Fantastic experience: I was feeling extremely nervous and stressed about having my teeth removed. However, Ms Mahhum Raza made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. The procedure was so smooth—I didn’t even realize the teeth were out until it was over! I’m so grateful to have had Ms Mahhum; I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Fantastic experience: Have used this dental surgery for a number of years now! Not a plaice that you look forward to visiting, however, all the staff are friendly. Dr. Raza took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which helped me feel calm and informed throughout. The treatment itself was smooth and virtually pain-free. Her gentle approach and attention to detail truly stood out. The clinic staff was also welcoming and efficient, making the entire experience even better. I had routine check up . Cleaning up my teeth , taking all the X-rays referred me to take the tooth out with detailed explaining options.and reception staff are very friendly and help full . Fantastic experience: Went into the hygenist for my regular teeth clean. Was served and look after by a gentlman named ganesh and lovely lady named josefina both were very polite and considerate, and checked on me regularly to see if i was in pain or discomfort and gave me chances to take breaks as they worked on my teeth. Would recomend for anyone looking to get rid of stains and or bad breath due to hidden build up of food between the teeth

Negative experience: They removed a tooth with a small infection instead of first providing antibiotics to treat the infection to see if it would treat it or not. Wouldn’t go here again. Had my first root canal treatment but because it wasn’t completed correctly it was infected.

Fantastic experience: I want to say a big thank you to Vaneesha Patel who has been my dentist for the past 2 years. I was quite nervous when I had to change to another dentist after being Sachin Patel's patient for over 8 years which was due to him going private. However, I'm extremely happy with Vaneesha. She is very professional, courteous, always explains the treatment & so very gentle. Since being her patient I've had tooth extractions, fillings & it has been painless each time. Just recently I had a fractured front tooth & also had two fillings. One of my teeth that needed a filling was partially fractured as well. When I had a look in the mirror after treatment I was so pleased. You would have never know both teeth were fractured, especially the front one. She did an amazing job. I'm a very satisfied patient. I would highly recommend Vaneesha!! I would also like to mention that I've been a patient at this dental practice for approximately 10 years & all the receptionists are always friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: I tried calling for 40 minutes before the end time, but no one picked up. Not everyone is free to call at any time, especially when working, so it’s frustrating that I couldn’t get through. I’ve also seen other comments saying they had the same issue, so it seems like this is a recurring problem. Very disappointed with the lack of responsiveness.

Negative experience: I still feel pain in my root canal tooth 8 years after it was done because it wasn't cleaned out properly and now I have to have it extracted. Terrible dentists avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Though I have given 5starts. My son wasn't happy with the last dentist as she shouted to him. He has ASD and he finds it very difficult to cope when goes to Dentist. But my daughter was happy.

Fantastic experience: my dentist Amina Shahid Chohan is amazing i’ve always hated the dentist but she makes it so tolerable and i love seeing her, she listens to every issue and does every procedure thoroughly even if it takes time . she explains everything clearly and what’s going to be done, what you need done and how it will be done. honestly can’t recommend her enough she is the best !!!

Fantastic experience: Not a fan of the dentist due to past traumas , however today I recieved A* * hygienist appointment with Dr.Ganesh. He was very aware of my hesitation and treated me with the upmost care. He routinely checked in to make sure I was OK and explained everything he was doing. He gave me very good advise on dental hygiene moving forward. Totally recommend Ganesh. Thank you for a good experience.

Negative experience: The Female receptionist was very rude. She explained to me with high tone ,couldn't make any early appointment on any Thursday for the next two months . I don't think was this true ,she even didn't check properly . All the dentist are so friendly and caring, expect of receptionists, I never had good experiences with them.

Fantastic experience: as a clinic, the service is excellent, but they treat their patients badly. Well, my son was registered, he had been there a few times and since he was healthy, he had no reason to go and now a problem arose, his tooth started hurting, he wanted to register and it turned out that he had been deregistered, where they do that andtreat your patients as bad, he wanted to register again, it turned out that there were no places, the lady at the registration desk said and only confirmed it privately there are private places and there are no such places, sorry, registered patients should be registered already until the hangover

Fantastic experience: Dr Sarah and Anika are amazing, highly professional and comforting. I have always struggled with getting dental work done in the past with other dentists, however, Dr Sarah and Anika were brilliant in taking the time to explain procedures, providing comfort and most importantly conducting flawless dental work. I had a large amount of fillings with many of them being quite deep but it was entirely pain-free, no issue with post procedure sensitivity or complications at all which is testament to thier skill as dentists. I no longer have fear of having dental work done and the entire experience has been game changing for me. I highly recommend them!

