Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Dr. Sayka. I went to her for a cleaning and gum treatment, and from the very first visit, I felt like I was in really good hands. She took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my teeth and gums in a way that actually made sense-no rushed conversations or confusing jargon. The treatment itself was thorough but gentle, and most importantly, it worked. My gums are healthy now, and l've made it a point to keep up with regular visits every 3 to 6 months because I trust her that much. She's professional, knowledgeable, and kind-and the whole experience, from start to finish, was as smooth and comfortable as a dental appointment can be. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about your dental health, I highly recommend Dr. Sayka.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, I needed a check up and a medical form completed for Clint approval, I was in the same day, I met the friendly staff from reception to the dentist himself, very professional with no added extra costs or unnecessary negative nonsense, strongly recommended and I will put Simply Teeth (Green Lane) forward to all friends, family, colleagues etc I was also helped with immediate corrections that was requested later from the client, thank you very much for an outstanding experience ☺️

Fantastic experience: The staff are all welcoming and professional. I came in for a check up and Dr Amandeep was able to diagnose the issue with my gums swiftly and recommended me a deep clean which I was able to book in promptly. The clean itself was quite intense but Dr Amandeep and his colleague were friendly and let me control the pace of the procedure as needed. Would recommend Simply Teeth to anyone who asked.

Fantastic experience: Thankyou so much to Dr.Sayka Ahmed who i saw after 7 years. I was a little nervous as i knew my teeth weren’t in the best shape and needed cleaning but she was so lovely and patient and gave great advice. She did an amazing job at cleaning my teeth and explaining everything that was on the X rays and made me feel very comfortable. Receptionists are so lovely and treat you well too.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency appt on a Sunday, last minute, before holiday due to very painful toothache! Root canal was needed and it was done there and then! Great customer service and very friendly and helpful staff! Would 100% recommend!

Negative experience: Clinic advertises itself as 7 days a week service. I called on a Sunday hoping for an emergency appointment. The Receptionist told me she couldn’t help me, without offering any assistance or advice on what to do next, and promptly hung up. Their team could maybe do with a bit of training on customer service?

Fantastic experience: My visit with my 94year old mum was such a pleasure and very exciting. We tried a few places beforehand and we're being charged astronomical prices as nothing was available on the nhs. Her dentist and assistant was very gentle with her and advised of the process step by step. Today at her last appointment she had her last fitting and she was over the moon. After having no dentures for 3years her smile is back and looking forward to eating proper food. I will be recommending Simply teeth to everyone I know.

Fantastic experience: I have had my invisalign done here and iam very pleased with the results and care i have received by all staff members.

Negative experience: They don't take children on the NHS so charge a private fee of £35 for an examination. They just quickly looked at the teeth and said it's all OK. I would have expected at least a clean for that £35!

They have a great specialist from canal root treatments (not easy to find a good specialist in this field nowadays) if anyone needs, I recommend going there. You can have an appointment the same day and they also work at the weekends which is great as well.

Negative experience: I had tooth extraction on 18th of December. After it dentist told me that everything is performed well and there is no fragment left behind. Sadly after checking it with other dentist we found that the root from extract tooth has been left inside even after ex-ray from simply tooth . That’s not even all my jaw bone have been badly destroyed by them so bad that now I need bone craft which will cost me 1500£ in order to save the tooth next to the extracted one . Now I’m in pain wound don’t heal properly and I have to go after heavy surgery to get it sorted. I wouldn’t recommend them even to my biggest enemy.

Negative experience: Never again, the dentist Sayka I think her name is almost killed me. I went for a filling, she said I needed a clean, probably gave me about 20 plus numbing injections in the wrong places, caused my jaws to swell and massive infection which, as I told her I was allergic to a particular antibiotic, she prescribed an antibiotic which contained the same one I was allergic too. It has taken nearly a year to recover from the effects. I am seeking legal advice as I have pictures and the box with the antibiotics she prescribed. Oh and as others have mentioned totally agree, money money money, I didn't get the filling although they did get 1,000 from me!!! Go at your peril.

Fantastic experience: Went in for complicated root canal after infection. I’ve been seen the same day. All done with minimal pain. I’m generally scared from dental work but I went out pain free and everyone was lovely. Finally reliable dentists that would not just extract everything! I’ve been told they offer financial plans as well which is awesome, everyone deserves healthy teeth.

