Fantastic experience: Ive been with CH for a year now going through the process of 2 implants. Shi has been great with me throughout my process of sinus lift, bone graft and 2 implants. I'm so pleased with the results. All the staff at CH have been so friendly, kind, respond to my texts/questions straight away, helped in every way possible. Fantastic experience: Booked my 10 year old son for extractions as I had read reviews that this practice deals with patients who are nervous. The practice is warm and welcoming with friendly and attentive reception staff. My son was booked into see Dr Nuha for an initial consultation. Dr Nuha explained the options and developed a very good rapport with my son and made him feel at ease. At the follow up appointment Dr Nuha and the Dental nurse carried out the treatment and our son went in alone for the treatment without any hesitation. Very polite, professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment today with Ben for a general check up and filling. As an anxious person with dentists the whole team immediately made me feel at ease and welcome the moment I arrived. The receptionist staff are lovely, the decor and building is beautiful and exceptionally maintained throughout too. Ben made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment and took his time to talk me through the issue with my teeth as well as options for cosmetic improvements (which is something I’m currently exploring) - the dental nurse assisting was also great! Overall amazing experience and so happy to have found this dental practice, I look forward to my next one (which is a first for me with dentists!) can’t recommend enough

Fantastic experience: I came to Cheadle Hulme Dental and Cosmetics for masseter botox, after years of teeth clenching and jaw pain. I was recommended the practice by my partner who currently has orthodontic treatment at the practice, and loves the level of service he has received. The practice looks very modern and clean, complete with friendly reception staff, complimentary drinks and a comfy waiting area. I was seen by Dr Susan McBride, she was friendly and informative and gave a comprehensive consultation before undergoing the treatment, and completely put me an ease. I’m yet to see the full effects but I’m very excited to feel the relief.

Fantastic experience: What an experience, the receptionists are very welcoming in a beautifully manicured building, they cannot do enough for you. I was even offered a fresh coffee which was brought to me whilst I waited for my appointment. The dentist which I saw was very informative and explained everything to me about what was being done that day. He was very warm and calming throughout the whole experience and was very thorough. The dental nurse chatted to me before, during and after the treatment to help keep me relaxed which was lovely. Making my next appointment was very easy, again the reception staff were very accommodating regarding times etc and even offered to text the details through to me so I had a reminder. Overall opinion is excellent, I was treated extremely well whilst in their care and was made to feel comfortable and at ease throughout. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I first used this practice several years ago to have major work carried out. The whole process was completed in several stages over a period of 18 months and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Since then I have carried on using the practice and have been impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the whole team from the reception staff to the hygienists, dental nurses and dentists themselves. No hesitation in offering 5 stars and recommending them.

Fantastic experience: Used Cheadle Hulme Dental and Cosmetics for the first time today for a implant consultation. Communication prior to the appointment has been exceptional. On arrival, outside is a lovely old Tudor style building which was previously an old bank. Walking in through the characterful heavy wooden doors into a lovely refurbished modern reception area with ample seating and even free refreshments at your request. The two receptionist were welcoming with warm smiles. During my appointment, initially I went in for a 3D scan which was again carried out by a very welcoming dental nurse, then straight away I was invited into 'the old banks walk in safe' for a CT scan by another welcoming and professional Dental Nurse. Immediately after I went to see the Principal Dentist (Sri Karim) who greeted me with a smile, a handshake and listened to my reason for the appointment. The consulting room was very 'modern' even with a tv above your head when the treatment seat is reclined. Also a duplicate of his computer screen on the wall so you could see your scans and discuss the issues and treatment options. All issues found, potential solutions discussed, and best case/ worst case scenarios explained. Having finished with Sri went in to see Hope, the Treatment Coordinator, who very clearly explained the various treatments, appointments required and costs. Compared to alternative cosmetic dentists I have made enquiries to, CHDC were very competitively priced and they looked for best ways to offer the treatment needed for the minimum cost. It has to be said that everyone at CHDC were so friendly and professional, the equipment is the latest of the most modern technology, the environment is exceptional. Overall an excellent experience that can't be faulted. I would most definitely recommend Cheadle Hulme Dental and Cosmetics and I have already recommended them to my sister-in-law.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this dentist for a few years now and have always been very happy with the care provided. The dentist and hygienist are friendly and professional I would recommend them!

