Fantastic experience: I’ve been to several dental practices over the years, but none have matched the level of care and professionalism I’ve experienced with Dr. Dhanjal. His friendly manner immediately puts you at ease and his attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort truly sets him apart. Every visit feels personal and reassuring… you’re never just another appointment. Because of the exceptional service I’ve received, I’ve confidently recommended Dr. Dhanjal and the practice to family and friends, all of whom have had equally positive experiences. It’s rare to find a dentist who combines skill, warmth and trust so seamlessly. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Shocking place! Advertising as emergency surgery with two weeks waiting list! Staff not bothered about anything. Complete disaster!

Negative experience: The worst orthodontist in Coventry, the service is hopeless and the doctors are incompetent and there is no hygiene, for a doctor to wipe his forehead with a glove and then dig into a child's teeth!!!!! My son is 16 and they don't want to put braces on him and for 4 years they have been saying he will come in six months, where children at the age of 12 already have braces, this is a scandal

Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible clinic. Have been coming here for years. Fast and fair treatment, extremely helpful staff. The jewel in the crown is Dr. Gurung. Just amazing skill and care. Couldnt recommend Bhandal’s more highly!

Negative experience: We were told over the phone to come in on Monday for a check-up after registering, and that we’d be seen the same day. We travelled all the way from Birmingham to Coventry, only to be told there was no appointment and the person we spoke to wasn’t there. Complete waste of time. Extremely poor communication and zero accountability.

Fantastic experience: Mr Bahndal was 5 star. Honestly I was very nervous after my previous dentist attempted to yank my wisdom tooth out yesturday and chipped it and damaged more. Today at 7:50am after 3 hours of nervous sleep, Mr BHANDAL sat me down explained and talked me through process and literally within 3 minutes his job was done and my wisdom tooth was removed. Top top dentist his work is brilliant

The top man Amrick, performed these painless and was done quickly in no time at all. Amrick explained procedure to be done and aftercare following extractions. Fantastic experience: I am not the best when it comes to dentist I’m nervous and always been scared as I find many can be patronising and just want to rush appointments but since starting to come and see dr mindi Dhanjal i am no longer scared or nervous he is very professional and listen to you and what you want! For years i have hated my teeth and been embarrassed but thanks to Mindi I can’t stop smiling and have the confidence I have been missing and can’t thank him enough for his caring and calm nature and the work he has done is incredible can’t recommend him enough.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an appointment with Dr Shareef Patel for an extraction. He was incredibly patient and gentle and explained the process to me clearly, demonstrating his excellent professionalism. As for the treatment, it was completed efficiently and with little to no pain. Dr Patel was also very meticulous - none of my previous dentists have completed my treatments as thoroughly - and gently! - as he did. All in all, a great experience that made me feel at ease with the dentist! Highly recommend :)

Negative experience: The Dentists here are excellent but the reception staff are slow, and have total lack of respect and empathy towards the patients. They do not want to help and act like robots. They reflect on the surgery very poorly.

Fantastic experience: Good efficient service, I will recommend it to anyone with mouth issues!

Negative experience: It feels like their dentists doesn't know what they doing. So I had a filling, dentist didn't leave enough gap between teeth for flossing. When I returned to get it trimmed, he just grind 2 teeth the one he done and one next to it leaving a big gap and stripping of my enamel. Now I need to find proper dentist to fix all that. UK dentistry became a joke, such people should not be allowed to approach patients. I would recommend to avoid this place.

Negative experience: Booked for 1:30pm. Still waiting at reception. As a mother of 2 young children (1 of them is 3months old breastfeeding) it is hard to make gap and now I am doing nothing just waiting for 40mins. Would not it be possible to be more empathetic and see the patient on time or around. Not after 1 hour.

Fantastic experience: Mr Bhandal extracted my tooth, the calmest dentist, a high level of before care and explanations, and alternatives all offered with my best interests at heart. Also the information provided on after care. Tooth removed in what felt like under 5 minutes. He and his team are an excellent bunch of professionals. Highly recommended especially if one suffers with anxiety. Ask for Dr Bhandal

Negative experience: Timing was excellent took me on as new patient but have done a repair yesterday which had left a irritating bit on my tooth that should of been sorted while I was there but had so many injections couldn't feel it til today and not booked in for a month

Fantastic experience: I had a fear of the dentist before I went here. Dr Bhandal is by far the best dentist in terms of customer service and professionalism. I have been here twice to get two teeth extracted and it was over in a matter of a couple of minutes with no pain whatsoever. I am so impressed with just how good he is at his job. The reception team are incredible too and deserve the recognition for how busy they always are.

