Welcome to mydentist Queen Street, Morley. We are a brand new 10-surgery practice with surgeries all on the ground floor level, with wheelchair and disabled access. We are providers of both NHS and Private treatments, including our myoptions affordable private scheme. Some of our available treatments include a variety of special interests including Oral Surgery, Teeth Straightening, Endodontics, Implants, Invisalign, ClearCorrect, Teeth Whitening, Composite Bonding, Dentures and Hygiene appointments. Negative experience: Don’t book with Mariam. Rude, unprofessional and zero help. Paid a lot of money for an extremely unhelpful appointment that resolved nothing. Caused more pain than it fixed. Refused to do anything about pain and only prescribed antibiotics. If I could rate less than 1 star I would.

Negative experience: Constant change of appointments whoch os very frustrating and booking for the wrong work needing doing. Negative experience: As of today, 5 cancelled appointments. Not good enough at all. Treatment was paid for upfront, north of £800. Additionally, appointments being rearranged during workdays, irregardless of availability/preferences have incurred additional costs of more than £150 in missing wages Failure to follow through with booked appointments seems to have come down to human error, with appointments being booked while dentist was away on annual leave or appointments booked during "Emergency Slots" while a mistake can be forgiven, this has happened more than 3 times across 3 months Whilst I can appreciate the obligation of the practice to be honest in admitting its errors, this does little to make up for the incurred costs and stress. Once treatment is complete I highly doubt i will use again, and would not recommend to anybody in full time employment or with child care to consider. Disappointed.

Negative experience: Yes I arrived 10 minutes late to the appointment and I didn’t wanna be seen just another appointment !! But how I was treated when I walked with a 3 year old for over a mile to this appointment was ridiculous and I’ve been un registered from this dentist for that I did try to explain to the man on the reception he was very arrogant no people skills atall told me I was not a patient here anymore and to leave disgusting!! and I’ll be telling this into the Morley review group too

Since I was easy to vomit when opening the mouth over a time, she was patient to help me and complete the whole process of filling operation giving me a timely rest. Negative experience: Following an appointment for 15:20 I managed to arrive by 15:25. Sadly there was only one receptionist on at the time and he was engaged with a customer on the phone, after a 10 minutes plus call I was then told I was late for the appointment and the dentist had seen another patient. Not the receptionist fault but only one on duty? I now need to wait till August.

Fantastic experience: So I am still on the queue list but I’m putting a review on behalf of my parents who have had one appointment here (next one will be soon), this dentist is so good, the dentist I go to in Hunslet is horrible, bad service and just bad. But here is amazing! The dentists are caring and gentle and know what they are doing, receptionists are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Although there’s a waiting list which can be a little long, but it’s worth waiting for no joke, I 100% recommend, just hoping I’m near the top of the queue list now but I’m willing to wait, all I need is to have my wisdom tooth removed.

Negative experience: Arrived for my 10.10 am appointment , very surprised to be asked to pay for my check up before I saw the dentist. Which I found unacceptable. After waiting 25 minutes I asked the nice receptionist if they were running late . He said yes , dentist was still in treatment. I asked for a refund as I pay for nhs treatment & left as I did not have time to wait any longer . Very disappointed with the atmosphere & how I was treated . This is supposed to be a shiny new business location for this company on Queen Street , Morley. I am due to return in August , hopefully my next visit is more positive.

Negative experience: Absolute joke service from start to finish. If a band snaps or any issues you wait a month for an appointment. They moved out care from Hunslet to Morley half way through treatment and refused to accommodate us at location closer to our address. It really is a tin pot outfit where their convenience comes over yours. They have clearly taken in too many patients and I would strongly advise anyone considering using them not to, your care will always come last. Avoid.

Negative experience: HAD SOME FALSE TEETH THEN NORMAL APPIONTMENTS THEN HAD NO NOTIFICATION FROM THEM FOR NEXT APPIONTMENT I HAD A STROKE AND FORGOT ABOUT IT. Fantastic experience: I am not a registered patient here but the service I have received when I needed mydentist in an emergency has been incredible. From Ruth on reception who has gone above and beyond to help and reassure me, she has been absolutely amazing to both Joanne and Zoe who I’ve seen that have supported my issue have been so friendly, so reassuring and just the nicest people I could have hoped for. I was worried about cost with it being private pricing but they have done everything to make it reasonable and offered finance options to allow me to get the treatment I needed. The practice is worth going to just for the fantastic people and service alone - I will be looking into whether I can register properly but it’s nice to know there is a comfortable, positive place to go in the future.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusted that you have changed venues and not let your clients no. Your okay taking money but can't properly inform your clients that you have moved. I've had my appointment for 6 months. Came today to see that the shutters where down. I had 6 minutes left before my appointment. Leaving me highly distressed. I asked the receptionists why we weren't informed of the change. They stated they sent out emails and letters but appears that a lot of people haven't recieved.They knew about people not recieveing this information and didn't bother to try inform people, just leaving it. If I were late today or unable to find the venue I would of been sent nasty messages and even discharged. If people are missing there appointments because of the lack of communication from your service then they should be aware you know beforehand and should take full responsibility. Abit of common sence, you could send a message out to people's phones. You can Re send mail and emails. i dont get the lack of decent curtesy or service. I could understand it if the letters where hand delivered by yourself but they aren't. Common sence seems to have gone out the window with these receptionists. However a lovely visit from the actual dentist. Very professional and polite. Seems like this place is setting you up to fail with no apologies just attitude. They appear to be Highly skilled in attitude. Have a great day

Negative experience: So disappointed today. I had to take the day off work to go to an appointment that was cancelled. I had no prior messages about this and once there was just told sorry, a message should have been sent out. If I hadn’t of turned up for the appointment I would have been charged. Not a great start to the new dentist facility.

