Fantastic experience: I was a little nervous about replacing 2 fillings , mainly the needles to numb my mouth. Amber and Ashleigh were fantastic and put me at ease straightaway. Negative experience: Had a appointment booked for me and for my wife, for dental hygiene on phone the said £70 charge per person, On the day of the appointment the charge us £60 extra, reason was to update our records which should have told us on phone when booking a appointment, Same thing happen when my sister booked a appointment the charge her £75 extra on the day of appointment, Definitely not coming back.

Negative experience: After requesting a down stairs appointment due to a balance issue on previous appointments and on the required form.I was assured this would be actioned,but it may be with different dentist to which I agreed. Turned up for my appointment today to find out nothing had been done and I would need another appointment as accommodate me today. Was told it must be an oversite but I worry that the forms are not read and this could have been a medical issue. Please reassure me.

Fantastic experience: I am incredibly nervous of dentists after a bad experience as a child. Ankoor and Ashleigh were absolutely wonderful, talking me through everything step by step and letting me take my time. When it came to the actual extraction I just felt a scratch when they injected anaesthetic, I had my eyes closed and genuinely didn't know they'd removed the tooth. Fantastic experience: I rang for an emergency appointment and was seen an hour later. The dentist found an abcess and prescribed antibiotics. She also fixed a broken tooth whilst I was there, rather than me having to go back for the appointment I had for this a few days later. The dentist was gentle, professional and thorough. I have no hesitation to recommend this surgery to anyone.

Negative experience: If I could give less than 1 star I would. So you have no space for NHS patience but you do for Private Patience. How ironic. Absolutely disgusting, all about the £££

Unfortunately, as this practice is already at maximum capacity for NHS patients, they are currently unable to offer you an NHS place at this time. In some practices where we have no NHS appointment capacity, we do have alternative private options for patients to access dentistry, outside of the practices NHS contractual obligations. We will always offer patients this option as an alternative, so our patients can make an informed choice on their dental care.

Negative experience: Extortion of extra money on route to appointment. Several weeks ago I called to book a simple hygienist appointment. I’ve used my dentist for years but this was the first time using the dukinfield branch. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a service of a new or possibly more in depth cleaning service they offer for £88 I said no thank you I just need a quick clean and was told ok. That £58. (That’s the price it has always been on the several times I’ve used this company and they took payment over the phone on the day of the appointment as usual. However a week later and 90mins before the appointment just after I had left work early to go and was on route to the dentist they called me and stated it was actually £88 and I needed to pay £30 or they’d not be able to go through with the appointment. I was walking to the appointment at the time. After initially agreeing i sat down and checked my bank and the website to check I had definitely paid £58 every other time and the website states £58 and called back and explained to them that I wasn’t happy paying extra for the service. They tried to tell me this is the price of a hygienist and a new patient fee which I challenged with my bank statements and that I have always been charged £58 by my dentist including the first time I went and was told they’d have to contact the manager. Who then called me and said there had been a mistake. That they thought I wanted the £88 in depth clean which I didn’t want or ask for or pay for. They offered to “honor” the £58 and stated they’d be “no hard feelings” which at that point destroyed the confidence and trust I had in them had to cancel the appointment and go home. Best case scenario it was a simple mistake but calling a patient a week later and an hour and a half before the appointment and asking for more money is even at best a massive red flag. And unprofessional and at worst it’s immoral and an ongoing thing they do in the hopes people will be too nervous to challenge them and just pay more. I’m hoping I’m a one off mistake that they can’t own up to and it’s never happed before and won’t again. But on the off chance they’re calling patients to extort more money out of them minutes before their appointment I feel it necessary to leave this review to warn people.

Fantastic experience: Called in to my Dentist on monday morning at 11 am. My top dentures were cracked down the middle. The Receptionist was very polite and helpful, said they would be sent straight away for repair. They rang me next day at 10ish saying they were repaired and waiting for me at reception. Fantastic experience: I'm not good with going to the dentist ... petrified is the word. As my dentist retired I looked for a new one and found Carmen at 'my dentist 'in Dukinfield. This is my second visit and I wasn't filled with dread as usual. The receptionist was lovely and I filled in a form and was directed to the waiting room. The practice is really clean , modern and very welcoming . Carmen was on time for my appointment the nurse was pleasant and efficient , Carmen explained everything that she was doing and did a complete check up. All was good and I'm back for another check up in 9 months. I'm so pleased I've found a good dentist! Thank you My Dentist!

Fantastic experience: Kieran and shakira were brilliant with preparing my tooth for a crown. Kieran was ever so gentle from giving the injection to taking impressions to drilling the tooth. Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentist. We are so lucky to have got in here. We travel 60 miles so 120 miles round trip snd would happily travel twice that. From the moment you walk through the door and turn right you are faced with a modern reception area with receptionists happy to help. The whole dental practice has been extended and looks very modern and sleek. Even the toilets have had a facelift and are kept very clean. Special mention for the disabled toilet which is a lesson in how they should be done. Normal level sink, lower level sink and a large mirror the perfect size for changing colostomy bags etc or just putting a flick of lippy on. Our dental surgery is very modern with all the latest equipment and obviously a fantastic dentist. Would recommend this practice to everyone

Fantastic experience: I felt I needed to give a review about Angela the receptionist. I have a huge phobia of Dentists, even though I have previously been through hell with chemotherapy and surgery for cancer its the Dentist that terrifies me more. Straight away she put me at ease and was so lovely, to the point I cried because I have not had a great history with people in the medical profession. I tent to find that they treat you like a number not a human so Angela.... keep being you, you made my day with your kindness. I'm a firm believe that if you do good you get good back. Negative experience: Took months to find a dentist to take me on. Booked an appointment weeks out for a week when I’m on holiday from work and they cancel the day before because apparently other people are more important than me, or more profitable. So annoyed! I maybe could’ve found another dentist appointment in my week off. No other holidays left for this year and surprise surprise they only open the same hours I work!!!!!! Update: they rang this morning at 9am with an appointment for 10am, after I’d let the other half take the car to work. Run by clowns
