Negative experience: Had trouble finding the building so called from outside. Was told the dentist would no longer see me as I was 5 minutes late - due to poor signposting outside. Had my appointment cancelled as I was stood outside the building. Receptionists attitude was awful

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give 10 stars! Absolutely blown away by how amazing everyone is at this practice. The lovely receptionist listened to me during a panic and rang me back twice (both times very quickly), remembered me days later and made me feel so welcome. Dr Bogdan was wonderful at my first appointment, he really listened to all of my worries and explained calmly and clearly all of my options and the following treatment. Then Sophie the legend hygienist, you can genuinely see she cares so much and is extremely passionate about her patients. I have never felt so heard and happy after a dentist appointment! She spent ages talking through everything with me before and after the best and most thorough clean I have ever had. I am so grateful to of found this kind, professional, clean and knowledgeable practice, a huge thank you to everyone!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 dental practice. Ignore the stupid comments from people talking about money…. Its is a Private dental practice. = top quality service… there's no people screaming, no animals or kids running around. Its super super clean It smells nice All the staff pay attention to detail. They won't just sell you anything. I wanted bonding doing and after going to the same dentist who destroyed my teeth in another company, Easy dental showed me I needed fillings and a crown before any cosmetic work. Also my partner wanted the same but they refused any cosmetics after showing her that her teeth are perfect just need to fix 1 and get them whitening, what she did now she is also very very happy It has nothing to do with language or race or anything, this is a professional practice that dose not stand for nonsense Also compared to other dental practices I had quotes from this is 10-30% cheaper than the other private places I looked into. 10/10 would recommend

After enduring 14 years of poor and incompetent dental work, I now finally have a smile I’m genuinely thrilled with. My implant journey at Easy Dental was complex due to previous treatment I’d received at other practices, but the experience here was nothing short of amazing. Mr. Bogdan is, without a doubt, the most incredible dentist I have ever met. He is thorough, highly skilled, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients. He listens, he understands, and most importantly—he delivers. Previously, I was told I’d have to either accept a drooping mouth or settle for a poor fit. But that was never the case here. Mr. Bogdan refused to compromise on either fit or aesthetics. He meticulously planned my treatment and redesigned my top bridge, while also placing implants on my lower arch. The results are beyond what I imagined—my implant bridge is beautifully crafted from porcelain (not plastic PMMA), and it looks stunning: bright, natural, and perfectly fitted. The entire process was painless. I didn’t feel a thing during extractions or the implant procedures. Fantastic experience: Over the course of several years Easy Dental has provided me with dental implants and, most recently, successfully completed tricky root canal surgery. Dentist, Bogdan Banica, is the most professional and technically accomplished dentist I have ever encountered. His surgical skills are second to none and the practice is the most technically advanced I have ever experienced. I cannot commend his staff, services and expertise more highly.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to this clinic by my work colleague, as it’s conveniently located near the dentist. The place is very clean, modest, and the staff are lovely. This was my first visit, and I had an emergency appointment to check a possible issue with my upper gum/tooth, as I felt there might be a hole. I waited about 20 minutes or so before being seen, which was fine as I wasn’t in a rush. When it was my turn, the dentist asked me a few general health questions—about five—and all my answers were “no.” He then began checking my teeth and confirmed there was indeed a hole, explaining the next steps. At that point, I asked, “What if I’m pregnant?” That’s when things took an unexpected turn. The dentist suddenly got upset. I’m not sure if he felt I had embarrassed him, or if he was frustrated that he hadn’t asked that question earlier, but his reaction was quite intense. He told me he wouldn’t proceed with the treatment, took off his gloves, and said he would refund me. He was no longer willing to listen or continue the appointment. I left calmly, but I was really disappointed by the way the situation was handled. Just because someone is a professional doesn’t mean they’re immune from making mistakes. We’re all human, and a simple conversation shouldn't escalate like that. Asking a question about pregnancy—especially in a medical setting—should never be met with hostility. For the record, I have everything documented. I wish the dentist all the best, but I hope he learns to be more patient and kind in future situations. A calm and respectful approach goes a long way. I ended up getting my tooth treated the next day at Dr. Rez. It was more expensive, but I truly appreciated the care, professionalism, and hospitality I received there. It reminded me that at the end of the day, people want to feel valued—not just as patients, but as human beings. It’s not always about money or race; kindness, empathy, and respect should be at the heart of healthcare.

