Although my visit was part of a cosmetic plan—since I don’t have any issues with my dental health—I was once again impressed by the quality of care. The clinic is exceptionally well-equipped with the latest technology, and the staff are both friendly and highly professional. Dr. Nimi is incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and approachable. She carried out a thorough assessment and explained every step of my cosmetic plan in detail, while she took the time to answer any questions I had. I’m especially excited to try Boutique Whitening, as I’ve only had in-clinic lamp whitening before. Even though my visit was purely cosmetic, I would trust this team with any serious dental concerns without hesitation. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Heronsgate Dental & Facial for about 6 months. Dr Keya and the team are absolutely fantastic. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable staff, and state of the art facilities. Everyone is friendly and I am always seen on time. It can be quite daunting going to the dentist but the team really put me at ease. As an Invisalign patient, the process has been straightforward and I will complete my treatment next month. The app that Dr Keya has invested in for patients is a great way to track your progress, manage the time you are not wearing the aligners, and communicate with your doctor. They are also a family friendly dental practice and I look forward to taking my son there soon. Thank you everyone!

Fantastic experience: WONDERFUL HYGIENIST AND DENTIST I'm a GP with a dental phobia, due to bad dentistry experiences as a child and then an unfortunate incident during a wisdom tooth extraction as a young adult. So I look forward to dental appointments about as much as a condemned prisoner awaiting execution. But three times within the last eight days, Heronsgate Dental has been dentally delightful... Last Thursday Dentist Nimi was very sympathetic when assessing me and putting together a treatment plan. So this week on Monday I had a superb experience at the hygienist with their amazing water-fuelled plaque-blasting tool. So great! Then today Nimi did an incredible job of redoing two very large fillings. She used amazing mint-flavoured gum-numbing cream, heated the anaesthetic, and was incredibly patient. I hardly felt it at all. At all three appointment, the assisting nurses were fabulous - even holding my hand. The reception staff were extremely professional and welcoming. The premises are superbly clean and well decorated. And the equipment and clinical hygiene standards are superb. 11/10 service! THANK YOU SO MUCH from this fellow healthcare professional!

Negative experience: I had an appointment on the 25th of March with Dr Nimi and although she was kind I had a terrible experience to which I left the clinic bawling my eyes out, stay away from this dental clinic!!! I believe I was pressured into booking an appointment and paying for unnecessary treatments I initially called Herongate dental on the 15/03 to ask about their dental treatments as I was in pain, I was quoted £125 for an appointment that would include the following: A comprehensive 15-point check of your gums, teeth, and bones, along with an oral cancer screening, X-rays, photographs, and a detailed treatment plan. Initially I wasn’t too happy with the pricing so I said I would call back but I kept receiving phone calls from them on the 17th, 19th and 25th along side texts on WhatsApp. They texted me again on WhatsApp on the 25th right after they had called for the 3rd time and messaged for the 2nd time to which I finally responded as I felt a bit of pressure. I had explained I wanted to check the health of my teeth as I thought I had a broken tooth and was in pain, I was again quoted the £125 and was given the checklist to the appointment above. I had highlighted a few times that I was looking for a place that made sense price wise as I did not want to spend £300 on a filling to which they did not address at all but they had assured me they would be happy to asses my issues if I booked an appointment so I did, that was my first mistake. I did not get everything I was supposed to get during the appointment, they advertised I would get a cancer screening which I did not receive during the appointment as it was not discussed of any results, I had also realised that my teeth and gums were checked along side the X-rays and photos but there wasn’t a check of my bones. During the appointment Dr Nimi said she needed additional X-rays and quoted me an extra £120 to which I asked if it was really necessary as I had already spent an unplanned £125 which was supposed to include X-rays and she had said yes, As she was basically in my mouth and had insisted on needing the X-rays I had said yes. Prior to my appointment I had advised a quite a few times that I am very concerned about the cost as l do not have a lot to spend on dental work at the moment. Again I had asked her if we really needed the X-rays as I was very sceptical and she said yes, she went ahead with the X-rays knowing that there was already quite a few issues which would cost quite a bit already. Towards the end of the appointment, Dr Nimi showed me my X-rays and photos and had said I needed more work done to fix the problems I had going on. She then quoted me £5.7k which is absurd especially when I had said I was looking for somewhere that would not cost a lot of money. There was no talk of my oral cancer screening or the health of my bones and after charging me an extra £120 she was hesitant to give me my patient plan when I asked for it. I believe I was pressured into booking the initial appointment, I paid £125 for a service I did not receive in full and a further unnecessary £120 for X-rays and photos she knew beforehand that would lead to more costs after the X-rays. Reading through a few reviews on here I see I’m not the only one who went through this, I also spoke to a friend of mine who lives quite close to the practice and had I have done it sooner I would have saved myself £245 as she had a terrible/similar experience with them too. STAY AWAY AND DONT BOOK!!!! There are hidden fees and they will charge you for anything they can find, do not call on your personal number as they will bombard you with calls and texts.

