Fantastic experience: I am very appreciative to the service I received at Arthur Dental Practice. Me and my 10 year old son were seen by Dr Kunal Agarwal who is genuinely caring and friendly. He is very detail-oriented and provided us with thorough examinations and diagnosis. He also gave us comprehensive, preventative-focus and genuine advice and also provided clear communication and planning. In all my 50 years, I’ve never visited such a pleasurable dental practice which is in a very calming and comfortable setting that emphasises patient comfort in all areas. I would definitely recommend!!! 10/10!!!

Fantastic experience: I am writing this review on the behalf of my mother who is unable to write in English. She has been a patient with Pervinder over the past few years and as a 75 year old who doesn't speak much English has found is very helpful to be able to communicate in Punjabi. She has been able to express her pain and problems clearly with good understanding of the treatment provided by Pervinder. She has always felt very comfortable and very welcome by the entire team. She has had teeth removed and new dentures created and fitted and when she experienced slight discomfort a few days later, Pervinder had her back in to make some slight alterations and reassure her that it was important to feel completely at ease to return if this continued. She has had no further problems and is really happy with her new dentures and would recommend the whole team.

Fantastic experience: I have always felt very anxious and nervous about having dental work, paired with a fear of needles to anaesthetize areas of my mouth. Pervinder and her team were very aware of this made a real effort to make me feel very relaxed, comfortable and reassured on every visit. I had a number of visits to replace crowns, fillings and see the hygienist. From the moment you walk into the surgery, Pervinder and her team have created a welcoming, calming and relaxed atmosphere. Pervinder provides a high level of service which is leading in knowledge, technology and equipment. On my first visit I had an old crown removed, prepped, 3D images shared to reveal fine lines and areas of decay, actually watched my new crown being created live!! and left with it fitted with a clean new look with comfortable fit. All in one visit - quite remarkable! The series of appointments have left me feeling more confident and comfortable about any future treatments and that is all down to the amazing care that I have received. Thank you again for being so fantastic!

I had been living outside the UK for several years and on my return found it very difficult to find a dentist I felt comfortable with and trusted. Fantastic experience: This is an unsolicited review of the treatment I have received in recent weeks at Arthur House Dental Care, Sutton Coldfield. I give Pervinder and Debbie who carried out my treatment, and the support staff, Five Stars. Plus some. It would be difficult to think how my treatment could have been any better. This involved the replacement of an upper incisor crown which had broken off at the root. I knew how technically difficult this procedure was but Pervinder's professional approach and quiet confidence left me in no doubt of the outcome, which has in fact been excellent.  I was a consultant in the NHS from 1985 to 2010 so I know excellent, safe care when I see it. I unreservedly recommend Pervinder and Arthur House Dental Care for  all aspects of dental care. I echo the comment of one other reviewer on this site, "Pervinder is in a class of her own." I feel privileged and grateful to have access to such excellent care. I should add that I have been with this practice for many years and the standard of care I have received has consistently been at this level.

Fantastic experience: An absolutely fantastic dental practice. I was extremely nervous of the dentist due to some past experiences. Dr Sanghera and her team are brilliant. Every stage from booking the appointment to having the treatment was 5/5. I had to have a tooth extraction a few months ago which I was petrified of but the whole procedure was seamless. I felt absolutely no pain during or after the procedure. I highly recommend this practice, especially if you are nervous. A fear I had for more than 20 years is now gone. I never thought I would be able to say that. Thank you to the whole team for helping me get over my fear. To anyone that is nervous, please don’t be. You will be well looked after.

I did some research on different dentists before I picked here and I’m happy I did. So impressed with the results and then had some bonding to top it off. Fantastic experience: I had given up on my teeth - hated my old dentists and hadn't been for 5 years even though I was paying a monthly fee. It felt like my teeth had been butchered since i was a child and they were in a mess. Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Dr Sanghera and her team enough for the excellent standard of care and professionalism. I have three dental surgeries within walking distance of where I live, but I choose to travel out to Arthur Dental instead (which is quite some distance away!) I had enquired about teeth straightening for lower arch and was given a very detailed and informative consultation with absolutely no pressure to go ahead with the treatment plan. Dr Sanghera went through all the possible options, costs, what results could potentially look like etc it was a very informative and honest consultation which helped me to choose Six Month Smiles. The treatment cost was also very reasonable. I am so glad I did go ahead with treatment and I could not be happier with the results! I genuinely feel like Dr Sanghera has given me my confidence back! My teeth were full of fillings and in a bad way after years of neglect and dreading going to the dentist. She is quite honestly amazing at what she does. I travel over 25 miles for my appointments and check ups, I would not hesitate in recommending Arthur House and all the team. I would recommend this treatment plan to anyone looking to achieve their perfect smile as it has made me so much more confident with mine. Fantastic experience: Dr Sanghera and her team (Debbie is lovely!) were incredibly welcoming and really listened to what I wanted to achieve. I opted for composite bonding and felt super comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. It’s the best dental treatment I have received and the team changed my whole opinion on going to the dentist! I’ve opted to use them for my regular dental check ups from now on despite the clinic being a bit further away from me - the visits are always well worth the journey! Couldn't recommend the practice enough.