Negative experience: Update: they claim bleeding is a sign of gum disease - my dentist has confirmed I have none and that bleeding was caused by unprofessional treatment. So yes, they will tell you to come more frequently than it is required. The normal hygiene session lasts longer than an hour and has 3 stages, this place will kick you out in 45min (20min conversation and then 2min treatment). Moreover, they were spamming me, calling my personal phone number just to “book my next appointment”. Bear in mind - I’ve never allowed them to use my phone number for marketing purposes. It’s an ok place, but these guys don’t meet any decent standards. The hygienist intentionally made my teeth bleed just to prove her point that I need an appointment every 3 months instead of 6. They have damaged my husband’s teeth and made him pay for the repairs. Btw all these positive reviews are left as part of the Amazon voucher deal.

The atmosphere is more like a spa, all the staff were lovely and I was given lots of information and options that helped my feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal experience from beginning to end - I came in with overlapping teeth 6 months before my wedding thinking I'd left it too late to straighten them, but Shi & Katie were able to complete my treatment in record time, giving me a perfect new smile just in time for the big day. Such an attentive practice, always available straight away to fix any issues you're having or answer any questions. Its obvious so much thought has gone into the experience as a whole, not just the dentistry (which is first class). Really couldn't be more grateful, worth every penny.

I was talked through my treatment and what it would entail by Susie the dentist and never felt rushed or pressured. I’ve completed my treatment and very happy with the results. Fantastic experience: I had a really excellent experience at Cheadle Hulme dental and cosmetic practice last year . Shi's work is superb and I am really satisfied with the end result of the tooth inplant I received. I fractured another tooth just before flying to Italy a couple of weeks ago and decided to return to the practice .The admin staff were courteous and prompt in dealing with the situation when I returned from holiday. I had a tooth extraction and bone graft three days later with absolutely no pain or swelling. Shi outlined the treatment plan in meticulous detail which was informed by the C.T image from the scan. His manner is professional,calm and reassuring ,which inspires trust and confidence . A massive thankyou to all the staff . I have every faith that this second implant will match the first . E. Fantastic experience: My reason for attending today was an emergency consultation, which I secured within 24 hours of calling. Fantastic result. Being on a Dental Plan the cost for the consult was free-of-charge. Even better! I was met in reception with a smiling face, and, even though reception appeared busy, I was furnished with a coffee. All this and I haven't seen my dentist yet. I arrived 20 minutes early and was expecting a fair wait ... no, I got in before my time! We x-rayed, photographed to allow me to share the "damage". And after inspection, I was given treatment options and costs. And because I wished to wait until an upcoming holiday was over, we agreed a temporary repair. And the decision will be made later. No pressure at all from the dentist to act quickly. He gave advice and recommendation. He left me to go on holiday and make the decision on return and then to make the Plan forward. All done in a pleasant manner, and giving me confidence that I am in safe hands and temporarily fixed for my holiday. I am pretty new to this practice but have never been so well looked after. The pricing is also very reasonable for a private practice, and I plan to continue to use this dental practice going forward for all the various things I now need to have done. Fantastic experience: New review April 2025 I have now been to the CH dentists several times for check ups, cleaning, whitening, and replacement retainers. Every employee is friendly, professional and polite and they work to a very high standard. I was sad to hear the hygienist has reduced her hours but I am sure the new hygienist will be just as good. K I met with the dentist to talk about teeth whitening. I have enamel loss which means my teeth are too sensitive for normal whitening. The dentist took the time to help me find a workaround and I am booked in for November. Thanks :)

