Fantastic experience: Very good

Negative experience: Been at this dentist for about 7 years. My wife and kids much longer. Previously brilliant, sadly they are now just after every last penny they can extract from you. Fine dining pricing, McDonald’s service levels. My wife and kids have been good customers, including £3k spent on teeth alignment. Charged £150 yesterday for ten minute appointment to stick a crown back on. Feel sorry for Dee, receptionist, she is excellent. Used to feel like a customer, now feel like a number. Real shame.

Jill - the dentist and Hazel assisting - both, delightful - make it a calm and pleasant experience and are very thorough, offering a great deal of information relating to the treatment you are receiving, (including a full health check of the mouth before moving onto the teeth) - plus any future treatment you may require. Sharon - the hygienist, is always informative and encouraging with regard to cleaning and Caring for your teeth! A great experience at the dentist! Thanks.

When so many practices were not taking on new patients, I was able to get an appointment immediately at Snapehill when I had a broken tooth and needed urgent help. I’ve been going ever since! I used to be anxious about the dentists, but Dr Gill Yates and Hazel Hardy are amazing, always friendly and gentle, no more pain, just first class care. With hygienist Sharron Kissack it’s the perfect team. If you need a dentist and live in the Dronfield area, look no further!

Fantastic experience: Today I had composite veneers/bonding with Kathy and Hazel. What can I say. My teeth look amazing and I couldn’t be any more pleased. Kathy has a real talent in this field preferring to give a very natural look. Added to this there’s a really lovely and relaxed atmosphere in the room so much so I actually fell asleep mid procedure I highly recommend Kathy as a dentist but especially if your looking for cosmetic dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been embarrassed about my teeth but never really had the money to get them sorted. Now I’m a little older, I decided another holiday wouldn’t give me as much pleasure as getting this work done. Although going to the dentist doesn’t worry me like it does some, I knew it was a major undertaking and didn’t start this journey lightly. The staff are amazing and so kind and friendly. Usman listened to me and understood what I wanted to achieve, whilst explaining limitations and managing my expectations. It’s taken about 8 months from start to finish, but I’m over the moon with the results. I didn’t want to look like I’d got fake teeth, I just wanted to look like I’d be blessed with good natural teeth. I absolutely love the result. I can’t recommend Snape Hill Dental enough.

Fantastic experience: Went to the dental studio with a broken tooth, expecting to have to make another appointment to get it fixed or have a crown but was able to get it fixed immediately. I was offered a crown, which was too expensive for me, so chose the repair, which ended up looking perfect, much better in fact than the original tooth. So I was very happy.
