Fantastic experience: Was quick and pretty much easy i had upper left wisdom tooth extracted. No faults with the dentist and thankful he checked the area was number enough before going ahead with the extraction. Thank you.

She took the time to explain everything clearly, arranged my X-rays quickly, and even referred me for some additional work I needed. I felt completely supported throughout the whole process. I was so impressed that I ended up signing up with the practice to make it my regular dentist. Highly recommend Dr. Aisha — she truly goes above and beyond!

Negative experience: rude receptionist with blonde hair. Dentist failed to listen to patient and after multiple attempts of removing tooth decided had infection which is why it was so painful. Gave antibiotics Two weeks later did extraction no issue with pain. Failed to take x-rays. Don't care, just a revolving door, no care about patient, pain, follow up

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my initial visit, had no taken and went through sedation procedure and other options for having my tooth extracted. I am a terribly nervous patient, hence why my dentist referred me here. Anyhow I feel a bit more at ease, though can’t promise how I will be on the day of extraction, when I get my appointment. Everyone was lovely and I am happy with my experience so far. Appointment didn’t feel rushed even though there was a waiting room full of people.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my NHS dentist for an extraction procedure (I had part of a tooth left in my gum). As I am anxious of having injections in my mouth, especially the roof of my mouth, i was relieved to be told that I would be able to be sedated. The anaesthetist, dentist and nurse were lovely and put me at ease instantly. I woke not having experienced any pain whatsoever. They made sure I was completely recovered from the effect of the sedation before letting me leave. My experience was so stress free.

Fantastic experience: Brought my daughter here for a check up and X-ray and Lucy our dental nurse and her assistant was amazing, they helped my daughter feel at ease and she’s even excited for her next appointment. Fantastic experience: I had been referred here following failed extraction.I am so grateful for the Lady I found on the reception who spoke to the dentist as I was to be at Huddersfield not Leeds.She was so kind , polite and smiling.I would say it was my first receptionist to meet who was approachable keep the good work ,when you smile everyone feels heard and seen . Fantastic experience: My appointment for an extraction on 11th June was amazing. Surroundings lovely and staff very welcoming. I was extremely nervous but Mr Kizaekka ,my surgeon,was very kind and reassuring and put me completely at ease. The extraction was painless with no discomfort and I am happy to say, has healed up quickly and very well. Thank you very much.

Fantastic experience: My 90 year old mother has been referred by her own dentists, to The Clarendon Dental Spa in Huddersfield, several times over the last few months to have broken teeth extracted. On each occasion the staff have been excellent. She uses a wheelchair, so they helped her with the stairlift and made sure she was comfortable at all times. The dentists and dental staff were all really good at keeping mum relaxed and she said the procedures were really quick and painless.

Fantastic experience: Really helpful and professional staff, made me feel very at easy and walked me through all the requirements, sent me for a referral at the hospital due to some potential complexities with my wisdom extraction. Parking is a nightmare but that’s not their issue, just a forewarning for anyone visiting.

Fantastic experience: First impressions, nice, modern and clean. Made to feel at ease. Friendly staff I was really nervous and shaking and although I didn’t enjoy the experience it wasn’t too bad and that was down to the guys there. Thank you, I hope I don’t have to return in the future but if I do I know it’ll be ok due to todays experience.

Fantastic experience: My 5 year old needed her two top front teeth extracted due to damage from banging them. We tried with our family dentist and she gave it a good go but unfortunately it was too much for her. We asked to be referred to Clarendon Dental Spa where after her initial appointment they booked her in for the extractions with inhalation sedation. The dentist was very good with her and she initially freaked out when the needle went in, but once she realised she couldn’t feel it anymore he made sure it was extra numb and she sat there perfectly throughout the rest of the appointment! He is very good with children and talks them through it, but adapts the explanations so it sounds less scary for them!

Fantastic experience: My son had to have a few fillings and a tooth out, He is very scared of the dentist especially injections. Christina Georgopoulou was amazing with him. Kept him at ease and kept him laughing. Would highly recommend, would definitely go back.

Fantastic experience: Although my appointment time was delayed, I was kept informed. Mr Lachlan Carter put me at ease immediately, and made the experience nowhere near as bad as I had feared. Both Mr Carter and his young assistant were very pleasant and the procedure went smoothly.

