Fantastic experience: I have no complaints. Recently had wisdom tooth extraction with Dr Shiraz Khan, he was great, very friendly, and I was as made to feel comfortable throughout. I also have my regular check ups & treatment with Dental therapist Asma Parvez who has been excellent on every visit. Thank you !

The dentist also has been very professional and friendly . I was sceptical coming here as heard bad reviews about this surgery but after my experience today. I would love to switch my dentist to seven dentists. Again bothe karolina and the dentist were excellent

Negative experience: I wish I could give 0 I’ve been trying to get through since their opening time at 9:00 AM for an emergency appointment. I was kept on hold for 15 minutes, only to be hung up on. I called again, and as usual, it takes forever for anyone to answer if they do at all. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to call multiple times just to get someone to pick up. The lack of responsiveness is incredibly frustrating, especially when you're in urgent need of an appointment. If you value your time, be prepared to wait on the phone endlessly or worse, not get through at all. Really wish I could give zero stars for the service.

Negative experience: I went to get my teeth checked out and ended up getting a filling for £75. I am ok with the price. However, the dentist did not tell me what she was doing or explain what was going on. I was feeling pain while getting my filling, and I didn't know if that was normal or not. When she was done with the filling, I still felt pain and I told her. She did a quick test and told me it was normal and that it would go away in time. Two days later, I still felt pain when I bit down on the filling side, so I made another appointment. The receptionist booked me an appointment with the same dentist. Since I had a bad experience with her, she just made me uncomfortable and felt like she would just discard my concern or wouldn't try to explain what was going on with my teeth. So today, I ended up with a different dentist, Mr. Asad Akhtar. An amazing dentist. I would have given a 1 star rating if it wasn't for him. He was nice and listened to my concerns. He was also honest—he explained that the filling was too high and that's why I was experiencing pain. The pain wouldn't go away unless it got fixed. Before he started fixing the filling, he told me it would cost £27 to fix because I booked the appointment with a different dentist. I was honestly upset because the receptionist didn't inform me about this beforehand. Why should I pay to fix a mistake your dentist made? And when I told that previous dentist I was having an issue and that my tooth was in pain, she said the filling was fine and the pain would go away in time?? How is that fair??? Mr. Asad Akhtar did say I could book an appointment with her if I didn’t want to pay. I declined because she made me uncomfortable and I don't trust her, especially when he told me the pain would never have gone away if I didn’t get it sorted out (so she lied). Honestly a bad experience, but still, he did try to find a way where I didn’t have to pay. He listened to my concern and was honest, professional, and friendly. An amazing dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr Shiraz Khan performed my wisdom tooth removal surgery and I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon to do so. He explained the process to me beforehand and ensured I was able to make an informed decision with no pressure at all. He made sure I was comfortable and able to communicate easily. I was extremely nervous but felt safe and confident with him performing the surgery. Overall, Dr. Khan was not only a highly skilled surgeon but also one of the kindest and most attentive healthcare professionals I’ve encountered.

Fantastic experience: I had Shiraz & a dental practitioner in training today perform a removal, honestly painless, quick and put my mind at ease, quicker than the time it took my Driver to park, awesome practice, however I am in no rush to get any further removals done XD, thanks again Shiraz

Negative experience: I went all the way frm derby to nottingham to get registered with them they registered me bt on the day of appointment i was struck on a52 because of accident and i was 25 mins late. They said u r totally blocked and u can’t get register here ever again. At the end of day we r humans and mistakes always happen tht doesn’t mean tht u block somebody forever. Anyways

Negative experience: Been with this dentist for years and they never answer the calls... been ringing up for long time now!!! Getting fed up with the place

Negative experience: Today I want removal out my tooth but she trying a lot but she can’t remove out she’s broken my tooth she’s told me I can’t do that go to reception tell another doctor do for u I asked another doctor to removal out my tooth the charged me £27 pounds for first doctor when she’s broken my tooth she’s name Christine Chen after the charged me another £210 pounds I paid £237 pounds only for one tooth already she’s mistake but another doctor he did only 2 minutes

