Fantastic experience: Dealt with autistic child brilliantly. On time and understanding.

Fantastic experience: I was staying in Wadebridge on holiday for a week when one of my teeth chipped. Rang up and they managed to get my appointment in for the next day which is good considering how busy dentists are. This morning they rang me seeing if I wanted to come in earlier which was perfect. When I arrived all of the staff was extremely friendly showing me where to go as I didn’t know the building. The dentist talked me through what had happened and did an excellent job. He even offered to send the Xray to my dentist back at home so they have an idea of what happened. I cannot recommend and thank Wadebridge Dental more as they did an excellent job and are extremely professional!

Fantastic experience: It is a wonderful dental practise no doubt! But unfortunately a lot of people cannot afford the plans offered or dental cost which are crazy!

Fantastic experience: Felt that I was listened to and treated like a private fee paying patient should be. God knows it costs enough !! Dr Katie Golenia is an excellent surgeon & good company to boot! I'm a little disappointed in myself & my plate, I have now lost two of teeth on it & have had to have them repaired. I'm not that sure if it's a weakness in the plate or I'm eating too crunchy food!!!

Negative experience: Can't place an IV even when told where to place one because they are incapable of listening, started trying to do the dental work when the sedation hadn't kicked in yet and I was still super anxious due to all the problems cannulating, the staff had been told repeatedly to only speak to my husband on the phone due to my poor mental health but still called me to berate and insult me. Claimed the sedation didnt work because I am a drug addict (when I am not), when it actually did work after I had left the surgery, but they were causing me so much stress and anxiety. Would not recommend going anywhere near this dental surgery, they are demeaning, degrading and downright insulting. They have also completely ignored us when we requested the complaints procedure.

Negative experience: I dont rate this dentist practice at all , been with them for few years now, So expensive for everything, just had a check up and an hygienist 3 weeks ago everything was fine. Call today to said l have a loose feeling. They want to change me £130 for an temporary feeling and come back to have a permanent feeling @ £110 Is just getting ridiculous. The staff is very friendly nothing but they charges are next level try to get as much from you as they can. Thank you for you quick reply. The fact you think paying over £200 to have a loose feeling remplace after been check by your team less then 3 weeks ago is affordable , obviously you l lost the value of money of an average work need over 2 days to earn that kind of money which only take 30 min for the dentist to do a feeling. I have been quoted from a dentist in Bodmin £110 to £130 . All the best to you and your team. Hopefully my experience can help you to improve in the future. Regards

Fantastic experience: It is nice to be treated so well, with kindness and thoughtfulness. As I use a walking stick a member of staff walked down the stairs in front of me to make sure I was safe. A call beyond service. To date they are a wonderful practice. kind, polite, and caring, also gentle. extractions reasonably painless and no lectures just advice. After a lot of extraction ready for false teeth they rang me at home to see if I was OK and everything was alright. had a second call to see if everything was OK. good service. helpful, kind, and caring. Fit you in , in an emergency. very good service from all staff. Still a five star service Still 5 Star, what more do I need to say. Maybe 10 stars. They are a caring practice who look after you with great care and fore thought. A very caring service, don't cut any corners, and everything has to be perfect before you are signed off. Even if it means more appointments no extra cost.

Fantastic experience: I joined this dental practice after having some bad experiences throughout my life with other dentists. It has given me a fear of a dental work. I feel relaxed here and the staff look after my needs so well. Not just the dental work I need but my emotional needs too. Always taking into consideration I may be feeling nervous and anxious. I saw my hygienist today, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I have had. She was kind, empathetic, patient and most importantly she explained everything she was doing and how long it would last whichis important to me. Fantastic experience: It was my first dentist experience with Wadebridge Dental. I was in so much pain with my tooth and they manage to book me in for an emergency appointment. Very polite and professional. Quick scan and then dentist talked me through like what's my options and what he recommends. I decided to take my tooth out. They used coold gell around the tooth and pulled it out. Wasn't painfully or anything. They gave me instructions what to do after couple of days. Very pleased and happy with the service and pain free.

The receptionists were able to book me in within a couple of days and explained the pricing/charging structure to me clearly. I paid up front and when I arrived just had a straightforward medical form to complete. The treatment itself was done by a very personable dentist and nurse - very well done and well explained (again). I have now signed on as a regular patient here because I'm impressed with their customer care and focus - it's all about the patient, not about the money (unlike another practice I had tried, where before my first appointment I had to complete a long and tiresome many-pages questionnaire about all the fancy treatments on offer that I wasn't interested in).

If you feel anxious, you are put at ease straight away. What an amazing dentist . They have fitted me in 3 different times as emergency care over a period of only a few weeks. Very friendly staff. Very happy with their care to me, Mary-jane made me feel very comfortable & explained everything to me & made sure i was ok throughout the whole process, especially after having root canal treatment. On the 22nd & 29th December 2022 i had 2 emergency appointments for some pain i was getting. I saw a Dentist called James, well what can i say he was amazing, talked everything throu with me & i felt very comfortable with him & felt reassured when james did some treatment on me. Told the male dentist, I hated needles and was frightened of being in the dentist ... he made me feel comfortable and when it was time for the needle I couldn't even feel it after numbing the area more than needed .... kept talking me threw things and before I knew it inwas holding the tooth that had caused me pain for weeks.. Highly recommended dentistry Thank you I will be coming back here
