Fantastic experience: First trip to Bhandal to have my teeth checked, I was amazed with the staff! Especially my dental hygienist Shwetha Ashok and her team. Negative experience: i booked a free consultation but when i got here they said nothing to me, had the bright light on my face as i was sitting down, the walls and equipment was run down. then the doctor came in late, still discussing another patient, he suddenly made me open my mouth and started tugging and pulling in a hurry and then told me i’d have to get teeth extracted if i wanted braces, when i asked if it was possible to get braces without tooth extraction he laughed at my question and said it was a tiktok thing. they basically pushed me out of the room too it was horrible

Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I have been in for a wisdom tooth extraction today - wow the most disgusting experience, Dr Amrik is horrendous no empathy at all for people who are scared of needles and rude, I asked for a Minuite before he put the needles in and he said no don’t have time for this I’ll refer you to the hospital instead because I asked for a Minuite?? Absolutely no patience, the nurses were terrible no empathy at all didn’t even say hello like robots. No aftercare just don’t eat anything hot and shoved a leaflet, they do not care they just want you in and out and treat you like absoloute crap. 0 stars, This could cause someone with a fear of dentists severe trauma,

Negative experience: Super unprofessional dentist. I had some stains on my teeth, I asked the dentist to help me remove it cuz it could get worse and get decayed. But the dentist said she will see what to do next time.

Positive experience: Wasn't too happy being referred to Coventry but can honestly say it was so worth it. Dr Amrik Bhandal removed my tooth. He was calm spoke softly and kept my anxiety to a minimum. He was efficient and non judgemental.. dentist is never a pleasurable experience but made so much better by this guys approach and care. Only downside ... size of the carpark.

Fantastic experience: I recently had to take my daughter for some treatment here. When I called to book it the receptionist (young Asian lady with brown hair) was incredibly polite and well mannered. She was patient and understood that I could only take her in on certain days/times. When we got there we were welcomed with a smile and she again was lovely and really sweet to my daughter. The procedure was quick and pain free and everyone was very kind. Thanks all.

Fantastic experience: ASK GOT DR SHAREEF if you are a new or current patient he is AMAZING ! I saw Dr Shareef, for a check up and a crown. The process to get my crown was seamless he used up to do date machine to make sure my crown fits me the best and it looks so natural! He was so polite, patient and had a great sense of humour. I could not recommend him enough ! He does run a little late but he is honestly worth the wait !

Fantastic experience: I recently had veneer treatment carried out by Mindi, and I am absolutely delighted with the results. From the initial consultation through to the final appointment, Mindi demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for me. Negative experience: Went there to get my tooth taken out 4 days ago am still in pain to find a bit of tooth still stuck in my gum I’m not happy about this place I’ve heard the horror story’s but didn’t believe them but now I know why people don’t like it here also he didn’t check to make sure it was all out after he just disappeared straight after

Negative experience: Had a few issues with this dentist in the past week so thought I'd leave an up to date review. Firstly I wanted to change my appointment to the following week but couldn't get through on the phone, started calling the day before and morning of but it was a constant queue. At the time we were meant to be at the appointment I got an annoyed women calling me asking why we weren't there.... When I told her it's because no one picks up the phone she re made the appointment but it was abrupt. We attended our appointment yesterday as arranged and received a courtesy call an hour before to double check we were coming, this woman also confirmed it was a ground floor appointment. On arrival they were running late and the woman on reception called 'GIA'? was the most awkward and miserable receptionist, no eye contact, no manners, she didn't get the message to 'smile with bhandal' I did bring this up to other staff on the front desk and was told that gia has always been like this, that all the staff and management as clients have told her about her mannerisms and she just carries on, I'm not sure why she is still employed here? Surely if you do your job badly you shouldn't be front of house but more importantly, how did this woman pass an interview with such bad attitude The dentist that checked my family's teeth (husband and 4 children) was friendly and kind to them, however I do not want to get an x-ray for my 11 year old every year, this is not something I feel comfortable with she kept insisting. She also ignored us when we said no to a future root canal for husband's tooth...... Can someone please ask her to respect a client when they want to decline something as this will stop me from seeing her, I don't want a pushy dentist, I want one I can trust The first dentist we saw at this surgery started painting my child's teeth with flouride varnish without asking me, again this isn't something I want. That's two members of staff who aren't gaining parental consent. Please address this