The medical attention and equipment are amazing, the place is extremely clean and welcoming, reception staff are friendly, but the true gems are Bogdan and Roxana, who were very professional and patient (especially when I explained my dentist fobia). My root canal treatment was a success due to Bogdan’s impeccable skills and patience, my crown is perfect, it’s been over a month now and I forgot I have it. Fantastic experience: Fast to be seen ,I had two root canal treatments there in matter of 3 days ,good prices and the equipment they use is top generation, not to many practices in Liverpool they use a microscope to clean the root of the tooths,which makes the rate of success to help keep the tooth way bigger , no pain afterwards. I will visit this practice again for sure.

Negative experience: I recently visited this clinic with the simple intention of monitoring my dental health and keeping an eye on some crowns I had installed abroad. My teeth are in great condition, and I just wanted routine follow-ups, such as taking pictures and checking their status. To my surprise, I was asked to find another clinic simply because I had received treatment in another country. I find this attitude completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I have a warranty for the work done abroad and can return there if needed. The refusal to provide basic care felt more like a display of either envy or incompetence on the part of the doctors. A good clinic should prioritize the patient’s needs, not create barriers over something as trivial as where previous treatment was done. I will definitely not be returning here and cannot recommend this clinic to anyone who expects professionalism and patient-centered care.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentists, nurses, dental hygienists and admin staff. Doctors will not push you for a specific treatment. They give you the options, answer your queries, and then you choose the treatment plan to go for. Based on photos of previous patients it appears they work with a telentet tech as well, very important detail for one awaiting for dental crowns to be as realistic as possible.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Dental surgery with brilliant Dentists, Hygienists and reception staff who are all super friendly, welcoming and helpful. I have autism and severe sensory issues, and was terrified of the dentist before coming here. I have no fears now, and the staff always go out of their way to reassure me and make sure I feel comfortable throughout each treatment. They adjust their service to suit my needs, including allowing me short breaks, taking time to explain things, allowing me to wear headphones etc. I've had a lifelong fear of going to the dentist, and now I look forward to it. As well as their accommodating service, the dentists and hygeinists are extremely talented. They do amazing work and are very passionate about their job, I couldn't reccomended them enough. The payment plan helps to make routine appointments and treatments much less stressful. Their dentists each have their own specialties and I've been seen by Roxana regularly, who has been so friendly and wonderful in helping me get over my initial fears. She was extremely patient whilst I adjusted, especially during my initial examination when i arrived extremely distressed, and again for my first filling appointment. I was then seen by Bogdan for an emergency appointment where I was in pain and nervous, but he eased my stress very quickly and was very friendly and happy. I will soon be seeing him again for an implant as I believe this is his expertise. Also, Gabriela, who did a root canal for me today. I was terrified but she helped me feel very reassured and gave adjustments to help me feel comfortable, and I didn't feel a thing. She was super friendly, loves her job, and is very good at it. Sophie, the hygienist was amazing and again, so reassuring and gentle. She was more than happy to make any adjustments around my sensory issues with a scale and polish, as well as asking questions about how she can best learn to help me feel comfortable. Also the Receptionists and Dental assistants, whose name's I haven't learnt. They are all so friendly, always smiling, welcoming and polite and more than happy to help. The receptionists have also been patient, understanding and happy to answer any questions I have. My partner has also started coming here and has been seen by another dentist who I haven't yet met, Otilia I believe her name is, and who my partner says is fantastic and very friendly. A superb Dental surgery, in a very clean, calming and welcoming environment. A long review but I wanted to express my gratitude to you all. These points might seem insignificant to some, but for me, it's a huge deal to feel able to go to the dentist again. With autisim I tend to ask a lot of questions and all the staff are more than happy to answer and I've never felt embarrassed, judged or like an inconvenience when asking more than what others might. Highly reccomend to anybody, especially if you've struggled in the last like me and avoided them previously. These wonderful people will make you feel immediately much better about receiving treatment, and they won't ever judge or make you feel embarrassed if you've put it off in the past. Negative experience: Their teeth whitening don’t work honestly, it’s just a waste of time, effort and money. The dentist was very nice and all but I’m not happy with the outcome, as nothing changed!