Negative experience: I was referred by my dentist for my upper left wisdom tooth removing. After having numerous infections over the last two years. I only waited a couple of week's which is amazing. Today I had an appointment about having my upper left wisdom tooth removed this appointment was to talk about sedation. As soon as i got called in, I was told it can be taken out today under local. Great, I was happy to hear this. I then went in to the dentist with the dental nurse, had two injections which were rushed no time for numbing. I asked if he could check to see if I was numbed I wasn't. Luckily I asked. They gave me another minute maximum and started the removal. First few seconds were find then I could feel absolutely everything. They stopped, another injection was given then instantly they started the procedure again. There was no time for numbing to take place. I bit down on a gauze I was instantly sat up and no more than a minute after having my wisdom tooth out I'd left the room, infections the dental spa. I got out, went to my car, began to drive and felt unwell. I passed out with the shock, pain and trauma. I have a good pain threshold but this was something else. I wasn't offered a minute to come around or anything. I was sat up straight away and told to go. All staff were lovely, good bedside manor, however very, very rushed. No bedside manor once I felt the pain. I will not be returning. I have been left very traumatised from today. I am a 33 year old woman who has had 2 children without pain relief. Had severe tooth ache due to this wisdom tooth and ended up in hospital with sepsis due to it. However I have never felt pain like I did today. I should have been given the local anaesthetic and sat back out in the waiting area to allow time for it to work. From being seen to leaving it was 22 minutes. This is not adequate time for this kind of procedure. A money making service through the NHS.

Fantastic experience: Had an issue with the appointment booking, I had one time they had a different one but it didn't cause any issue. The staff were efficient, kind and professional. In and out in minutes and genuinely didn't realise they had done the extraction until they said all done.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Hassan Ali Ismail today and his colleague for a wisdom tooth extraction. They were both so lovely, explained everything thoroughly and the procedure was over in less than a minute. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I was placed on a referral list and Clarendon Dental Spa kindly took on the task of my tooth extraction. The dentist I was placed with, Eson Rasikh, was very competent and professional. The extraction was done in minutes with very little after effect.

Positive experience: The dentist was friendly, but the nurse did not speak to me and seemed somewhat rude in her mannerisms. It took several injections to numb my gums. The reception staff should acknowledge you upon entering instead of ignoring you. Ultimately, what really matters is having a good dentist.

Negative experience: I'll start by saying I was actually 10 minutes late for my appointment and they kindly still saw me, for that I am (mostly) grateful. After my own dentist couldn't remove all my tooth that had cracked in half I went here with them being touted as specialists in that field, to have the root removed. Unlike any dentist visit of the last 10 years the needle to numb my gum was beyond painful to the point I shouted out in shock. I imagined it may just have been one of those unfortunate happenings that slip through the net. The next one in the roof of my mouth was just thrust straight in there. Bear in mind I'd had the same numbing needles 10 days previous and I couldn't really feel them going in. It felt harsh and brutal. These were a whole different ball game. So, the tooth was eventually removed much to the joy of the dentist, she said it was a pretty straightforward procedure. I was still in pain 10 days later around the area that my tooth had once been. Eating dinner one night I felt something move, after rummaging around inside my mouth, lo and behold I pull out a small, very sharp and spiky piece of tooth that was still attached in there. The relief was instant. So yes, they kinda got the job done, just the small matter of leaving a spiky pain inducing part of a tooth behind and they did so with zero finesse and what felt like a minimal amount of care. I feel if I was a private patient I'd not have suffered the way I did but that's purely my opinion.

Fantastic experience: My experience was lovely. Muniba Hussain and the nurse (apologies, can't remember her name) had such a great level of professionalism - carrying me along as the extraction went on. I was quite apprehensive prior to the procedure but she showed a great deal of confidence and we were done in minutes. Great job!

Fantastic experience: Excellent. I have experienced the insertion of many cannulas but have to say Dr Anoop is certainly the best ever. I was happily oblivious to the extraction of a broken tooth. Abbie the dental nurse looking after me whilst under light sedation and afterwards was also excelllent, very personable and calming. Thank you to both.