Negative experience: Bhandals are only interested in money, that’s all they care about. I was in the chair for less than three minutes, and they told me they couldn’t do anything under the NHS, yet somehow it was possible privately. That says it all. They clearly don’t care about their patients, and I’ve realised that since moving to a new dentist, they are so much better, I will never visit bhandals again :)

Positive experience: Im only really reviewing based on my recent visit here and to raise awareness to the management. Its not just my opinion but the opinion of your companies colleagues. It would always have been between a 4 and 5 star if it was not for this recent experience as Dr Banndhal and his team are incredible. Your receptionist called Ghia (apologies if I haven't spelt this name correctly) let's your company down. No eye contact. No manners No politeness No friendly, warming, welcoming traits about her. Just kept sliding papers at me with x's on them with no communication as to what she needed me to do with them whilst she stayed find on her screen. Im sorry but this was awful. And your other administrators, receptionists and even hygienists commented to us about her consistency in this behaviour. Everyone else greets you with a smile and polite conversation. As I say other than that things are pretty much as you would expect here but if I had never been here before, after meeting this young lady, id of probably never came back again.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been nervous about going to the dentist, and I was especially anxious about getting a root canal. I had really worked myself up before the appointment, but within just a few minutes of meeting Dr. Colleen, she completely eased my worries. She was calm, kind, and took the time to explain every step of the process. The procedure was virtually painless, and she made me feel comfortable and informed the entire time. I honestly couldn’t recommend Dr. Colleen more, she turned what I thought would be a terrifying experience into an easy and positive one!

Fantastic experience: I would like to sincerely thank Dr. [Johnson ] for the amazing job he did with my teeth. He was very professional, gentle, and caring throughout the whole process, and I felt very comfortable in his care. Negative experience: I have a problem with my tooth, it's been hurting for weeks, I can't get through on the phone, and when I did get through, I wasn't accepted for an appointment with a specialist. The toothache is terrible and the lady is brushing me off. There are no specialists, they keep telling me to wait, and I have a problem with my tooth. What kind of help is that? When I was at the appointment, I said I had a crooked wisdom tooth, but the doctor gave me antibiotics instead of removing it, and the tooth still hurts.

Negative experience: the worst experience with this cabinet. I had an appointment at 4:45 with my youngest son, I got there they sent me upstairs and I waited an hour without anyone asking us anything. I decided to go down to the reception to ask what was going on and the lady there tells me serenely that my son's doctor went home to make an appointment for me another day. I left with the child crying. shame on everyone from the reception to the doctors on the road with a child and you are not noticed.

Negative experience: Not happy walked 3 mile to dentist and 3 mile back to find they forgot to stamp my prescription , and didn't ask me to get it stamped

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Pav for nearly 6 years now, and I had another appointment with him today. As always, he was caring, compassionate, and professional. He really takes the time to make sure you're comfortable and well-informed, and he always makes me feel much less anxious about being at the dentist which means a lot. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I always feel like I’m in safe hands with Pav. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Bhandal due to two broken teeth. He took the time to clearly explain the procedure beforehand, which immediately put me at ease. The extraction itself was swift, completely painless, and carried out with great care. Dr. Bhandal was not only highly professional but also polite and compassionate throughout. Fantastic experience: Just been this morning. After reading some of the reviews I was a bit apprehensive as I have had really bad experiences with previous dentist. Well that was not the case with mr bhandal, He was very soft spoken and made me feel calm. He talked me through what he was doing all the way through the process. He has restored my faith in dentists. Would definitely return if I need more treatment. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here after I had a filling go wrong followed by a failed extraction. After the failed extraction my tooth was cracked and I was incredibly anxious about doing the process all over, and it failing again. My referral was picked up instantly and I was booked in the next day. Dr Bhandal and his dental nurse saw me and I cannot thank them enough. Dr Bhandal was incredible with explaining the procedure, aftercare, and also at calming my nerves. The actual removal of my tooth was done in under 30 seconds. By the time he was moving it , it was already out. I could not believe how quick and painless it was, following a failed and painful extraction around 15 hours before. Dr Bhandal did everything possible to make this a smooth and positive experience, and really has. I cannot thank him enough Thankyou

Negative experience: First of all, they are no different from people who are just trying to deceive people and get money. They are full of doctors who only take x-rays and tell me to make an appointment and come back without doing any work. I waited even though my appointment time had passed and they also told me to make a new appointment without doing any work. This is a disgrace. I do not recommend it at all.

