Negative experience: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I strongly advise against this dental clinic. Since I started going there, I keep losing teeth and have not received any real solutions. I have progressing periodontitis, but instead of proper treatment or guidance, the only advice I got was: “brush your teeth.” Really? My gums are receding, the necks of my teeth are exposed, and I am about to lose all my teeth — and that is the only answer I receive? After my last cleaning, the dentist injured the exposed neck of my implant with the tool, which caused severe gum inflammation and unbearable pain (tears in my eyes from the pain). At the next visit, the dentist could not perform the planned extraction because of infection, and I ended up pulling the tooth out myself at home a few days later. I repeatedly asked for antibiotics, but my concerns were dismissed. Now my whole face is swollen, from my cheeks up to my eyes, and I cannot eat or even drink. Yet there is still no real help offered here. This is simply unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.

Negative experience: Not a practice I would recommend to a friend or a family. I feel like taking a full appointment charge £29 upfront for the first appointment is not right. Taking a deposit would seems more fair. They take advantage of people who can't get nhs dentist and are desperate for dental care. Not inviting. Need reporting to GDC. I would avoid.

Negative experience: Not helpful what so ever, take your money and then don't fix their mistakes. The staff are rude. Just ridiculous

I recently had a private root canal and crown, and from the moment I walked in, the reception team made me feel so welcome. Dr. Navid Tahir was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly before and during the treatment. I’m over the moon with my new, pain-free tooth and crown — the result is fantastic! If I could give them ten stars, I absolutely would! I’ve been a patient at Park House for years and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. They have specialists in every area and an excellent hygienist too — truly a one-stop practice for quality dental care. A big thank you to the whole team at Park House Dental.

Negative experience: Avoid avoid avoid!!!!! Scammers. Do not pay up front £29 over the phone when you make your first appointment. My Wife paid this amount when she booked her first appointment and the day before she rang to ask if she could move her first appointment to the following week as she was ill in bed which they confirmed was done. They then started ringing her back several times. When she spoke to them they then said she had to pay the £29 again for her appointment. Their reason.....she rang 23 hours before to cancel not 24!!!!! It's a bit rich when some of their reviews state the dentist themselves cancelled appointments 1 hour before without explanation.some people taking the time off work to attend. My Wife obviously told them were to go and will be contacting the dental association about their methods which are basically scams. Sadly they have refused to refund my Wife and we will see what the Dental association say about it. They have also lost new patients as my Wife myself and children and grandchildren were all going to register. 8 new clients gone because of their greed. Again. Refuse to pay up front.

Fantastic experience: I have only been with Park House Dental for a relatively short period of time after leaving the dentist I'd been going to for decades and travelling 2 towns over on recomendation from a family member , my only regret in changing over is that I didn't do it sooner. From the girls on reception, to the assistant "Hal" to my current dentist "Navid Tahir" I can't fault them. It can be hard to get the mix of professionalism and friendliness at the same time but these guys here have cracked it 1000%. I really look forward to going to my appointments and seeing them all and actually leave happier than when I went in (who can say that about their dentist?) - thanks to you all I'm finally going to get my smile back and I'm so grateful. See you in 4 weeks.

Made me feel at ease in every appointment and understood my nervousness and was never judgemental about the condition of my teeth. Negative experience: I filed a filling that I thought wasn't good at the time, but after one years, the feeling broke. After calling to book an appointment, they want to charge for everything again. A filling should last between five years (if a bad job has been done) and 30 years. Also, my son had a root canal treatment with the same dentist, and he almost lost three front teeth. I had to take him to another dentist to fix it. Not good enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sepehr S. Saber is an amazing dentist who is always cheerful and equally as professional. My initial interaction with him made me feel comfortable immediately as he listened to my concerns without judgement. All interactions thereafter have been as pleasant. I have huge anxiety about the dentist in general and Park House Dental has made my journey of fixing my smile a lot easier. I have been with this practice for a just over a couple years now, with my first dentist being Dr Abigail. She was also amazing and when she left, finding a dentist as nice made me feel worried and I felt as though I had to start from square one again. But within a few appointments, I realised I had nothing to worry about! This practice has a good knack of hiring a great team. I have been embarrassed about my overall appearance of my teeth which affected my confidence a lot. Admittedly, I have had several appointments to fix these issues. I have had root canal treatments and each appointment, I felt at ease and quite relaxed. Obviously it is an invasive treatment which takes time but Dr Sepehr made it as easy as he possibly could, which I am extremely grateful for. Whilst doing these procedures, he was always attentive as he would ask if I was okay/if I felt any pain. He also explained each step so I was aware of all procedures. He always took his time and double checked with X-rays and never made me feel rushed. I also want to give a shout out to the receptionist team. They are all lovely in person but also quick to respond on the phone. The next steps are adding crowns, which I am excited for because my teeth will finally be how I want them. Thank you to this surgery for making my overall experience as good as it can be!