Negative experience: I was for check my teeth for my doughter for braces and they lying that I was late at the appointment and she is not qualify for braces ( for NHS TRATMENT ) this is discrimination because we are foreign

Fantastic experience: I recently took my nephew to Dr. Amrik Bhandal for a tooth extraction, and I was genuinely impressed by the entire experience. Dr. Bhandal was professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting. The whole process — from the detailed explanation to the actual removal — took less than ten minutes. He not only removed the tooth quickly and painlessly, but also corrected an issue from a previous dentist who hadn’t fully removed a bad tooth, leaving part of the root behind. Dr. Bhandal spotted the problem and took care of it properly. It’s rare to find this level of care and efficiency, especially through the NHS. From registering to having the tooth removed, the entire process was completed within just two weeks. Outstanding service — thank you, Dr. Bhandal!

Negative experience: Reception staff constantly running around the place in and out of the office. Arrived on time only to find out that my appointment was cancelled with no explanation whatsoever just an "oooh that's strange". I received a text the day before, confming the appointment and time. Followed up with a formal complaint regarding lack of due diligence and care. I don't want to wait 2 months for their mistake.

I came in for a tooth extraction I was already very nervous about the appointment and the dentist himself was the rudest most arrogant person I’ve ever met never in my life have I been treated so poorly from a so called professional he threw his gloves and stormed out the room when all I asked is he gave me a minute as it was very painful said he didn’t have time to be sympathetic I will never in my life return to this practice and I will make sure to let everyone I know never to come here either by far the worst experience I’ve ever had

Negative experience: I was booked in for a extraction from my normal dentist. They are impossible to call to change appointment. You don't have anyway of contact on website either. Phones aren't a option when you don't answer them. So done all I can to let you know

Negative experience: I’ve been to this dental practice a few times, but I’m really frustrated with their booking system. It’s nearly impossible to get an appointment because you end up waiting on the phone for an incredibly long time. There’s no online booking system, which makes it even more inconvenient, especially for a large practice like this. For a place with so many patients, the lack of an efficient way to book appointments is a huge downside. I hope they improve this soon, as it’s a major inconvenience.

Negative experience: I recently had a frustrating experience with a dental surgery regarding an emergency appointment. When I reached out due to severe discomfort, I was disappointed to find that the earliest appointment available was two weeks away. Given the nature of my situation, I expected more prompt care. While the staff was polite and professional, the delay in addressing urgent dental issues is concerning. I hope they can improve their emergency response times in the future.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Dr. Dhanjal He is the best doctor dentist for me and my mother who gave us all the attention and care that he had and all his experience as a doctor did. a wonderful job and thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your involvement and to the nurse who is the best nurse thank you very much for everything

Negative experience: It's been a few years, and nobody picked up the call at the reception. So I have to go there to book an appointment.

Negative experience: Dr Amrit is extremely rude , impatient individual. At the start of my appointment i let him know i was scared of needles. I expected him to maybe make me feel at ease or talk me through it but NOPE. The first attempt i raised my hands slightly he then said he would not do it , i asked if he could try again , i shivered almost , didnt move my hands at all and then just straight up refused to continue with the appointment. I went in at 10.25 , by 10.28 he sent me out. That just goes to show how little i was in there and how inpatient and ridiculous this man was… You would expect someone who has been a dentist for that many years to have compassion or have some patience He needs lessons in how to deal with patient’s effectively. 3 minutes and two attempts is all it took to be sent out? Its ashame mr mudhar upstairs could not do my appointment as he was nice and understanding however dr amrit was an absolute joke. If you’re slightly anxious about going to the dentist i would recommend going to any other person but him , if you go through the reviews it appears this is frequent habit with him.