Positive experience: I'm an extremely nervous patient and Dr Mohammad was absolutely amazing, explained every step of the way and wasn't like a chuffin butcher! Would be 5 stars but the reception staff that dealt with me was miserable and borderline rude. But overall I absolutely and highly recommend this surgery.

Negative experience: If you’re looking for a dentist that cares then I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’ve Just walked out in tears. The entire appointment was a live action advert pushing me to ‘come back when I can afford private treatment or no treatment at all’ I’m still in pain, I have a tooth infection and a chipped tooth, offered no treatment at all today even though it was an emergency appointment. Ive not been offered a future appointment or treatment unless I can pay £2,500 per tooth.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the service I received from Dr. Amrik Bhandal during my recent referral for wisdom tooth removal. From the outset, I felt rushed and unheard. Nobody introduced themselves the dentist nor the nurses. I was given little opportunity to express my concerns about the procedure. Dr. Bhandal quickly explained the referral reason, administered injections, and stated I'd feel numb. The numbness was more severe than anticipated; the entire left side of my face went numb, and my vision in my left eye blurred. When I informed Dr. Bhandal, he simply said it would resolve in 20 minutes and advised against rubbing it. In reality, it took approximately six hours for my vision to fully return to normal. It would have been beneficial to know about the potential for such extended vision impairment before the injection. I was then instructed to walk to the x-ray room, which, given my blurred vision, made me feel dizzy and unsafe. Furthermore, I am still experiencing pain around my eye, which again, was not mentioned as a potential after-effect. The extraction itself was swift, but Dr. Bhandal left the room immediately afterward without going through any aftercare instructions or checking on my well-being. Knowing for well I still had blurred vision and felt dizzy they let me walk out the room on my own. This lack of communication and care was appalling. I felt like just another number, not a patient. The entire experience was rushed, impersonal, and left me feeling uncared for. I would not recommend this service

Negative experience: I am absolutely appalled by the level of care I received during my recent wisdom tooth extraction. From the outset, the procedure felt rushed and impersonal. However, the true shock came when the dentist LEFT THE ROOM MID-PROCEDURE! I was left there, numb and vulnerable, with instruments in my mouth, completely unattended. The anxiety and fear I experienced in those moments were indescribable. This is not just a matter of discomfort; it's a serious breach of patient care and professional conduct. I entrusted this clinic with my health, and they failed me miserably. The lack of communication and the blatant disregard for my well-being are unacceptable. I shudder to think what could have happened if complications had arisen while I was alone. I am writing this review to warn others: think twice before entrusting your dental health to this practice. The experience was traumatic, and the feeling of being abandoned during a surgical procedure is something I wouldn't wish on anyone. This level of negligence should not be tolerated." Saw an old man come to book an emergency appointment for himself. He was complaining about being in constant pain and the receptionist shut him down multiple times. It took about 10 minutes for him to persuade her to arrange an emergency appointment. That customer treatment didn’t not look very promising and would not recommend this dental practice to anyone. Would not even rate one star. Rubbish treatment.

Fantastic experience: Was referred to Dr Amrik Bhandal by my own dentist for what my dentist thought could be a complex extraction of a large rear molar with what he described as "bulbous roots". On arriving about 10 minutes early I booked in and was almost immediately called in. I took a seat in the chair absolutely shaking like a leaf and very scared. Dr Amrik Bhandal came in and he has what I would describe as a very calming manner about him and I immediately felt at ease. He explained what would happen and said I promise I won't hurt you. I was given the local anaesthetic and then the lovely nurse reassured me he would have it out very quickly. Dr Bhandal came back in checked it was numb and the next thing I know the tooth was out and presented to me in a bag. All over in less than 5 minutes and completely painless. Dr Amrik Bhandal is a wizard and I cannot recommend this lovely man and his team highly enough. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: The person who saw me was Shalini Stephen and she was so patient with me and took the time to walk me through every step. I was very nervous but she was comforting and created a safe space. 10/10.