Fantastic experience: I put off needed dental work for years due to a severe dental phobia. It was only when my son had work at Arthur House and then told me how different they were to other dentists that I found the courage to attend. I can honestly say they were absolutely phenomenal and I would never attend a different dentist now, and is well worth the drive from Leicester. They were so supportive and calming and the work I needed went flawlessly. I did not even feel the numbing injections and the work carried out was careful, meticulous and caring. On my second visit i was much less nervous than the first and I know this will improve continuously until I won't have a dental phobia anymore. Pervinder and her team could not have been better and I feel very thankful to have finally found a dentist I can trust.

Fantastic experience: I'd like to say how pleased I am to all of you, especially Pervinder for doing such a wonderful job on my teeth recently. Not only did you remove the amalgam but now many of my teeth meet when I bite and I can now eat on both sides of my mouth as apposed to just the left side. My jaw has stopped being tense. Even the sensitivity on a tooth that had previously had work done by another dentist has lessened and I feel it's because of all the work you have done. On meeting you I immediately trusted you. I have had really bad dentist experience for the past 26 years of my life but after coming to Arthur House Dental to have my decay amalgam fillings removed and also a couple of broken teeth restored I no longer fear dentist and I wouldn’t trust any other dentist. Fantastic experience: I have recently had my braces taken off with Arthur Dental, and wow I am so happy with the results! Everybody at Arthur Dental is so professional, nothing is to much hassle for them either. They have reassured me throughout the process and were amazing with removing my braces, especially with Covid-19 going on. Health and Safety procedures were taken very seriously and I immediately felt at ease. Such a friendly team, who made me feel so welcome and comfortable throughout. All at Arthur Dental really do care for your personal wellbeing, and I will be forever grateful for the confidence they have given me. I literally do not stop smiling now!!

Fantastic experience: I went because of a broken tooth that had gone black. It was explained to me that clinical work had to be done before cosmetic and sure enough the dentist found the tooth that I knew was niggling me but I had avoided telling her about. Within a few weeks they have done all the necessary work and I pleased as punch with the results. Even managed a hygenist treatment (my previous one had said I was too twitchy for her to do my teeth). Lovely, friendly team who explain everything and really put you at ease. Thoroughly recommend.

Pervinder is a fantastic dentist and has looked after all of my families teeth with exceptional skill and is always cheerful and gentle. Fantastic experience: Always wanted a great smile preferably without extensive work. I was finally listen to and given solution that was going to meet my expectations. Fantastic experience: Amazing ! I was dead afraid of dentist since I had a really bad experience with NHS dentist,but since I had a lot of pain I saw myself having to deal with my fear and I found this place and the reviews were so good that I decided to try it. Well I couldn't be more happy with the choice I made. All the staff is female, they knew I was dead afraid and they treated me with love and care. And most importantly to me without any kind of judgement or condescending words ( like I had suffered on the NHS that made me feel humiliated) they didn't ask me why I didn't toke care of my teeth . The doctor simple analyses the current state of your mouth and tells you what she can do for you, again no judgement pass and also giving some good advice on what options are the best for you. You can be sure that you are in good caring and talented hands.

Fantastic experience: Had my treatment today and honestly am so happy with the results. My teeth look amazing! I could not recommend enough. There were no hidden costs everything is up front and clear. All the staff were so welcoming and make you feel at ease. If you're not massively keen on the dentist, it's much more relaxed and calm in the waiting room than any other dentist I have been to. If you're thinking about getting in touch with them I would definitely encourage you to do it. I'm now wondering why I hadn't done it sooner!

Fantastic experience: Recently finished my treatment, I’m very happy with the results. Dr Sanghera is one of the best dentists and she also have an amazing team, they explained all the procedures to me, I had six months smile treatment and it was worth the money. They are amazing, after 10 months I had the exact results that they told me I will get on my very first appointment, and also they were very good with arranging my appointment on my preferred time, and also give my emergency appointments whenever I needed without waiting. Fantastic experience: I visited this dental practice because I heard about their Six Month Smile plan which was something I was really interested in. I was never confident with my smile & wanted to quickly change that so i came to Arthur House Dental Care. The day I walked in, I knew I made the right choice because the atmosphere was very mellow and peaceful and I was greeted warmly by every member of staff. Throughout my entire journey at the dental practice, I found that all of the staff were very friendly and I never had an issue with any of them. I spent most of my time with Dr Sanghera and Debbie who were both very nice & gave me all the information I needed with regards to every step by step change I would be going thru with my teeth and the braces. I never needed to ask a question about anything because they would have already covered it. The same applies for any other member of staff I had some appointments with. I went for the Six Month Smile plan when I first visited the dentist and now I can say that 6 months later, I really am confident in my smile after hating it for so long. i am grateful for my experience at Arthur House Dental Care and would recommend it to anyone who hates their smile.

