Fantastic experience: The clinic has a very welcoming, calm and inviting atmosphere and feels really nice and comfortable to be there, thanks to all of the lovely staff who are really warm, friendly and pleasant. The service provided by the clinic is of tremendous quality and I could not trust any other clinic for my mum’s treatment. Nahida in particular is amazing and really professional!

Negative experience: I’ve had over 4 under-chin laser sessions here. When I first booked, I was told I’d need around 8 sessions (at most 12) to see the best results. However, even after multiple sessions, I still have noticeable hair growth under my chin. For something this expensive, I expected much better results. What’s most frustrating is the inconsistency in service. Throughout my treatments, I had two different staff members — some were thorough, taking their time to ensure proper coverage, while others rushed through the session, leaving certain areas untreated. This inconsistency has definitely affected my overall experience and results. I really wish the service quality was more consistent, especially given the cost and commitment involved.

Negative experience: I wish I had read the reviews before using their services from this place. I had 3 different treatments done including the Endolift which didn’t show any improvement. Instead of acknowledging the that treatment don’t work they were trying to sell me another treatment (Morpeous8) which was going to be even less effective and I had already tried!! The manager herself has made a video saying this treatment gives more subtle results compared to the Endolift!!! I have wasted so much money here. They just want to make money.

Positive experience: I booked a series of chemical peel and microneedling sessions here. In the beginning, my experience was good — the first four sessions were done properly, and I was satisfied with the results. However, my last two sessions were extremely disappointing and left me unhappy with the service. Both of those sessions were done by a girl with glasses, and she did not seem to follow the correct procedure. During the chemical peel, she applied the solution for barely 2–3 minutes before removing it, which felt very rushed and ineffective compared to my earlier sessions. When it came to microneedling, the experience was even worse. She did not apply the numbing cream properly, and then used the microneedling device at full speed over my whole face. This was very harsh on my skin and caused excessive redness, puffiness, and a burning sensation that I had not experienced before. Overall, the difference in technique between my earlier sessions and the last two sessions was huge. It felt careless and unprofessional, and I left with side effects that made me very uncomfortable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the treatments with her.

She was so thorough and consistently checked in to make sure I could feel the treatment. If I couldn’t, she adjusted the strength — which shows how much she truly cares about her clients’ results. In the past, when I mentioned not feeling anything, other staff reassured me it “didn’t matter” and that I’d still see results — but I didn’t. That felt like a tactic to push more sessions. With Samaira, it was completely different. She made me feel confident, comfortable, and well looked after. Thank you, Samaira, for an amazing session! You are an asset to the team. I’ll definitely be booking my future treatments with you.

Negative experience: You lied to my mother Inlaw chargers her 550 pound told us that her skin wud peal and it never did n her pigmentation never got lighter what a waste of money

Negative experience: I’ve had over 18 full-body laser sessions here. When I first booked, I was told I would need around 8 sessions, and at most 12, to see the best results. However, even after 18+ sessions, I still have noticeable hair growth on almost half my body. For something this expensive, I expected much better results. What’s even more frustrating is the inconsistency in service. Throughout my sessions, I had 5 different staff members. Some did the laser thoroughly—nice and slow—while others rushed through, which meant certain areas weren’t even properly treated. Who does the laser makes a huge difference in results, so anyone booking should definitely keep this in mind. Overall, I feel misled and disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable, lasting results.

Negative experience: I had 12 sessions of laser hair removal at Rejuva Skin Clinic in Bradford. When I booked, they said usually 8–9 sessions are enough, but they recommended 12 for permanent results. Unfortunately, even after completing all 12 sessions, I still have to remove hair from my face. What disappointed me most was that during each session, no one really checked or discussed whether the hair growth was reducing month by month. I felt like there was no proper follow-up or genuine concern about my progress. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the outcome after investing time and money here.

Thorough consultation and advice to ensure expectations, good hygiene practice, ensure skin thoroughly clean to minimise any possible infection. Whole procedure went well, talked through everything he was doing and why. Lovely result from filler noted immediately so looking forward to fully settling to see end results. Good aftercare advice also given. Made to feel very comfortable, whole team are fantastic, wouldn't use anyone else

Negative experience: I have had a very bad experience with this clinic. I enquired about cryo pen treatment a couple of weeks ago and was told that the costs will be: £115 for the first session and £15 for each subsequent session. I've been told that most likely three sessions will be needed at least, so the total cost will be £145 for 3 sessions. We agreed on that and paid £50 deposit. Today when I attended the first session I was told that the total price to pay is £175! That is because they count the treatments "per lesion", not per session! But that wasn't discussed any time previously. We were talking about sessions of treatments, regardless of how many zones on the skin they would treat, not separate spots where the pen touches the skin. So the price went up from £145 for 3 sessions to £175 for 1 session! So, I was robbed and decieved and I would never come back to this clinic again. If you are going there, make sure you know exactly what you are being charged for, as when it comes to payment the story may change drastically.

