Negative experience: I went for my initial Invisalign consultation over three months ago, and I still haven’t made any progress. After my first visit, I was told I’d need a CT scan with a third-party clinic before I could move forward. Two weeks passed with no contact, so I had to chase for an update myself. Eventually, I got the scan booked. Weeks later, still nothing, so I called again to check if they had received it. No clear answers. I booked another consultation to try and move things along. At that appointment, the dentist unexpectedly tried to steer me toward traditional braces instead. They took photos of my teeth and booked another follow-up in three weeks to go over the potential plans. When the day finally came, they called just two hours before to cancel, saying the dentist had been away and hadn’t had time to create a treatment plan. I was rebooked for the following week—only to be told the day before that there was now an issue with the CT scan and the equipment used to view it, so the plan still hadn’t been done. I wasn’t even given a new date, just told someone would be in touch. Another week and a half went by, and I called again—only to hear the same message with no real update. I’ve been so excited to start my Invisalign journey. I've saved up and waited patiently, but this whole process has left me feeling ignored and let down. It’s been nothing but delay after delay, and I’m honestly so frustrated and sad that it’s come to this. I’ve decided to go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Staff are helpful and polite. Very happy with the service I received for a first checkup. I had scans taken, shown the results immediately. Received scale and polish, which was completed with good results. I'm a perfectionist so for me to say the scale and polish was good that means it was very good. The dentist was recommended by my son-in-law. He had teeth taken out, root canal treatment, scale and polish. He is a very nervous patient who said he would go back there again.

Fantastic experience: My family and I attend this Dental Practice regularly for 6 monthly checks, along with any additional dental care if needed at other times. The environment is clean and welcoming, and the staff are highly professional and attentive. The dentists are courteous and willing to address any questions or concerns one may have prior to the treatment.

Fantastic experience: After losing part of a filling on a tooth that was mostly filled I had the old filling removed and refilled with white filling. I can't praise Mamta Gowda enough she did an absolutely brilliant job and it doesn't look like my old tooth now.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to a dentist in thirty years and very nervous. The dentist was very calming talking to me and explaining what was happening during tooth extraction. I had bad toothache but now 24hours later all okay and pain free. A big thanks to Dr Muhiuddin Ahmed and all the team.

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit to Longfellow Road Dental Practice. The dental receptionist, dental assistant & the dentist were all helpful & friendly. I only had to wait a minimum amount of time to be seen. I was given a comprehensive examination, which was completed quickly & efficiently.

Fantastic experience: I saw Rosie on July 2nd and she is just so good at relaxing you and making you feel comfortable She never rushes you and explains everything so clearly. I cannot recommend her enough- so genuine and kind and so professional.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going there for a while and was having A terrible time with a dentist on the ground floor, my teeth are always in pain. So I just want people to know I asked for a different dentist in the building and I got one and he has done an amazing job on my mouth. All my problems were dealt with within one sitting. It’s quite unbelievable very professional very good dentist can’t recommend him enough.

The process took the right time and results were seamless it was like I had never lost a tooth! Dr Chetans mannerism are exceptional. Makes you feel at home, says the right things and is exceptionally good at what he does! Plus the staff around him at all fellow road dental are lovely. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had a referral for two teeth to be removed and were promptly done. Post check up completed and referral for another tooth extraction to be completed next week. Again prompt service. This dental practice gives an excellent service and values its patients. All the team, the dentist, assistants and the admin at front desk are polite, courteous and professional. This dental practice in my view is rated excellent and always deserves five stars. Negative experience: I was struggling with grief and mental health while experiencing severe dental pain. Unfortunately, the dentist Dhaniya Krishnan was unsympathetic and dismissive and refused to treat me. The nurse was lovely and did try to comfort me while visibly crying. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Fantastic experience: Kind and friendly staff, would recommend. Had 2 teeth removed without any problems or pain. Felt completely relaxed and comfortable.

Negative experience: Absolutely un professional they made me wait for 16 min and then kept the receiver aside and still did not answer me.

Positive experience: The Dentist we see always seems to keep us waiting. On three different visits we have arrived on time for appointments, watched everyone else go through for their appointment, but unfortunately, after another 20 minute wait we end up going back to reception to prompt the Dentist to call us in. My son was also referred to Nuneaton Orthodontist after being given a choice and told the waiting list was shorter, only to be told on our recent visit the wait is actually 4 years! A text or email communication would have been appreciated with this update to allow us to make a more informed decision or alternative arrangements.