Fantastic experience: I’ve visited 3 times in the past 6 months. I am terrified of dentists so hadn’t been in a long time. The first appointment felt rushed until they realised how nervous I was and slowed down immediately and were extremely kind. My second appointment was an emergency and they got me in within 45 minutes of calling as I was in so much pain. They gave me painkillers and antibiotics and 2 days later I had a tooth removal by Dr Bhandal. He made me feel so at ease considering how scared I was. He explained things so well and I felt no pain at all. It was done in a couple of minutes. All staff I’ve spoken with have been lovely really considerate of how anxious I have been. Would definitely recommend! I still have some treatment needed moving forward but they’ve made me so much less nervous for that!

Negative experience: Have been sent back and forth between a review and wisdom tooth removal. Dr Bhandal walked out the room leaving me talking by myself when I was trying to explain the problem . In the end I’ll have to be referred to the hospital for another opinion . Disappointed overall.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Mr Bhandal after a failed extraction by my own dentist. I was so nervous after the trauma of this. Mr Bhandal was amazing… so calm soft & kind, explained everything to me from start to finish. It was a quick extraction took seconds, something my own dentist couldn’t do in 30 minutes. I am so thankful it went as well as it did & very grateful to Mr Bhandal … after weeks of pain I’m now pain free.

Fantastic experience: I moved to this practice last year after 40 years at my old practice who were constantly letting me down! All my experiences so far have been really positive. I'm always seen on time,the receptionists are lovely, friendly and helpful. Mandeep is great always talks you through procedures as does Mr Bhandal.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to bhandals to have a tooth out due to reoccurring infection. I was very nervous to have the tooth removed but I was in and out in 10 mins and the dentist was very welcoming and reassuring the whole time. Definitely recommend this dental practise

Negative experience: Phoned up,and told them I'm in pain as I split a tooth,I'm also a carer for someone.told me I had to wait a week even thou I'm in pain! Get there 15 mins early then sit in waiting area waiting until I go back to the counter and they ask me if I want to re book? So do I want to spend another week in pain to come back and sit and wait for an hour when I'm meant to be caring for someone? I had been talking to the dentist about a whole new set of teeth £15,000 and they will not be doing them now! Edit nearly 3 weeks later they have texted me saying I need a 3 monthly review so the lady did not listen when I said I would find another dentist in leamington to register at!!!!

Negative experience: Hi I had appointment 3 times with Dr Bhandal for my daughter braces, all the time they have cancelled the appointment without informing us, when we went at the reception they said Dr. Is busy and your appointment is cancelled, very poor service, receptionist didn’t say even sorry for inconvenience

Negative experience: The worst dental practise ever. This is my first ever review. I know it's a struggle to find an NHS dentist but please by pass this one. They are just a money grabbing dental surgery no real care for paitents in and out is their moto. I had a tooth extraction. My second one 1st one was with another dental practise who gave me dissolvable stitches a nice teeth clean and antibiotics. This dental practice gave me insufficient anesthetic. Had to ask for more needles as still felt the pain. Didn't have the right tool had to get another one. hand shaking before I even had my tooth out couldn't sign the form properly. And now I have severe facial pain, fever, headache earache an-Infection because they just whipped tooth out no after care just a chuffin' leaflet. not sure it's even that clean of a place most complaints come from tooth extractions not sure they are equipped to do this procedure absolutely awful. What happened. And don't even get me started on them answering the phone 6 attempts it took today to get through as now I need antibiotics. The worst place and the worst experience ever! Not to mention the rude dentist who hushed me on my first visit. I don't like to really leave reviews as its not in my nature. But this needed saying. Not sure if anyone from Bhandal will look onto it and make changes. I hope so if nothing else. Please treat people care. You are paid enough!!!

Negative experience: Place is open till 2pm on weekends yet the dentists go home early anyway so theirs none actually available to do their job plus the 111 on the website is a lie they only have weekday 111 services an not at all times including the weekend so if you need anything emergency wise look elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous when I arrived for a wisdom tooth extraction this morning. Dr Amrik Bhandal was absolutely amazing, he was very calm and reassuring, explained every step of the process clearly, and once the local anaesthetic was working the tooth was removed within less than 1 minute. I had been dreading this appointment but the kindness of Dr Amrik and his staff helped make this a pleasant process, their approach was exemplary. Thank you so much!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, they don't provide good enough service for kids.I made two trips to address my kids' dental issues.They claimed that my child had three cavities, including a deep one, and an infection, yet they offered no appropriate therapy for the infection.Furthermore, they behave in the worst way possible towards youngsters.

