If you want a dental practice that makes you feel less anxious then this is definitely the place to go. The most politest receptionist's who always greet you with a warm welcome- there lovely! and the most loveliest, caring dental team also. Id highly recommened anyone to use mac dental its certainly a place that cares about there patients wether its your local dental surgery or not☺️

Fantastic experience: A 5* experience from start to finish! I initially spoke with Sammy and Dr Irfan and booked in for an examination. I was looking at getting veneers or composite bonding and they were both extremely helpful in advising me what was best and booking me in for a few appointment to get the work done. I couldn’t be happier with my new smile and I can’t thank Sammy and Dr Irfan enough!

Fantastic experience: I'm sure like me most people don't like visiting the dentist , however my last trip which was on the 23/3/2025 wasn't as daunting as I thought it would be. I would prefer to have had dentures for my top set as i already have a couple of teeth on each side , but I was told that my top set are healthy & do not need taking out . I like my dentist , who i feel is an honest & pleasant lady .

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to MAC Dental for quite a number of years, despite it taking nearly an hour’s journey to get there. I’ve had both NHS and private work done there, from simple fillings, to a root canal and a crown fitted. Some has been NHS work, some private, and all of it has been absolutely fabulous. Big thank you to Joe, who is quite simply the best dentist I’ve ever been to.

Fantastic experience: A great experience from booking in, receptionist on arrival and then treatment. The booking team were all very polite and helpful. I arrived for my appointment and the lady on reception (Sophie I think) was also lovely and made me feel at ease. I went in for my appointment with Joe and Angel and it was quick and easy. Everything was explained to me very well and I had the opportunity to ask questions. They put my mind at ease and I left feeling well informed and a valued patient.

Fantastic experience: Having never been a great fan of going to the dentist it is all credit to Majed and the MAC Dental team that I agreed to have dental implants. Both Majed and the Widnes practice were so caring and supportive during treatment and follow up conversations. They went to great lengths to explain the procedure and expectations. Having now completed the process I would like to thank Majed for showing great patience, knowledge and support. I now love my new implants!

Fantastic experience: My dentist women is amazing not been for at least 10 years after being petrified from my old dentist and she’s been nothing but patient with my anxiety and really out me at ease that’s 4 fillings all sorted , when usually I wouldn’t even let anyone look at my teeth defiantly couldn’t recommend enough x

Fantastic experience: One of the best experiences I have had visiting a dentist. I started with sudden sharp nerve pain in my tooth. Since my dentist is not local, I was seen as an emergency patient at Mac dental. Sarah was my dentist, she was so warm and welcoming, kept me comfortable throughout the procedure. She kindly did the initial stage of root canal treatment, so the second stage can be done by my own dentist. I cannot thank her enough for relieving me of pain and being so professional. Thank you

Positive experience: Came for an emergency appointment, soon as I arrived two people sat at reception looked moody and miserable as hell nothing like like they look happy on photos on facebook but soon as you see them I'm a NHS patient and don't pay for my dental, there lovely and kind to people who pay but they are moody and miserable to some NHS patients, the dentist who took my wisdom tooth out which was decying was nice and kind but I didn't like that one of my teeth that's also slowly decying which will fall apart eventually he said I will probably have to pay for that one, i shouldn't have too since I am an NHS patient I am in sick pay. So in future, could do with more cheerful and a hally receptionist instead of ones that whisper talk and being moody as ever.

Fantastic experience: This was my wife's appointment. She started as a 'new NHS patient' Her 'New dentist' (Sarah) was absolutely professional, caring and gentle in every way. She made my wife feel at ease throughout my visit and thoroughly explained what was happening, and even though my wife has a huge (and long standing) fear of visiting 'The dentist' she allayed that phobia and now she's actually looking forward to her next appointment. Fantastic experience: Recently had a wisdom tooth removed at Mac Dental. Majed Kahale (my regular dentist there) was, as ever, thoroughly professional and reassuring throughout the procedure. (Which was something of an emergency as I was due to fly on holiday a week later!). Majed has the most friendly, relaxed manner and really works hard to remove any anxiety you may be experiencing, and to make even this most invasive of procedures seem almost straightforward! He has the rare ability to make his patient feel comfortable and in very safe hands. He is a credit to Mac Dental and his whole profession in general. He was very ably assisted by Dental Nurses; Angel & Paige who were both friendly, reassuring and considerate. This excellent service was further underlined the day after the procedure by a follow up call from Dental Nurse Phoebe - to check that I was feeling OK after the procedure and to see if there was anything they could do to help further. Very impressed indeed.My sincere thanks to all the team.
