Fantastic experience: Dr Seun Alayande did my initial exam and subsequent fillings. He’s very trustworthy, professional and diligent. When I received the initial cost estimation I was concerned, so I got a second and third opinion and was shocked to find that whilst the cost was lower neither dentist had any bedside manner. Personally I’d rather pay a bit more (with the help of 0% finance) and trust the dentist doing the work! Seun was always very reassuring and personable which made such a difference to put my mind at ease about dental work I was nervous to have. I would happily recommend this practice and Seun to someone looking for a dentist.

Negative experience: The dentists are very good there. Truly. Some better then others, but overall all seem to be good. However, the receptionist in particular, I feel like I keep getting micro-aggressions from her each time I go there. It makes me uncomfortable. The star I did put are manly for the last dentist who saw me, I would give them 5 stars, without the strange feeling I get whenever I speak to the receptionist.

Positive experience: Have seen lots of different dentists here (for teeth clean, braces tightening, general check etc). Dentists have always been very thorough and clear about the process. Feel confident am in safe hands. Receptionist at Forest Hill is very patient and always gets back to you quickly regarding any queries. Only reason it's not 5 stars is that it wasn't clear initially that for braces I would mainly need to go to the Dulwich clinic, as Forest Hill clinic was chosen by me for ease of access.

Positive experience: Had to wait 20min past my appointment time, not helpful with a toddler. But once in the dentist was excellent. Overheard the receptionist double charging a client, and instead of giving a refund, she said the next treatment with hygienist would be free. I don't feel that was the right thing to do.

Fantastic experience: As someone who was TERRIFIED ! Of the dentist and having not been to one for years and knew I would need a lot of work I was skeptical but honestly I’ve been so impressed with this dentist. I no longer fear going. To the dentist. I needed a lot of work ; multiplying le tooth extractions, multiple fillings root canals ect and I’ve had most of it done and never any pain ! Jaya my dentist and her assistant Kayla are so kind! I used to feel judged by my old dentist because of the state of my teeth but jaya never made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed she helped me feel really supported. I actually for once in my life feel like I can sort the issues out with my teeth and have a healthy mouth. I’m so happy I joined this dentist honestly the difference it makes to have a healthy mouth means a lot to me. The receptionist is always smiling and helpful too !

Fantastic experience: Today I visited the surgery after several years as I didn’t have and usually really nervous. However I was seen by Seun. This dentist was amazing, friendly and professional, he explained in detail my options and how and why. He was so so patient as I asked questions. I felt comfortable and confident in his presence which is important to me when having any treatment delivered and paying for the end result. Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Dulwich Dental Beauty for our daughter’s orthodontic work. I would highly recommend them for your child if they require orthodontic work but do not qualify for NHS treatment. They offer a payment plan which is really helpful to spread the cost, if needed. The staff are always nice and friendly. More generally, they are a brilliant for all your family’s dental needs!

Fantastic experience: Could not ask to be registered at a nicer dental practice than this one. Everybody I have had the pleasure of talking to from receptionist to dental hygienist have been nothing but polite and professional.