Negative experience: Terrible terrible practice only interested in making money not the patient, no follow up care or advice given and if you complain they move you to another dentist. Don't have enough time to talk or discuss treatment or any interest in doing so

Negative experience: Not great was referred for an extraction as my own dentist couldn't do it. The aftercare was terrible. I went back in pain and was given antibiotics. Another dentist has since confirmed it was dry socket and the pain could of easily been avoided with a simple packing procedure. Bhandals said my pain was normal

Negative experience: I was referred here to have my wisdom tooth out. It was my first time taking out and I did mention to the nurse and the doctor before starting the work. I didn’t have good experience in my first visit because neither the doctor or the nurse introduced themselves. While waiting the doctor, the nurse explained everything except the reaction I might experience after the numbing injection. I started to have shaky hands even struggling to sign the paper which she asked, couldn’t open my one eye properly and having blur vision, unable to speak properly. I was breathing fast and said her I never experienced this before and I kinda started to panic. Then I asked the nurse whether this is normal reaction or l’m having a bad reaction to the injection. Only then the nurse says it’s normal to have these symptoms and most people experience this. She could have explained me this before so I would know what to expect and I may not have panicked thinking I was having anaphylactic shock. Then, the doctor came who gave few injections in less than 2 minutes then disappeared for 5 minutes then comeback and pulls out my wisdom tooth which took about 15 seconds. Didn’t explained anything and not a single kind word and left without saying a proper sentence. The only thing he said is “it’s a difficult place” may be he was trying to say, it is expected to be rough because of the position of the tooth. It was very painful not being of the tooth out but I felt like my corner of the lips was ripped by stretching too much. I have wisdom tooth filling 3 times previously with few doctors but never felt this much pain and I do understand that it is a difficult place to reach but the way he did was so rough and with no sympathy. I think they should also inform people to be cautious and to drive home safely after this procedure. I was still feeling shaky and having blur vision afterwards. I’m glad I bought my husband to drive me otherwise I wouldn’t be able to drive myself to home. There was no parking space so he couldn’t come with me to support while I was having the tooth out. I had no information at all prior to the appointment. The only message I received was the text message included address and the appointment time as per my request over the phone. I have never met or worked with this kind of doctors in my life and hopefully I don’t have to experience this again. Sorry, i will never visit this surgery.

Fantastic experience: Massive thank you to Manjit Bhandal and his assistant Andrea for their help today. I had not been to the dentist for a good while for one reason or another and was experiencing some pain and discomfort with a bad tooth. Manjit was really calm and patient with me giving me plenty of time and reassurance. Didn't feel a thing but was a little light headed. Andrea was also very good at checking I was ok. Great team. Will be back for a check up

Negative experience: AVOID… Would not recommend using this dental practise. Was referred to have my wisdom teeth removed not to mention already being petrified. Whoever it was that seen me was very rude, I was trying to explain my troubles before he cut me off and told he would look. Then refused to take them out when they have been causing me pain for months… said it’s normal when in the x ray you can clearly see them pushing against my other teeth hence why my own dentist referred me and knows the trouble I’ve had. Once I mentioned being in constant pain he said what do I expect that of-course it’s going to cause pain. He was extremely rude & patronising and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and not at ease which made me upset and walk out.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with this place. I called the reception to report that 8 days after having a tooth extracted, I have a high fever, swelling, exposed bone in my gum, and severe pain. The receptionist told me I have to wait another week for an appointment, which is extremely dangerous if an infection has occurred. Despite my requests for an earlier appointment, the receptionist was indifferent. I understand this place is busy, but they should have an option for emergency appointments in such cases.

Fantastic experience: I visited today Dr Amrik Bhandal completed my tooth extraction and in 46 years I've never received such amazing care, I was in and out within 10 minutes, my extraction had to be completed by a specialist due to it being complicated, I can't thank him enough for amazing 5 star care.