Negative experience: It’s been over 7 weeks and I am still waiting for a refund cheque which I was told will be sent out. I was told a cheque was sent out but it seemed Royal Mail have forgotten to deliver it. I called again today and was told the refund is in process and I will get the cheque by the end of next week. That’s £200 which they have been sat on for over 7 weeks. I was given the patient relation email and no one has replied to that despite me chasing it up twice. Today I was told by Sia at the head office that the refund guy has left the office for pray. After pushing for the refund guys name I was told it’s Lauren. So I asked the refund guy, Lauren to give me a call tomorrow to see what the hold up of 7 weeks is when I have been told on number occasions that a cheque has been sent out so are the plain lying to patients or is the Royal Mail losing cheques coming from the dental head Office which is based in Nottingham. I asked if I could pick the cheque up from the Head office or from the dental surgery but Sia said he was unable to help me with that. But I was told by Sia not to worry about it! Another week with eating as I can’t afford food since the dental surgery has my £200 for last 7 weeks. Sia didn’t know what the complaint process is and told me to send an email to the same email address which I have done for the refund. Which they didn’t bother replying back to in last 2 attempts. Last time I visited I was given a new qualified dentist who was educated from Europe and she was sure if she will be able to extract my tooth but then decided to have a go at it and was pulling it so hard that my jaw was moving. The nurse had to hold my jaw down whiles the young lady pulled at my tooth. Why didn’t I learn my lesson from that. Let’s see if Lauren the refund guy calls me back tomorrow. I will be making a complain with ICB. Please avoid this dentist surgery at all cost! ICB

Fantastic experience: My dentist Dr Waqas is excellent! By far THE BEST in Seven Dental. He is very professional, always carries out the work to highest possible standard and with a smile on his face too. He is always patient with me as he knows I’m a little afraid of getting my teeth done. I really appreciate him and would give him 10 out of 10 for his excellent work. Thank you so much Dr Waqas very happy with my filling today.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed!! I had never had a good experience at any dentist UNTIL I came here! I was not sure what to expect but the dentist himself and all the staff were excellent, patient, explained everything clearly, and were very professional with my double extraction of 2 wisdom teeth. Aftercare explained well too. All in all a positive ending to nearly 3 months of messing about. Well on the road to recovery now.

Fantastic experience: I was reffered for wisdom tooth extraction- on the background of impaction and repeat infections/pain. I was incredibly anxious. I received a call and various text messages to remind me of the appointment which I thought was brilliant. Upon arrival however I witness one of the receptionist laughing at another patient and didnt show any warmth. I acknowledge however the service seem extremely busy. Dr Shiraz undertook my procedure. From the moment I went into the treatment room he created a compassionate and supportive environment. I (and my mother) had lots of questions and required much reassurance- all of which Dr Shiraz answered comphrensively and in a way I could understood.His warm, thoughtful and professional manner really was of such comfort.

Fantastic experience: Dentist Cristina Perilla is the most amazing dentist she needs an award. I’ve spent my whole life being terrified of the dentist after a horrible experience. My anxiety kicks in from the minute I get given an appointment but Cristina is so calm and patient, she makes you feel relaxed and doesn’t rush you, she asks if your ok and if you want her to stop making you feel like you have some control. I would say my anxiety is down 50% and that is a miracle. Wish I had found her earlier in my life. Thank you Cristina for being amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Positive experience: I've had good experience with the Dentist (waiting time can be approximately 30 minutes sometimes). The Receptionist I last spoke to needs to get spoken to by her boss - she kept trying to prevent me from making an appointment for (what felt like) multiple minutes just because the next available appointment was 3 months away . I told her many times I was okay with such (better to have an appointment due than none appointment at all) and thinking I didn't understand the fact the appointment would be 3 months from now (in June) she kept saying 'but the appointment would be in June!" I literally had to exclaim eventually 'June! June! June!' like 25 times for her to understand I understood the appointment would be in June and I wanted to be booked for an appointment. Sheesh Seven Dental what kind of Receptionists are you hiring (to try and have patients not want confirmation they have healthy teeth every few years)?? Feel free to listen to the call I made on 11th March at 15:44 which lasted 21 minutes ( because it took such a long time for someone to answer the phone - even when I was number 1 in the queue. I tried to call for an appointment at 15:22 but when 1st in the queue for so long your phone system cut me off for it! I'd no longer be a part of Seven Dental because of how hard it's been to book an appointment if it wasn't for the fact that I can't find another practice to be at - it being so hard for NHS patients to transfer)

Fantastic experience: Had to have emergency appointment booked for next day, friendly reception staff. Farheen Rasool she was amazing explained in detail what was the problem with my tooth.

Fantastic experience: I went in today for a tooth extraction I’ve put off for EIGHT years. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. The surgery itself is so clean. I was seen by Dr Nazar Syed and when I tell you it was completely pain free and QUICK. He made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the whole thing. I genuinely cannot believe how scared I was for absolutely nothing. I was in the chair for less than two minutes and the tooth was out. Can not thank you enough!!