P.S IF YOURE THINKING OF JOINING HERE I WOULD REALLY THINK TWICE AS IT WILL FRUSTRATE YOU AND CAUSE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS FOR YOURSELF.

Fantastic experience: Can't say enough nice things about the practice. The receptionists have always been respectful and friendly and both Dr Tahir and especially Dr Sadeghpour who had his work cut out for him with me are first rate dentists. They do phenomenal work and have calm, easy to get along with personalities.

Negative experience: Used to be the best place for teeth issues but recently things have been changed and new unprofessional dentists are doing COW JOBS there who don't know how to treat patients specially young kids under 10. Rude and unprofessional behaviour by so called Doctor Khadija, unbelievable how can someone like her into a noble job.

Negative experience: I have been a patient here for a few years now and had appointments mostly just for checkups, however recently there has been a dramatic change to my teeth and gums which are clearly in need of healing and repairing. The first email I received was on the 15th of March saying my first appointment would be on the 12th of April, The Second email I received was 21st of March telling me about my second appointment is on the 18th of April, and finally the 22nd of March I received an email for my third appointment which was on the 19th April. However, I was called on the 4th of April as they said that they could book me in the day after (5th) due to a cancellation which I was grateful for, thank you. Now I was told they Moved my 12th Appointment to the 5th and I went in the day after i had the call and received cleaning and one filling. Because of this move of date, I was not updated with new dates of appointments as I would have assumed you would have cancelled the 12th, as the dentist said "I will see you on the 18th" This to me was confirmation enough for me to believe the 12th appointment has been cancelled. Now I was not updated to say that this appointment was still active, if I knew I would of, of course, turned up. Due to the poor communication it was not clear about the dates, I have ADD and struggle sometimes to understand, regardless of this I would like for you to understand that this was not intentional and hopefully, it can be resolved. However, I have been told I have been Deregistered from this practice which has left me, speechless because I believe that this is not entirely my fault and as you know I need urgent care. I understand that I am still legally under your dental care for the next 3 months and my appointments are still active for the 18th April and 19th April, if this is the case of being deregistered from your practice, please contact me to resolve this matter.

I now actually look forward to seeing him and he's made a fantastic job of my teeth and restored my faith in dentists. Fantastic experience: Had an appointment this morning to have three teeth extracted. I was a little nervous about having to have that many out in one go, but once it was done, I was much happier. My dentist Dr Shahzad Tahir was brilliant. Felt no pain when they were being pulled out at all. Now recovering at home and resting.

Iv called 5 days in a row as your staff instructed me too to get an emergency appointment but apparently can never “fit me in” and i cant even book to PAY for my tooth removal because u havent seen me in a while its a business we arnt friends so in other words im stuck with a swollen mouth and a unbelievable amount of stress and pain to the point i cant even sleep closest place for me to get the the emergency hospital is 25 miles away n i dont drive so thank you so much for a terrible service that im most like NEVER going to recommend or want to use all for the sake of havin me wait n wait in pain for following your instrutions

Fantastic experience: I have/had huge anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. The Dr had began the process of a referral with specialist dentist but my partner got me in with Park House and I am so glad he did! The girls on reception are AMAZING! They are helpful, kind and work incredibly hard. They have always been reassuring with me and supportive. If it is face to face or on the phone, the girls have always made me feel at ease. My dentist is Charlotte. Charlotte is lovely! Charlotte is patient, gentle and supportive. Charlotte listens to you and shows a lot of empathy. Yesterday, I had to have an emergency appointment for my wisdom tooth. I was unable to see Charlotte and I saw Harab Khan. I've never seen him before so my anxiety was through the roof. It didn't need to be though because he was fantastic! Harab was extremely supportive, talking things through with me, we actually laughed throughout my appointment (that is how relaxed he made me feel) and I didn't even realise he had removed the wisdom tooth! How is that possible? From the reception girls to the dentists. They have massively helped me and still continue to do so. I have cancelled my referral and have stayed with Park House. My advice, let them know how you feel. They really do work with you. Thank you guys!

Fantastic experience: Easiest five star review ever. Dr Aareez Khan explained what work he would be completing throughout my appointment and he regularly checked that I was ok and let me have a break (as it was over an hour). Unfortunately it took longer than expected but I did not feel rushed and he did not make me feel a nuisance. My tooth looks and feels amazing! Thank you.

