Fantastic experience: I did a lot of research before picking a dentist to complete an implant for me, having had one done a decade ago elsewhere , I had some experience. From The very first engagement, Abbey House were streets ahead of others. The equipment they have in house is incredible, the service from Mand is arranging the implants was second to none. The clinical expertise of Dr Jas and his supporting dental nurse (sorry, can’t remember her name) made the actual surgery go so smoothly, I was blown away . Compared to my old dentist, it was like getting out of a steam engine and into a space ship, night and day difference from where I used to go. All very positives The negatives… very few, but depends who you are. Every appointment I’ve had has started late, in some cases by more than the planned appointment length. That may be ok if your retired, but if you’ve planned various check up and treatments around work, or lunch breaks, or travel a distance, or are just anxious about the treatment you’re about to have, it’s can be frustrating. I’m sure there’s reasons, and it won’t bother everyone, but it found it frustrating. The waiting room area upstairs is also a little worn, spotlessly clean, but the chairs are worn, missing buttons from the fabric and can become crowded quickly, probably due to the late running. That said, I’m absolutely delighted with the clinical treatment, the staff are amazing , the facilities are amazing , the option to split the cost in credit is amazing. I’ll be having more work when the time is right

Fantastic experience: On holiday to the Peak District and my veneer fell out. Made an appointment for the next day. Was seen, lovely staff, veneer back in, if any problems before I return home, I can come back and see the dentist again.... wish they were closer to where I lived!!! Would definitely be my regular dentist . Thankyou

Fantastic experience: 5 star service from start to finish. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and I had a very short wait to be seen by the dentist. Annie was extremely thorough with my consultation she took the time to listen to my concerns and gave such great advice to look after my dental health better. She was so reassuring and explained everything so well. Her communication was excellent and I felt she really was invested in me and my dental care. I then saw Gemma who again really took her time to introduce herself and get to know me as well as explaining my options going forward. Both are so welcoming and friendly and everything is explained patiently and in detail. So very good at what they do, they inspire confidence and I highly recommend. Also, thanks to Katie and Claire on reception for the lovely welcome (and for the laughs on the way out)! A first class service all round.

Fantastic experience: Visited today and had an appointment with Dr Ashwin. He’s previous removed my wisdom teeth and carried out fillings. Today he was kind and compassionate surrounding my personal circumstances and how this had affected my ability to attend. As someone who has a fear of the dentist he put me straight at ease and explained all my options. This appointment was followed by an appointment with Mand who was just as brilliant. I honestly have never felt so at ease at a dentist, they have help ease all my anxiety and I do not dread my next appointment. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I reached out to Abbey House Dental to consult about Invisalign/composite bonding. I spoke to Treatment Coordinator Gemm who was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. She explained the Invisalign process in detail and advised the best course of action for me based on the results I wanted to achieve. She also explained the break down of cost and discussed finance options. Overall a friendly, professional experience, would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Today I attended my free consultation at abbey house dental in stone. The practice is really clean and welcoming. Staff are professional and really kind. My appointment was with Mand and what can I say, she was amazing, she went through everything with me in regards to treatment and finances, she told me the next steps and what would happen if it wasn't possible and that there were other options available to me. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. Gemma took the time to thoroughly explain the Invisalign process, answer all my questions and walk me through what to expect step by step. They used advanced imaging technology to show me a preview of my potential results, which was both exciting and reassuring. Gemma made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process of using the 3D scanner, I cannot recommend her enough! Dr Mumta then went through my treatment plan with me and she was so bubbly and professional too. It was nice to finally feel comfortable at the dentist. Fantastic experience: Abbey House Dental are an absolute pleasure to deal with - today I met with Arrt and his amazing team Katy and Mand to access me for the invisalign. Their customer service is nothing short of 5 star in respects to care and attention. Everything was perfect is considered and explained, first |I saw Mand who did my initial scan and then I was handed over to Katy dental nusre to Arrt who looked after me.

Positive experience: I'm happy with the treatment I received. Can't say I'm happy with the attitude of the receptionist. Told me I owed £74.00 for a previous dental appointment and expected me to pay in in one go on top of the £69.00 for seeing the hygienist! I paid the £69.00. She then refused to make me another appointment and told me to ring in 3 months time. It's not my fault the £74.00 wasn't paid and I'd have paid it willingly at the time. Not used to being treated like a criminal so will be finding another dentist!

