My treatment was conducted privately, and throughout the process, they ensured my comfort, pain-free experience, and full consultation at every stage of the required treatment. Upon completion of my treatment, I was left with a smile that I am truly proud of. Without a doubt, this is a five-star dental practice, and I wholeheartedly recommend Bramingham Dental Surgery and its team to anyone seeking dental care.

Fantastic experience: Amazing visit today with Mezmin. Had my second session of polynucleotides. Highly recommend this treatment, noticed a difference after first session. Mezmin is so lovely, knowledgeable and professional. The whole team are just fabulous.

Next update 29 July - start of root canal treatment. This may sound corny, but I do love my dentist. I was anxious, scared, nervous and generally just worried - that was a first for me, usually, I’m okay. Rahim, allayed my anxiety with his professionalism. His confident, know how approach is commendable. His side kick Nicky is equally as awesome. When it was all over, I didn’t know it had happened. How do I thank you two? I love you! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Update 19 February 2024 Once again my heart is full of warmth each time I leave the surgery after an appointment. I saw Dr Rahim for a check up - as always he is so warm, patient and professional. I love my visits. I also visited Emily the hygienist on the same day! Arranged by Dr Rahim. Emily was also professional, gentle and kind. I thoroughly recommend both practitioners. They met and exceeded expectations. Thank you all. Update 24 July 2024 Visited Emily the hygienist. Well, once again I’m completely satisfied. She is so gentle and she oozes professionalism. Thank you so much Emily - much appreciated. Update 3rd December 2024 Examined by Rahim. As always, professional and empathetic. Love my visits to the dentist. Update 18 March 2025 Emily is still as awesome! Gentle and thorough. Highly recommend. Fantastic experience: Fantastic service, very accommodating of delays that were outside of my control and managed to still allow me to complete my appointment. Both the dentist and hygienist were very welcoming and great at explaining everything. They worked very efficiently and effectively. The front desk staff were very nice and helped accommodate my appointment moving around unexpectedly. Thank you to the whole team!

Fantastic experience: An excellent and professional dental practice that you will not be disappointed

Positive experience: Mixed experience. Dentist was lovely - no issues there. I received a phone call yesterday to ask me to confirm attendance. At 8.15am, I received a text message cancelling my appointment which was actually incorrect and would have resulted in me losing my £20 deposit had I acted on it.

Negative experience: This dentist no longer accepts NHS patients - even though we pay £0000's in taxes to the government. Their website shows NHS prices, but as they say: 'we do not have NHS dentists, so we can no longer see you under the NHS'. If you want to go there and be registered you'll need to take out an insurance plan, paying about £15 a month and then if you get treatment you pay extra. It's all very confusing. Bramingham dentist works a bit like US dentists - you're forced to take an insurance plan out. Lately, they have taken many people off their register because they only accept private patients.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 implants fitted one of which I had to have a bone graft on one side so the overall process took around 6 months whilst the graft healed. I was well looked and Dr Uzman and the team who were very professional and caring throughout my course of treatment and I am very pleased with the end result.

Fantastic experience: Nice to get my teeth checked again after 18 months. The reception area was empty & well organised. My Dentist was punctual, very caring & had X-rays carried out, I’m glad to say alls well, but advised a Hygienist appointment to just clean and tidy my teeth after lockdown. This is booked for next week. Very pleased.