Negative experience: Previously I have used this dentist and they filed my canine teeth down without telling me. They also put in a root canal when I had been told it was just a cap. One or 2 good dentists. Last time I went in it was a very hostile experience: about 5 adults in one small treatment room, peering over you. One was a 6ft plus chap standing behind my head, whilst the dentist did the treatment. A very low quality disrespectful experience. NHS and private patients should receive the same quality of customer service. So many adults in a small room is unnecessary. Infact a touch uncomfortable. I asked for previous years history/ data and they said they didn't have it. I tried booking my child in for a check up and they have given him an appointment for January 2026...they said there is nothing sooner. How are they using funding ? As children should be seen at least every 6 months. Unfortunate low level of service.

However, I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism, skill, and reassurance provided by doctor Bhandal. He immediately put me at ease, explained the procedure thoroughly, and ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. Negative experience: Went here based on a good review from a family member for a check up after waiting in reception for 10 minutes while the receptionist didn’t say anything to me I finally got into the room with the dentist, was told I needed 4 fillings and that we were going to do 2 today and 2 another time. Did the fillings and booked in for the other 2 however I wasn’t able to make the other appointment on the day so was forced to cancel. Wasn’t able to book an appointment again for 2-3 months due to work etc and got a letter through the post asking for £75 for the treatment which is fine however no one asked at the dentist for me to pay. Called them up and told them about it and that I still had 2 fillings that needed doing under the £75 and if I could pay when I attend for the other 2. Was then left on hold for 5 minutes then was told that the other 2 wouldn’t be included in the £75 and that I’d need to pay again because it was out of the time frame - I tried explaining how is that fair when no one asked me to pay or made me aware of this and the receptionist couldn’t have cared any less. Will not be returning, unprofessional

Negative experience: The worst orthodontist in Coventry, the service is hopeless and the doctors are incompetent and there is no hygiene, for a doctor to wipe his forehead with a glove and then dig into a child's teeth!!!!! My son is 16 and they don't want to put braces on him and for 4 years they have been saying he will come in six months, where children at the age of 12 already have braces, this is a scandal

Negative experience: We were told over the phone to come in on Monday for a check-up after registering, and that we’d be seen the same day. We travelled all the way from Birmingham to Coventry, only to be told there was no appointment and the person we spoke to wasn’t there. Complete waste of time. Extremely poor communication and zero accountability.

Fantastic experience: Mr Bahndal was 5 star. Honestly I was very nervous after my previous dentist attempted to yank my wisdom tooth out yesturday and chipped it and damaged more. Today at 7:50am after 3 hours of nervous sleep, Mr BHANDAL sat me down explained and talked me through process and literally within 3 minutes his job was done and my wisdom tooth was removed. Top top dentist his work is brilliant

The top man Amrick, performed these painless and was done quickly in no time at all. Amrick explained procedure to be done and aftercare following extractions. Fantastic experience: I am not the best when it comes to dentist I’m nervous and always been scared as I find many can be patronising and just want to rush appointments but since starting to come and see dr mindi Dhanjal i am no longer scared or nervous he is very professional and listen to you and what you want! For years i have hated my teeth and been embarrassed but thanks to Mindi I can’t stop smiling and have the confidence I have been missing and can’t thank him enough for his caring and calm nature and the work he has done is incredible can’t recommend him enough.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an appointment with Dr Shareef Patel for an extraction. He was incredibly patient and gentle and explained the process to me clearly, demonstrating his excellent professionalism. As for the treatment, it was completed efficiently and with little to no pain. Dr Patel was also very meticulous - none of my previous dentists have completed my treatments as thoroughly - and gently! - as he did. All in all, a great experience that made me feel at ease with the dentist! Highly recommend :)

Negative experience: The Dentists here are excellent but the reception staff are slow, and have total lack of respect and empathy towards the patients. They do not want to help and act like robots. They reflect on the surgery very poorly.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mohammad did an excellent job taking care of my teeth. He was professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. My teeth feel incredibly clean after the hygiene and polish treatment. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for quality dental care!

Negative experience: It feels like their dentists doesn't know what they doing. So I had a filling, dentist didn't leave enough gap between teeth for flossing. When I returned to get it trimmed, he just grind 2 teeth the one he done and one next to it leaving a big gap and stripping of my enamel. Now I need to find proper dentist to fix all that. UK dentistry became a joke, such people should not be allowed to approach patients. I would recommend to avoid this place.