Negative experience: Easy to get an appointment on the same day. Besides that I had a negative experience on 2 visits. I was booked with Sunny the owner who on both occasions insulted me. First commenting on how my teeth are wonky and he can file them to fix my smile, kept insisting it would look better. Secondly, on visit 2 telling me how my face is wonky too and need botox in my face to fix how wonky it is and telling me to quit my career because its damaging my teeth, kept going on about it and was very pushing with treatments just to spend more money. This man has caused me to have anxiety surrounding dentists as I've never been made to feel so insulted about my appearance when he should have been focusing on my teeth. Money grabbing man. I would not recommend

These people went above and beyond to help me.. to fitting me in between patients. No charging me for a follow up as i was in so much pain. Negative experience: Really fast and pushy service. As a private firm they don’t like to waste any time. You can barely ask questions before they hush you out of the room. Consultation appointment is literally 5 minutes. I was told I had to remove my wisdom tooth. On the day of removal it took 2 minute to remove and she told me I had to remove the other wisdom teeth too (3 left) otherwise it would cause problems. However never said what problems (because there isn’t any problems with them). All they want is money. If they can remove all the teeth in your mouth for money; they’ll probably advise it. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Oh and it’s £50 for an X-ray photo.

Fantastic experience: Sunny has been my dentist for the last 20 years. This week I went for an implant. Sunny explained everything as he went along. The procedure went well. When I got home the site started to bleed. I phoned reception and was very grateful that Sunny said 'Come back now' given that it was a Sunday and it was almost closing time. He fixed the problem and it's fine now. I wholeheartedly recommend this dental practice.

Positive experience: Laser gum treatment went well, but very high cost of I think it was £350 and I was in there for 15 minutes. Also, suggested I should have the top layers of a tooth shaved down but didn't advise this would then leave me with issues with the tooth and sensitivity, it was only when I asked if this would be the case, I was advised it would be. If a superficial treatment will cause bigger issues, this needs to be advised upfront.

Fantastic experience: Initially had an emergency appointment for a very painful abcess and was greated warmly by the receptionist and dealt quickly and efficiently I have now stayed and had several amounts of work on my teeth and would highly recommend them. I’m currently getting my second root canal done with them, and all has gone even better than I could have imagined! As someone who’s spent yearssss avoiding ‘The Dentist’ (due to previous negative encounters at my OLD dental practice), I’ve got to say, I’ve never felt so calm coming in for an appointment before. Just knowing that these professionals not only care for the health of your teeth, but also care about your happiness and comfort you receive from the result of their dental work. I’ve recommended Simply Teeth to all my friends who are seeking dental treatment. Absolutely love the 7 day a week availability -which is great for someone who works weekdays- and love the staff even more! Always greeted with nothing but smiles, and with the practice being a quick call/text away, you genuinely feel like you’re being taken care of even after your appointment.

Negative experience: This is the biggest scam of a dentist. I have been going here consistently for a year and a half and have done £1000 pound worth of treatments. I called in for a clean today and they had the cheek to tell me I have to pay £50 plus the cleaning fee given it’s been 6 months since my last check up. No dentist should mandate this especially to customers who have had a track record of actually getting treatments done and since when did you need to see the dentist every 6 months ?. They don’t care about patient health all they care about is money and that’s why that’s the first thing they always ask for. Receptionists are trained to do the same and always rude over the phone asking for money. My advice is to find somewhere else. I also got a treatment done and 3 months later they made me get the same treatment just saying oh it didn’t work taking another £300 for it. This place needs to be shut down and learn some manners.

Fantastic experience: It’s been a while since I visited the dentist. Life just gets busy but I am so glad I did. I am a new patient at Simply Teeth. I joined after reading the amazing reviews on Google but this place is more than their great reviews. The staff do go above and beyond and patients are treated well. I was treated with care and respect from entering to exiting the building. On entering, I was greeted by two lovely young women Simran and Danielle. They make you feel at home straight away even though they were clearly very busy. My dentist, Aman put me at ease whilst taking notes of my medical history. I was anxious and both he and nurse Ieva noticed this. They both chatted with me while preparing me for my tooth extraction. I was given the option to have a root canal but my molar was very badly damaged. I had mild pain afterwards and hardly any pain on my second day. Aman guided me through my X ray photos and explained my treatment plan. I will be going back once my gum has healed. I would highly recommend Simply Teeth to anyone who is looking for a good and affordable dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had a last minute appointment at Simply Teeth today. Excellent service at front desk and Dr Hunjan was brilliant. He explained what was wrong and what I needed to do. I was also given a detailed treatment plan. They also have a price plan if you can’t pay upfront, which is great! Definitely recommend this place.

More generally, all of the staff have been incredibly friendly and have made going to the dentist a very nice experience, even for people like myself who sometimes find it a little bit daunting.