Fantastic experience: I came here for a consultation appointment for braces. I was greeted by Clare who was absolutely amazing, she made me feel at ease from start to finish as I was really nervous. Phoebe took the X-rays and reassured me every step of the way. Once that was finished I met Mand to complete a digital 3d scan of my teeth. I have never felt so comfortable at a dental practice in all my life so I’d 100% recommend coming here all the staff are welcoming and reassuring.

Fantastic experience: First visit to a dentist in ten years. We moved home four years ago and in between that time I cracked my back tooth. I needed a really deep filling. Prior to my lack of 10 year dentist visits, I was private and attended twice yearly annually. But never liked dentists hence for the absence attendance. However my dentist who saw me and advised me and then carried out the filling was brilliant from start to finish. He was extra gentle with me and made me at ease though out my filling. No pain after the procedure and all is good. I had to wait for a hour and half due to the dentist running behind on a big job. I waited and was also refunded £25 for my time. Great dentist and even better employer/self employed dentist who I had. Wish I knew his name.

Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk through the door it's a solid 10/10. The receptionist knows her clients well and builds a relationship quickly with everyone. The lattes are always a good touch too hehe. Dr Ashwin is my dentist and has been since I started here about 18 months ago and his calmness and knowledge and his genuine interest in gaining your story before the check up is so nice and refreshing! No rushed appointments here! Mand the treatment coordinator was fab in my invisalign consult today too! She showed me all the products, was open and transparent with pricing and repayment options and confidently answered my questions. Love this dentist highly recommend

Really happy with the service I was provided and the calming presence of the dentist, and dental nurse. Fantastic experience: I’ve always been terrified of treatment at the dentist, but finally found somewhere that helps me manage this and actually get the treatment I need. Gem has been amazing in helping plan all my treatment, going over my options and ensuring everything I needed was sorted. Jenn is the best person you can ask for in helping calm you for sedation, it’s helped make my appointments so much more comfortable. Dr Ash too has been so patient with me when having intensive treatment, and has done amazing work restoring my teeth! I’ve still got a way to go but thanks to this team I’m finally getting there!

Fantastic experience: Thank you to Mand & Mumta for putting me at ease and making me feel welcome to the practice. I’ve been recommended to get an anti snoring device through an ENT appointment. I kept seeing Abbey House Dental pop up a few times so I thought I’d give them ago. I initially had my consultation with Rehan Ahmed, who referred me to Mumta, luckily she had an appointment available on the same day. She had explained everything to me about the device and was very thorough with the questioning and assessment. Mumta has also referred me to the sleep clinic to check for any underlying issues which is very helpful. I had further scans completed by Mand and then finance discussed which was straight forward. I have appointments booked for a hygienist and fitting for my snoring device in the next 2weeks. So fingers crossed, looking forward to having better nights sleep! Ample parking, I parked on Morrisons which is 2hrs only. There’s 3 buildings on stone for Abbey House Dental, so double check which one you need to go to which is documented in the email.

Fantastic experience: As someone who is nervous of the dentist and put off going for far too long, after a few appointments at Abbey House in preparation for treatment I am already feeling a bit more confident about the whole thing. Mand has been very helpful and personable in arranging the appointments and explaining how everything works and the finance options. Dr Kal has been really kind and understanding of how nervous I am and I’m very pleased with the plan put together so far.

Dentist was approachable , knowledgeable, very polite and professional. First time there but it felt like a regular place that l have visited before. Definitely recommend.

Dr Rehan is amazing and Mandy is so lovely and they both make me feel at ease as I get very nervous at the dentist and they make me feel very relaxed. I lived my Invisalign journey I have so much confidence and the outcome is amazing! I couldn’t thank both of them enough and I have definitely found a dentist for life. Highly recommend coming here if you are nervous because they are very professional and make coming to the dentist now an enjoyable experience.

Fantastic experience: Such a warm, welcoming environment. My dentist Sara Paul was professional, thorough, non-judgemental and so personable and friendly. Her dental nurse was also super friendly and kind too. The reception staff were really lovely and helpful.