Fantastic experience: I suffer from extreme anxiety and a strong gag reflex, which makes dental procedures particularly challenging. I was nervous about my visit, but Hassan-Ali Ismail was absolutely incredible. During the anaesthesia, I felt the needle and tasted the flavour, and when I asked for water, I found there was none available, nor a facility for rinsing and spitting. However, the clinic was clean and well-maintained, and despite these small details, the oral surgery was remarkably fast—the dentist removed a root left behind by my previous dentist before I even had time to panic. Recovery has been far better than expected. Previously, I left dental procedures in extreme pain, but this time, I’m just feeling sore—and remarkably, the pain is manageable without painkillers. I am grateful beyond words—from the kind and welcoming receptionist to the highly professional surgeon-dentist. Every dentist I observed seemed very experienced, which was reassuring while I waited. I even noticed patients leaving walking normally, which put me further at ease. A huge thank you to the team at Clarendon Dental Spa!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her tooth extracted today, and I honestly can't thank the ladies enough. They room was calming, they used age appropriate language (ensuring she wasn't scared) and the little touches of a headband, tooth fairy letter and stickers made for one happy 4 year old

Fantastic experience: As usual Mustafa was exceptional. Time to chat, above and beyond on what he needed to do and made me feel like he cared. As opposed to previous NHS dentists here and elsewhere that make you feel they are desperate to get you in and out asap and they are doing you a favour by bothering with NHS (which in some ways they might be but it would be nice if they didn’t make it so obvious). I am not Mustafa’s son.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my dentist to have a tooth extraction because it was too dangerous for my dentist to do it. I was very nervous about it, however, the dentist put me at ease, the tooth was removed very quickly and painlessly, I didn't even know it had been done.

Fantastic experience: I've been twice to get my wisdom tooth removed. It was very quick. Dentist was very friendly along with the nurse. It was done very quicky with very little discomfort. I was very happy with everything.

Fantastic experience: The dentist, Eson, was very efficient and careful. He extracted my molar with barely any discomfort to me, it was over very quickly and painlessly. Negative experience: I had my wisdom tooth removed at this clinic, and while the extraction itself went smoothly, I left the appointment feeling completely unprepared for the aftermath. I was given no clear instructions on how to manage the pain, no information on what to expect during recovery, and no prescription or guidance for appropriate pain relief.The pain became unbearable within hours of the procedure, and I ended up having to figure things out on my own by searching online and calling friends for advice. 5 days later I’m still in a lot of pain and not sure how to deal with this!!!

Fantastic experience: Had a good experience of dental care for an extraction. Appointment was on time and treatment was speedy and fairly comfortable for having a big molar out. I got care instructions immediately following by email. Well satisfied.

Fantastic experience: I visited today for a tooth extraction with Sherif Abbas-Al. He was fantastic. In fact all of the staff were. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming. The waiting area is just lovely. Then I was taken through. He explained clearly what was going to happen - I was referred from my own dentist as he was unable to numb the area due to an infection below the tooth. Sherif knew what he was doing and assured me he would be able to get it numb (he did). I received lots of words or encouragement throughout. The whole thing took no more than 20mins. I was very impressed. Thank you very much for looking after me.

Fantastic experience: I was referred the Clarendon in Leeds for a wisdom tooth extraction - Eson Rasikh was very professional and clearly experienced, his assistant was lovely too & made me feel at ease. Fantastic experience: Osman and his dental nurse were superb! Went in to have a tooth removed where the sides have crumbled. Thought it was going to be problematic and painful but 1 min for the numbing injections, 3 minutes to let them take effect and 1 minute to pry the tooth out. All the time with the dental nurse (sorry I didn't catch your name!) reassuring me and making sure I was OK. Painless and it's also worth mentioning the little touches like relaxing music and a big screen TV with a beach scene playing to ease your nerves - will definitely use this surgery again they were amazing!

Fantastic experience: My husband Adrian went on referral from his own dentist for a tooth extraction that couldn’t be done in practice. The referral was super fast only waited just over a week for the appointment. When we arrived it was a warm welcome with a very calming atmosphere in the waiting room. I have a morbid fear of dentists and I was looked after well, It did not remove my fear, but I was able to cope with it. I would say I would go again, but I don't want to! Fantastic experience: The prospect of having a wisdom tooth extracted is - to say the least - daunting. But my experience at Clarendon, especially under the auspices of dentist Eson Rasikh & nurse, has been nothing short of excellent. Every procedure is explained with care, the atmosphere is friendly yet professional, and it truly makes what is otherwise a bloody operation into a kind and gentle reassurance.