Positive experience: I am very disappointed with the service at this clinic. When my husband booked a dental cleaning over the phone, the receptionist quoted him one price, but when he arrived at the clinic, he was given a different price. The appointment time was not respected—after waiting for 45 minutes, he was informed that there was no one available to assist him. On top of that, they required full payment in advance before the appointment even took place. The receptionist who answered the phone sounded disinterested and bored, as if she was annoyed by the call. This lack of professionalism and organization is unacceptable.

Negative experience: I went to Heronsgate after seeing his wife... If you suffer mental health issues please read x Having battled mental health issues my whole life sadly my dental health suffered and I sadly left it so bad I had to go dentist out of pain a few years back. Clocktower is the dentist I went to and I informed the dentist, Dr Keya Vithani, I suffer anxiety issues. They said that's fine and was initially reassured. I also used to trust too easily and not examine information provided to me. Read the first review far below to see how happy I initially was..however...this is the update I plucked up the courage to write today: Having had I feel an ATROCIOUS encounter with Keya who provided me with a ceramic crown which broke I feel compelled to amend my review. I asked her why not use a metallic allow or at least inform me of the choices before I signed? She knew I had mental health issues and anxiety as I informed her. She then proceeded to tell me as I'm having anxiety sat on the dentist chair that "our customers prefer ceramic". Please think about that.. Then I tried to question why not..she then runs her dentist pic across my teeth and says well you do grind your teeth a lot. Do I? Wow..why did you not inform me before whilst I am paying almost 4000 in fees? Next again on initial visits. I have a cracked wisdom tooth (still not removed) and two other teeth requiring removal. I visit HER HUSBAND (on her "advice") at Heronsgate. He injects me with anaesthetic and proceeds to tell me I had TWO teeth to remove. INCORRECT. I had three..I STILL have a broken wisdom tooth he said he would remove. He then proceeds to go through the invoice whilst I'm sat on the chair and tells me oh no says here only two. I begin to cry and tell him I can't pay 500 now but happy to pay twenty month. He proceeds to say oh no it's not about the money I do a lot of charity work..anyways. Thankful to my family who gave me the confidence to rewrite this review as I hate confrontation. Receptionists and dental hygienists were WONDERFUL. I am still OWED 100 as apparently I can't ask for a refund over the phone. I visited on a Saturday and Megan a new receptionist said it is possible to do over phone. I asked for refund then but unfortunately she was unable to (not her fault). FIRST REVIEW I HAVE FIVE STARS TO INITIALLY. DESTROYED BY LOUSY AFTER CARE. I had not visited a dentist in many, many years due to anxieties and personal issues. I finally plucked up the courage and had a care plan devised following an assessment by Dr Keya Vithani at Clocktower Dental. Having root canal, three extractions and extensive dental hygeine work. It has helped me overcome my anxiety over dentistry. I feel rejuvenated and feel my confidence coming back to me out from the shadows. At every step from reception to consultation to treatment I am kept informed and reassured. Thank you so much. update: 29/07/22 just left having had an assessment by the dental hygienist Sneha Dahal. Such a lovely, positive approachable person. She thoroughly explained my issues (gum disease) and gave me excellent advice along with an outline of my treatment. At one point I lay back giggling with her and the nurse. I never expected to giggle whilst sat on a dentist chair! Once again, thank you! update 12/08/2022 spent 1.5 yours with Sneha she has really helped transform my oral health and assisted me to develop a personalised oral health routine :-) Also a big shout out to Nichol who is a wonderful, conscientious receptionist. Always smiling and vigilant to customers needs! 28/09/22 Finished my root canal treatment, the crown fits really well and looks great! Also had my chipped front cap tooth fixed and feeling more confident! Dr. Keya and her nurse Binu have such a lovely manner and are so careful and considerate. 17/12/22 went back to Sneha the hygeinist today and had a great check up really pleased to hear my oral routine is working. Once again Sneha and her dental nurse assistants made me feel so at ease. Thank you so much