Negative experience: Booked for 1:30pm. Still waiting at reception. As a mother of 2 young children (1 of them is 3months old breastfeeding) it is hard to make gap and now I am doing nothing just waiting for 40mins. Would not it be possible to be more empathetic and see the patient on time or around. Not after 1 hour.

Fantastic experience: Mr Bhandal extracted my tooth, the calmest dentist, a high level of before care and explanations, and alternatives all offered with my best interests at heart. Also the information provided on after care. Tooth removed in what felt like under 5 minutes. He and his team are an excellent bunch of professionals. Highly recommended especially if one suffers with anxiety. Ask for Dr Bhandal

Negative experience: Timing was excellent took me on as new patient but have done a repair yesterday which had left a irritating bit on my tooth that should of been sorted while I was there but had so many injections couldn't feel it til today and not booked in for a month

Fantastic experience: I had a fear of the dentist before I went here. Dr Bhandal is by far the best dentist in terms of customer service and professionalism. I have been here twice to get two teeth extracted and it was over in a matter of a couple of minutes with no pain whatsoever. I am so impressed with just how good he is at his job. The reception team are incredible too and deserve the recognition for how busy they always are.

Negative experience: I was for check my teeth for my doughter for braces and they lying that I was late at the appointment and she is not qualify for braces ( for NHS TRATMENT ) this is discrimination because we are foreign

Fantastic experience: I recently took my nephew to Dr. Amrik Bhandal for a tooth extraction, and I was genuinely impressed by the entire experience. Dr. Bhandal was professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting. The whole process — from the detailed explanation to the actual removal — took less than ten minutes. He not only removed the tooth quickly and painlessly, but also corrected an issue from a previous dentist who hadn’t fully removed a bad tooth, leaving part of the root behind. Dr. Bhandal spotted the problem and took care of it properly. It’s rare to find this level of care and efficiency, especially through the NHS. From registering to having the tooth removed, the entire process was completed within just two weeks. Outstanding service — thank you, Dr. Bhandal!

Negative experience: Reception staff constantly running around the place in and out of the office. Arrived on time only to find out that my appointment was cancelled with no explanation whatsoever just an "oooh that's strange". I received a text the day before, confming the appointment and time. Followed up with a formal complaint regarding lack of due diligence and care. I don't want to wait 2 months for their mistake.

I came in for a tooth extraction I was already very nervous about the appointment and the dentist himself was the rudest most arrogant person I’ve ever met never in my life have I been treated so poorly from a so called professional he threw his gloves and stormed out the room when all I asked is he gave me a minute as it was very painful said he didn’t have time to be sympathetic I will never in my life return to this practice and I will make sure to let everyone I know never to come here either by far the worst experience I’ve ever had

Negative experience: I was booked in for a extraction from my normal dentist. They are impossible to call to change appointment. You don't have anyway of contact on website either. Phones aren't a option when you don't answer them. So done all I can to let you know

Negative experience: I recently had a frustrating experience with a dental surgery regarding an emergency appointment. When I reached out due to severe discomfort, I was disappointed to find that the earliest appointment available was two weeks away. Given the nature of my situation, I expected more prompt care. While the staff was polite and professional, the delay in addressing urgent dental issues is concerning. I hope they can improve their emergency response times in the future.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Dr. Dhanjal He is the best doctor dentist for me and my mother who gave us all the attention and care that he had and all his experience as a doctor did. a wonderful job and thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your involvement and to the nurse who is the best nurse thank you very much for everything

Negative experience: It's been a few years, and nobody picked up the call at the reception. So I have to go there to book an appointment.

Negative experience: Dr Amrit is extremely rude , impatient individual. At the start of my appointment i let him know i was scared of needles. I expected him to maybe make me feel at ease or talk me through it but NOPE. The first attempt i raised my hands slightly he then said he would not do it , i asked if he could try again , i shivered almost , didnt move my hands at all and then just straight up refused to continue with the appointment. I went in at 10.25 , by 10.28 he sent me out. That just goes to show how little i was in there and how inpatient and ridiculous this man was… You would expect someone who has been a dentist for that many years to have compassion or have some patience He needs lessons in how to deal with patient’s effectively. 3 minutes and two attempts is all it took to be sent out? Its ashame mr mudhar upstairs could not do my appointment as he was nice and understanding however dr amrit was an absolute joke. If you’re slightly anxious about going to the dentist i would recommend going to any other person but him , if you go through the reviews it appears this is frequent habit with him.

