Fantastic experience: Another top notch job by Chani. Used Arnold Dental for implants and some composite bonding couple of years back and signed up as a regular patient as i was so happy with them. I decided to upgrade my composite veneers to 3D printed ones and wow what a result. All designed, printed and fitted in a week, i won’t go anywhere else ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I had need of a non-scheduled appointment. Albeit not truly urgent, this was provided to me within 72 hours of calling. No waiting at the surgery and matter dealt with. Due to the dental plan I subscribe to, there was no additional charge.

Fantastic experience: Having woken up with a swollen face and mouth plus toothache, I managed to get an appointment at 10am which was exceptional service…I saw Dr Brian who was excellent and very kind, investigated and X-rayed and given antibiotics for an infection…feeling a lot better already…a very happy patient.

My most recent experience I had broken the corner off of my tooth upon phoning in the morning I was offered an appointment that morning and was in and sorted within 20 minutes! Fantastic experience: As always first class care. Unfortunately I lost a crown when in Australia which was repaired the following day which naturally I paid for on the spot. Last week attending my regular check up I learned I could claim under the insurance I have at the dentist. Every effort was taken by all the staff to provide me with a claim form. Jane, receptionist phoned insurance company to advise them of my proposed claim. Well done team.

Positive experience: This surgery have stopped offering evening appointments so now I have to take UNPAID time off work to attend. The most Ii would expect in these circumstances is for them to run on time, I was an 820 and 910 appointment respectively as they couldn't get the dentist and hygienist closer together and to run late when already losing time is pretty unacceptable and I was one of the first appointments. This is for private care too, very disappointed

Fantastic experience: I have a new dentist and assistant dentist and on my first visit they were both very friendly and so were the receptionist. Overall it was a pleasant experience. My dentist gave me options regarding my treatment for my teeth, she was direct but not judgemental. Back again in January and not nervous about it :)

Positive experience: Disappointed Dr Rudin has retired, having been a patient of his for over 30 years. I am sure the other dentists will be professional but reserve my judgement for the time being.

Fantastic experience: I have had a history of issues with my teeth however since going to the practice as a private patient things have stabilised and I have always had good treatment and advice .I usually see Janelle Bryan who's excellent. I recently joined their dental plan as it gives me a 6 monthly check up for no more than would have paid anyway and if I need treatment gives me a discount on the price.

Fantastic experience: MR Chani what a great guy I trust him so much and all the work he does is so professional phoned on Friday with a suspected abscess they got me straight in Mr Chani was not available so I had to see another dentist a lady sorry cannot recall her name but from Barbados she was lovely and caring this practice,has renewed my faith in dentists

Fantastic experience: I'm a regular patient here, but I was having some pain. I phoned and they got me an appointment the next day. Ended up having an extraction, very well explained and treated by the dentist and nurse. I felt unwell afterwards and they treated me very well, making sure I was OK when I left. A very good experience here from all the staff.

Fantastic experience: I've had the pleasure of bringing multiple children from different families to Arnold Dental and Implant Centre and I can confidently say that Dr. Priya Raval is absolutely incredible! As a babysitter, I know how important it is for children to feel comfortable during checkups and Dr. Priya's calming presence and professional yet sweet approach is unmatched. She truly knows how to handle children with care, making each visit stress-free and even enjoyable for them. I’ve never met a dentist who is so skilled at keeping kids calm and happy. Highly recommend! I’m absolutely gutted she’s had to leave, but I will be recommending her to all the families I work with. Hands down, the best dentist ever!

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr Priya Raval and I cannot recommend her highly enough! From the very outset, she made me feel completely at ease, even though I was nervous about starting the process. Dr Raval was incredibly professional, thorough, and patient, taking the time to explain every step in detail and answer all of my questions. Her communication throughout the entire treatment was exceptional—I always felt informed and confident in the process. The results have truly exceeded my expectations! I’m thrilled with my smile, and it's all thanks to Dr Raval's expertise and dedication. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and I'm so disappointed that she has now left the practice - it is a huge loss.

Positive experience: Whilst I had no issue with the treatment or service I received I was disappointed to be told that there will no longer be the option of evening appointments on any day of the week and that the very latest appointment they can offer if 4.10 pm. I work full time Monday to Friday, I do not have the option of nipping out or leaving early for a dental appointment, especially not if that is the very latest time they offer. Annual leave is limited and precious. I pay a considerable amount for a private dental healthcare service and as such I would hope that they offer later slots at least one day a week, even if it is only until 6.30pm

Negative experience: Worst dentist in arnold, would not recommend, Preya the dentist nurse is very rough, receptionists are very rude and don't give eye contact when talking to you, also lie to you and accuse you of things you haven't done, even the manager is rude and isn't interested in what you've got to say.

Fantastic experience: I did a lot of research before making the decision to join this practice. Dr Chani was my main reason because I opted for an implant. Since joining Dr Chani has now become my main dentist and I can't speak highly enough of his care and professionalism. I also see Carol as my Hygienist and find her not only professional but also extremely kind and friendly. Her advice is welcomed and I would recommend them 100%. They are always busy but I find they are efficient and the reception team are friendly and approachable.

Fantastic experience: This dental practice is run very well. All staff are very friendly and efficient. Been going for 3 years or so and from booking through to attending appointments, no hassle. Would recommend and they have a v.good dental plan you can sign up to !

Negative experience: Been a patient here since it was NHS now compulsory monthly direct debit subscription or pay up front for appointment a year ahead! Clerical staff very rude & impatient as is snr partner so it all comes from the top downwards. They couldn't care less so take your custom elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: This is a very good practice. The reception staff are welcoming kind and friendly as were the dental nurse and dentist. I came down from Yorkshire as I'd moved a year or so ago. I am especially nervous when it comes to going to the dentist, but he was kind and softly spoken and gentle when it came to fixing my teeth. The dentist and nurse knew I was nervous and helped make the experience as pain free as possible. Thank you Arnold Dental I cannot recommend you highly enough.

Fantastic experience: My early years dental experiences were very daunting and had turned me into a very frightened and worried patient. My father had to take me to his dentist and hold my hand when I was 21! Since I found David Rudin I have been delighted with his patience, caring and professional manner. Explaining everything to me – I can now relax in the dental chair, sleep soundly the night before and the three monthly trip to the dentist no longer holds any fear for me. Help and advice are readily available and my heavily restored teeth are surviving because of David’s excellent care.. Highly recommended.
