Fantastic experience: Started my treatment a few months ago. Process has been smooth and all the staff have been great. I got my braces on 2 weeks after my first appointment and the initial consultation was very thorough and they talked through everything i needed to know and how my treatment will proceed. I am very satisfied with everything and i would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to get braces.

Fantastic experience: I had composite bonding done with Dr. Chiggs and his nurse Rachel, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, they both made me feel so comfortable and reassured. Dr. Chiggs took the time to really listen to what I wanted and explained everything clearly, while Rachel and Gilly were so kind and supportive throughout the treatment.

Fantastic experience: The staff are so lovely and welcoming here! Dr Victor did my braces and ensured everything ran as smoothly and comfortably as possible - he was truly amazing! I was seen straight away with no waiting and I found the people who worked here, such as Lean, to be talkative, polite and warm. I've been a patient for around 4 years now and consistently refer people to them! I had Invisalign treatment with Signature a few years ago after having been told by my previous dentist that I wasn't suitable for Invisalign and instead would need 4 teeth out and train tracks for over 2 years. Thankfully I sought a second opinion from Signature after learning they are Invisalign specialist and was thrilled to learn that not only was I suitable for it, but I wouldn't need any teeth taken out and would only need it for approx 1 year. I am SO happy with my smile now and have so much more confidence thanks to Preet and the team - thank you again for your care and support!

Fantastic experience: Manaz has been an absolute star at every hygienist appointment I've had with her, genuinely! She takes her time doing the scale and polish work but she also makes sure to explain everything properly to me so not only do I get to understand what she's doing but I also learn more about how to continue to have good dental hygiene, she's so lovely and professional, always kind and on time. Rachel has been fantastic at handling all my queries all of the time and trust me I ask lots of questions and she always gets me the answers I need, super on point and quick to respond. Dr. Chiggs is a legend in the game and is probably the first Dentist I feel like I can genuinely trust my teeth with, he's taken care of me like no other dentist has before and for that I am thankful. Dr. Bhogal is a superstar. I've always been hesitant with ortodhontists, but he has made me feel at ease because he truly knows what he's doing, he's actually incredibly knowledgeable in his field and a true expert in the work that he does, I'm still going through the ortodhontic process but he's definitely made the journey feel safe, which to me is super important. Overall, I have had great service from the people I've encountered at Signature Ortodhontics so far and I'd highly recommend anyone to give them a try, so far it's been worth it ha!

Fantastic experience: After many years of deliberating whether to go ahead with composite bonding, I finally made the plunge! After extensive research (and some Instagram stalking!), I opted to go with Dr Chiggs. I already had fairly well aligned teeth, so Invisalign wasn’t needed, but, due to being a teeth grinder, my teeth had become very small and worn down over the years. I was hoping to maintain my natural smile, but with longer teeth to achieve that slightly ‘broader’ smile. I am beyond delighted with the result - I now have the smile that I have always dreamed of. I cannot thank Dr Chiggs and the team at Signature Orthdontics (shout out to Gilly and Rachel!) enough.

Fantastic experience: Waited 2 years for the NHS with no kick for my son's tooth that was stuck behind another tooth. Signature saw him on the same day and within a few weeks arranged for the CT scan, braces and small surgery to expose the tooth. After stressing about his teeth for 2 years I should come here sooner

Fantastic experience: I came to signature orthodontics due to a misalignment of my teeth and opted for the fixed brace which I had on for roughly a year and a half. I can’t be any happier than the result achieved by the amazing work of Dr Bhogal and his team(Dr Reyes & Dominika). The staff are all lovely and very accommodating, I had an incident where one of the brackets of my brace fell off and they booked me in to repair it immediately at no extra charge. Throughout the treatment I was given space to discuss what I wanted from the treatment and what the limitations were to ensure I can achieve my desired smile safely. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. If you want a professional service and guaranteed results look no further!

