in detail and made me feel completely at ease as it was an awkward filling. I previously had an emergency appointment with Maria Padilla as my Dentist was off and Maria was again totally amazing. I find the Manager Sofie excellent and is always helpful. The reception team are polite and always check a day before to make sure you remember your appointment. Very happy with this practice.
Positive experience: Appointment was at 2 not seen until twenty past everything else very professional
Fantastic experience: My self and wife, and our son, have been going to winsover dental care, for quite a while, the staff are very nice and polite, the dentist we see she is very lovely, polite ,and tells you everything that she is doing, I would recommend winsover dental care
Fantastic experience: Really kind dental nurse, explained my scan results clearly and the receptionists were also very helpful
Positive experience: The dentist are really lovely, professional and make you feel at ease. My only negatives is often the receptionists can be a bit abrupt and cold and the wait to be seen is always 30-60 mins after the appointment time, which when your waiting with a child can feel very intense or if you’ve taken time out from work to attend is stressful.
Positive experience: Very happy with treatment at our check ups, just 40 minutes later than appointment time wasn't ideal.
Fantastic experience: Recently been for a emergency appointment and the dentist was amazing I was in tears because of the pain and I came out of there smiling and have had no pain since if I lived closer I would make this my regular dentist. I am quite scared of the dentist do go as regularly as I should and he told me everything that he was doing explained everything I needed to know and I cant thank him enough for what he done for me
Positive experience: Very efficient and friendly staff. Convenient opening hours.
Positive experience: It's a nice place, I would have given 5 * but too often for me they have run late and not said anything. Dentists don't seem to stay long either. The treatment is good, they are helpful with advice, hopefully they will have more permanent dentists in the future and be on time!
Fantastic experience: I had urgent requirement where a 90 mile trip from Sutton-on-Sea to my Cambridgeshire dentist was made impossible by my current provider. after virtually waiting all the day on my dentist for a return call on Monday, i phoned Winsover very late in the day (after 5pm ) and by 11am next day the problem was solved by a very nice, interesting and friendly dentist, thank you Hussain, hope I can move over from my provider to yourselves as an NHS patient in the near future.
Fantastic experience: I hade dentist Maria, she's been obsolutely amazing, I'm a very nervous pt if it's comes to dentists, becose of very bead experience in past, but she's been a star in every way and the results says all 5stars from me
Negative experience: I should of had an appointment today at 8.30 am but as I was parking my car at about 8.05 am and found out my appointment was cancelled yet again and this is now the sixth time this has happened to me and after receiving text messages and phone calls to confirm appointments and they expect us to give them 24 hours to cancel our appointments
Negative experience: Just found out this morning I’m not registered with them anymore (NHS) because I haven’t done my 6 months check. No reminders whatsoever because they don’t do reminders. OF COURSE YOU DON DO REMINDERS BECAUSE IT’S MORE PROFITABLE TO BE JUST PRIVATE THAN HALF NHS
Negative experience: I do not recommend this clinic. This clinic is the worst clinic in the world
Fantastic experience: I came to the dentist today and saw one of the most amazing dentist men, he made me feel cool calm and very reassured. Couldnt remember his name but will definately go back there. He was in the top room with a younger dentist. Originally from America. They had my fears and anxiety in mind and eassured me to. I couldnt thank the dentist enough.
Negative experience: We was given this number as a point of help from 111. My husband was in extreme pain with an infected tooth. 111 said he needed to be seen with 24hours. I reached out to this dentist only to be met by such hostility. I explained the whole situation to the young girl on the phone, expecting them being a point of care asking if they could please help us. The response was so shocking I just didn't have any words. I know not all people are born empathetic towards others but I put the phone down and just cried. 111 gave me there number for them to help. There are no other emergency dentists within 20miles, believe me I was willing to travel anywhere at this point, and the only people who could help us just basically told me that they would only see us if we paid privately and that even then they couldn't be sure that we would be seen, and even if I called the following day it was unlikely we would get an appointment. It was put so bluntly and she didn't want to help us at all. I'm not usually one to moan. All my reviews are positive. But I honelslty could not believe a health care provider who I really needed help from was so unkind and unhelpful. They didn't even offer any advice. I feel so let down.
Fantastic experience: 5 STARS - 100% RECOMMENDED! I have been visiting Winsover Dental Care for almost a year and have had five tooth extractions, the first being an emergency extraction in November 2023. Their service has been second to none. They send me regular text reminders to my phone so I don't accidentally miss an appointment. My dentist, Dr. Bosman, quite simply, has been amazing. The dental staff are also very friendly and the young receptionists have always been polite. Unfortunately for me, I have always had minor issues when it comes to visiting the dentist, partly due to less than satisfactory experiences at my previous dentist, but also because of the facts that my gums sometimes do not fully numb following an injection of anaesthesia, so I occasionally need an extra shot, plus my pain threshold has always been quite low, so the even thought of visiting any dentist puts me on edge. I find myself explaining these issues to Dr. Bosman every time I visit, though I am sure he has got used to me repeating these things by now, but I have never known a dentist to be so understanding. He listens to my concerns and always takes his time when administering those dreaded needles, making sure that my gums are fully numb before beginning any procedure. I must confess that i still tense up when I see those long needles approaching my mouth, but there hasn't been a single instance of any of them causing me any real pain or discomfort. Believe me, that really is something for me. There isn't a lot more I can add to this, other than to say that I would highly recommend Winsover Dental Care, and I would certainly recommend Dr. Bosman, especially if you are a nervous patient like me. There really hasn't been any reason for me to get anxious before any of my visits.