Fantastic experience: Greeted with a smile by a lovely member on reception. Quick and easy upper wisdom tooth removal by Anoop Kizaekka, not painful at all, recovery afterwards has been great too. No issues as of yet.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Clarendon dental spa after been transferred from my dentist for a tooth extraction. After enduring a previous traumatic extraction I was very anxious and dreading the visit. The dentist Sherif Abbas-Ali and the 2 girls were amazing, they were understanding and patient and the procedure was a totally different experience to what I had before. I can not thank you enough.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic. Referred for a severely broken tooth- as an anxious person, this terrified me, but a call to reception sorted some of that out. Dr Eson was brilliant, and after a few minutes said tooth was out. The nurse with him was an angel. Reassuring and very calm.

Fantastic experience: After putting off my issue for quite some time due to anxiety with the dentist I finally made the appointment, it was very busy and it was a little behind schedule but it wasn’t an issue due to the space being so inviting and being a Sunday full of NHS appointments it was expected. Mobina Bohloli Was my dentist who carefully talked me through everything, kept stopping to make sure I was doing okay and just overall he and his assistant were friendly and polite, once I was in I was done within 10 minutes. Highly recommend ✨

Fantastic experience: I went here to have 2 teeth removed under sedation. They were brilliant! I had been referred there from my dentist as they had tried to remove my teeth in their surgery but couldn't get them out due to 1- they didn't seem to want to come out and 2 - the pain from the infection was immense when they tried. I was a little apprehensive when I arrived to have them out but the dentist soon put me at ease. I literally felt nothing! Before I new it I was leaving with the teeth out! The healing process has been brilliant too. I was fully off any painkillers within a week. I would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Had to go for tooth extraction, initially was going to have sedation as nervous and really didn't need to be, I ended up having the tooth extracted under local. Fantastic experience: Doctors are very friendly and well behaved. The nurses are looking after children very well. The receptionists always help book the appointment with plenty of time no matter how choose are you with your appointment. Overall a great experience.

Positive experience: The hygienist / assistant was lovely she was really understanding of my situation. But I found the dentist rude - he had no understanding of mental health and he made me feel so small Mental awareness needed by him.

Fantastic experience: Went for what could have been a complicated molar extraction. The dentist put me completely at ease, explaining everything clearly, took on board my concern about local anaesthetics sometimes taking longer with me, and responded well to my attempts at humour! Turned out to be an easier extraction than feared, to my relief. All round, it was the best dental experience I’ve had, and given that I’m 70 I’ve had a lot!

Negative experience: Was a NHS referral and unfortunately made to feel like a problem by the dentist performing the extraction. He had zero manners, barely spoke to me mumbling some things sometimes and getting his staff do most of the talking to me. Our main interaction was him arguing that he was only removing 1 when I was referred for 2, I tried asking as I was genuinely confused as to what happened with the referrals and he was clearly annoyed by this. I had to ask several times what was happening or if they wanted me to sit etc throughout both appointments as it was weird just how little they actually spoke to me. A very uncomfortable environment but maybe private patients have a better experience.

Fantastic experience: I was feeling anxious about having a large back tooth out. Anoop was so kind and reassuring in his manner. The injection was administered without issue and the complex extraction was carried out with ease and so quick. I couldn't have asked for a more seamless and painless experience. They kept to appointment times, the staff were very friendly and kept me fully informed. The extraction was not going to be a simple one but they discussed different options and went the extra mile!

Fantastic experience: I attended a first ever appointment at Clarendon Dental Spa (the Leeds address) on Sunday 11th May, 2025, at midday, in order to have a tooth extracted. Nervous times, obviously, but I need not have feared. The dentist (a charming lady whose name now escapes me...apologies!) was an absolute professional in all regards. She took pains to put me at ease, answered all my (mostly daft) questions, and the procedure went like clockwork. No discomfort, no anxiety, and as near to a pleasure as having a piece of your face removed can possibly be! Even the dental nurse was fantastic, especially with the sucky-thing, taking pains to ensure that I didn't end up half-drowning on my own saliva, unlike other dental assistants I've experienced in the past. Together they made sure that all was well before I left, and I received several follow up emails, including one that detailed the after-care I'd need to undertake. I appreciated this little touch, as it's not particularly easy to absorb verbal instruction after several shots of anaesthetic! Anyway, I'd heartily recommend Clarendon to anyone who asked. Thanks for making a worrying procedure such a walk in the park. PH

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience with Dr. David Auld when my 3-year-old son suffered front tooth trauma after a collision with a friend. Dr. Auld was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He explained everything clearly and calmly, which really put me at ease during a stressful situation. He was so gentle with my son, who felt completely safe throughout the appointment. A big thank you as well to the lovely nurse who played with and entertained my son while I was speaking with Dr. Auld — that small gesture made a huge difference. Thank you to the whole team for your care, empathy, and expertise. Highly recommended, especially for little ones!