Negative experience: The Dentist is Park House Dental, Argyle Street ,Accrington. I am not a person to leave negative reviews however my experience at this Dental Practice was so shockingly bad and any resolution from the practice management was dealt with denial in a rather abrupt rude tone. I was an NHS patient and I assume that the incompetence might have been due to the fact that I wasn’t a private paying customer. I was given a temporary root canal by Park House Dental , which, according to the private Dentist that I went to directly afterwards, was done in unsanitary manner which led to a worsening infection which resulted in unbearable pain.The day after the procedure at Park house dental the pain was excruciating and I called them for an appointment. The calls from my phone, were ignored. I asked my girlfriend to call and she got through immediately, and she pretended that it was the wrong number. I called directly after this several times, my call was never answered. As a result, I was left the entire weekend in absolute agony . I tried again on the Monday and they still wouldn’t answer my call.Management denies this.I then got recommended to a private dentist in Manchester through a good friend.The dentist was such a relief. The dentist over time rectified everything that was poor dentistry. I had fillings removed where the dentist said that the decay hadn’t even been correctly filed away and removed.In the end, the damage that Park House Dental caused set me back thousands. I just wish they’d been honest with me from the beginning and said you need to pay to get a service that is acceptable.The other thing worth mentioning is I am a really anxious patient. I always experienced pure agony at Park House even with the anaesthetic. With my new Dentist, I’ve never experienced any form of discomfort . I cannot comment on the service you get as a private patient. My recommendation is to steer well clear!!The practice doesn’t know that I had recommended several friends and they all left after my poor unacceptable treatment.

Fantastic experience: Been to this practise on a few occasions now. The service was spot on and the receptionist were very polite and helpful.

Negative experience: Attended as an emergency appointment for my 6 year old son was first told they couldn’t see a problem although there was visible swelling to the face. They the fond something with the tooth and told me it was the best choice to remove the tooth as baby teeth don’t come out until 10 year old so I agreed. They continued to try and pull the tooth although it was causing distress and wasn’t coming out out. We then got told they couldn’t get it out and was given antibiotics and sent on our way with a now extremely wobbly tooth. Went to the chemist to be told by the pharmacist they had prescribed the wrong amount for his age so he couldn’t take the antibiotics. Now the next day left with more pain and more swelling then when first attending and an added wobbly tooth!!!! Avoid at all cost clearly very un experienced staff.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sadeghpour is an amazing dentist. I was absolutely nervous about having my treatment. Straight away he put me at ease. Explained everything that he was doing. Even apologised when one part was going to be painful. I will always be grateful to him and nurse Francesca for helping me be able to smile with confidence. They are both a credit to the surgery. Showing nothing but compassion, care and respect to their patients .

Fantastic experience: I met Dr Harib and nurse Fariya for the first time last week. It was my 6 month check up. As expected , my experience as always was second to none. Great welcome and made to feel totally at ease. Dr Hargan was gentle, thoughtful and explained everything. Both were genuine and worked well together. Fantastic experience: I’m a very anxious person when it comes to going the dentist. Very reluctant to even make an appointment. Had to go due to severe tooth pain which should’ve been taken out 3 years ago by hospital referral which I couldn’t attend due to my anxiety. I never thought I would ever be impressed or happy with any dentist but I’ve got to say Shaz was absolutely amazing. Understood my anxiety reassured me. Gave me all my options. With help from my GP prescription to help me relax. Shaz managed to remove my half missing and crumbling tooth out with ease and very quickly. I feel a lot better and I’m possibly thinking of going back to him for my more dental treatment which I would’ve never even considered before. Thank you so much.