Positive experience: From making an appointment as a new patient having read reviews, the gentleman I spoke with was very accommodating and understood that I would need both appointments at the same time due to the nature of my work & my extreme anxiety. I was early as I knew I’d have forms to fill in as a new patient. I did receive an email asking for me to fill out form online via a link. I tried several times, but to no avail. The young lady on the desk told me not to worry and gave me a tablet to fill in of which I did. I was then called in to a room where a young lady called Taslyn ( apologies if name spelt wrong )?introduced herself. She was incredibly patient with me. I’d filled out the form and explained I was incredibly anxious. I was here for a hygienist clean and an examination due to being a new patient. She managed to do a hand hygienist clean. Due to having such bad experiences in the past, I was extremely anxious, very upset, but knew I needed my teeth cleaned. Her assistant Sima ( apologies if name spelt wrong) didn’t have much to do as I declined the suction tube. Equally patient. Thankyou ladies. I was then called into see Dr. Serwahla ( apologies if name spelt wrong ( The boss ) equally lovely. Very patient, discussed with me X-rays. Again I explained my bad experiences & thanked her for her advice. She checked my teeth and her assistant ( apologies, didn’t ask her name entered all the information related. I then paid my bill & was greeted by a lovely young lady with blonde hair on reception who was extremely helpful. Although I found it an ordeal, they were fantastic. I have booked with Taslyn ( hygienist ) for 3 months time to have another appointment. I’m hoping when I visit again, that I’ll have a lot less anxiety. Thankyou all. Very pleased.

My first stopped me from being frightened of dentists she was lovely She left to have a baby and my next temp one also was kind I now have Kiran as a private patient She is lovely and caring and talks thru everything she is going to do . Fantastic experience: Dr Malik made me feel comfortable and reassured me that everything was ok. I never felt under pressure to have any treatment he told me about. As a nervous patient I always worry about seeing a dentist, which is silly as I have been a patient of his for a number of years and have no reason to dread my visits.

After so many years she finally let someone clean her teeth properly, however, this was only possible because of Taslim's expertise, knowledge and careful consideration of my daughters needs. Fantastic experience: All good. Been a patient for many, many, years here. However it has turned private, they want you to pay a monthly subscription, which doesn't cover work done which is multiples of NHS charges on top. So they can now feck off.

Fantastic experience: Felt very welcome by friendly front desk staff and impressed by the knowledgeable and personable dentist who really took the time to give a thorough explanation of the possible treatment options

Fantastic experience: Just had a bone graft and the experience was very positive. It was a big procedure and felt nothing due to the sedation. Everyone was very attentive and checked I was okay. Obviously there was pain when the anesthetic wore off but having paracetamol and Ibuprofen has helped. Dentist rang the next day to check up on me just to make sure everything was okay. Only downside is my bank balance is now reduced!!

Positive experience: The staff are always cheerful and helpful. My Dentist puts me at ease straight away, and the Hygenist actually asked if i am okay and if I need a breather before she continues.

Fantastic experience: I'm a nervous person and going to the dentist makes me very anxious, but bramingham dentist makes me feel at ease

Positive experience: There was a misunderstanding at my initial appointment, where I was incorrectly told I had arrived late, which was frustrating at the time. Thankfully, after speaking with the practice manager, the issue was addressed the next working day. My appointments with both the dentist and the hygienist have been to a good standard and in line with what you’d expect from a modern dental clinic. I do think the reception team would benefit from clearer communication or training to ensure management has all the correct information when resolving issues. I'm satisfied with how things were handled and feel comfortable continuing with future appointments.

Negative experience: They called me to change the appointment time, and i asked for it to be a bit later than the new proposed time, which was declined. Apparently it's quite okay for them to change the appointment at short notice, but the same rules don't apply for the patient. I lost my deposit hence couldn't afford a much needed hygienist service

Fantastic experience: An appointment with Mez today for a large filling .. as ever I had built into the worse nightmare prior to the appointment but she was incredibly understanding and all treatment completed without any tears. It’s difficult to explain as an adult how you dread the dentist but the reality was it didn’t hurt and the whole experience was doable. Thank you for your patience it’s appreciated. If you are like me and dread the hygienist you need to book an appointment with Hema. She not only looks are my teeth and gums but is amazing for my mental health. She melts the biggest fears in seconds, she is full of patience and empathy which goes a long way when your laying back in that chair. Thank you! In with Hema today she is by far the most loveliest hygienist ever. Her presence in the room soothes me, I am a nervous mess in the lead up to my appointment but after a few seconds she has me completely at ease and wondering what I was stressing about. Eternally grateful for her patience with me. Just starting a journey … am the worst patient but have received the very best of care. Am sure extractions are never pleasant but it was no where near as awful as expected! More than just a hygienist today came away feeling considerably better than when I went in. Thank you ☺️ Three months in and starting to see results … no pain no gain they keep telling me! The care shown helps me get through what isn’t always easy. 9 months in and beginning to see results