Upasana , the dental nurse is amazing, she was very patient & professional.All equipment used was clean before and after. Varsha, l am sort of words , I know her almost 20years , good woman with good heart . Varsha is very friendly and caring .

Fantastic experience: THIS IS A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! I came to Heronsgate Dental & facial with the intentions of improving my smile as I had some horrible gaps in my teeth and to understand where I was going wrong as I had bleeding gums and a build up of plaque in areas even though I thought I was doing a good & regular job of brushing my teeth. Dr Nehali my Clinician saw me and said that she could have my smile sorted by closing the gaps and straightening my other teeth, (she discussed the process fully, costs & length of time) but I needed to see the hygienist as my gum health was poor. Was given new cleaning instruction (told to use electric toothbrush, teepee’s, their correct sizes & how to use them etc. how to get the back teeth & how regular to do so). I thought I did well but was semi committed and when I returned and thought the process would begin for the teeth straightening, I was told I didn’t do a good enough job with the maintenance & cleaning, and she wouldn’t begin until that was in hand. That hurt but I needed to be a big boy and face up to the commitment of the health of my gums & teeth. I returned a few months later fully committed, hygienist happy and Dr Nehali also. That was the beginning of a long road ‘You have to be patient but it’s a worthwhile journey’. If you are straightening teeth and require retainers – you must be committed to maintaining these along with your morning and evening cleaning routine as each time you eat, it’s better to clean before returning the retainers back in your month as you ideally need to wear your retainers for 22hrs of the day. My retainers changed every two weeks which helped in the slow movement and re-adjustment of my teeth. Dr Nehali worked a long with me to not only ensure I had smile I could be confident with but helped changed my mindset of my gum health and looking after my teeth (I can’t imagine not sticking to my cleaning routine now!), she helped with my bite also which needed correction. I also decided that I wanted to improve the colour of my teeth without looking like lived in Hollywood….. that in itself, you have to follow a process but I’m very happy with how that turned out. All in all, it was well over a year including my first wasted three month and personal issues that caused me not to attend the dentist at times when I needed to – However I would recommend Heronsgate Dental & facial to anyone in the area or further afield thinking of where to go. A big Thank you to Divya the ‘Dental nurse’ your role didn’t go unnoticed!!! Thank you, Varsha and all the Receptionists, for co-ordinating emails especially at the times I was not in London and arranging the appointments and the nice welcome you get when you arrive!

Fantastic experience: I saw the dentist Dr Nimi, today, she was brilliant as usual, had my teeth all cleaned perfectly. The nurse Jenisha and receptionist Kelly were also very helpful and friendly. Thanks heronsgate dentist and facial.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient in Heronsgate Dental Centre for quite some time. The staff are always friendly and nice. Today was no exception. Everybody was so professional, from the assistant Sabnam , Kelly at reception, and Dr Kancham, with her exceptional professional touch and her patience. I never felt uncomfortable. I highly recommend the Centre.