Fantastic experience: From my initial enquiry to the actual visit, Cheadle Hulme Dental has been kind, listened, understood and supportive. Walking through the door, into the waiting room, I was stunned by how comfortable it was. Tea and coffee, or water, are available! The receptionists were polite and welcoming. The treatment rooms are set up so you can see what is happening, or allow yourself to be distracted by the tv screen overhead. The dentist was aware of what treatment I wanted and advised how that would proceed without pushing for additional services. When returning to reception to pay for treatment, the receptionists were lovely. They gently explained what I was booking in for, what each payment would cover and didn't push for everything up front. I was advised that I could pay for each stage on the day, but I was happier to get it all sorted immediately. I can honestly say I am looking forward to going back.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Cheadle Hulme Dental and Cosmetics for over 15 years and I cannot speak more highly of the practice. I first joined as a patient when it was located on Church Road. I had a very painful tooth infection and Shi quickly identified the issue and rectified the problem. The popularity of the practice has continued to grow over the years which resulted in expansion of the practice and relocation to the centre of Cheadle Hulme. The new premises are fantastic and all the staff so helpful . I recently submitted an ad-hoc query regarding my grandaughters teeth. The team responded to my query in 24 hours putting my mind at ease.

Fantastic experience: Initial telephone contact was not good, repeatedly going to an answering machine asking me to leave my number, which was not convenient. However my subsequent appointment with the New Client representative was very good. A friendly but professional attitude. She gave a detailed and very clear description of all the procedures required for an implant, together with the associated timescales and the associated costs. All the information that I needed and no marketing attempt, just information.

From start to finish, the experience has been fantastic. Every member of staff I’ve encountered has been professional, friendly, and welcoming. The clinic itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. I honestly couldn’t ask for more – highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place with wonderful welcoming staff. They sort a drink and make you feel at home as soon as you arrive and the appointment was on time with a friendly face for my xray. The reception area almost feels like a stylish bar or restaurant. Great experience!

Fantastic experience: I attended an appointment on Friday 21st March, this dentist was clean, spacious and in a really cool old building! The team were professional and delivered a friendly service and I was seen to immediately, I attended this dentist as it has special equipment my dentist did not have, would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Upon arrival at cheadle hulme dental and cosmetics first impressions were that it was a very nice clean professional environment, I was made to feel very welcome with an offer of a drink while I waited for my appointment with the smile advisor. I was then greeted by Hope who discussed in detail some of the processes that might be available to me, they were very friendly, helpful and professional in answering any questions I had putting my mind at ease as visiting the dentist is something I struggle with. I shall be attending another appointment to further look at my next options moving forward to hopefully achieving the smile and dental work I will need in the future.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a lot of work done on my teeth. The whole procedure took awhile . implants crowns composite bonding . But the moment I stepped through the doors they looked after me . The staff are so helpful and polite . Shai my dentist was so nice and amazing . the finish my teeth are absolutely spot on . Can’t recommend this dentist enough. Fantastic experience: We have been with Cheadle Hulme Dental for about 6 years since we moved into the area, recommended by my Dad. As a whole, they are all always friendly, warm & welcoming. I had previous bad dental hygiene but the practise never made me feel embaressed or shameful about that but instead provided helpful and encouraging advise. Ive had to see a specialist fairly recently, Oli, and he was brilliant. Our 6 year old has also become a Cheadle Hulme Dental patient. All of the staff speak with her directly and have a laugh and joke with her, ask her questions about her recent activities etc. make her feel more confident & comfortable being in the chair and usually gets a sticker before we leave. The new practise is second to none. All of the mod-cons, clean, bright and warm. The reception staff are all welcoming and eager to help. The email and text message communication is really helpful for a busy person. My dentist Mo, who, as far as Im concerned walks on water, over the years have built a great relationship and always feel like Ive received the best service. I highly recommend this dental practise. It stands out to all others we have previously been at for their fabulous customer service, premise and technology. I would only recommend something for the waiting area, but waiting for anyone no matter what age, is boring! See you all in 6 months! :)

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff care as usual. As near as it can be to be a pleasure to visit the dentist. Been coming here for well over 20 years. Always been excellent, but since Shai took over it has really improved. Lovely staff, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Since the move to new premises, the whole practice feels even more friendly, all the new staff are very pleasant and helpful. Hygienists and dentists always take the time to explain what they are doing and making sure I, as the patient, am comfortable.
