Fantastic experience: I had my first consultation today with the periodontist and cannot express how professional, informative and thorough he is. Follow up plan and treatment is very clear and concise and I I am actually looking forward to the dentist! Cannot recommend highly enough. Huge thanks to the whole team. Everyone is very kind, helpful and professional on every level.

Fantastic experience: My wife went to see Zeeshan yesterday for nine crown preps following an accident in which she damaged several front teeth. He could not have been kinder, more caring or more thorough, explaining what was happening at every stage, giving her frequent breaks and taking infinite care over every detail. She now has some lovely looking new teeth and these are only the first temporary ones. We look forward to the final finished ones which we are sure will be perfect in every way.

Fantastic experience: Excellent clinical review for periodontal treatment and everything was explained in detail. comprehensive plan was sent to follow up. The treatment that follows was conducted with care and in particular the multi site anaesthetic was delivered with very little if any discomfort. All through the procedure, which took over an hour, everything was explained and was delivered without any unexpected incidents. I have and will continue to recommend this dental practice. The level of care, skill and patient centred treatment was the best I have ever had over many years of treatment. I have and will continue to recommend their specialist care .

Fantastic experience: Despite the hot weather the reception was a pleasant temperature with cool water available! I did not have long to wait for time with dentist or hygienist. Both were very thorough, explained why and what they were doing. I felt relaxed and confident throughout the sessions. I felt listened too at all times and reassured.

Fantastic experience: Over the course of several appointments Upen has dramatically improved the worn and somewhat slanted appearance of my central upper front teeth by applying composite veneers to them and fitting new, better-fitting, crowns on either side. The colour matching of upper and lower teeth is excellent, and re-shaping has improved the overall balance, profile and appearance. Upen has done a great job. His expertise is beyond question but, importantly, he has always fully answered my own questions and concerns. I have been going to Upen for many years now and have always been very happy with his treatment and care. A word too for the dental nurses who assist Upen: they are always very pleasant and do their best to make treatments as comfortable as possible. And a word for the Reception Team too who deal with enquiries and appointment bookings in a cheerful and good humoured way. I'm very satisfied with all my dealings with The Grove Practice.

Positive experience: While the dental work and care has been good, out of the 7 appointments I have had so far. (1) I have had the dentist just not turn up on the day twice. I waited an hour, but ended up needing to rearrange. (2) had two hygenist appointments cancelled on me that needed rearranging. I had booked two months in advance on both occassions as I was advised they get booked up. Almost seems pointless if they are going to cancel anway. I would like to see the cancellations/no shows improve.

Fantastic experience: As ever I really enjoyed my visit to the dentist last week for my regular checkup. I was able to lie back and relax while Sophia the hygienist gave my teeth a thorough clean, talking me through what she was doing, anticipating when I needed to swallow, and giving me really good positive advice on how to improve my brushing technique. Then onto Harmeet the dentist, who's relaxed, positive and professional approach is really welcoming and inspires confidence in his ability. And last but not least the reception and nursing teams who all have a great positive attitude, convey an image of a happy collaborative team whilst doing their jobs in a efficient, professional, customer focussed manner. Fantastic experience: I have been with the Grove practice for many years and have always found them very professional & knowledgeable with regard to looking after my teeth. More recently I have completed an 18 month course of Invisalign to straighten my teeth, I am really pleased with the results.