Negative experience: Very poor service .dentist is so unprofessional with very rough hand so she made a cut while doing scaling on my lip .it seems like she was rushing things like she got target to achieve for maximum appointments to cover .No professionalism .no words to explain .not sharing name of doctor but if that dental surgery act on feedback they can easily find out and pls pass the feedback .i ll never get any treatment done from that doctor again

Fantastic experience: Another great experience at the dentist under the capable hands of Rakesh. A check-up that resulted in a small filling but again without an injection. I can’t get over this as my last visit was the first time I’d had fillings without an injection! The lovely relaxing music definitely provides a tranquil environment for dentistry. Fantastic experience: Our son had an accident at nursery where he had gotten a bead stuck on his tooth. We called Longfellow immediately and were helped firstly by the amazing admin staff they got my son booked in straight away and told us we could come straight down. We were seen within 10 minutes of being there by Dr Ahmed who was fantastic, he was calm with my son and got the bead off within seconds. To say we are grateful is an understatement. We can’t thank Dr Ahmed or the staff enough.

They managed to fit me in for an emergency 'waiting' appointment which could have been up to three hours. However I was seen within the hour by my regular dentist. He prescribed antibiotics and took time to talk me through my options going forward. He understands my anxiety and reassures me. For this I am very grateful.

Fantastic experience: I had a large back tooth extraction, my dentist wanted to refere me to a specialist, I pleased with her to do it as my pain had been extremely severe for days, I just couldn't cope any longer and althoe it was very hard to remove the tooth she did an excellent job, very professional.

Slight hiccup being left in waiting room for 30mins which was quickly resolved when brought to attention of reception. Overall very happy.

Fantastic experience: I had to seek an emergency appointment with my regular dentist ( Dr Andrew Leering) due to ongoing tooth infection that is delaying my forthcoming knee surgery. Reception staff Andrew’s team were very efficient and professional in offering necessary treatment. Thank you Andrew (and RCT specialist Dr Puneeta Badwal for telecon on Saturday) for all at Longfellow Dental practice.

Negative experience: This is the worst dentist i have ever been to. They only look at time when you have an appointment with them. Try to rush you through 2 fillings in 20 minutes, you have to beg for aneasthetics which they don't even allow to set in. Then they say you have tooth issues on an xray scan which you dont have as another dentist could not find any issues on the xray. The fillings i did here had to be redone by another dentist just weeks after. Got a call asking for feedback from someone who refused to identify themselves. The receptionist is rude and tries to forcw you to do what she wants. All round bad experience. I woule avoid at all cost.

Fantastic experience: Like many, I'm pretty afraid of dentistry, however, Dr A Saca really is one of those professionals who has turned things around for me. She is so gentle with anaesthesia (my biggest fear needles) you don't even feel the needle go in or the pressure of the liquid. She holds herself to high standards and accountability. She regularly checks your comfortable and explains what shes doing as she goes. I can now come to the practice without major anxiety. Femiya is my favourite nurse, comforting and brilliant with the suction..nothing worse than pooling saliva in the chair and she doesn't miss a spot.. Santan, Colleen and Janet are equally amazing at the front desk. Thank you for your patience with me ladies. Other than one negative interaction with a lady on reception, I've had a very positive experience. Dr Mathias, you really have a team to be proud of. Thank you for placing me with Anastasia whilst I may need to take on a new mortgage, shes worth every penny. Thank you all.

Positive experience: I was booked in with very friendly receptionist for an emergency appointment. The dentist and assistant were extremely caring due to my anxiety and fear of dentist. Antibiotics was given and a referral was made but they made me feel as comfortable and at ease as they could. Very nice practice. The only issue was my partner was blocked in by another patient who parked directly behind him so we couldn't get out until they came out. Apart from that all staff were lovely.

Negative experience: hello I went for a check up clean and polish was in the chair for no more than 5 minutes it cost me £27.50 that works out £330 an hour bit of a rip off.

Fantastic experience: A dentist that is in another league to most. I have seen Baz for over 2 years now. He is friendly,kind and extremely good at what he does & also very accommodating to the fact I have 3 small children and sometimes they need to come to appointments whether it is long or short he doesn’t make me feel a problem and is lovely to the kids also. I have had 3 filling at the front of my mouth where he has made it look as if nothing was there. I have also had 2 root canals and have had not one ounce of pain in the following days. Unlike other dentist where I have been in agony for over a week followed by infection. This has never happened with Baz, he is gentle but very effective. I’ve never had a problem. The dentist always calls the day after treatment to check in on your and ensure your recovering well and their are no problems. I travel from another town, over 40 minutes to come to Longfellow road dental and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Thank you to all your staff especially Baz! He is fantastic & should be recognised as so.

Positive experience: I thought the dental nurse very rude as she didn't speak to me at all. She pushed the safety glasses at me and when she eventually brought a bib just pushed my head forward to fasten it. Her only job was to hold the suction device but I gagged on the water as she couldn't even do that right!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely hate the dentist I had a really bad experience when I was young & it's put me off for life BUT not sure who it was I saw but he was so understanding very reassuring listened to my fears & put me at ease as my anxiety was through the roof .Having lots of things needing to be done including a cracked wisdom tooth. So I won't say I'm looking forward to my next appointment but I definitely won't be as nervous