Fantastic experience: We have been regularly attending My Dentist in Morley for many years as a family. The staff here are fantastic and if ever we have needed an urgent appointment for any issues the staff have done their best always to get us seen. My Denist Faye is amazing! She is so kind and considerate and I would definitely recommend her if you have a fear or are anxious about going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Staff are all friendly and helpful. My dentist Paul Vaughan is brilliant. Always puts me at ease and spends time explaining everything. I would recommend him to everyone. Undated july 2024. Paul has left and I have had two checkup appointments cancelled. Now have one booked for December 2024 but it has been nearly two years since I last had a check up. So sorry to see Paul go and sad to see this practice is struggling to treat people in a timely fashion.

Negative experience: Great service, lovely staff, feel very at ease. UPDATE! June '24 Dentist has left, been treated disgustingly, loyal customer can't get denture fixed till December!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, we have several NHS dentist vacancies at your practice that we are trying to fill, and recruitment of NHS dentists currently is proving challenging. As there is a shortage of dentists in the UK, attracting dentists to certain areas of the country is proving more difficult. Despite our best efforts we have as yet been unable to successfully recruit into your practice. We do however remain hopeful that we can expand our NHS appointments in the future.

Fantastic experience: I went to day and every one was so helpful and kind and polite the dentist was very good and and made you feel at ease and I left very happy with the service had 3 fillings and thank you all for your service to day went away no complaints a happy customer I have been coming here for a number of years this was the first time for me with a diffrent dentist but he was very good also the dental nurse was very nice as well

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist for a number of years and they really are the best. The surgery is very clean and tidy, the staff are polite and friendly. Fantastic experience: All the staff are so friendly and helpful. I called for an emergency appointment which was answered quickly and an appointment booked for within 2 hours. Dentist was lovely I was seen straight away and everything sorted and a course of antibiotics prescribed for a tooth infection. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: have been going to this dentist for a few yearsdentist and always find that they do there best to help everyone no matter what the problem is from broken dentures to a tooth needing to be seen to to some thing more serious the staff are great and the denist is helpful and explain everything to you and always ask if you are OK and helps if you have problems getting up out of the chair and makes you feel ok as some people do.not like going to the dentist appointment

Positive experience: Would be one star if not for the staff - they're lovely - the actual building however is badly maintained, it felt like I was entering a back alley dentist - seems pretty clean but just bad building maintenance, which given the very high cost of a private dentist I would assume they could put money towards stopping it looking so run down.

Fantastic experience: Every effort is made by to the reception staff to give unscheduled appointments, a real help when the dreaded tooth pain visits. Always greeted by a smiley welcome, with good humour always appreciated, in fact good natured banter seems to be part of the teams make up. Great service from our regular dentist, Fay, who gives as good as she gets in the banter stakes and keeps us entertained with her melodious humming but always keeps the business on a professional level, along with her very efficient and courteous dental staff. Nobody likes visiting the dentist's but my dentist, Morley certainly do everything to make the visits as pleasant as possible. Keep smiling.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this dental practice for approx 18 years. In the past I wouldn't have recommended it, however in recent years I have seen a massive improvement. My new dentist Rebecca is excellent. Skilled, knowledgeable, explains why she's chosen a certain treatment plan, made me feel at ease and shared some great facts. I would definitely recommend them now 2022 update: continued excellent care. At this visit I had a new dentist due to maternity cover, she was friendly helpful and gentle. Fantastic experience: Our dentist Mr Vaughan is absolutely fantastic. Not only is he brilliant at his profession but he is amazing with my children. He constantly reassures them, involves them in the conversations and makes the whole experience so positive that they really enjoy coming. He is such a credit to the team and his patient care is outstanding.

Fantastic experience: Joined this practice in November 2021 having been unable to get an appointment with my existing dental practice. I had a dental plan worked out for me with an option to proceed or not. I agreed to proceed with the work proposed and can say that I am highly satisfied with what has been done. The dentist and nurse have been very professional and patient and I would have no hesitation in recommending them and the practice to others.

Fantastic experience: I had a check up appt today, got there a bit early so sat in the waiting room for a bit. I have to say, the customer service I had chance to observe was simply ace. The care and kindness that everyone was treated with, by everyone, was wonderful to watch. They were very busy too, but the atmosphere was great. I almost want to say fun. Remembering back to only a few years ago when this was most definitely not the case. Today I also saw the best dentist I've seen in my whole life, (Annabell?) This place shows how amazing these things can be when people are treated as such and shown respect and kindness. Top marks from me, thanks!