I referred a friend too and she also was very pleased with her treatment. I recently chipped a tooth and was amazed with the speedy but very well done repair. Negative experience: I came here for composite bonding of one of my teeth. My composite bonding fell out twice in one month. The second time, they said there was nothing they could do and charged me £180 for one month of composite bonding.

Positive experience: De două săptămâni angajatele de la recepție joacă ping-pong cu nervii mei. Am amânat o plată - avans la o coroană. Am inteles ca daca nu plătesc avans, nu se poate păstra programarea. Am anulat programarea si am revenit cu telefon să plătesc si sa reprogramez. Mi s-a spus că "a lăsat colega un mesaj în sistem, nu știu despre ce e vorba, revin vineri cu telefon, dupa ca vorbesc, cu colega". Ok...am așteptat. E a doua vineri - ieri - când mi se zice același lucru. Nu are nimeni curajul sa arate profesionalism și să îmi spună direct: nu te mai primim pentru că..."nu știu să vă zic, poate chiar Dna Dr a pus mesajul dar noi nu deranjăm doctorii pentru orice...vă sun eu când vine colega." Gobsmacked! Dna Doctor, îmi cer scuze public dacă am greșit cu ceva, îmi asum. Nu am nimic de reproșat ca și tratament medical primit, de aceea am acordat o medie a serviciilor. Ar fi recomandabil ca angajatele de la recepție să își asume rolul și să comunice mesaje clare clienților. În rest, are balta pește. Voi găsi un alt cabinet cu oameni de la recepție la doctori. Nu cu roboți. Stați liniștite, nu vă stresați cu un răspuns. Am primit singură "incheierea" cu care angajatele de la recepție mă mint frumos.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing clinic, I have been a patient for 3 years now and I have never been so impressed by the professionalism of my dentist Otilia and also of the receptionists which are very friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: Had root canal and a filling put in last May. Can’t rate this place enough. Im from guernsey originally and until last year have been lucky to not need a dentist then had to find one pretty quickly! Easy dentals staff went beyond to keep me calm with their friendly atmosphere and staff. Had to go back today and found out I needed a filling. They did it there and then and once again went out their way to help me as I’m a nervous patient with a massive fear of needles. They really kept me calm and I fully recommend their services to anyone needing a dentist in liverpool. Thanks again to all the staff. Sophie

Negative experience: Be careful with them and make sure you ask them for written prices because they are thefts. They offered to my wife apart from what was quoted(ridiculous expensive prices) a free treatment and after charged her 120 without even telling her in advance, just lied and charged afterwards, and that wasn't something that my wife asked to do, was just offered to her for free. I heard previously bad things about them and was strongly advised to don't use them and now I understand why.

I paid 2000 pounds and in the middle of the treatment, Bogdan decided he cannot deal with me !?. The history is repeating apparently. Oana Rosu was right and it looks like we are more than 2 people complaining for the same reason.

Fantastic experience: Having newly moved to Liverpool as a student on a limited income, I was nervous to try a new dentist in case of being overcharged or just being told I needed lots of unnecessary and expensive treatment. Compared to the other dentists within the city centre, easy dental was the cheapest, with a fixed filling price of 120-125, whatever the size. They run an extremely clean and professional practice, they keep you informed throughout the whole process and have always presented me with all options and never urged me towards more expensive things. The whole team and reception is so friendly! When I attended, I was struggling with an old filling that was broken and had changed the shape of the tooth, causing pain. They replaced the filling but it was still giving me issues. They offered for me to come for free in case it was a problem with the filling they had made, but even when it turned out to be a completely separate issue (their filling was perfect) the appointment was still free and they also did more work to change the shape slightly to sort my issue out, all for free! Overall, a really great little practice- you’re in safe hands for sure. Thank you so much!

Negative experience: Don’t go for emergency treatment. All they do is rob you blind. Start treatment you don’t need, in the hope you carry on treatment with you. I got their work checked by another dentist to be told it was appalling.

