Fantastic experience: Great service. Prompt friendly, informative and professional. Will be back

Negative experience: Terrible customer service.. Having had an issue with the teeth whitening, I tried to address the pain I was in even after taking pain killers as advised, they told me to put sensitive toothpaste in my gumshields which i did however this was useless, They didn't even offer me to go back in for a quick review to check my gums or teeth or try come up with an alternative solution. After paying £250 I couldn't finish the treatment. I Waited 3 weeks for a reply that I had to chase up and still didn't care less. I did lose a bit of my back tooth filling, which I did get my OWN dentist to repair, dont know if it was dwn to the teeth whitening or not (iv never had issues before the whitening) My main concern was that this company wouldn't even see me when I complained about the burning pain on my gums and teeth. I was just left, No solution, couldn't finish the treatment, no alternative and lost the confidence to get compost bonding. Disappointed and disgusted to say the least.

Eyebrows natural and symmetrical and deep crows feet softened, lower facial Botox gave me back my jawline, erased a dimpled chin and lifted my lower face subtly. Negative experience: Really disappointed with the clinic manager… I had been using the clinic services for years since you guys started on high street 2014 actually. I recently had an issue with a service provided by another staff member as my usual person was off, when I questioned it, I was banned from having the service again? No discussions? When I queried that again there was no discussions. I was told it was their decision and was already made, they cancelled my services, no call back to discuss, they then told me “best I found somewhere else?? “ Shocked! Not good way to treat loyal customers. I have recommended you guys to so many people but will be informing them of the way your so called “office manager” handled me with a genuine issue. Good luck with your business with her at the helm ‍♀️

What I also like is how knowledgeable she is, I have a small forehead so it can be tricky but she's done it perfectly, I'm obsessed ❤️

I always notice when people address you by your first name, as they did on entering and when I was leaving too. It is a very welcoming place which was lovely. My appointment was with the nurse, Louise, who put me at ease straight away with her bubbly, positive personality. We were chatting as though we were good friends who had known each other for years, and remained professional at all times. She talked me through everything very clearly, she obviously knows her job well. She answered any questions I had and I felt as though she took a real interest in me as a client. It is clear that she loves her job and I left with such a positive experience of the place and I will be recommending to friends and I will definitely be a returning customer. Fantastic experience: Lynn did an amazing job of my Botox and lip filler, which has left me looking nice and natural, but just a better version of me! I’m around 6 weeks post treatment now and I am so so pleased with the results. I really appreciated Lynn’s honest and professional advice about the treatments I was having and took on board what would be suitable for me. I’d never had lip filler before so was a little nervous but Lynn made me feel so at ease throughout.

Negative experience: I gave 2 stars only because of their customer service as they all are polite and nice but unfortunately all good practitioners already left. They are cheap and you get what you pay for which is very basic treatments by new learners. If you are looking for some lines to go away and dont care about the result that is the place for you as the result wont be a wow. They dont provide many non-surgical injectable treatments that other clinics provide and their practitioners do not even know how to do those treatments. Well, now the choice is yours.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Westerwood Health in Glasgow and was highly impressed with the service. Hazel, the receptionist, is so friendly and welcoming and Lynn, the aesthetics practitioner, is extremely professional and really listened to what I was looking for and what I was worried about. She takes time to explain everything and I completely trust her which is really important to me. I have always been really pleased with the results and would highly recommend her. Between her and hazel, I always come out feeling so much better than when I arrived. They are the reasons I keep returning!

Negative experience: Failed to follow up on my dental condition a couple of times (i.e. told me they would set up appointments with me but didn't) also failed to refer me to a specialist when they thought I needed something checked out urgently! Today they just told me that all NHS hygienist appointments have been made private due to the change of rules and tried to charge me £65 for 30 minutes! I have moved to another dentist.