Fantastic experience: Quick no messing about. Had tooth extraction with them at my dentists egerton clinic. Surgeon was funny straight to the point too. Pulled my tooth out in like 3 minutes straight. Gave me extra anaesthetic too so definitely no pain.

Fantastic experience: David was absolutely brilliant with my 14 year old son, who had some composite bonding on his front tooth. He made him feel really at ease, and explained the procedure to him really clearly. Delighted with the end result, and I can already see how much this has done for Ben’s confidence, so thank you.

Negative experience: My experience was absolutely shocking!! I would never recommend Sherif-Abbas-Ali. He is a butcher!! I was a little anxious as I knew I was having an extraction of a tooth that was stuck in the gum. Initially he said you can come back, I said no I am here today for the removal. He injected me the pain was excruciating. I was crying and trembling, the dental nurse held my hands for comfort. He then went back to inject me the second time and that was even more traumatic. I asked if he could wait 2 minutes, he said you can go if you like and come back another day. I SAID NO I AM HERE FOR THE EXTRACTION TODAY. He waited about 60 seconds then started with more injections in the gum area. which luckily were not as painful. The actual extraction was like my jaw was going to snap. He is very heavy handed. I have had loads of dental work done over the years never experienced anything like this. He had no patience. They just want you in and out. Where is the compassion, you have left me traumatised.. Went back the next day for an emergency as I was in agony all night left to take over counter pain relief , had me waiting for 1h 15m. He forgot I was there. I asked the receptionist am I waiting 1/2 or 3 hours. She said I will message him. Didn’t apologise very rude and abrupt. AVOID!!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing treatment from the second I entered the building until the moment I left. Highly professional, inspired my utmost confidence. Dr Sherif Abbas-Ali was courteous, polite, and the first dentist I have ever encountered who I felt was genuinely interested in and valued my questions and concerns. The nursing and reception staff were outstanding also. I can't rate my experience today highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Clarendon Dental Spa for a tooth extraction. It was a positive experience. The tooth was taken out quickly with no discomfort. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with my procedure. I had five teeth extracted. The procedure was quick and painless and some area's were stitched. I had minimal bleeding and was very satisfied with the whole experience.

Fantastic experience: Extraction review: the dentist was very efficient , after numbing the area the whole extraction lasted only 1 minute or less, even if the tooth was broken. Didn't had pain the next day , very pleased with my treatment . (When the numbing injection was given felt it all the way to my ear, not sure if that is normal, but didn't had problems since ) I can only comment on the extraction, didn't had other procedures so my review is based on extraction only Thanks

Fantastic experience: I have a long standing fear of dentists however I can’t speak highly enough of Clarendon dental Spa From entering the building to leaving I can’t speak highly enough of the service and surroundings. The reception area was clean and bright the receptionists were friendly and efficient. I hardly waited until my appointment time. Dr Rakish was amazing he was professional, friendly and very calming. He explained fully what the procedure was and carried it out quickly. I am now on day 2 and have had no pain or discomfort. Thank you for making what was potentially a stressful situation into a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Clarendon Dental Spa with Dr. Fadi Kreishan and his wonderful assistant. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Dr. Fadi was absolutely superb—he took the time to explain every step of the treatment, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and was incredibly professional and kind. His assistant was also fantastic—efficient, gentle, and very supportive during the entire process.

Fantastic experience: I initially felt apprehensive about visiting Clarendon Dental Spa due to a previous negative experience with dental procedures. However, my visit was markedly different. The dentist Ahmed Al-An and the nurse provided exemplary care, demonstrating professionalism and expertise throughout the process. I experienced no pain during the tooth extraction, and only minimal discomfort post-procedure, which is to be expected. I found that painkillers were effective in managing discomfort. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Clarendon Dental Spa.

Dr. Chihabi and Nurse Suzie were absolutely lovely, so gentle, reassuring, and kind throughout every single appointment. Positive experience: I was really impressed with Clarendon Dental Spa! My NHS dentist sent me there for a wisdom tooth extraction, and honestly, I was a bit nervous. But the whole thing was so quick and practically painless – a huge relief! My dentist Yasser was fantastic and so professional. The only little downer was that the assistant throwed my tooth away into the bin before I even had a chance to say if I wanted to keep it. Bit of a shame, that. But honestly, when it comes to the actual extraction, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