Negative experience: I've been calling to make an appointment for myself for a few weeks now and no one's answering the call. It would be good if you could be told what no. you are in the que when calling so you have an estimate of how long you'll have to wait for the call to be answered.

Fantastic experience: Been a patient at Bhandals for over 30 years, went to my latest appointment with Ahmed and his nurse Wing they both were very welcoming and had the best scale and polish ever. I would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Ridiculous waiting time Checked in on time for my appointment at 8:30am Waited over half an hour only for the receptionist to say I checked the wrong name in so he thinks you didn’t show up and that the names were similar. If she did her job properly and match the name and the birthday then this wouldn’t have happened. I’ve not had to reschedule at a time that isn’t convenient for me. If a patients late the appointment gets cancelled but if the staff are at fault we now have to wait until it’s suitable for them. So dumb simple task of checking in could not be done.

Fantastic experience: Went for a tooth Extraction today, I was nervous, but they made me feel so calm, and Dr Amirik S Bhandal talked about all options and what he was going to do in the procedure. It was pain free and he talked to me what he was doing and apologised when he he was pulling and poding. Thank you for your time and reassurance. All staff were polite and very welcoming.

Negative experience: The worst dental visit I have ever had 09.11.24 10am! Wish I had read the reviews before the visit. The dentist Dr. Bhandal, was rude, dismissive and had no empathy whatsoever. Instrucrions were rushed and unclear. I was squirmish with the needles and he threatened to refer me to the hospital for a GA and it would take me one year to make an appointment. The nurses were robotic and not one kind word between them! I hope I never have to go back there. Tore my tooth out along with so much bone attached. I feel traumatised!

Negative experience: I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this surgery, which may be the worst luck I've ever had. I first contacted the office in August to book an appointment because the dental bridge I had placed there was now broken. Unfortunately, the earliest available appointment was not until late September. I booked that appointment, but on the day of the visit, I received a call from the surgery informing me that they needed to cancel because the surgeon had called in sick. I had to reschedule, which took an additional two weeks. When I finally saw the surgeon, I explained the issue with my broken bridge. He quickly examined it and told me he couldn't treat me because it would take time and he was about to go on holiday. I found it odd that he was seeing patients if he was going on leave. I was then advised to book an appointment with the surgeon who had initially done my bridge. When I contacted them, I discovered another appointment was available with a different surgeon. However, this new surgeon informed me that he couldn't replace the bridge and that it would cost over £320 if he did. I reminded him that the work had been done at their clinic, but he insisted that I needed to see the original surgeon. I had to reschedule for the third time, only to receive another call shortly before the appointment saying the doctor had called in sick again. I am really not sure if there are any doctors consistently working at this surgery, as they keep calling in sick. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the entire experience and would rate this surgery zero stars if I could.

Negative experience: I had an extremely bad experience at this dental practice. Dentist Mr. Ahank was incredibly rude and showed no ability to deal with patients properly. During my tooth extraction, he said, “You are moving, I will not do that,” in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner, then walked out of the room. This was the worst experience of my life, being in such pain and expecting help, only to be treated this way. I do not recommend this practice to anyone. He has caused me significant trauma.

Negative experience: Gosh I wish I had read the reviews before having a wisdom tooth removed by the main surgeon at this surgery. I could not believe how rude and dismissive of me he was. I found having the anaesthetic very uncomfortable and afterwards felt shaky, during the tooth removal I was panicky. Rather than showing any care or help in anyway to coax me through the removal the surgeon said ‘I normally make patients as panicky as you go on an nhs waiting list and wait for two years.’ If I hadn’t had a mouth numb by anaesthetic I would have asked him if he had ever been introduced to the word empathy and I wish I had asked the other staff in the room if he was always that rude. I left and had a panic attack on the way home.

Negative experience: Hopefully someone from there reads this. So I got referred here as I needed my wisdom tooth took out ,so I had my appointment had it done all fantastic no problems. A few days later I had a few problems with pain which was caused by excess skin which casing me pain and not able to eat so made a appointment on Saturday. So seen the same person as before I could not believe how rude he was saying I would expect You to have this and to have a that.and after explaining to him how much pain i was like in just to be told I don't think you understand and making me feel completely stupid. Then for him to proceed with the procedure , he completed it and then to take his gloves off just to walk out . For then for his assistant to say your finished. I soon left when to reception to discharge myself from the service. The receptionist didn't even ask why or if I was ok as I was a bit distressed and shaking. Just by saying ok all done I would make a complaint but I think the guy who done the procedure is one of the top dentists in there so no point Never again . No care

Fantastic experience: Refered there by my usual dentist for an extraction. The tall lovely dentist was fantastic. What was deemed a big job from my dentist was fixed in no time at bhandals. So was my grandsons extraction. The dentist was so nice and reassuring. Brilliant .

