Fantastic experience: I am quite scared if dentists as I have a thought in my head that they might hurt me. For those who are scared like me, be rest assured it's a pain free visit and the staff are really polite who makes you understand everything. You will feel that this surgery is not after money but actual care.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday a new crown was fitted. No injection necessary albeit I was advised that it may have been required. The crown fits perfectly and I am very pleased with the results. 5/5

On leaving, my son asked whether he could visit the dentist again tomorrow!

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend Hob Hey dental practice highly enough. It is extremely clean and efficiently run. With friendly and very very competent staff who put you at your ease.

Negative experience: I attended clinic with toothache due to a filling falling out, I was seen by Harry whom I had not previously seen. He proceeded to attempt to repair the tooth but failed and sent for John to look at it, I was then told I would need an extraction by surgery and gave me a choice of referral to the nhs with a 3-4month waiting list or attend the surgery to see Juri at a cost of £263. I had already paid £150 for a filling I never had so a cost of over £400 to extract 1 tooth is excessive but to make matters worse I had to ask Harry about the other broken tooth to which he grinned and said he'd forgotten about that and i'd have to book another appointment.

Fantastic experience: I believe that the dental work will be worthwhile in the end, but I was in quite a lot of pain last night and I took quite a bit of cocodamol. My gum is still quite swollen this morning but things are settling down more now after 23 hours!

I have seen lots of change over the years which have been in keeping with changing times. The service during the pandemic was effective and informative. I would highly recommend this dental practice. My grandson who is 5 has no problem going here they treat him like a little person and he jumps in the chair. The reception always try to accommodate to fit in with you for appointments. Mr Fleming undertakes routine check-ups with particular focus on preventative care, as a result of which fillings and other repairs are only occasionally necessary.