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend highly enough. I have been going here for a few years now and have had nothing but good experiences. I've been with Dr Song Wang for the last year or so and she is so thorough and takes the time to show you the issues rather than just tell you about them. I've never seen inside my own mouth so much! Just had 2 fillings done this week, one was lengthy with a lot of drill action and took a while but was efficiently and painlessly done, the other was much quicker but quite close to the front- it's completely invisible. Really impressed. I hope she never leaves!

Fantastic experience: I wasn’t sure based on reviews but seen quickly for emergency with Dr Jovita D Momoh and Abi who both made me comfortable and welcome.Excellent service. My options were explained after xray and treatment done with no pain. I did also experience the phone hang up previously but advise you to all be patient and kind too NHS staff can be overwhelmed.

Fantastic experience: A special mention to Chelsea and Kiki for being two rays of sunshine xx I was referred here needing a root canal after my tooth broke and went untreated (upon taking advice from 111). Dr Gupta was very patient with me considering I have very sensitive teeth and a fear of needles. All the receptionist are always very warm towards me and make dentist visits a little less daunting.

Fantastic experience: The staff at the reception always have a smile and are ready to help and the general environment in the surgery is warm and welcoming. I do see doctor Abouhamdah for the last two years at least and I am so happy and pleased with the service I suffer from anxiety and any doctor trip for me is a challenge They make me feel so nice and calm and I do get proper attention and care every single time. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Just want to say a big thank you to Chelsea not only she was so helpful she actually run around for me to get my issue sorted it would have been a bad weekend for me otherwise and also meant no work and pain on top of many things. Chelsea was a my hero of tfe day from being it horrible day she was actually so kind she made it very special and happier for me , So very highly appreciated and recommended.

They were able to accommodate me and my children at a short notice ,I do pay under NHS banding , but they provide excellent value and you still get the private sector experience or quality of care . All the dentist I have came across are very good at what they do .

Negative experience: If it were possible to date the customer service in this dental hospital, I would have given it a negative star. They are nonchalant, inconsiderate, less empathetic, and I would most not recommend this hospital. I missed an appointment due to a life threatening medical emergency and I came in to rebook just for the to tell me they can't rebook me because I missed my appointment. They care less about your situation or medical history. Worst medical care service I have ever received in my life.

Negative experience: Went in with a terrible toothache and was given 2 options, I asked to just have tooth removed and dentist was adamant I should keep the tooth. Even after I said I wanted it removed he still did a root canal. Pain came back 2 months later and need to go back to the dentist with no way to afford it

Negative experience: Phoned several times to o be out on hold for 20 mins , then rings for ages with no answer and then cuts off!!! I don’t understand what all the receptionists are doing as there was loads! What do you do when you need to speak to someone as I’m still in pain and waiting for my CT scan which I was referred for 4 weeks ago! What a joke! Would not recommend this dentist for the customer service!

Negative experience: This place used to be good and run efficiently. Now they do not answer your calls. I have rung more than 5 times, the same pattern follows. You’re on hold for 20-30 minutes, it rings for 1 minute, then your call cuts off. What are the receptionists doing if they’re not answering calls? I’d dread to think if you had an emergency.

Negative experience: I rang quite a few times today. At 903am after 12 minutes the line was cut off.I waited listening to this ghoulish music ,then after 8 minutes there was a male voice stating my call would be answered, then the phone was ringing and finally the line went dead. At 110pm the above pattern took place and this time the line was cut off after 20 minutes At 433pm again the same pattern of waiting followed and the line was again cut off after 20 minutes I also emailed at 138pm and did not get a response . This is such poor service as I had a filling which didn’t last 3 weeks and needed replacing. There are so many ladies at the reception area,I just wonder what they actually do!!

Negative experience: If you can ever get them to answer the phone to make an appointment, you are lucky. I have tried now for three days. Every time I call it answers and then puts you on a hold pattern for 20 minutes and then disconnect you. Once you have managed to book an appointment by driving all the way there. Many of the people who work there are not qualified dentists even when you specify you need a dentist they put you with some technician who then tells you that they’re not qualified to do the work that you want them to do and you’ll have to rebook with the dentist When you asked to be booked with the Dentist in the first place. Having to deal also with the miserable staff and reception who act as if they’re from a Third World country and don’t have to be polite or even mannered to you. All in all it’s a chaos of a place.

Negative experience: Have a lump on my gum which is due to them refusing to cap my root canal work. So there is now an infection. They also never answer the phone so good luck.

Positive experience: Registered as new NHS patient & seen within a couple of weeks. Friendly dental staff. Decided I needed a filling & booked in for the following week to have this done. Finally happy to have an NHS dentist again.