Negative experience: I called to schedule an appointment due to tooth pain and specifically requested a review for a possible extraction. They scheduled me for a visit three weeks later, but when I arrived, I was seen by a therapist instead of a dentist. The therapist refused to perform an x-ray or even a scaling and simply advised me to book another appointment with a dentist. I had taken an extra day off work for this appointment, only to be met with poor communication and a complete waste of time on their part.

Fantastic experience: Very positive impression in the first minute the doctor described to me exactly what he would do when removing a somewhat complicated tooth that almost overlaps the nerve in the gum of the lower jaw at the same time I had three deep anaesthesia 4 minutes another 4 minutes extraction crushing the tooth painlessly. satisfactory

The team were very kind and professional and the whole appointment took around 15 minutes. I definitely recommend this dental practice and have booked future appointments with them. Fantastic experience: one of very few dental practices where they take new NHS patients. Busy place but they get you sorted in no time. Used them in emergency cases before registering as NHS patient with them and was never let down. Reception always answers calls, there was almost no waiting time on the line. The only disadvantage is their car park, but definitely 5/5

Fantastic experience: I was very much pain and there was no any hopes as hospital was saying to wait 6 months, danger as my tooth was near to nerves and i was scared of it. i went to several dental practice and they told me that i need to go to hospital as experienced doctors need to take my teeth. I was in emergency pain and DR bhandal he took my lower wisdom teeth and erase my pain. Thank you and i highly recommend this surgery

From start to finish, I couldn’t fault them at all, the staff on the phone were helpful and informative, the nurses were friendly and put a very nervous patient at ease, and my dentist was brilliant! Fantastic experience: Broke a tooth and had a lot of pain. Couldn't get into my usual dentist so called Bhandals. They got me in an hour later as an emergency and Dr Johnson fixed my tooth and sorted my pain. Such a relief. So grateful to them. Friendly receptionists, nurses and great dentist. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I went for a tooth extraction Saturday morning at 8.45,I was amazed how quick the procedure went! Did a fantastic job was over in about 5 -10 minutes! Negative experience: AVOID THIS DENTAL SURGERY AT ALL COSTS! A terrible practice that focuses on quantity over quality, they will rush you through your appointment as fast as possible in order to squeeze in as many appointments as they can. In theory this sounds great as more patients can be seen, but ultimately leads to some patients feeling ignored and not listened to when it comes to more complex problems- myself included. They will also miscommunicate/straight up lie to you about the nature of your appointment. Going off of other google reviews this is a reoccurring pattern. Do yourself a favour and find another dentist- I will forever steer people away from here wherever I can. P.S I can see the practice performing PR damage control in the reviews here too- don't be fooled! Stay away!

Negative experience: 28th May 2024, booked an appointment some two weeks prior to the date to explore cosmetic dentistry. Turned up at 915am and filled in form and was told to sit in waiting room. At 10am I still was not seen, headed to reception but could not get to speak to reception as only one serving clients. I had to leave without being seen. I called on the way home to let them know I was no longer in the building and to give feedback on my visit. After a 10 minute wait on hold I closed the call. For all they know, I could still be in the building. Really poor experience and cannot seem to get the very basics correct . I would not want to spend money with these as experience is amateur on first glance.

Negative experience: During an emergency dental extraction last Thursday, the tooth broke leaving the roots in my gum. I was referred to a specialist at this practice to have the roots removed. When seen by the specialist, he refused to remove the roots and advised things should settle with them left in my gum. He reassured me if there were any problems, not to worry he would see me on the day. Still having pain and a shard of root sticking through my gum I have contacted the practice again today. The specialist has refused to see me without a new referral from my own dentist, who he is fully aware is now on annual leave until 7th May. Such an uncaring approach to people struggling with pain.

