Fantastic experience: Super pleased with my recent experience at The Hub! After suffering with a tooth infection for over a month and receiving no effective treatment elsewhere, Dr Max addressed the issue promptly and with great care. He also took the time to address some of my other concerns. Overall, the service from him and the entire team was exceptional. Hopefully I won't need to, but if ever I do, I would definitely return to this practice despite the travel time.

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much for seeing my little boy in an emergency. Such professionalism, Dr Balal made him feel comfortable and was able to bond his chipped tooth back on with no fuss. We were given a health plan with a breakdown of treatments with no pressure to commit. With this being an emergency appointment Dr Balal was able to do treatment on the same day. We cannot thank you enough. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I brought my adult autistic daughter to have a checkup. The dentist was extremely patient with her. I was please to see that the issue my daughter was having was at last sorted. The previous dentist did not do a thorough investigation to find the problem. We are Happy to return to The HDP. Good service, happy clients.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to get my wisdom tooth extracted with these guys and I have to say Solo and Carpi put me right at ease and I did not feel any pain. They walked me through step by step on the procedure as they knew I was a bit nervous as I have never had a tooth out before. They were very clear on pricing, very punctual and it was clean and professional. My previous practice I went to didn’t even follow up with me because I was in so much pain, so I found this place and i have not been disappointed. See you in a couple weeks.

Fantastic experience: Emergency cracked tooth, high level of pain. Quick and easy to book in on a Saturday afternoon. The Dentist Nihaal and Nurse Khushi were compassionate, professional, listened and acted accordingly. A very impressive service at a time of need.

Positive experience: The surgery I'd immaculate the dentist was fine . The only reason give it 3 stars was the price .Saying that I was in pain and just paid £300 + pounds £9 for xray . The problem is can't get onto the NHS where most charged for all 3 bands would be just over 300 pounds .this was first extract and explanation of my issue what needs to be done .I cannot fault the dentist or dental nurse very professional. But been a pensioner the cost was a quarter of my pension for less then 30 minutes work .

Fantastic experience: My partner has severe pain. I called them at 1:30pm. We were seen to an hour later with the tooth extracted as needed before 3pm. The dentist was fantastic, calming and supportive towards my anxious fiancé who hadn't had an extraction before. Can't recommend them any more. Fantastic work! Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: Having attended the hub for the third time I have found the clinic first class. As a nervous patient I was quickly put at ease by everyone from my first initial phone call,my arrival at reception and meeting the dentist. Everything was explained fully and I would highly recommend the Hub and have no fear for a return for treatment if needed in the future.

Positive experience: The x-rays were rushed and I was not given enough instruction on how to position myself and where to place my tongue during the x-ray. Went to a different dentist who said that the images could have been clearer if I had received better instructions. The people were lovely so maybe it was just a one-off miscommunication.

Negative experience: I visited The Hub Dental Practice in Milton Keynes in November 2023 for an emergency appointment. I wasn’t a registered patient. I found their number on Google while I was in severe pain with my wisdom teeth and upper teeth, and they kindly offered me a same-day appointment. When I arrived, the reception staff were warm, calm, and professional. I was distressed and anxious, and they handled everything with care and efficiency. I am really grateful for how welcoming they were. That part of the experience made a big difference. The actual appointment itself with the dentist was incredibly upsetting. I explained at the start that I am neurodivergent and struggle with sensory overload, verbal processing, and high anxiety in dental settings. I tried to communicate my needs so the appointment would be smoother. Unfortunately, I was met with impatience. The dentist rolled his eyes, sighed repeatedly, and seemed visibly irritated when I flinched or asked questions. I felt dismissed and judged throughout. It made an already overwhelming situation even harder to cope with. I was told I had cavities that needed treatment and might need a root canal. I was also told my wisdom tooth could need removal. I agreed to an NHS referral and also accepted a private option because I was in so much pain. At the time, I was told not to expect anything soon due to NHS delays. What concerns me now is that I was not prescribed any antibiotics, despite being in obvious pain. I have since moved to a new dental practice, and the team there confirmed I have had a long-standing dental infection. They prescribed antibiotics, and I have already noticed a huge improvement. It is worrying to think something so serious may have been missed at the time. I also never received any follow-up or communication about the NHS referral. Nearly two years have passed, and I have heard nothing. At this point, it likely does not matter, as I no longer attend this practice. But the complete lack of follow-up left me feeling forgotten. I do not recall being encouraged to book a follow-up appointment either. I accept that I could have asked, but I left that appointment feeling so dismissed that I just wanted to get out. I was scared of making things worse by asking more questions. This appointment had a lasting impact on me. I avoided dental care for a long time because I was afraid of being treated the same way again. It took a lot to rebuild trust, but I have now found a new dental practice where the staff are patient, understanding, and make me feel safe. I know almost two years have passed, and part of me wondered if it was too late to share this. But the truth is, this experience genuinely affected me, emotionally, physically, and mentally. I felt invisible in a space where I should have been cared for. To be clear, this review is not aimed at the practice as a whole. The reception staff were genuinely kind and professional, and I want to thank them again for that. My review reflects one specific appointment that had a long-lasting effect on me. I hope this encourages more empathy and understanding for neurodivergent patients in the future. A little compassion can go a very long way.

