Fantastic experience: I’ve just started my aligner treatment with Impress and the experience has been great so far. They carried out a full 3D scan and X-rays, and the team has been incredibly kind, professional and helpful throughout the process. Their communication is clear and effective and they made sure I had all the information I needed before starting treatment. The manager was very helpful as she even went out of her way to fit in my appointment when tge day was fully booked, I feel really confident moving forward with them and would definitely recommend Impress to anyone considering aligners.

Fantastic experience: Preeti was excellent and informative throughout the whole process and she made me feel comfortable, at ease and talked me through the different options available for me, I would recommend the clinic just based on her alone. Overall the process for the procedure seemed very streamlined. Only fault I’d say is the time it takes to get the aligners. However this isn’t a reflection on Preeti or the clinic.

Fantastic experience: I took advantage of the Black Friday deal and got £1,000 off my package. I did shop around, and I can honestly say this was the easiest process from start to finish. The free consultation was smooth, and Kali and her team were extremely helpful, they explained everything clearly and in detail. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Those people lies in your face we hade an appointment and we payd alot of money to be ther and they behaves like amateurs. Wasting our time and nobody ses to take us in for our booked consultation no one seems to care about the customer.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Impress in Mailbox for my Invisalign consultation. I was welcomed warmly by Preeti, and my wait time was barely five minutes. The team took my scans and X-ray efficiently, and the doctor helped confirm the right treatment for me. Preeti explained the Impress Plus plan clearly and made the whole process easy to understand. I’m really excited to start my Invisalign journey with Impress and can’t wait for my first set of aligners!

Also highly efficient and explained with me due to me having major restorative treatment with my current dentist that they cannot process the aligners yet as it could affect how they fit but explained they will book me back in for a quick scan as soon as I have had it done to then get my aligners processed

Positive experience: I am really happy with how my appointment went with impress. I am overall satisfied with the consultation and how it went. considering I didn’t have much confidence walking in- I got signed in straight away first thing, appreciating the reminder text I got in the morning and the day before confirming prepared for any questions being made. Sitting down in the waiting area for about 5 minutes, I had to answer just a few questions to then being leaded in to the main room where I stated my last dental check up as pictures was being taken and was made comfortable to lie down to take a type of 3D picture examination off all my teeth and the before and after effect of this type of treatment plan in motion and how this treatment work. I was really happy to see the potential overall out come and gave clarity, this part of the service was fast, quick and easy as being able to oversee the final look of the complete treatment! with the final sit down discussion, i was assured of the services being made and the overall look again as spoke about the desired wants and needs for my circumstances and was showed the full package in front of me with what’s included as was explained frequent check ups are made making sure that the plan is going accordingly and keeping up with the treatment where Kali, the manager said would last up to 12 months to have the perfect desired smile I’ve wanted and explained the kit came with a teeth whitening kit and looked promising and easy for every day life. I also got to have a feel of the type of material made from this type of treatment and discussed that I’d need the plus package as I was missing a couple of teeth from birth as well as dental procedures recently made, the manager, Kali also explained that they will be a dental check to discuss the final outlook for any preparations ready to create a solid plan and take a last look at everything before sending and creating the complete plan, assuring I was in good hands getting what I want from the service. A payment plan was made that was affordable and promising and really happy with my consultation.

Negative experience: The worst dental clinic I have ever been to in Birmingham. Some of the NHS dental clinics is much better compared to Impress Fish Market. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Negative experience: Will tell you anything to get the sale and business from you. In process of trying to cancel my treatment plan within the 14 day cooling off period. Of course as expected, im met with obstacles and difficultness. Xray images shown a tooth that will require a root canal as confirmed by the examination specialist. Was told it was fine to continue treatment. Spoke to a local registered dentist who advised against this as it would be more practical to get the root canal done prior to starting invisalign treatment as typically crown’s will be needed. Poor service. Will be escalating and contacting my bank. Currently in a dispute. Depending on how the after service quality is handled, ill update this review with more a positive post feedback.

Negative experience: I had treatment with Diamond White Aligners, and to my knowledge, they have been taken over by Impress Dental. I paid for replacement retainers over 4 months ago, came into the Impress clinic over 2 months ago, and have still not had any communication or updates on when i will receive these. I have called the clinic multiple times, and each time seem to get no where. I have requested a call back from a manager 3 times, and have not received this either.

