Fantastic experience: Very professional doctors, receptionists. Always very polite and willing to help. Highly recommended. Thank you. Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for the past 5 years for many different services (dentist, GP services, dermatology etc). The service here is amazing! All staff is friendly and have catered to all my needs swiftly and efficiently. The appointments are very convenient as they offer both evening and weekends. Fantastic experience: I would like to recommend GP doctor Tomasz Grela at My Medyk. I came with nasty sinus infection that was ineffectively treated somewhere else and I have received the help and correct medication that made me feel better within less than 24 hours. Doctor Grela was very kind, listened to all my health concerns and explained to me everything patiently. The appointment was exactly on time. I have been using My Medyk before and I am pleased with the service they provide but this visit was exceptionally good and I have finally recovered. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have been to see the dental hygienist Claudia many times. She is brilliant, very gentle and makes me feel at ease throughout the whole process. She does a really thorough job and I feel my teeth are much healthier with this treatment. She is the best hygienist I have ever been to and would reccomend this to anyone. My Medyk practice is a lovely clean and friendly dentist. The reception staff are all lovely especially Agnes!

Negative experience: Worst experience I ever had I found out my cortisol is low but the doctor lied to me told me I need to see someone to talk too and that I have depression I know my body and I know what I have never going they again

Negative experience: Terrible experience, went with tooth pain and was told to use mouthwash/gum gel and seemed to be rushed out. I asked if I had an infection was told that it doesn’t look infected 24 hours later my face became swollen and had to go somewhere else for a second opinion and was prescribed antibiotics and was advised of required treatment.

Negative experience: I would avoid Clink if you want to keep your own teeth. I had feeling which fell out twice and went to Clinik to have it replaced. I have been told by dentist that it will keep happening in the future and I will spend a lot of money to have it constantly redone hence implant will be much better and cheer option. I was naive and believed them, so had healthy tooth removed and put implant in. It was terrible choice and terrible advise from dentist. After about 10 years I developed per implantitis and despite my constant phone calls to the clink asking to help me, they kept on saying that don’t have a implantologist at the moment! What a joke! Why would you offer service for which you not able to provide aftercare! Total money grabbers, shocking service. I had no help from them, had to phone them several times to get my medical record, no response to my email, rude reception! Evenly ended up going to Poland to have my implant removed by the dentist which initially done my implant surgery and had left Clinik years ago! They change doctors every few months as well as prices and overcharged you if you not careful. It was truly the worst experience I ever had in my life. Terrible, terrible treatment once again! Reading response insinuating credibility etc! Shocking! Hope people will read real reviews before using this scammers!

Negative experience: I came to the site on hanger Lane near my home. I had two fillings fitted one was too high and didn't allow me to close my jaw properly. I was asked how it felt and I made the dentist aware of this and she responded with she thought it was OK so it was left this way. As a result of closing my mouth with an ill fitted filling I now have a damaged molar and have hypersensitivity that means I can't even eat a sandwich without the filling setting my tooth off. I called up the dentist and went back twice hoping they will fix it but now have a permanently damaged tooth and there thoughts are the tooth is damaged and that's just how it is now... They did the damage ! I was left with this now long term problem and nothing but a recommendation for mouthwash. I was then rushed into getting a whitening kit after being told we could not proceed with this until the sensitivity was fixed with they failed to do! Proceeded then to be charged 100 pounds to have the whitening trays made and 250 pounds for a whitening gel that can be found online for less than 40 pounds for twice the amount of gel. Robery! After been taken advantage of and spending over 1000 pounds to have my teeth damaged and rushed in to whitening, I was told shouldn't take place before they fixed the sensitivity , which they didn't I am completely in shock how they can get away with taking advantage of people like this. After paying for what I thought was going to be a professional service I was met with incompetent dentistry with no care for me as a customer someone they could take money from and run. I wouldn't even be able to trust them to fix my tooth if they offered as I would fear I would end up in a worse position again. Worst experience of my life in a dentist and to think you are paying premium this is abusing your licence to practice in this field. I will never be back.

Fantastic experience: I can only highly recommend this practice. I had a painful wisdom tooth. Friendly and informative receptionists were happy to answer my questions and booked an appointment with Dr Carlos Stankiewicz. My visit was quick and ended in a fast and painless extraction. I was a bit scared of tooth removal, due to my previous traumatic experience, but friendly and smiling Dr Carlos assured me it will be easy and fast. And it was! :-) Whole visit lasted maybe 15minutes, 10 of which was Dr Carlos calming me down and giving assurances.

Fantastic experience: We are very pleased with our first dental visit at MyMedyk. The patient was our 7 year old daughter. Doctor Anna Turek-Skorska was very gentle and patient, and she was able to convince the child to cooperate by playing and using humour. During the appointment, our daughter was relaxed, laughed at her doctor's jokes, and eagerly agreed to the next visit.