Negative experience: Terrible practice. The staff on the front desk dont make you feel very welcome and look and talk to patients like something they stood in. Their telephone manner is much to be desired, even heard being rude and snappy to other patients on the phone and in person. My experience from the male dentists are very get you in get you out. There was no people or social skills in was volved. I felt as I was treated as an ailment not an actual human. I initially went and i had a tooth drilled and filled due to the amount of pain I was under. This was resolved briefly and had to go back with the same problem of pain. I was then told the cavity was not drilled out correctly, and would have to repeat the process. So after going through this again the filling fell out the same day. I had to return to get it filled again! Not long after I was in pain again so, this time I went to another dentist, the new dentist had advised that the filling had sunken into my tooth. This was immediately fixed and I haven't had another other problems again. I would not recommend this please the lack of care and compassion is disgusting. I know of others that have a similar experience. So, it appears that this is not a one off. Do not go here... avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: I would like to recommend park house dental practice very highly, I had a terrible phobia of dentists following a traumatic procedure 30 years ago and as such had refused to attend a dentist ever since, as a result as you can imagine my teeth deteriorated to a terrible state, missing, broken teeth meant years of hiding my smile to the point I was happy to hide behind a mask during covid, I realised if I didn't act soon I would be left with no teeth such was the state of the decay, I had tried multiple times to access a dentist with no joy, I had paid 3 different private practices who all sad they could help but the extraction of 20 teeth and dentures would be around 5000 pounds, money I simply didn't have, after hours of phone calls I finally got recommended to try park house dental practice, I attended my first appointments nervous, scared and overall embarrassed and ashamed that I had let things go so bad, I had hoped to be referred to the hospital for the extractions under anaesthesia and be asleep but the dentist explained there could be up to 2 Yr wait for this due to covid backlog for appointments so the dentist assured me that he would be able to complete all my work I needed whilst I was awake and in the chair, my dentist was a very kind, patient man called Musa, he said we would start by taking 1 or 2 teeth out at the first appointment and by the end he would take 7 out at once, I never believed he would achieve this due to my phobia, but through the calming nurture of this man he did exactly what he promised he would, the whole procedure has taken around 10 appointments and taken around 8 months, but thanks to Musa I now have a mouth that's healthy and clean of decay and yes I do have dentures but they look fabulous, I recieve nothing but compliments and people all believe they are my natural teeth as they look so well shaped and coloured, there comfortable to wear and I can eat fine, my confidence has been restored and I'm now much happier overall in my appearance, I owe Musa a great deal for what he has done for me and I don't think he realises just how much he is improving people's lives and just how good he is at dentistry, I can't speak highly enough of this young man and I will be forever grateful to him for what he has done for me..... Fantastic experience: I have been a new patient since January 2023 and have had several visits for a filling, emergency treatment and today I had a root canal. Each time the two dentists I have seen have been absolutley fab, they are so friendly, explain all the steps to you and take time to listen to your tooth problem/answer your questions. Sepehr is the main dentist I have seen and even though its only been a few times, each time he is so caring, friendly and calm. I have to say the greatest thing is watching him go above and beyond in the dental treatment he is giving to my partner. I saw Musa today, and he was instantly so welcoming and calm, explained all the steps to me throughout my treatment and instantly put me at ease as I was nervous! All the staff are friendly and even though I'm really nervous visiting the dentist, Im always made to feel comfortable They are also non-judgemental so please don't be put off! Highly recommend. Reception staff are lovely face to face and on the phone

Negative experience: One of the worst dentist ever I witnessed The receptionist are very rude and not helpful at all They will be keep changing your appointment without communicating that with you and to make it more worse most of the times they will cancel your appointment and will call you 20 minutes before the appointment time “ohhh your appointment has been cancelled “without providing any legit reason. Fantastic experience: Ended up here through emergency. First teeth removed at 35 and was very nervous. I was that nervous I’ve rudely forgotten the name of the dentist but he had an excellent manner, was compassionate and genuinely concerned. Quick and clean and well explained. Fantastic experience: Superb setup, Reception staff are always keen to help despite it being very busy, I only joined in June 2022, My dentist is Charlotte who is extremely professional and put a good plan as i had let me teeth get out out of shape. I recently had an emergency appointment root canal filling/repair) with Abigail. Wow what 100% care and attention to solve the issue from Abigail. I would certainly recommend this place and i travel 10 miles to attend !! Keep up the great work.

Fantastic experience: I have been receiving treatment from park house for around 7-8 years and they have always been brilliant and patient orientated. For the past year I have been undergoing cosmetic dentistry with Somia and she has been fantastic! I have had Invisalign and other cosmetic work done and she has been so patient with me constantly going above and beyond. She has listened to all my concerns and delivered my treatment plan in a person centred way. She has worked incredibly hard to help me achieve a better smile and I can’t thank her and all the staff enough.

Negative experience: Booked myself & my daughter in when they were taking on NHS patients , 1st appointment cancelled as dentist didn't work afternoons , then second appointment cancelled and now told they are no longer taking NHS patients , we were allocated & it was not honoured. Should not take patients on if they are full, very disappointed now my daughter is back on the waiting list

Positive experience: This dentist is ok but the experience I recieved wasn’t great I had to make an complaint, I made an emergency appointment as my tooth had snapped and was so painful seen them the next day he checked my tooth and he was really rushing and I was literally in 2 min I told him I was in pain to which he said right we will book you in for next week to sort it! But we need to do a X-ray! Which it said on my form I was 6 months pregnant and even on his computer it popped up and he didn’t even look at it properly till I said you can’t do an X-ray he went why?! So they don’t check properly and that was that had an emergency appointment for nothing on and out within 2 min till I rung up and complained and the receptionist said the dentist man didn’t know it was an emergency appointment! Do the receptionist not tell them it’s an emergency appointment, so I went back that day and I saw a different man who sorted it and he was lovely can’t remember his name and he apologised which he shouldn’t of as it was t his fault, and also one of the dentist men shouted at my 4 year old son at the time saying open your mouth I haven’t got time for messing around because he wouldn’t open his mouth baring as he was scared of the man I’ve not taken him back since as he doesn’t like it and also I haven’t been back since! As all they do is rush
