Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to ODL for 6 months now, and every visit has been excellent. The team are not only skilled and gentle, but also takes the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you’re comfortable throughout the process. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a more involved procedure, I always feel like I’m in good hands. A special shout-out to Alli and Grace at the front desk,they are incredibly welcoming, professional, and organized. Scheduling is a breeze, and they always greet you with a smile. It makes a big difference walking into a place where you feel genuinely cared for from the moment you arrive.

Fantastic experience: I’m scared of going to the dentist. And I had to have an extraction. Not only that, but I had an abscess… To fellow dentophobes: this is the place to go. ALL of the staff are great, but Dr Daniel Altieri, the guy who did the extraction: this guy is my hero. I 100% trust this guy. He’s really sound, really calming, and his excellent assistant were not lying when they said the anaesthetic injections were the most painful bit. After that, it’s just a strange sensation and it’s all done very, very gently and painlessly. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They genuinely care about their patients. This tooth was bothering me for years and now the pain is gone. I am sincerely grateful and have lost my fear of dentists so long as it’s these guys. Thank you again.

When arriving she was also really kind and approachable. Bukola & Edna were top class, not only were they reassuring, attentive and thorough but also had great charisma. They were honest with what to expect if I got braces and advised me towards a treatment that would give me the results I was hoping for. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at ODL with Dr. Angie and the entire team. My initial check-up was very thorough and professional. Dr. Angie took the time to talk me through my x-rays and scans, explaining everything clearly and presenting me with different options and advice. I then returned for a follow-up to have two old fillings replaced, and once again, I was so impressed. The procedure was quick and comfortable, and Dr. Angie made sure I felt relaxed the entire time - I hate going to the dentist, but this visit felt completely manageable. Thank you. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to ODL Clinic near Liverpool Street Station for over 10 years, and they never disappoint! Dr. Lagu recently did a hygiene and stain removal treatment for me, and the results were amazing, my teeth look so clean and fresh! I didn’t feel any pain at all; her hands are so gentle, and she truly knows what she’s doing. The result was absolutely perfect. I also bought the teeth whitening kit and can’t wait to try it! Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for top-quality dental care.

Fantastic experience: Had a super pleasant experience with all the specialists at ODL Clinic! I'm close to finishing the first stage of my Invisalign treatment. Everyone has been incredibly nice, reassuring and professional - from the doctors, hygienists and receptionists. I feel confident they have my best interest in mind, as they've helped me choose the right plan and advised me to get a wisdom tooth extraction to ensure I won't have problems after the treatment is done. I've had a few problems with my attachments during the treatment, but they have always fitted me in for a repair within less than a week of giving them a call. Super patient, kind team! Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Not the best experience as a first time client. After being recommended, I requested the same dentist only to be given another who was quite abrasive. It would’ve been nice if this was communicated prior to arriving as I would’ve preferably rescheduled. Also, the invoice I was sent did not accurately reflect the price I was charged as I was first time client and had to pay more than expected on the day.

Negative experience: I’ve asked for an appointment and specifically mentioned composite bonding in my email (I even included a photo for them to know what to expect!) they’ve asked me to pay a deposit, I took half day unpaid work leave for this, only to have the appointment cancelled on the day because they thought the appointment would take less time than what my treatment required and they don’t have enough window time. They’ve been my dentist for years but the booking system needs to be improved and patients should be considered more careful.

Fantastic experience: Artur is my orthodontist, but he noticed an issue with my tongue coating and raised it up. After the treatment, he followed up with a separate call to remind me to keep an eye on it. It turned out that I might have simply overindulged during Christmas, resulting in severe ulcers. Fantastic experience: I got my braces at ODL, 2 years later teeth are still perfect. I am glad I met Dr. Bruna, she took care of me and my little dentist phobia with patience. I am very happy with their pricing. I felt the total overall was reasonable compared to many other clinics. Appointments were also never late which I really appreciated. Recommend!

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Dr Angie Pulido enough, I've seen her for at least 10 years and she's an excellent dentist, not only super professional, great at her job, and explains everything in detail, but a warm, caring human being, and the most gentle soul (and hands!), you'll come across. I'll always be her patient as long as she has me! I've also been seen by Dr Alex who did an excellent orthodontist job a few years back, and also took great care of me with plenty of knowledge and long life advice to give, and finally Natalia the most diligent, super meticulous and detail perfect hygienist you'll ever meet. Fantastic experience: I needed root canal done after initial consultation and necessary diagnostics. I have debilitating fear of all things dentistry. But it was necessary to have the root canal done or the other option was extraction, which I was not keen on. So I was booked in for the procedure. I was greeted pleasantly by the reception and took my seat. Almost immediately I was ushered into the treatment room. Dr Sara and the nurse were incredibly amazing. She talked to me to calm me down. The process began with local anaesthesia. And halfway through the process, I actually fell asleep. That was how calm I felt. Incredible staff. Thank you all so much. I have renewed faith in dentists.