Negative experience: Had an appointment for a front tooth filling with Dr Nihal Suvarna on room n 3 at 11 o’clock. they guy put a blob of composite and stuck both my front teeth together making them feel very weird, he put excessive amount of composite in both teeth and he put on the back of the teeth as well. I was not happy at all, thank God I was able to see this other doctor Yu Hsin Ho that was able to shave some of the excessive composite the other doctor put, with only a fraction of the price the other doctor charged. Thank you Dr Yu Hsin Ho, I wish you were the doctor on my first appointment.

Negative experience: “My experience with Seven Dental Clinic was absolutely terrible. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and seemed completely uninterested in providing quality care. Appointments were poorly managed, with long wait times despite booking in advance. The clinic itself was unhygienic, and the equipment looked outdated and poorly maintained, which made me question their standards. On top of that, the treatment I received was rushed and subpar, leaving me in worse condition than before. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this clinic if they value their health and time.”

Negative experience: Trying to get in touch with them as a pregnant women suffering an emergency, I’ve been trying to contact them at leat five times today, after long minutes (20-30 each call) of waiting on line with ridiculous music, the calls just ended on their own. Unbelievable!!

Fantastic experience: I recently called for an emergency appointment and the receptionist was so nice and helpful! She gave me a next day appointment and was very accommodating!! On my appointment, the dentist was amazing! Dr. Christine Chen was so lovely, kind and helpful!!! She was very reassuring, very friendly and very patient. She’s the best dentist I ever had with no comparison!! She’s very skillful too, and took great care in doing my procedure. I’m really grateful to her and her assistant, they took fantastic care of me!! If I could give more stars, I would give more stars because Dr. Christine is excellent and the Seven Dental staff have very good customer service! Thank you so much, please don’t change

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with Seven Dental in Nottingham. I called to book an appointment because I was in severe pain, but the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting me, they abruptly hung up the phone without any explanation. This is completely unacceptable for a healthcare provider. Patients seeking dental care, especially those in pain, deserve to be treated with respect and empathy. If this is how they treat potential patients over the phone, I can’t imagine what the actual service is like. I strongly advise avoiding this place if you’re looking for professional and courteous treatment.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional! Just like most of the population, I was very apprehensive about my trip to the dentist, never mind needing to see a specialist for my teeth, Im an awkward one, but Doctor Shiraz Khan was amazing! Not only the team and him make me feel at ease but they talked me through the whole process! No pressure, just clear instructions and light hearted jokes. Didn’t feel any pain at all, he talked me through some breathing exercises, kept me informed on how far through the treatment he was, ensured I was calm and collected. I seriously can’t thank him and the team enough!

Negative experience: After being charged £300l!!!! for a treatment that was never carried out and cancelled. I’m now here after a year of chasing them up, multiple visits, emails and phone calls and yet nothing has been processed. The receptionists who are more often unresponsive, cold, unfriendly than helpful said multiple times that they would be issuing a full refund but it’s just empty words. How are you conducting a medical business in this way? Extremely worrying and alarming You cannot charge people upfront, have your dentists leave the practice completely and hold onto someone’s hard earned money! I’ve waited patiently for a year with no luck. The last time I visited I was provided a paper slip with Sam’s email and number, lo and behold she has never responded to my calls or emails. What’s on going here? Absolutely shameful, give me my money back and stop robbing people like this. Zero stars

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with Seven Dental. Prior to being treated by Dr Khan, I struggled with No Teeth for 2 years (victim of the Pandemic).… Within 3 appointments, I had a smile you couldn't remove. I was so impressed... I then, went and broke my Dentures less than 2 weeks to Christmas... Dr Khan made sure I didn't have a miserable Christmas!!! This was after just 4 visits... Dr Khan and her team make you feel at ease. They would be good with nervous patients... I found Seven Dental to be a progressive dental practice with their professional expertise and patient care during treatment... Definitely 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me... Negative experience: After two months of waiting, they canceled the appointment and said the doctor was sick and come the next day, The next day I went to room 11. The doctor said, "I'm sorry, I can't remove your tooth. My finger is not good, Well, if the doctor is not well, why do they give me an appointment? They don't care if you are in pain,I hope no one come here

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Seven Dental by my dental surgeon for a tooth extraction and visited the practice on Wednesday 5 december. I was treated by Dr Shiraz and Olimpia. I can not speak to highly of the treatment I received. Both put me at my ease straight away. Fantastic experience: I’m not a very big fan of dentists but this one makes you feel welcomed, Olimpia on reception is friendly and polite. Dr Asma was lovely, explained everything she was doing which made me feel more relaxed and less nervous.

