Fantastic experience: The dental practice is always very clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly, and we’re always seen on time. My son had his braces done here, and Elizabeth Roberts was absolutely great with him — she made him feel comfortable even though he was quite nervous. It’s really convenient that we can book the next appointment while we’re there, and parking is right outside. The whole team is very helpful — highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: Parkside is so lucky to have such a fantastic dentist as Nirgis. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable and so very skilful. I travel a round trip of 60 miles just to get my dental care from Nirgis. I have total faith in her and she genuinely seems to care about her patients. Unfortunately I recently had to have an extraction. Nirgis put me at ease throughout. I had no pain at all and the tooth was out before I knew it. I didn’t even have any pain or discomfort afterwards. Thank you Nirgis, you are truly wonderful. The dental nurse Charlotte and the receptionists are also very friendly and helpful. I also have to thank Leanne, the hygienist. Her friendly persona is always appreciated. Recently, when I had problems, and Nirgis was taking annual leave, I saw Ranj. He was also very kind, and explained things thoroughly. Thank you Ranj.

Fantastic experience: Huge thanks to Elizabeth Roberts for her exceptional care and expertise, and to her friendly team for their support. After other dentists delayed the referral for so long, Elizabeth acted quickly and thanks to her my daughters now have the most perfect smiles! The treatment was carried out with great care, the aftercare was clear, and the results are brilliant, we couldn’t be happier!

Fantastic experience: Found this private clinic after a recommendation. Was met by a friendly and helpful receptionist. Nirgis and Charlotte carried out my check up. I was nervous, but Nirgis took her time explained the procedure and made me very comfortable. Overall good experience, we will attend again. Great location and plenty of parking.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time going to parkside dental care on 23.4.25.The receptionist and staff are so professional,kind and nice. They got me in the next day. They even offered me a drink as I was waiting. My appointment was with Nirgisn Majeed and young lady (sorry I forgot her name) fantastic both of them. Nirgisn really knows her stuff and communicated every step of the way. I thought I would have to come back to get the filling done. Bless her she did it there for me. And made a plan for what I need to do next with my teeth ect. The place is very clean and smells good. There is parking as well devil recommended parkside dental x

Fantastic experience: I have never been a big fan of dentistry due to bad past experiences but my faith has been restored by Parkside dental practice. Ranj is truly amazing at what he does. I have never been this relaxed, at ease and even happy to be paying a visit. Everyone is pleasant and happy to help. The assistants are great and the hygienist, who I dread more than the dentist is so good. No longer do I leave in discomfort and prolonged pain. And a huge thank you to Chantel & Paige on reception who are amazing!

Positive experience: Had some fillings done here just under a year ago and whilst I can't fault the procedure - I have had nothing but trouble recently with the one filling. I have had to go to the emergency dentist several times. Because the filling that was done was really deep, unbeknown to me, I would be more prone to having infections. Now after having spent all that money, I am having to have the tooth removed anyway although there is a high risk the tooth could crack and they would have to leave the root in because of how deep the filling is. I wish I was told during the consultation that the filling would be a deep one and the risks associated with deep fillings so that I could have made an informed decision. If I had known that the tooth would be more prone to getting infections and could potentially need to be taken out, I would have done so in the first place instead of unnecessarily spending money

Fantastic experience: I have been using Parkside for a few years now and I have found Nirgis to be a genuine, consistent and thorough dentist, she has always ensured I understand what’s going on with my treatment. I had to get a root canal done recently, I was worried as people told me it was a painful procedure but she made the entire experience as comfortable as possible. She explained everything before starting, and the procedure was so much smoother than I expected. Genuinely happy with the results, Nirgis is always going above and beyond to explain the procedures thoroughly and during treatment she always makes sure you are comfortable, nothing is too much trouble for her, The dental nurses were also so incredibly supportive, I can’t recommend her enough thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Took my 10 year old Daughter for an emergency appointment after injuring her teeth at gymnastics. Nirgis and Jade were lovely they made so much effort with Ava. They gave her glasses, constantly talking to her throughout the appointment to keep her calm and distracted. They secured her teeth with a splint to help with the movement and pain and we have a review in a few months. I've never been to a private dentist it was so much more thorough and I was very happy with her service provided. They also informed me Ava would need braces and she would qualify for NHS treatment something our NHS dentist has never told us.

Negative experience: Waited 4 years to get braces just to be told my teeth are too complicated to be dealt with and getting discharged with no further information. Unprofessional

Fantastic experience: The best orthodontist in Wolverhampton. I was struggling to get a good doctor and tried pretty much all the dental practises. It was one of the dentists in Bupa who recommended Dr. Elizabeth Roberts. I am glad I went to her. My teeth was so misaligned and all the dentists to whom I have gone said implant is the only option but Dr. Liz said we can align my teeth using the braces. My teeth is perfect and highly recommend Dr. Liz. The staff at Parkside were very friendly and approachable.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to have found Nirgis, my dentist at Parkside. I have had a partial denture for years but she is the best dentist I have ever had. She has an amazing 3-D brain, and gets the fit right first time. I have never had to go back to have any adjustments made to a new denture or when I have had to have extra teeth added, which is amazing! She always discusses your treatment plan in detail, The team at Parkside are always so friendly and welcoming. I can’t recommend them more highly.