Fantastic experience: After being a hour late due to road works in spalding winsover we’re still accommodating and able to see myself and my partner still for our appointment! Fantastic care really grateful would 100% recommend to anyone! Thankyou!☺️
Fantastic experience: Booked in for a check-up and a scale and polish. We ended up being 40 mins late to the appointment due to spalding traffic but the team at Winsover were still able to see us in no time at all! Thankyou to all of the staff at Winsover!
Fantastic experience: Was seen as am emergency patient this Sunday, by Dr Hussain & his team. Everyone very caring and took all the pain away. My tooth problem was very bad (one side of face infected and swollen)) and am happy to say the pains , as promised is gone. Highly recommends.
Fantastic experience: Dr Hussain was excellent & caring would recommend the practice to people
Fantastic experience: My six year old was seen as an emergency today with extreme pain in his tooth. Receptionist extremely helpful with getting him booked in as quickly as possible and Dr Hussain was amazing! Removed tooth whilst managing to keep my son calm and at ease. 10/10 thank you for all your help!
Fantastic experience: Today was my husband’s and my first appointment at Winsover Dental care. We found the staff really friendly, helpful and professional. We both saw Mrs Aabha Kumar and she explained everything and constantly checked that I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain. Her dental nurse was very friendly too sorry I did not get his name. Then there was the lovely young lady on reception. On our arrival we were greeted with a smile and very polite. I had spoken to her on the phone earlier that morning and she had a lovely telephone manner too. Great experience for our first appointment.
Fantastic experience: Dr Hussain just saw me as an emergency today and removed a molar and a wisdom tooth for me, it was more complex than it could have been and he did it swiftly and painlessly. Thank you so much Dr H, I'm so looking forward to being toothache free! X
Fantastic experience: A great dentist. I've had good experiences everytime and they are also great with our daughter. Started taking her at 6 months and now 2 1/2 and still going well. Only challenge is kids appointments are upstairs so we had to leave the pram behind the reception or in empty rooms when upstairs.
Fantastic experience: Accepted as an NHS patient yesterday and already had a check up and appointment today for a clean and polish. Superb dentist and friendly helpful support staff. So impressed!
Fantastic experience: Very helpful kind and do a very good job and puts you at your ease
Positive experience: Rang for nhs emergency appointment at 8am advised by 111, was first in line it said, got through and told no nhs emergency appointments but could do private. I was in pain all night so didnt have a choice. Not happy at all with this bit but the dentist, mr hussein, was extremely kind and informative, very good dentist which is why i rated it 4. He listened and dealt with the problem quickly and professionally. He made it a very comfortable experience and would definitely recommend him.
Fantastic experience: I had an exceptional experience at the dentist today. I came in with an urgent issue and was seen, treated and out the door in the hour. The staff were incredibly professional and made me feel relaxed throughout the procedure. Will definitely return!
Fantastic experience: First appointment staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean and professional service
Positive experience: I was offered an appointment that was suitable for me. I went in for a regular check up. I had to fill out some forms on arrival but that didn’t take too long. Staff was friendly; however I was seen ten minutes later than my appointment time of 11.20 am even though I had arrived early at 11am.
Fantastic experience: I had to have a wisdom tooth out and whilst I was apprehensive and wanted to go home I am glad I had the treatment. I was reassured and looked after very well.
Fantastic experience: Met my new dentist today who was very nice and explained the next stage of my treatment. Made an appointment for next time. All very efficient and such a nice person to see.
Fantastic experience: Once again I received excellent care ,pleasant receptionist and friendly dentist team, I was seen on time with no fuss.
Fantastic experience: Excellent service. I really can't thank them enough. I was in considerable pain and needed an extraction. Sadly my own dentist couldn't do it for 7 weeks. I rang NHS111 and was given Winsover's number. They were able to see me the same day. Dr Hussain was fabulous. He removed the tooth without any fuss or pain and I felt complete confidence in him. A big thank you to him and his team.
Positive experience: Was seen by Dr Hussain and he has been brilliant, all the assistants always have a smile on their face. Nothing positive to say about the practice itself.
Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant!! Very professional. I saw Dr Hussein and now my teeth look like they did about 20 years ago. I used to be self conscious to even talk and now I can’t stop looking in the mirror.
Negative experience: I reviewed it before, but I am unsure how it got removed I joined this dental clinic when it opened, and it was brilliant, but over time, it has become greedy. They removed me from the NHS list even though I had a regular 6 months check up (I pay for NHS service) Now, the wait time on the phone is ridiculous. Once I waited 1.5 hours... Recently, my tooth cracked from a filling they did, and I have been unable to get an urgent/emergency appointment. They told me to book a private appointment for £91... I am unable to eat properly, and they just don't care. Definitely a disgraceful place.