Fantastic experience: I came here last year September because I wanted my front 6 teeth straightened with the 6 Months Smiles treatment. My first consultation was amazing and they explained the procedure to me and how everything would work. I had my braces put in by Dr Sanghera, with Nurse Debbie helping; my treatment lasted from January 2018 until July 2018. Everybody was so lovely, friendly and kind! Every time I went for my appointment, they were so helpful and lovely! Because of this, I have decided to stay with them and for this to be my main dental practice. I had the best experience here and I highly recommend this dental practice!

I originally visited for a consultation about braces and from the moment I arrived I was put at ease and made to feel very welcome and any questions and queries were answered. I then went on to have braces and some bonding, I couldn’t have asked for anything more from Dr Sangera, hygienists and the dental team at Arthur house. To say I’m over the moon with the results is an understatement. Thank you once again.

Positive experience: I had a lingual brace fitted behind my top teeth. Although I couldn’t pronounce ‘s’ for the first week, I loved them because no one could see them. I was given all the options and although those ones were expensive, I felt like I needed them to be hidden for my job. It took about 10 months in total before I had them off because there were times when the wire wasn’t engaged properly, but it would get fixed on my next appointment. I was able to ring up and ask to pop in without any problems and everyone was really nice and polite. In the end, there were a couple of teeth that weren’t 100% in line with the others but only I can notice them when I feel them. I was told that that was the best it could get to. I had a fixed retainer fitted plus a retainer that I wear at night. I received free teeth whitening treatment (where I put gel inside the night retainer) which works very well. Overall I’m pleased with my teeth!

Arthur House Dental Care, located in Mere Green centre, next to convenient parking nearby, is a clean, fresh and modern dental practice that our family have been delighted to use for many years. We can only speak as we find, but without sounding too “gushing” in our review - care and consideration through to excellent technical competence have always been found to be the byword of our experience. In this day and age good old fashioned standards and customer care still prevail! There must be some excellent dentists out there, but from personal experience we find it hard to believe that the Arthur House Dental Care service could be surpassed.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist can be a daunting experience for some, me included, but I have always been made to feel comfortable and relaxed here. Fantastic experience: Having always been nervous of going to the dentist but unhappy with crooked teeth it was a big decision for me to have braces. I chose Arthur House based on their fantastic Google Reviews and was not disappointed - I was made to feel totally at ease by the friendly staff. After the initial consultation I chose to have the Six Month Smiles braces which were discreet and caused very little discomfort. On the rare occasion I had a problem with a wire sticking out the team would fit me in at short notice to make things more comfortable. I am over the moon with the final result and adding teeth whitening onto the end of treatment is a very nice touch. Whether you're looking for a friendly dentist for routine check ups, want straighter teeth or need other dental work doing I would definitely recommend Arthur House. My smile has never been bigger!

Fantastic experience: I decided to get braces on my upper and lower teeth in 2016, as i was always conscious of my smile and after some research decided to go with Arthur House. From start to finish my experience with Arthur House has been amazing and cannot point out any faults. The staff are so nice and welcoming that you instantly feel at ease. Fantastic experience: I recently had a hiking accident and suffered facial injuries including trauma to my front teeth. Dr Sanghera and her team were very patient, supportive and informative on how to deal my injuries. For a full assessment they needed to take several X-rays which were conducted by Debbie. She immediately sensed my anxiety and was really gentle and reassuring in her approach during the process. Dr Sanghera evaluated the full extent of my injuries to my front teeth and informed me fully. She offered me a long term management plan and I left feeling completely reassured and in much happier place. Fantastic experience: Great experience. After hearing nightmare stories of NHS crowns I was recommend to Arthur House for a Cerac crown . Everything was pain free with no discomfort from the needle or the drilling. My new crown is comfortable and looks like a normal tooth. I also treated myself to an airflow clean and was amazed by the results. No more tea stains I have rebooked for a future clean and check up because I can't give up a brew. Would definitely recommend this practice

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental surgery with compassionate and highly skilled staff. Staff are efficient , kind and have the latest techniques at their finger tips! The team go to great lengths to make sure you are cared for and that there is an individualised plan for your treatment. My daughter's care was even discussed at a conference to ensure it was the right way forward for the complexities of her case! My children and myself have had orthodontic cosmetic and remedial dental care here and have never been hurt ,disappointed or let down. I can't recommend highly enough!!