Fantastic experience: I came in today to bring my son who was having his first official hygieist appointment with the lady Called Manaz and her assistant Rachel. they were both very professional and informative on how important hygiene is for oral health. I also see Manaz myself , I feel she has really Encouraged me to up my oral health. Customer service here is brilliant and I hope to remain a long-term Patient and will definitely bring my children here too. Rachel is also so polite and inviting and has massing client service too!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Dr Chiggs at Signature Orthodontics, Harborne. He, and the dental nurses working with him, were welcoming and professional and made me feel completely at ease. Dr Chiggs listened to my wishes and personalised my treatment - the results are incredible and I now have the smile I’ve always dreamed of! The surgery is modern and clean, and the entire process was smooth and comfortable. Dr Chiggs was gentle, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I’m extremely happy with my results and would highly recommend Dr Chiggs to anyone seeking cosmetic dental work.

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend this place. I went for a free consultation and then paid follow up appointment. The first consultation was promising and I had pictures taken. They indicated a fixed brace was advisable and I was well aware as this is what I had in mind anyway. My bite was slightly off and I had some minor crowding on the top row. I went back for the second appointment, except on the way - they rung me and tried to cancel it stating the colleague had a funeral. Respectfully, this phone call should have occurred the day before and not 35 minutes before the appointment the same day as my travel time to the clinic was one hour each way. I explained this and eventually understanding the fact I had nearly arrived, they got a different colleague to see me. This second person was very nonchalant and after having a quick look at my teeth decided no brace was possible - at all. They said you might have to break your jaw - essentially an operation to do this to be able to have a brace. I felt hurried and disillusioned and essentially they just didn't want the business. Their attitude had completely changed and they were quite unbecoming and unhelpful. I wondered how many paid consultations fund the clinic, and not actual orthodontic work. After this I continued to seek orthodontics elsewhere and I now have had a normal fixed metal brace for the past 3 months with different combinations of elastics to address the bite - and the crowding. My new clinic is very pleased with my progress and when I told them what Signature had advised, they looked shocked and would never advise jaw operations unless in the absolute extreme circumstances or indeed to resolve impact from a car accident. My conclusion is I wouldn't recommend Signature to anyone as they simply seem to tout for business and don't appear to have the confidence to enter into long term orthodontic treatment with customers.

Fantastic experience: Tooth Removal at Signature Orthodontics - I could not recommend a more better place to get your tooth removals done. Dr Dan (Daniel Saund) performed my operation meticulously and with almost no discomfort. The staff are very lovely and provide an environment you will feel safe and comfortable in. The best dental practice in the midlands! ⭐️

Fantastic experience: I was told I'd have to wait over 3 years for NHS braces, my mom found Signature Orthodontist & within 2 weeks I've already had them fitted. From my very 1st consultation the team treated me like a princess, so professional, patient & gentle showing and explaining everything they did during my scans & xrays. Today I had my braces fitted, im so happy with them, they fit amazing, no pain, look great & I was given full instructions & a care package on how to look after them. The whole team are so kind & friendly you don't feel embarrassed or nervous at all. My next appointment for my check up has been pre booked to fit around moms work and my school hours which is so convenient for us both. The surgery is easy to get to via public transport being in a main bus route or car, having 2 carparks behind it. The price was very reasonable especially as they have an interest free monthly payment plan to help spread the cost. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Well this is a 5+ star review that has been 3 years in the making - and I am so unbelievably thrilled with my long awaited results! I had a pretty complicated case and had been turned away by a couple of orthodontists prior to finding Signature Orthodontics - I had something called Hypodontia where a couple of my baby teeth never had adult tooth replacements. This meant I retained my baby teeth, which stunted the growth of my jaw and teeth on one side (that’s how I understand it anyway - but I’m no dentist!). Anyways this meant I had a pretty large open bite on one side that looked pretty impossible to close. But apparently not at all impossible for the fantastic team here at Signature Orthodontics! I have been so impressed with the professionalism and high degree of skill within every step of this process - from my initial consultation back in 2021; Dr Preet’s careful analysis and explanation of how he would approach my case; Dominika’s painstaking application of all my attachments; Dr Saund’s extraction of my teeth; and then the rest of the team and the receptionists’ brilliant customer service; I quite honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Then to top it all off, Dr Chiggs did an incredible job doing the finishing touches with whitening and cosmetic bonding on my front teeth, which I was just thrilled with and really gave my smile that extra something! I was a bit hesitant about getting bonding done at first and was worried about that ‘fake’ look but Dr Chiggs was very patient with me and understood I wanted a very natural look, going above and beyond to make sure they were exactly how I wanted them. So I know this is a very long review, but this was a very long process (and I still need implants too!) and I’m so very glad I did it with this fantastic team here. 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