Fantastic experience: First time back at a dentist after 10 years. The receptionist Olimpia was lovely and polite. The dentist Ayeza Ejaz explained all my options after my xray, and plan going forward. I would recommend this dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: I visited Seven Dental on February 19th at 5:15 PM for severe tooth pain that had been troubling me for days. Dental Surgeon Dr. Parsa Ghalambor quickly identified my issue and explained everything to me so clearly and easily. His professionalism and approachable manner made me feel at ease. I also want to highlight the excellent support from his nurse, Ms. Tanzila, who was very friendly, quick, and smiling service. Their teamwork and care made the whole experience much better than I expected. I truly appreciate the overall experience and highly recommend Seven Dental!

Fantastic experience: It was quick and efficient appointment, Dr Praseeda & Nurse Zoe were friendly and helpful with my treatment, Even though i am a tough patient to help as i take many medications that make treating me awkward (Blood Thinners, Beta Blockers, Heart meds) ...... Fantastic experience: I went I to have a wisdom tooth removed today and I have to say I was especially impressed with Dr Shiraz and his Nurse Karolina. I had a wisdom tooth removed some years ago, somewhere else, and it was a nightmarish experience, with cracking and breaking and blood and gurgling and all sorts of horrors, because my roots are big and grow at funny angles; so I thought I was as in for a similar experience, but that was not the case at all. Karolina was friendly and welcoming as was Dr Shiraz. I am dyslexic and it takes a while to read, but they gave all the time I needed and no pressure to read through the consent form. I had a few concerns but Dr Shiraz put my mine at rest and his confident but relaxed deminer, which really helped me get through the procedure. I was mighty impressed and totally supprised, after my mouth was numbed up, working as a well oiled team, my tooth was extracted in what felt like less that a minute, which was a total relief to me. I would say AAA+++ service will definitely use again, but actually, NO, no more tooth extractions for me please lols. But seriously if I do need dental services again like this I would put them at the top of my list Thank you very much Dr Shiraz and Nurse Karolina. I just want to also mention that the reception lady who greeted me, should not be over looked either, as she too was friendly, helpful and welcoming. All in all my experience at Seven Dental was, odd to say a good one, because it was, but it wasn't, because I was having a tooth extracted, but it was, if you get what I mean.

Fantastic experience: I consider myself very lucky to find this place. Both Dr Safaa Abouhamdah and Dr Shiraz Khan as well as the wonderful nurse Karolina (Caroline?) deserve 5+ stars, not only for being super professional and great at their jobs but also for being such beautiful people. There are more excellent members of staff, here, whose names I do not know. Going to the dentist has, eventually, become a pleasure for me

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I was in extreme pain and had been let down by 111 due to them given me private dental practice numbers for them to deal with my emergency. These private dental practice did not even handle nhs patients and wanted stupid money just to be examined. My faith was restored when I give this surgery a call. A girl call Dorita answered and she dealt with me so professionally and quickly. I could barely talk through this call but her customer care was brilliant. I actually got to meet this lady in person when I came in for emergency treatment and thanked the girl for what she did but I would like to make sure her management team are aware of such a kind lady they have answering and handle there patients.

Positive experience: Had 2 appointments here. A check up and tooth extraction. The receptionist have been so helpful and accommodating and both dentists kind and explained the process in detail to make me feel comfortable. Very impressed. Updated at later date - I've spent hours on hold to this dentist practice now and I'm still yet to have someone answer the phone. No idea why as there's around 8 receptionists??

Fantastic experience: Went to 7 dental for the first time today with my son and daughter saw Asad Akhtar and was extremely impressed with the whole experience. He was kind and caring the dental nurse was lovely, they were especially good with my daughter who is nervous of any close contact. The place was spotless, reception ran very smoothly and practice manager was brilliant. I would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend this dentist practice. I called up 111 asking for their advice about a dental issue I was having with my Wisdom tooth - it was aching slightly and I thought it could be infected -. Rang around looking for an emergency NHS appointment and this practise was the only one who had any availability. Had an appointment on same day and was very happy with the service. Dentist was very helpful; she gave me some useful advice on how to clean the area around my wisdom tooth. Also took some Xrays and showed me that it’s likely there won’t be any issues.

Fantastic experience: Hi when I went to the dentist there was a receipttinist name Henrieta. She was very humble helpful and friendly without any hesitation she help me and advice me about my problem. Keep up the good work she might my day.

Fantastic experience: Been today to have a wisdom tooth removed. Was quite nervous but Dr Shiraz and Carolina was AMAZING. Took moments to remove the tooth and calmed my nerves instantly. Thank you again!!!