Fantastic experience: Had a really swollen jaw and mouth which was so uncomfortable! Called 111 as it was on the weekend and they were horrendous didn’t help at all. Ended up googling an emergency dentist as I couldn’t eat or drink and the pain was getting worse. This place was amazing. They managed to get me in the same day on a Sunday and were really affordable. The girls I saw were so kind and listened to me and offered me different options of treatments. Not even 24 hours later the swelling has come down drastically and I’m now able to eat and drink , I’m sure in a few days it will have completely cleared up. They even gave me a follow up call the next day to see how I was doing. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Service. Whilst visiting my daughter I developed a tooth abscess. After ringing 111 was told I needed to see a dentist. I found The Hub on line. It said 24/7 so I rang at 6.45 expecting an answer machine. The call was answered promptly by a very friendly lady. Appointment made for 9am that day for a £25 deposit. The building is a modern open airy very clean. Reception staff equally as friendly. Dental nurse and Dentist professional friendly and I was fully informed throughout what was happening and why. After care treatment was also given. Excellent service throughout I can’t thank them enough. 24 hrs later a follow up call was made. Sadly I don’t live anywhere near The Hub otherwise I would become a registered patient.

Fantastic experience: My partners experience was very welcoming, he had a huge phobia of the dentist but Dentist Solo and Nurse Olivia were so patient and understanding. They put no pressure on my partner and gave him all the time he needed, before starting the procedure and during which has changed my partner’s opinion on going to the dentist. Dentist Solo is confident and Well spoken, it’s very reassuring when you’re being cared for by a knowledgeable professional. Olivia was accommodating and efficient. She worked perfectly along side Dentist Solo. They’re a great team. Overall the appointment was handled very well and I would Definitely recommend this practice. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr. Khan highly enough! After losing my denture, he went above and beyond to help me get a replacement quickly. He even personally took my dental impression straight to the denture company to speed up the process and help me get my smile back as soon as possible. Dr. Khan was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about my situation. He also helped me put together a clear plan for future dental care. I’ve seen multiple dentists over the years, and without a doubt, he’s the best—100% recommended!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at The Hub. I went in as an emergency appointment with a broken and loose front tooth. Dr Aatiqa and Billi really looked after me well, explaining the various options to me. I went away with an amazingly good (but temporary) repair and a forward treatment plan for a more permanent resolution. Good dentistry isn’t cheap, but I felt I got good value from a really dedicated team at the Hub. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr Gul & Artana was very pleasant and comfortable. They were extremely kind and reassuring throughout my composite bonding procedure. My treatment was super efficient and completed within two appointments. I am so so happy with my smile makeover; although it was a small fix, it has made a huge difference to my face. Dr Gul was very patient and ensured I was 100% satisfied before finishing off the treatment. Her work is amazing and clearly evident through the amazing work she has done. I am a very particular person who has a very strong eye for detail, however, Dr Gul created the perfect smile and I had no complaints whatsoever! Overall, I would highly recommend The Hub and I look forward to coming back in the future.

Fantastic experience: Very good experience (insofar as having an emergency extraction can ever be good). I rang at 12.30, was at the practice by 13.50 and the whole job was done (not without a little difficulty because of the poor state of the tooth) by 14.50, all same day. Veronica and Billie, who looked after me were totally professional and today, the day after - apart from the predictable tenderness in the gum - I have zero issue and no pain. Very happy to recommend based on my visit. I will go back for further work. Pricing was excellent as well, compared to what I have paid in the past.