Negative experience: Been waiting 2 years to finally have them take me after I filled in the registration forms about 2 hours ago. Had my first appointment check up, they wanted payment before my appointment. They was a half an hour late from my appointment to see me. The Dentist was friendly and gave me the information and got me involved in my appointment. I needed to make a 10 minute review about a plan on what they was going to do as my wisdom teeth grow out wrong.i called last week so then I was booked in for today 23/7/24. They rang me to confirm my appointment yesterday which I confirmed. I show up to my appointment this morning at 8:45 to be told it was cancelled. What a waste of time and journey. I told them that I had the confirmation phone call yesterday and now I’ve been randomly cancelled. She said that there was texts. Which I never received. She said that I can be seen at 9 and wanted to take a payment, I question it and they had me booked down as a check up. I said I never booked for a check up. I just had one 3 weeks ago and now I need a review conversation about what they are planing to do. They then said the don’t have a Dentist to do that today but yet was willing fob me off to a non Dentist professional to do a check up that I never requested for. Now I have to wait few more weeks because they can’t sort their self’s out. It’s unprofessional and unorganised. This is my second time being here and it’s looking like the place is not worth it and I been on a 2 hour waiting list. It’s not good enough.
Positive experience: Had my first visit there this week. Friendly but wasn't impressed that you have to pay before you've even had your treatment. It's as if you can't be trusted. Once I saw the dentist, and I didn't have to wait long, he was friendly and informative. Have another appointment next week so hope I don't change my mind!
Negative experience: Nhs 111 dental emergency gave me this phone number for emergency nhs treatment rang through got hold of someone spoke to them said can offer appointment tomorrow private only 91 quid why is Nhs emergency giving this place if they won't do emergency nhs appointments
Negative experience: Useless place
Fantastic experience: Words can't describe how happy and pain-free I am. Thank you so much to Dr. ezeldin and Fairy Nurse Hilda for being truly professionals and most caring people I met in my life. My wisdom tooth been pulled in minutes.Reception staff is very welcoming and friendly. There is no need to wait a second . All place impressively clean. Practice manager Sophie one in the million who generally cares about people. Thank you very much.
Fantastic experience: Had an Emergency appointment and managed to get an appointment here after trying 3 others. Excellent service by all.
Positive experience: Both my husband and myself had a very good experience with Dr Ezeldin Mohamed and all the staff. I am a very nervous patient but the kindness, gentleness and professionalism show to us both was outstanding.
Positive experience: Good care. Friendly dentist who gives good advice (Dr Abraham's). Only lost 1 star as they often run late.
Fantastic experience: Have been using Winsover rd Spalding for 2 years now my last appointment was with Dr Abraham and he and his assistant were excellent great communication and treatment
Fantastic experience: Friendly atmosphere and good service
Fantastic experience: My wife broke one of her teeth that help to hold her denture at teatime on Friday. We decided to drop into the dentist while in town on Saturday. In spit of a room full of clients, the young receptionist said that if we came back at midday our Dentist would take a look. We sat for a short time past 12 and we saw Dr Bhatti, who has always been so helpful to Janet. An impression was made and he kept the denture. On Tuesday a phone call said if we went in, Dr Bhatti had the denture back. We did so, and very carefully he took the base of the broken tooth out, and fitted the denture. We are so grateful for this efficient service we have had now, and in the past from this Dentist, and the practice.
Fantastic experience: Friendly staff Had Tooth Abscess But Treated Me So Quickly, Can't Thank Them Enough
Fantastic experience: Absolutely delighted with Dr. Bosman's treatment and advice. I could not have hoped for more. Many thanks.
Fantastic experience: They do a fantastic job I don’t know what I would do without them. I would recommend them to anyone.
Fantastic experience: I wasn't the biggest fan of denists due to past experiences at other practices, but I can say after having a tooth removal and a filling. I can highly recomend Winsover Dental Care, they listen to you and help you deal with the fears of the Dental Work you may need doing. I highly recomend them enough
Fantastic experience: Great service, perfect treatment & can't recommend highly enough!!
Negative experience: Dissapointing. Filled in the online form several times since January about the new winsover dental practice opening in Mablethorpe. But received no phone call. Or any form of contact at all. I will update this review if things change, but so far it's very disappointing, a simple confirmation email or call saying that you're on the list would have been better than nothing,
Negative experience: I needed immediate help, but it was not provided. I just wanted to glue my front tooth. they didn't help
Fantastic experience: Maria is so professional, caring and supportive Couldn't be happier, so pleased we have a NHS dentist
Positive experience: I’m never the sort of guy to review , the practice is not bad but they did leave me waiting 40 minutes for an appointment. I wouldn’t reschedule with them it gets messy , keep your original appointment
Positive experience: Sophie Smith is a true professional and she's an effective practice manager who understand what empathy means to patient. She is an asset to Winsover Dental practice. Keep up the good work!