Fantastic experience: I registered as an NHS patient at Bhandal Dental Practice two years ago, and the treatment I've received since has been fantastic! I've never struggled to get an appointment and they are always on time. I usually see Dr Sidhu who is brilliant - she spotted a fracture in an x-ray (which A&E hadn't even picked up), and quickly referred me to hospital where I received vital surgery. Last week I had an impacted wisdom tooth come through, and she referred me to see Dr Bhandal to have it removed - I was booked in for the very next day, and was in and out in 5 minutes! Dr Bhandal was quick, careful, and put my mind at ease through the whole process. Thank you both! I would highly recommend Bhandal Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: This morning, I had my upper left wisdom tooth removed. The procedure was remarkably quick and entirely pain-free. Dr. Bhandal managed to remove it even faster than I had anticipated. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of wisdom tooth removal.

Fantastic experience: Was referred by my own dentist to Bhandal's for a wisdom tooth extraction today. Was very nervous as the last extraction at my own dentists was not a good experience. Fantastic experience: I had an 8 am appointment with Dr amrick bhandal. I went in at 7.50 am, He was so professional and explained everything about my tooth extraction and all about aftercare too. The extraction of my broken tooth was over in minutes and a single stitch administered. I must say that the treatment was flawless and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Fantastic experience: Referred by my dentist for a removal, and the service I received was second to none, friendly, courteous and polite, they explained every step of the procedure and were happy to answer any questions. Negative experience: What an unpleasant experience! I went in for a routine check, as I usually do every six months. The doctor finished a tooth cleaning in just 7 minutes, working in a rush and not being gentle at all. The nurses were walking from room to room, and in that brief time, I didn’t even know what happened. Surprisingly, it took longer to make the payment at the receptionist. Upon getting back home, I noticed that the tartar was still there. I could do a better job scaling and polishing my teeth in front of a mirror. I won’t be using this dental clinic again.

Fantastic experience: Sent here for a referral to have a tooth extraction. Absolutely amazed at how my experience was here ! I’d just about finished checking in at reception and signed a form and I was already called in ahead of my appointment time. All the nurses were lovely and I had Dr Amrik S Bhandal do the extraction. What a lovely , calm and friendly gentleman. I was in and out within 5 mins with no pain and couldn’t believe my tooth was out that quick, very informative about after care ! I’ve never had such a brilliant experience with an extraction and I couldn’t be more happier I’d come here for it. If I ever need work doing again like this I will 100% come back here. Fantastic experience: Having put off having my wisdom tooth out for 10 years I finally booked in to get it removed. I can’t believe how fast it took! 10 seconds maximum! I was a nervous patient and they made me feel at ease! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: My 5 star rating is only for my regular dentist Mohammed, who has been treating me for several years. He is always kind, caring and has helped me improve my teeth massively and I’m very grateful to him. Mohammed has also helped me to lose my fear of the dentist. However on this occasion I had to see someone else in the out of hours service and was not impressed. My tooth has been very painful, and an x ray showed an infection. During the check, the painful tooth was tapped very hard and the equipment used to do the x ray pushed down on it which caused me to be in even more pain and this dentist did not seem to care. In all I was charged almost £100 for the out of hours service . I can accept the £43 charge for the consultation but the extra £45 on top for 2 boxes of antibiotics is ridiculous! As I stated at the top I’ve always been happy with my dentist experiences here with Mohammed, but today I was left feeling very disappointed.

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking experience from this practice. The dentist that saw my son on Friday 20th October needs to go back to dental school. He has no manners never even introduced himself. Just fobbed off my son with more antibiotics for his painful wisdom teeth. That's his fourth course in a couple of months. He told him he would have to grin and bear the pain. Or look up NICE the guild lines for getting his wisdom teeth removed in a hospital. Well we were referred to Bhandal dental practice from Longfellow Dental Practice for this procedure. Totally unacceptable behaviour from someone in a so called caring profession. We have now gone private as no one should suffer in excruciating pain for months and be told it will only get worse! What a way to talk to a young person suffering from chronic pain. We did make a complaint but it was just ignored! I would avoid Bhandal dental practice they are a disgrace to the dental profession.