Fantastic experience: The parking was very convenient. The surgery very clean and welcoming. The waiting time of 40 minutes was excessive by all accounts. The 2 o’clock appointment turned to 2.40pm before I got to see the dentist. I did have to cancel a trip to London because I was late. However, once I got to see my dentist, Amir Malik , the service was excellent. My anxiety was really high in the waiting area, so the 40 felt much longer. Once in the treatment room, Mr Malik was very calm and professional with all aspects of the assessment. Everything was explained to me in a very positive and patient friendly manner. Fantastic experience: NGL I have had some issues with communication upon cancellation before, however this is a very busy popular dentist with many staff members so it would be unfair to tar all staff with the same brush ad the majority are impeccable. Had hygiene appt. today (after previous cancellation last week due to staff sickness). Hygienist is ... no bleeding or anything after, very comfortable throughout the cleaning. Always offers good advice. Gave me free stuff last time to try to assist. Out of respect and boundaries I refrained from saying anything during the appointment (very difficult for someone diagnosed with severe to moderate ADHD) - but I did ask her if she was always in dentistry or if she had another job, as from her appearance, voice and general demeanour I genuinely thought she may have been a model! Hahaha (she's not apparently) - think her name was Emily but can't remember (she was the blonde one). Also, have to big up the lovely receptionist Aimee (sorry if spelling is off) - she is a very lovely patient and beautiful lady who entertained my annoying ear chewing and inability to STFU for way longer than any woman should ever have to LOOOL. God bless you both haha £67 for the pleasure if you have to self fund...

Fantastic experience: My wife and I were looking for a new dentist and a family member recommended Bramingham Dental Clinic. Our first reaction was who!? where!? However, we gave them a try and so glad we did. We were used to a completely different approach to dental appointments and were amazed how customer centric Bramingham Dental Clinic and our dentist (Rahim) were. Rahim soon realised that we had no understanding of the state of our dental health from our previous dentist and took time to really explain both the good and bad aspects of our teeth and gums and how to improve our dental hygiene and health. He did not rush us at all even though we had a lot of questions. We are so glad our family recommended this clinic - just the care we needed! Keep it up, Bramingham Dental Clinic and thank you!

Fantastic experience: Great experiences so far at Bramingham dental. As a very nervous patient, my initial appointment with Dr Malik really put me at ease and then after seeing Hema, my teeth are getting back to how they should be. Fantastic experience: Great decision to select this clinic after leaving our previous clinic for my family.. I got half an hour late for my first appointment last week but the receptionist and Dentist were really kind to my 5 years old daughter as she was in pain and they manage to see her . Fantastic experience: I was terrified of the procedure I was going to have done but the dentist and the nurse made me feel reassured and the experience was very good. The dentist explained every step of the procedure which was very reassuring. The reception ladies were also friendly.

Positive experience: Today was my first visit to Bramingham Dental Clinic.I have been petrified in visiting the dentist since the 80s when I had a horrendous experience at the hands of a dentist which rendered me having to visit the hospital to complete an extraction. My friend and neighbour recommended Bramingham Dental Clinic and I was examined by Mozmin Sawani. She knew of my fears and she explained the whole process. To my mind this practice has worked hard at putting their patients at ease. As you lay back in the dentist's chair a TV screen in the ceiling shows dolphins gracefully swimming in the clear blue sea. So I was definitely put at ease. The state of art X-Ray machine made taking X-rays of my mouth so easy, but more importantly painless. I appreciated the care I was given as well as the comprehensive information about my treatment and possible outcomes as well as what my investment in my oral health. So Bramingham Dental Clinic the whole team were excellent.

Negative experience: Normally the dentist are nice and friendly with kids unfortunately this time it was opposite.the dentist was not really nice she was not really helpful. Dentists Assistant was lovely.