Fantastic experience: I’m 8 weeks into Invisalign treatment and everything is going well. Dr Preet gives a honest opinion in which treatment option is best for you. I have at home weekly scans from which everything is monitored. Feedback is provided and instructions are given to move on, which is really reassuring and convenient as you don’t need to go into clinic. I found the prices for the treatment really good, compared to quotes I received from other orthodontists. All staff are really friendly and welcoming, they make you feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: My daughter came to Signature to have a properly fitted mouth guard for sports. The whole team were lovely throughout the complete experience. Dr Preet explained the full process to my daughter to allay any fear. She was excited as she got to choose from a wide range of colours. The finished mouth guard came ahead of schedule & all communication was excellent during our experience. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: After seeing the excellent results from other Signature clients, I felt confident that Dr Bhogal and his team would be able to help sort out my complicated bite on my aging teeth. And I can say that I have not been disappointed. Dr Bhogal is always professional and with his experience he has developed a treatment plan that, with the aid of his team, is working. In the early days, with my deep overbite, I kept knocking off some of the brackets. However, Signature were always found time to rapidly fix them again. The staff are always reassuring, professional and welcoming. My only regret is that I hadn't found them sooner! So I would highly recommend Signature, especially for the more complex cases.

Fantastic experience: I needed new retainers and contacted Signature Orthodontics (Harborne branch in Birmingham). Rachel was lovely and proactive from the beginning to the end. She booked me in for an initial consultation and communicated proactively about the collection of the retainers. I am happy with my new retainers (which were ready within a week following my initial consultation where the Dr took a digital picture of my teeth). Dr Bhogal was patient and understanding during the appointment as well as the assistants working at this practice. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Just finished my treatment! Can’t stop smiling. My teeth look amazing I didn’t think they would look this good. The team are lovely Preet knows his stuff an has been amazing! The nurses are so caring and Rachael always sorts my appointments out for me, I think I’m actually going to miss coming to see them all.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I didn’t have the best experience and I regret having chosen this place. Based off all the positive reviews I booked a consultation here but there are many better places in and around Birmingham. I paid for an initial consultation with the orthodontist but most of the appointment was with a nurse. I wanted to ask some questions during the appointment but the orthodontist had already left to see the next patient and the nurse wasn’t able to answer my questions. At my consultation I was quoted for Invisalign lite. However, later when I went ahead with the treatment, I noticed that they had given me full Invisalign and were charging me a lot more than quoted. When I queried this, initially it seemed I would get charged the higher amount, but then later they changed their mind and lowered the cost back to what was quoted. I selected this place due to the fact that the orthodontist is very experienced in Invisalign, however, I hardly saw him. The majority of my appointments were with a nurse and when I did see him, it always felt very rushed. At one appointment, (having taken time off work), I had waited quite a while in the waiting room and was then told that there had been a mistake and I’d been given the wrong appointment date. I was told to come back the following week. I had 2 rounds of treatment, at the end of which I wasn’t completely happy with how my teeth looked. At my final appointment, I wasn’t even asked if I was happy with my smile. When I mentioned how I felt the teeth were still slightly crooked, I was told that the orthodontist had done a great job and my teeth were straight. I was shut down straight away and felt unable to get my point across. I had a consultation for whitening and tooth bonding. It would cost another couple of grand to get whitening and tooth bonding done, so I just opted for whitening. I was told that the consultation fee would be refunded if I went ahead with treatment. It wasn’t refunded and again, I had to query this. They did refund it in the end (after checking that I hadn’t already received a refund and was trying to get another one out of them) but I really shouldn’t have had to ask. The teeth whitening kit (which cost around £450-£500) didn’t work at all. It made my gums and teeth extremely sensitive, so I didn’t use them daily, but after using all the syringes, my teeth looked exactly the same. Even my regular dentist suggested teeth whitening and seemed surprised that I had just finished a course of teeth whitening treatment. This was one of the more expensive places I got a quote from but sadly, the treatment did not live up to expectation and I would not recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Went to Signature Ortho for permanent retainer repair - extremely fast service and very friendly. Repaired retainer quickly. Told me all options and were understanding and respectful of my choice not to get a removable retainer due to cost and didn't try to upsell me anything! V pleased.