Fantastic experience: I started attending The Hub Dental Practice in March and have had a check up, a clean and then some Composite Bonding. The whole experience has been excellent. The staff are very friendly and professional. A special thank you to Dr Gul for her composite bonding work, which has given me my confidence back to smile!

Fantastic experience: I visited The Hub having been given an emergency appointment, same day, outside working hours. I was easily signed in and met Dr Jaspal and Nurse Natasha, both of whom immediately put me at ease. As a partnership they work fantastically together even when the agreed extraction became more complicated than expected. Dr Jaspal took me calmly through my treatment options and listened to me regarding the outcomes I wanted to achieve. His advice and gentle strength of purpose helped me make the best decision under the circumstances and agree a longer term care plan. Dr Jaspal was very supportive despite my nerves and ensured I was in control of the procedure all the way through, knowing I could stop at any point meant I did not have to. I can heartily recommend this surgery for cleanliness, efficiency, kindness and flexibility of hours. My abiding impression is of the skill and experience of all the staff I encountered to help even the most nervy patients feel heard in making appropriate clinical care decisions and then completing the agreed work. This team genuinely want you to have a good outcome and are prepared to answer questions or accept visits should you need help following a procedure regardless of the time of day.

Positive experience: Experienced a emergency appointment today all went very well lovely dentist that see me and put me at ease and got the issue sorted for now only down fall was I had to pay £75 for antibiotics

Fantastic experience: I phoned the practice quite early in the morning, forgetting it was a bank holiday. I then started to get diverted to another number and realised that I was phoning too early and was being diverted to the on-call person. I hung up as it was not an appropriate call for the on-call dentist. Immediately, I got a call back from the on-call dentist, whom I apologised to, as I had no intention of disturbing him. He was charming and very helpful, despite the fact that the call I needed to make was one for reception. He told me what time I could call reception and assured me that he was not offended that I had called. I phoned later in the morning and spoke to reception. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and changed my appointment as requested. I was greatly impressed by these two people's attitudes and the way they had dealt with me. Dave Dachtler

Fantastic experience: My Wisdom tooth broke the Hub fitted me in as an emergency appointment Dr Veronica and Nurse Khushi put me at ease and advised it needed to be extracted. Both very kind as I was nervous Dr Veronica extracted tooth with great care so it not to brake any more. Nurse Kushi held my hand and reassured me throughout the process. The whole process was very calm and quick. 2 days on and I've very little pain and bruising recovering well. Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction 24/5/25 by Balal. It's the 4th extraction I've had and this was by far the most painless during anesthetic and the day after I gave literally no pain with no pain killers. What a fantastic dentist he is along with the dental nurse whose name I forget. Much appreciated!!!

Fantastic experience: I went to the dentist after awful treatment from a different dentist. I was in so much pain. The care I received from Solo and Carpi was amazing. I was extremely anxious due to lack of care previously. They put me at ease almost immediately, talked through my options and thoroughly examined my tooth and gums. I opted to have the tooth removed, I didn’t feel a thing. I cannot thank them enough for how they treated me that day. I think I have found a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was seen by Dr Marcus and Ryan for an emergency appointment they were very helpful and kind the treatment I received was done very well despite being in excruciating pain because of an infection they were able to calm down the symptoms and I felt very comfortable during the procedure, this was my first time there and I would definitely go back !

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend this place more - I chipped my front two teeth over the bank holiday weekend and was able to get an appointment on bank holiday Monday for a check up and x ray. After that they booked me in for composite bonding on Thursday, where Dr Gul and her assistant Emily were very helpful throughout the process. A great experience!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with the Hub Dental practice. They fit me in for an emergency extraction just a few days before I was leaving the UK for 3 months. Dentist Solo was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The procedure went well and he allowed me to wait in the waiting room so he could check on the initial healing. He also spent time on the phone answering all my follow up questions during the healing of the extraction and helping with any concerns. Nurse Carpi was also fantastic. I highly recommend the practice to anyone needing dental care.

Fantastic experience: I put in an online form for an emergency appointment in the morning, I was contacted 30 minutes later and booked in for that afternoon. I was super nervous, as I’ve never had any problems with my teeth, I was immediately put at ease by Dr Gul Azhar. She explained everything and made me feel so comfortable. I was booked in 3 days after for my treatment (filling). I had no pain while the treatment was being done, I didn’t even feel the injection, Dr Gul spoke to me throughout and made sure I was okay. Although it’s more pricey I thought it was worth every penny and my anxiety for dentist’s are now non existent. I will be coming here from now on, Thankyou so much!