Negative experience: This dental centre is very tricky just only making money I visited in march for root kanal he charge money and told me job done but he didn’t did after few days I again have pain today I went to dental centre first thing they are in very rush and actually he don’t want to anything he just want to kick off me soo I decide to leave centre so please gays very be careful from them he just only making money thank you

Negative experience: So, if you guys are calling till the end of time, in the hope that someone will answer your phone because they are busy with another customer/patient. Well, know this, I was calling them and was on the phone for 30 minutes, so i poped in and what do i see, the phone is off the hook and the receptionist is doing admin work whilst her phone is flashing a 'call' light. So, they want us to call to make an appointment, but how?

Fantastic experience: My hygienist Dr Ganesh and his Assistant Anika saw me a week ago. They are both amazing. I had my teeth cleaned and polished with no discomfort whatsoever. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I would also like to say my Dentist Dr Mahon and her dental nurses are also amazing as are the reception staff. I am a regular patient due to ongoing dental work. They are so empathic and gentle with my treatment. I highly recommend this Dental Surgery.

Negative experience: A tooth was left untreated with a visible hole due to lost filling. When a filling is used it is not lasting. If the work is too complex for what you pay with nhs they refer you privately for a service costing 4 times more.

Negative experience: Spoke to a Female receptionist for an emergency appointment today however very unprofessional and rather rude. I have been with this dental surgery for many years never came across a receptionist speaking to me like this. She spoke to me why am i calling for an emergency appointment in the afternoon if you have a fever it wont be for a swollen gum it coukd be another reason go to A & E. plus she also told me it's school holidays i wont get any appointments I have not replied back as i was in pain. My question is is this how vunerable patients are treated? Does it hurt to be nice? absolutely disappointed. Not surprised by the other people's comments about the receptionist being unprofessional. More training needs to be given about professionalism.

Fantastic experience: My appointment for a hygiene clean went exceptionally well with Dr Gopan and Aneeka. Absolutely no pain felt at all and Ganesh is so considerate and gentle. I felt extremely at ease and so relaxed, I was actually laughing and smiling when I left. Thank you so much

Negative experience: The receptionist was very unprofessional as I was booked in for 12pm and waited 40 minutes then I was told that they have already checked my brother when they told me that my dentist was busy with another patient and told me to wait another 5 minutes. Had a terrible experience today would not come back.

Negative experience: The receptionist demonstrated a lack of professionalism. She failed to save my registration two months ago when I filled out the registration papers, and when I wanted to book an appointment, she asked me to pay upfront for services (two weeks prior to the appointment), arguing that was their policy. I do not consider it legal to charge without providing any services. I was very disappointed. I had found another dentist.

Negative experience: i get a call at 8.18am to say my daughters app is cancelled due to a dentist illness, then i get a messege showing my app is cancelled to so all there dentist are ill today and i asked if my daughters can be done by another dentist as shes in pain but the receptionist told me another dentist will not be happy to do the other dentist work but yet my daughter can stay in pain even though i booked this appointments month ago because u cant get app with them thats only if someone picks up the phone without saying can you hold a moment and be held for 10mins if your lucky this dentist, the receptionist was very unprofessional it doesnt kill to be nice yoir working in a care sector and treating patients like this

Fantastic experience: I've been with this clinic for over 15 years and have had some lovely dentists (Shout out to Janet Awe & Sachan). I've also had a few nightmare ones. You'll know who they are as they are mentioned several times in other peoples reviews, so no need for me to engage. I had a few hiccups with this clinic during the Covid pandemic where I was moved from NHS to private because I needed emergency treatment, resulting in 2 root canals that got fixed at a hefty Private price even though I should've been charged NHS. Needless to say I had to pay as the pain was excruciating. This was rectified after the event and payments with the help of the then assistant office manager Olivia. I was allocated a new dentist Dr. Mahhum Raza. I have nothing but kind words for the way this lady works. She's professional, courteous, calm, patient and explains every procedure she is partaking with the patient. I believe her positive attitude has rubbed off on the staff, from reception to the nurses, there is clearly a change for the better in the vibe from this clinic. Fantastic experience: My daughter had a cracked tooth and the receptionist gave next day appointment. She was seen by Dr Amina Shahid Chohan. Dr Chohan was absolutely fantastic and very well trained with kids. She hid the numbing needle from my daughter as she pulled out her tooth doing a mini operation. The transition was painless and swift allowing my daughter to go to school straight after. Very impressed!