She also explained to me how to clean them and how to use the tools to wear them properly.I am very pleased by her help and service today.

I met the clinic manager called Kali, she welcomed me , asked my name and introduced me to the place. She asked me of my main motive of visiting to their clinic. After I explained the reason why I went there . Then she explained every detailed of the procedure and process about the treatment plan. She took her time to answer all my questions and concerns. I recommend your clinic to everyone who has teeth issues to visit Impress orthodontist clinic, and all your problems will be solve completely with a smile on your face .

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with Smile2Impress. After completing my treatment in November 2024, I received retainers that were too loose and unfit for my teeth. Even the dentist acknowledged the issue, and I immediately requested replacements. Months have passed, and despite constant follow-ups, I still haven’t received the new retainers. My teeth have started shifting back, and customer service has been completely unhelpful—I’ve been calling and messaging every week with no proper response or update. Very poor customer service and lack of accountability. I regret spending my time, money, and effort on this company. I wouldn’t recommend Smile2Impress to anyone. Avoid them if you value your dental health and peace of mind.

Negative experience: Not the best experience! My last scan was August 2024. I was waiting months for my retainer to then be told they attempted delivery multiple times and now the parcels got lost. It's now feb 2025 and I'm still fighting to try and get a retainer for my teeth, I'm having to wear my last aligners to stop my teeth moving. To save the hassle I'd shop elsewhere!

Negative experience: Extremely Disappointing Service – Do Not Waste Your Money! I am absolutely appalled by the abysmal service I have received from Impress Birmingham. I paid a total of £1,799.76 for Invisalign treatment, and it has been nothing but an utter waste of money. From the moment I paid, I have received ZERO service, and ZERO communication. My first consultation was on November 15th and here I am, months later, still waiting for an update! It’s been a complete ghosting situation. After multiple attempts to chase up through WhatsApp, I was completely ignored for over THREE MONTHS. To make matters worse, after paying nearly £2,000, I requested a refund due to the lack of service. Two weeks ago, I was finally contacted by someone from the refund department, only to be told my case was being “escalated”—but nothing has been done. No resolution, no updates, nothing. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and downright unprofessional. Please be aware of this SCAM!!!

Negative experience: Review: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Impress. It has now been three months since my scan, and I am still waiting for my retainers. The customer service has been poor, with a serious lack of communication. I was never informed that my retainers had reached my local distribution centre and that they needed to confirm my address. Because of this, they were sent back to Impress, and I am still fighting to get them. I have been ignored multiple times, and when I do receive responses, they are often unprofessional. This situation is completely unacceptable and needs to be sorted immediately. I would not recommend Impress based on my experience.

Negative experience: Ignored after paying. Not received retainers! I decided to get the treatment to improve my smile before my wedding. I told the team about my wedding dates and was assured my teeth would be fixed by then. I paid the full amount and got my scan completed. It has been 6 weeks and I have not had anything. I tried to get a recent update and now I am being being ignored. Service levels definitely change after they have your money

Fantastic experience: I am about to begin my treatment at impress, I was greeted by the dental nurse naomi who was very welcoming, warm and friendly, she gave me some forms to fill out, I then had my 3D scan and x-ray (all included in the free consultation) I was then reviewed by the orthodontist Anton who went through my scan and x-ray discussed all my goals for the end result with me. I then spoke with Kali the clinic manager who discussed in depth what to expect pre treatment, during the treatment and post treatment. she discussed the pricing options. Luckily I went on the black Friday sale. It also seemed to good to be true (kali is very transparent she clearly goes through what you get included in the price with no hidden cost) when I questioned the price difference she was happy to explain why there was a considerable price difference between this clinic and other clinics I had visited. I explained I had done a lot of research and had other appointments previously with different companies so I wanted to do my take a few days to think about what the best option for me would be. Kali was very encouraging of making sure I chose the best option for myself with no pressure for the sale at all. She advised me to contact her if I have any questions at all. When I got home I did think of a few things I never asked during my appointment and spoke to Kali later that afternoon and she was very happy to answer them all. Since deciding that I wanted to go ahead with my treatment Kali has kept in touch every step of the way and I am extremely exited to begin my treatment with this company. Overall I got a very good vibe from this company and so far I am impressed by the great customer service of impress!!