Fantastic experience: I’ve visited 3 times in the past 6 months. I am terrified of dentists so hadn’t been in a long time. The first appointment felt rushed until they realised how nervous I was and slowed down immediately and were extremely kind. My second appointment was an emergency and they got me in within 45 minutes of calling as I was in so much pain. They gave me painkillers and antibiotics and 2 days later I had a tooth removal by Dr Bhandal. He made me feel so at ease considering how scared I was. He explained things so well and I felt no pain at all. It was done in a couple of minutes. All staff I’ve spoken with have been lovely really considerate of how anxious I have been. Would definitely recommend! I still have some treatment needed moving forward but they’ve made me so much less nervous for that!

Negative experience: Have been sent back and forth between a review and wisdom tooth removal. Dr Bhandal walked out the room leaving me talking by myself when I was trying to explain the problem . In the end I’ll have to be referred to the hospital for another opinion . Disappointed overall.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Mr Bhandal after a failed extraction by my own dentist. I was so nervous after the trauma of this. Mr Bhandal was amazing… so calm soft & kind, explained everything to me from start to finish. It was a quick extraction took seconds, something my own dentist couldn’t do in 30 minutes. I am so thankful it went as well as it did & very grateful to Mr Bhandal … after weeks of pain I’m now pain free.

Fantastic experience: I moved to this practice last year after 40 years at my old practice who were constantly letting me down! All my experiences so far have been really positive. I'm always seen on time,the receptionists are lovely, friendly and helpful. Mandeep is great always talks you through procedures as does Mr Bhandal.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to bhandals to have a tooth out due to reoccurring infection. I was very nervous to have the tooth removed but I was in and out in 10 mins and the dentist was very welcoming and reassuring the whole time. Definitely recommend this dental practise

Negative experience: Phoned up,and told them I'm in pain as I split a tooth,I'm also a carer for someone.told me I had to wait a week even thou I'm in pain! Get there 15 mins early then sit in waiting area waiting until I go back to the counter and they ask me if I want to re book? So do I want to spend another week in pain to come back and sit and wait for an hour when I'm meant to be caring for someone? I had been talking to the dentist about a whole new set of teeth £15,000 and they will not be doing them now! Edit nearly 3 weeks later they have texted me saying I need a 3 monthly review so the lady did not listen when I said I would find another dentist in leamington to register at!!!!

Negative experience: Hi I had appointment 3 times with Dr Bhandal for my daughter braces, all the time they have cancelled the appointment without informing us, when we went at the reception they said Dr. Is busy and your appointment is cancelled, very poor service, receptionist didn’t say even sorry for inconvenience

Negative experience: The worst dental practise ever. This is my first ever review. I know it's a struggle to find an NHS dentist but please by pass this one. They are just a money grabbing dental surgery no real care for paitents in and out is their moto. I had a tooth extraction. My second one 1st one was with another dental practise who gave me dissolvable stitches a nice teeth clean and antibiotics. This dental practice gave me insufficient anesthetic. Had to ask for more needles as still felt the pain. Didn't have the right tool had to get another one. hand shaking before I even had my tooth out couldn't sign the form properly. And now I have severe facial pain, fever, headache earache an-Infection because they just whipped tooth out no after care just a chuffin' leaflet. not sure it's even that clean of a place most complaints come from tooth extractions not sure they are equipped to do this procedure absolutely awful. What happened. And don't even get me started on them answering the phone 6 attempts it took today to get through as now I need antibiotics. The worst place and the worst experience ever! Not to mention the rude dentist who hushed me on my first visit. I don't like to really leave reviews as its not in my nature. But this needed saying. Not sure if anyone from Bhandal will look onto it and make changes. I hope so if nothing else. Please treat people care. You are paid enough!!!

Negative experience: Place is open till 2pm on weekends yet the dentists go home early anyway so theirs none actually available to do their job plus the 111 on the website is a lie they only have weekday 111 services an not at all times including the weekend so if you need anything emergency wise look elsewhere!
