Negative experience: I would leave 0 stars if i could. Absolutely horrible principle dentist Keya. Just a money hungry person. You can find a better practice than this right hand to god! These reviews are not representative as she tried to push treatments that i didnt need by trying to point out non existent flaws, manipulating my perception of myself by creating insecurities about my teeth to extract more money from me. Just a cash grab and nothing else. Please avoid this practice.

Negative experience: My FIRST review is below this one for reference only. If you suffer mental health issues please read x Having battled mental health issues my whole life sadly my dental health suffered and I sadly left it so bad I had to go dentist out of pain a few years back. Clocktower is the dentist I went to and I informed the dentist, Dr Keya Vithani, I suffer anxiety issues. They said that's fine and was initially reassured. I also used to trust too easily and not examine information provided to me. Read the first review far below to see how happy I initially was..however...this is the update I plucked up the courage to write today: Having had I feel an ATROCIOUS encounter with Keya who provided me with a ceramic crown which broke I feel compelled to amend my review. I asked her why not use a metallic allow or at least inform me of the choices before I signed? She knew I had mental health issues and anxiety as I informed her. She then proceeded to tell me as I'm having anxiety sat on the dentist chair that "our customers prefer ceramic". Please think about that.. Then I tried to question why not..she then runs her dentist pic across my teeth and says well you do grind your teeth a lot. Do I? Wow..why did you not inform me before whilst I am paying almost 4000 in fees? Next again on initial visits. I have a cracked wisdom tooth (still not removed) and two other teeth requiring removal. I visit HER HUSBAND (ok her "advice") at Heronsgate. He injects me with anaesthetic and proceeds to tell me I had TWO teeth to remove. INCORRECT. I had three..I STILL have a broken wisdom tooth he said he would remove. He then proceeds to go through the invoice whilst I'm sat on the chair and tells me oh no says here only two. I begin to cry and tell him I can't pay 500 now but happy to pay twenty month. He proceeds to say oh no it's not about the money I do a lot of charity work..anyways. Thankful to my family who gave me the confidence to rewrite this review as I hate confrontation. Receptionists and dental hygienists were WONDERFUL. I am still OWED 100 as apparently I can't ask for a refund over the phone. I visited on a Saturday and Megan a new receptionist said it is possible to do over phone. I asked for refund then but unfortunately she was unable to (not her fault). FIRST REVIEW I HAVE FIVE STARS TO INITIALLY. DESTROYED BY LOUSY AFTER CARE. I had not visited a dentist in many, many years due to anxieties and personal issues. I finally plucked up the courage and had a care plan devised following an assessment by Dr Keya Vithani at Clocktower Dental. Having root canal, three extractions and extensive dental hygeine work. It has helped me overcome my anxiety over dentistry. I feel rejuvenated and feel my confidence coming back to me out from the shadows. At every step from reception to consultation to treatment I am kept informed and reassured. Thank you so much. update: 29/07/22 just left having had an assessment by the dental hygienist Sneha Dahal. Such a lovely, positive approachable person. She thoroughly explained my issues (gum disease) and gave me excellent advice along with an outline of my treatment. At one point I lay back giggling with her and the nurse. I never expected to giggle whilst sat on a dentist chair! Once again, thank you! update 12/08/2022 spent 1.5 yours with Sneha she has really helped transform my oral health and assisted me to develop a personalised oral health routine :-) Also a big shout out to Nichol who is a wonderful, conscientious receptionist. Always smiling and vigilant to customers needs! 28/09/22 Finished my root canal treatment, the crown fits really well and looks great! Also had my chipped front cap tooth fixed and feeling more confident! Dr. Keya and her nurse Binu have such a lovely manner and are so careful and considerate. 17/12/22 went back to Sneha the hygeinist today and had a great check up really pleased to hear my oral routine is working. Once again Sneha and her dental nurse assistants made me feel so at ease. Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: I had a filling replacement appointment with Dr Keya and Nurse Divya and it went really well. I was not looking forward to the appointment at all as I am not too fond of having anything done to my teeth in general but Dr Keya and Nurse Divya made me feel at ease and were very attentive to me. Positive experience: I've been going to clock Tower Dental for many years I've had several different dentists as they move on with their careers I've always been happy with the treatments i have receive there which includes deep root canal fillings, bridge work, extractions, and now at my age dentures.the problem is with some of the receptionists one from last year she was very unprofessional thankfully she is no longer working there but the latest receptionist who I had the pleasure of meeting this morning was very unprofessional and very rude so much so I ended up walking out without seeing my dentist for a receptionist to blatantly lie about a patient is unforgivable and to do it in earshot well I'm just lost for words .........maybe it would be a good idea for a bit more training in patient care and communication

Fantastic experience: Had an extra tooth on my left top side and for years hadn’t had any problems with the left top side until four years ago when I had an abscess and that was during the Covid pandemic and i had medication to easy the swelling and two weeks ago made an appointment to see the dentist dr keya and then I saw the hygienist who made me aware of a few things that needed to be done differently like instead of using the dental floss use the dental brushes to help before brushing so the tooth paste can get into areas that needs to be cleaned and Wednesday I had fillings done on my right which was just amazing, and today for the first time ever I had a tooth removed and I am scared of being awake but with the support of dentist dr keya I managed to have my tooth out this morning and I felt nothing , she was amazing ,

Fantastic experience: Took my 6 years old daughter to Clocktower Dental because one of her front milk tooth did want to come out while the new grown up came out already. The dentist was absolutely amazing in the way she handled the situation because my daughter was very afraid and didn't want to let her take the tooth out. However, after 30min of patiently and reassuring my daughter we had a success and my daughter allowed the dentist to pull the tooth out. I am so pleased with the way how everything was handled!