Negative experience: I visted this dentist has a new patient has there was good reviews . I turned up and the receptionist and the dental surgeons was informative and polite. I got a treatment plan stating the cost and realised I couldn’t afford the costs , I went downstairs to politely confirm to the receptionist lady that I could not afford the cost i will go to a nhs dentist where I can afford , i dont want to mess anyone around . I asked if I can have the treatment plan paper to take to my next dentist that I can afford she gave it me but persistently asked me to sign the back where I would be abiding to pay for the treatments I said i could not afford . I pointed out that it states if I sign this I will need to pay for the extra treatment. I was not happy about this after being open and honest . If your a new patient don’t go here , they try to trick you into signing the form where I’ve saved myself money not signing it .

Fantastic experience: I am always extremely scared when I go to the dentists, however, today I was put completely put at ease. The dentist, Mr Ranjeet Surj, was extremely calm, kind and explained my proposed treatment in very simple steps. I felt very confident in his abilities. The dental nurse also showed kindness and compassion. My treatment starts later this month.

Positive experience: I needed to get my treatment done quickly and very happy to got an appointment straightway. Very good dental clinic, all the staff was welcoming and polite. Carolyn and Mia both made me comfortable, as like most people, I am also very nervous for dental issues. Carolyn did the job efficiently and explained in detail what's needed. Also they both were pleasant and patience. 5* for them. Only concern is the charges are bit higher as I have to do some more jobs yet but according to the service given can't complain much.

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently moved to Parkside after not visiting a dentist since before Covid. My experience, and all of my families has been brilliant. I was quite frightened going to the dentist after a bad experience at my previous dentist, but all my fears have now gone after the fabulous care we have all been given.

Negative experience: It pains me to write this review but feel I need to, I had a letter come through the post last Thursday informing of increasing my denplan I understand that everything has gone up but this has to be the biggest increase next to gas and electricity from £18.00 to nearly £31 a month, even the water hasn’t stepped up this much, well I just can’t justify paying that so have been left no alternative but to leave Parkside dental, I have made enquiries with a new dental practice that offers denplan and they will be charging me slightly less then what I was originally paying for the exact same service! Plus they have an excellent reputation so feel I will be in safe hands. I have tried to ask Parkside why the massive jump in fees and was told because of increases what does that even mean? The receptionist wasn’t even interested I find he a little abrasive anyway but have always kept quiet about it as the service as whole hasn’t been bad but it’s certainly not £31 a month service not when you wait nearly three months for an appointment for a check up and to find out if you have a cracked tooth and that’s a private patient!

Fantastic experience: Visited Parkside Dental today, I have been a patient for many years and have always had Nirgis as my dentist and she is absolutely brilliant and here is why. I am a super nervous patient, I get so worked up for days even before my appointment, I worry all kinds of things go through my mind I really do work myself up and there is really no need, any way back to todays visit. I waited in the waiting room with the two lovely receptionists super friendly ladies. Then I was called for my appointment by Charlotte who greeted me in reception and took me to Nirgis the dentist. First thing Nirgis said to me, how are you feeling today ( she knows I’m a nervous patient) straight away I felt better as I didn’t need to tell explain too much, we talked for five minutes before anything happened and she fully explained what she would be doing today. Told me that she would stop at any point even throughout my check up, just raise my hand. Straight away I was put at ease and already feeling better about the situation. Nirgis and Charlotte are so patient with me and so understanding, got through all of my check up X-rays and treatment pain free and at a good pace. I could not be happier with my teeth and the kindness and understanding shown to me. If I could give 10 stars for both Charlotte and Nirgis I absolutely would. So if you are a nervous patient and wanted to be treated with kindness and understanding then o highly recommend that you register with Parkside and ask for Nirgis and Charlotte as you will not go wrong with these ladies they really look after you. The whole experience today was perfect thanks to all the staff at Parkside. Thank you to all the ladies your the best keep up the fantastic work.

Fantastic experience: All I can say is what a fantastic practice with exceptional staff. I was in extreme pain with three wisdom teeth - after having called nearly 40 different practices begging to be seen, I came across Park Side. The receptionist, Kaziah was super helpful and went above and beyond to get me seen first thing the next day (which I cannot thank her for enough!). I visited the practice today and was seen by Ranjeet and his dental assistant, Jade. They were both very friendly and Ranjeet put me at ease during the whole appointment. He was very considerate of the pain I was in and tried his best to be as gentle as he could. Ranjeet was thorough in terms of explaining what he had found during the examination along with the treatment plan in place. He took the time to show me the X-Rays of my teeth, explaining each part so I could understand. I have left extremely happy and feeling much more comfortable and in a lot less pain. Thank you so much for your help and seeing me as quickly as you did - it is really appreciated!

Negative experience: Disappointed that although their home page on the website says "We are welcoming new NHS orthodontic and private orthodontic patients", when called I was told they are only a private practice and do not register new NHS patients. They are only registering under 18 NHS patients. I would suggest to make the change on the home page of your website. Great reviews tempted me to register myself here and the welcome note on the home page got me excited but was disappointed after the call :(

Fantastic experience: Fabulous. All the staff are extremely friendly - the reception staff were chatty and helpful. I saw Nirgis for a check up and she was welcoming and professional. She talked me through everything she did and asked how I was, addressed any concerns and generally made me feel listened to and respected. Charlotte was also present and was really lovely too. I have also seen Elizabeth Roberts in the past for Orthadontic work and she was also wonderful - super friendly and amazing work. I would highly recommend this practice - as someone who gets very nervous seeing the dentist they really made me feel at ease.

The examination doctor, forgot his name, bless him, he too is a very concerned and detailed oriented doctor who took care of my overall oral health quite extraordinarily...