Fantastic experience: I called to asked for an emergency appointment for today and got one without issue. I was seen by Dr. Solo and Olivia. 2 very incredibly kind and caring people. I was very nervous, they both put me at ease and were incredibly kind. They made, what was a difficult situation for me, pass without drama. I am hugely greatful to them both for their professionalism, but mostly for their kindness.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Balal Emergency Dentist for anyone needing a second opinion or support after overseas dental work. They gave me peace of mind and a clear plan going forward. A treatment plan which includes a deep clean and antibiotics. The pricing was transparent, and he took time to answer all my questions. I will be returning for regular check ups and deep cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Called for an emergency appointment and they managed to fit me in the same day. Was put at easy by the lovely Georgia and given a full explanation regarding the treatment plan made by Alicia. Not pushy about doing work that doesn't need to be done and seems like she has the patients best interest in mind. Even had a call the day after to see how I was getting on after an extraction. I would 100% recommend and will return in the future

Fantastic experience: Started suffering an infection on Good Friday and the Hub were able to see me on Easter Sunday, prescribe and dispense the antibiotics onsite. We planned to complete the antibiotics but 5 days in the swelling started to worsen and I was given an emergency appointment within 1.5 hours for an extraction. Dr Marcus and Khushi had the pain relief immediately and the extraction was the fastest and least painful I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend the Hub enough - the entire team are so professional and caring - I didn’t know such great practises existed.

I travelled to this dentist who immediately got my grandchild into x ray confirmed an abscess and called around hospitals near to where I live , very good dentist , treatment and after care . Fantastic experience: Needed an emergency dental appointment on Easter Bank Holiday Monday I saw Elise and she was brilliant patient and kind. I had 2 extractions and throughout the appointment she made sure i was ok. I couldn’t recommend The Dental Hub highly enough ive been a few times and every visit has been excellent. Fantastic experience: Both Dr Marcus and Nurse Billi-Jo made me feel very comfortable as my Wisdom tooth was removed. No pain at all even 24 hours after. At 53 years of age this was my best ever Dentist experience by a country mile. It was also an example of perfect recruitment as the reception team also went out of their way to help.

Fantastic experience: After being in pain for over a week and misdiagnosed by my regular dentist, it was so amazing to be seen by Dr Veronica and her nurse Charlene out of hours with a solution that worked. They listened to me, you could see they cared about what I needed and were empathetic throughout my visit. Fantastic experience: Excellent service, Solo and Carpi put me at ease throughout talking to me and explaining all of the steps. It is now 48 hrs since the treatment and no pain. I would highly recommend recommended them both if you are at all nervous.

Fantastic experience: I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all staff at The Hub Dental Practice. From the receptionists, to the nurses, dentists and managers, they have all been lovely people since the beggining and helped me when I needed the most. Dr Hugo was the first one who attended me, then dr Giovanni and they both did a great job. Today I went back to an appointment with Dr Max and I can’t thank him enough for how he helped me. Not only he’s an excellent profissional, but also an empathetic and caring person who handled all my fear and anxiety. I will always go back and can’t recommend this place enough. 50 stars!

Fantastic experience: They were the only ones that offered to see me urgently when I had an accident and lost one of my teeth. The way they treat their patients is outstanding and made me feel safe and in good hands.

Negative experience: My wife woke up on the 19th of October last year with a really bad toothache so we made an emergency appointment for her to get urgent treatment at The Hub Dental Practice in Milton Keynes. She was seen to the same afternoon and paid £412 following her appointment. Fast forward a couple of months - while visiting family in Lithuania, my wife made and attended a dentist appointment on the 8th of April to get treatment for the same tooth which is still causing her pain. The Lithuanian dentist inspected the tooth and told my wife that the dentist at The Hub Dental Practice in Milton Keynes didn't clean the tooth canal which explains the recurring pain, and was shocked when she heard the amount of money my wife was charged for poor treatment. My wife has now been referred to a specialised Odontologist to receive further treatment.

Fantastic experience: I had to have some major work done today and I have to say both Mamta and Carpi have been absolutely amazing and the way they looked after me was truly incredible. They made my experience very pleasant and allowed me to put my total faith and trust in them. A real credit to the practice.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency same day wisdom tooth extraction. The dentists were skilled, professional, caring and kept me calm throughout the 45min appointment. I sadly developed dry socket a week later and they booked me in immediately and took very good care of me! Super clean offices, lovely aftercare. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