Negative experience: The manger thinks it’s ok to change the therapist carrying out my treatment to any one. I have requested the same therapist continuously does my treatment unless she leaves the clinic. I think the blue eyeliner the manager wears gets to her eyes and that’s why she switches therapists. Get rid of the manager and employ someone new. The clinic will be better off with a new manager.

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff, always good appointment availability and clean waiting area. Staff always pleasant and experienced. Spent around £3000 on full body with a massive amount of sessions that were generally done consistently other than the odd occassion over summer when may have had a tan. Lower legs good result's, upper leg poor. Underarm very good result's, lower arm poor, other areas 30-40% reduction. Face- reduced the intial growth and thickness by around 80% but the laser caused so much more growth in other areas which is now as much as an issue. No hormonal imbalances or any other skin issues. Bought some more sessions so hope this completes the cycle now.

Paid for laser session on my face and I ended up coming out with more hair growth at a faster rate. They blame hormones imbalance which i have none. And have the cheek to say I may have underlying health issues. Save your money and go to an actually professional place that does not have such a hair staff turn over. Every appointment another new staff. Having to pay more else where to rectify the damages caused by this place.

Negative experience: I visited this place for my laser hair removal after seeing it all over Instagram for myself and my sister My face appt used to take approximately 5-6 minutes from start to finish (apparently they now only get 10 minutes to do face laser appts). I had the same therapist for 7 sessions When I got to my 8/9th session I had someone from a different rejuvaskin clinic, who proceeded to mark my face into areas as well as take her time doing my laser. This session took 20 minutes on a MUCH HIGHER setting I complained to the manager who didn’t show very much remorse After 11 sessions I spoke to the manage re the laser not working. At all. My hair growth was faster than ever before. I didn’t even attend for my last session. They tried to blame hormone imbalances/ skin type/ hair type - may I add I have 0 medical conditions and my skin/hair type is perfect for this treatment (it’s now worked with laser elsewhere). Instead of offering an apology the first thing I got was ‘you’ll need another package’. For both my sister and I. I understand how business works and I think it’s disgusting to keep the settings on the machine low so make people come back for another package AND instead of offering further advice/ guidance, just trying to sell another package to BOTH of us (apparently we both have skin and medical conditions, wild ). Save your money and your time, spend a bit more money elsewhere and don’t make the mistake of coming here. All business, no morals.

Negative experience: Dishonest and not knowledgeable. Customer satisfaction is not their priority. Headed elsewhere despite this clinic being close by to me. I find the staff quite incompetent at Rejuvaskin and certainly not knowledgeable. I found that the staff member was not even aware of half the facial treatments and could not offer an alternative and came across as quite amateur. She also put most of the products inside my eyes and around including my lips which ruined my skin. They also do not take any accountability. I was told one price for the laser hair removal on the day of my consultation and then charged something else on the actual day. Half the ingredients went into my eyes during this treatment despite telling her she continued so I’m not sure if her eyesight is affected. My treatment was rushed and not 15 minutes as discussed before the start of the session. It lasted about 7 minutes. Her attitude was also quite rude and offhandish. On the day of the treatment I was charged more and told the kit was not included this isn’t what I was told on the day of the consultation. The staff are also unfriendly, rude and not welcoming including the senior team/manager upon arrival too there is no welcome. This isn’t just a one off it seems to be the case on 2-3 visits. So you’re repelling customers. Overall quite miserable and rude. I would avoid this place and head elsewhere. I’ve also noticed the staff are keen for the payment as quick as possible and do not bother to even ask the customer how the treatment was and there’s clearly no aftercare. I mentioned the price change at the till and the senior team members overheard but did not rectify the situation nor did the member of staff I told. I also witnessed another customer complain about a facial which damaged their skin, again no resolution was offered. I think Rejuvaskin needs to work on a few areas to avoid customer dissatisfaction. I have to agree with the other reviews they are very dishonest and just desperate to take payment as quickly as possible. I have gone further afield despite this being nearby as I find Rejuvaskin incompetent

Briony was friendly, knowledeable and professional, explained the treatment really well and answered my questions including info about aftercare. The clinic was immaculate and really peaceful despite being really busy. Treatment was exactly what I wanted, my skin is so much smoother and tighter, and I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep! Definitely recommend and I will be back.