Fantastic experience: Can not rate this place enough. As someone who has an irrational fear of the dentist I have always put off the dentist for as long as possible. Having not had a check up and a very long time, I was particularly cautious about finally going and the team at ED were fantastic. Everything is pristine and reception very welcoming. My dental hygienist and dentist put me at ease each time I had to go and talked me through everything that was happening. I have put many people onto ED since and will continue to do so in the future!

Negative experience: Charged me £140 for nothing! Made an appointment over the phone to change some brackets ,they told me they will and when I arrived there the dentist is telling me he s not dealing with this . They have still charged me £140!!!worst !!! Don’t go there !! AVOIDDDD!! Funny they even reply by blaming me! Silly me I haven’t recorded the dentist saying he doesn’t deal with my request !!! AVOIDDDDD!

Negative experience: My name is Sergii Demchenko. I had an unpleasant experience visiting the Easy Dental clinic in Liverpool where I faced with a lack of professionalism and wasted my time. Dr. Bogdan Banica held a consultation on the installation of an implant or a bridge, but did not advise anything that would be better in my situation, he said I need to decide myself. So why do you need a consultation for? The doctor said that he could install an implant or a bridge and told me to make an appointment at the reception. But for 3 days I called the reception to sign up for the treatment plan, and the answer was always the same - "I did not have a chance to talk to the doctor, we will call you back later." In the end, after 3 days they told me that they could not help me without explaining any reasons. When I asked Dr. Bogdan how many implants he had, he said - ONE. This explains everything! They have no experience in implants and they do not believe in a successful result. I do not recommend going to this clinic for the implant or a bridge.

Negative experience: There is no recommendation for this dentist. Very poor practice with very expensive service. Incapable to make a pair of denture for my mother. After 4 months realised themselves that the denture that costs not more than £1700 are very wrong made .

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment today after signing up to the dental plan. I'm really nervy at the dentist, but both Otilia and Sophie put me at ease before I'd even got into their chairs. I will be going back for some treatment but didn't feel any pressure to make a decision there and then, they just gave advise and said to think it over in my own time. As good an experience that I've ever had at the dentist. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Recently registered here as I needed to have an extraction of a wisdom tooth that was giving me so much pain. A very friendly checkup and initial consultation was carried out and then removal of my wisdom tooth. It was all very quick and all the time I was put at ease. 3 weeks later I had a clean and polish which was carried out by a dentist who clearly loves her work. Very thorough and painless. Love this place

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist, went to turkey 3 years ago to get a full mouth of implants, I was insured for 5 years, then a crown of four teeth fell out attached to 2 implants, when I called the dentist in turkey was told I had to book a flight at my own expense, and fly back home 3 days later, I went into pure panic mode, I hate flying, this dentist fixed my crown, advised me on how to look after my implants, which the Turkish dentist never did , I am now going to book in with this dentist regularly, check ups, scale and polish, I can't thank this dentist enough I was so stressed out last week, but this dentist has lifted a big weight off my shoulders, and their prices are very reasonable too

Fantastic experience: I had a really positive experience here after (shamefully) not going to the dentist for several years. The staff are very kind and polite and the office is upscale and welcoming. I have to give a major shout-out to Sophie who was terrific working on my teeth. She explained everything, understood my anxieties, and was overall very professional and skillful in her work. Such a lovely and smart dentist who took good care of me. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: I went today to the clinic after I booked a consultation apppointment through the phone and paid 40£. After I finished the examination the receptionist asked me to pay extra 30£ for the three Xrays which I wasnt informed about it, I was complaining about a spisific area in my tooth but the doctor decided to do three xrays whithout telling me they will charge me for them. However the dentist was nice and I was about to complete my treatment plan with her but after what has done at the reception I don’t think so.

Fantastic experience: I went to the clinic twice and I had an excellent experience there. I really appreciate the way I was treated during the dental procedures. I had four extractions and even though I was very afraid, Doctor Bogdan made me feel safe and acted highly professional. The receptionists are nice and welcoming. They made some mistakes regarding my payments but these were promptly solved as soon as I let them know about them. I recommend the Easy Dental.