Fantastic experience: I had X-rays and a hygiene appointment with Dr. Farha. Dr Farha was able to remove years of built up plaque and heavy staining built up over years as I hadn’t been to the dentist in some time. She was incredibly friendly, not confrontational or condescending (an issue I have had with some dentists in the past) and gave me a lot of great tips on keeping my teeth clean and plaque free. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Shocked that 1st thing I was pushed onto was the paid £95 consultation - I was told that after free consultation I'd need to have & pay for the paid consultation to get the prices --- but then I asked what was the purpose of the free consultation and that valuable time people takeoff from work for? Not much response. I was so happy and prepared to pay for the pricey treatments after researching realising they're the most expensive in the west Midlands-- presuming the work will be good and free consultation with talking through options will be available at the least .... but 1st initial contact so disappointed to find out they're more money focused and less focus on the service they offer :( Glad I also referred to the lowest 1 star reviews as they seem true. So disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Dr Dan had done my wisdom tooth extraction and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. The extraction was absolutely painless and over before I even knew it. Signature orthodontics staff was also amazing as always nothing new there! This is the best dental practice around couldn’t recommend more!

Fantastic experience: I had 2 teeth extractions just before getting Invisalign with Signature Orthodontics (Great Team), Dr Dan was very professional and made me feel at ease when extracting my teeth, it was over before I knew it, I had no issues even after the teeth were extracted and everything healed up well, Thanks great job Dr Dan.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Signature Orthodontics team for 3 years now since the age of 16 and they’ve completely changed my life in the best way. Fantastic experience: I have recently called Signature Orthodontics prior to booking an appointment as I have dental anxiety and was looking for some reassurance. I saw the practice through Instagram and was impressed with how they presented themselves and their team. I spoke to the receptionist Cleo on the phone who took time to discuss treatment options available and quotes on cost. She was very patient with me whilst I was talking about previous bad experiences elsewhere and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Signature if you are a person who has dental anxiety!

Fantastic experience: My partner went to see Dr Bhogal for concerns about an implant that was inserted abroad. Dr Bhogal took time to assess including multiple xrays and other medical imaging. Provided opinion and also suggested an initial management plan. Excellent attitude, communication and professionalism including the whole team. Will definately reccomend.

Fantastic experience: The team at Signature were very good at accommodating appointments times - I could only make late evenings or weekends and they were great. The service was excellent - Preet explained each step to me and was happy to answer all my questions...most of all I was not rushed as you are at some other practices. I’m really happy with the braces - they are almost invisible and very comfortable. Being in my 40s I should of had this done years ago - but better late then never....at least l’ll look good in my old age! I’ve recommended Signature to my friends - definitely worth having an informal chat with them to see how they can help you look great.

Fantastic experience: I visited Signature Orthodontics seeking advise regarding retention, after orthodontic treatment I had as a child. Firstly, I would like to note the warm, polite, and welcoming nature of all the staff I encountered at the practice from the receptionist to the dental nurses. I was amazed by the technology used at Signature! There was no need for uncomfortable moulds, just a quick and easy scan of my teeth for my retainers. I was able to consult with staff whilst viewing my own teeth in great detail after the scan, which I have never been able to do before. My retainers arrived so quickly and I was able to begin using them straight away without any complications. I was made very comfortable at Signature and was pleasantly surprised by the luxury of the practice - it is stunning! I will most definitely be returning to Signature for further treatment, as the nurses took time to discuss other treatment options I am interested in. Overall, I was thrilled with my experience at Signature, thank you very much!

Fantastic experience: As a child I was petrified of visiting the dentist and I'm sure I'm not alone in feeling this way. I was therefore determined not to allow our 8 year old son to go through the same when he needed alignment work for his grown up teeth. Signature feels very upmarket; the staff are always welcoming, and we've been prepared to travel from Leicester to visit. Dr Jocelin and Dr Preet have been outstanding to date, reassuring both my child and myself, whilst being clear upfront about the work that was needed. 'Enjoy' is probably not the right word as I'm sure no one enjoys having dental work done, but based on our experience, I would certainly recommend them.

The time, dedication along the way is no way comparable- the service that was provided was exceptional- the finished product was a complete new smile.
