Fantastic experience: I always feel at ease when at rooted, everyone is so kind and welcoming and the practice is modern and beautifully decorated. My dentist Chloe is so patient and explains everything so you know what to expect. I don't like injections and I never felt anything when the anaesthetic was being administered. Highly recommend this practice, even for nervous patients (which I was before I came to Rooted).

Fantastic experience: I called the surgery and spoke to Craig who was most helpful. He managed to get me a slot the same day , I had what i thought was a painful abscess, turned out to be a gum infection. After a quick x-ray and a clean up I was issued a prescription and happily went on my way. I must say that the process from start to finish was flawless , I don't know why I'm surprised, maybe we don't expect great service nowadays . Well done you guys.

On arriving at the Practice I received the usual warm greeting from Craig on reception. After my scary experiences as a schoolboy visiting the dentist many years ago it’s good to learn that you can be treated with care, patience and sympathy during dental appointments. The practice itself is stunning with very modern decor (my 10yo daughter commented on how lovely it was). Thanks again to our lovely dentist Ragan for making my little boy feel so comfortable during his appointments as he can get a little nervous. We highly recommend to anyone looking to move dentists!

Fantastic experience: Attended last week for a planned appointment that ended up with a molar extraction, I was extremely nervous and anxious but both Ragan and the nursing assistant with her were very patient and did their best to put me at ease. I have one wee thing I’d like to mention though. Appointments rarely run on time (most likely because of emergencies) however as an extremely anxious patient, this makes things much worse, it’d be slightly less stressful to be taken on time. Might be worth trying to factor this in for more anxious patients if possible.

Fantastic experience: Was struggling to find a NHS dentist in my hometown, phoned rooted at the end of December and was an NHS patient by the middle of January. Everyone at rooted have been lovely I can't fault my treatment it's been fantastic I would and have highly recommended rooted to other people in my area in the same situation. Definitely worth the travel.

Fantastic experience: Can't fault Rooted Dental - the team are friendly and welcoming, the service efficient and the prices very reasonable. Both my husband and I have been unfortunate enough to require short notice/emergency appointments are were accommodated quickly. Our dentist, Ragan, is lovely and ever so patient with us 2 nervous adults and our 7 year old son.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to Rooted Dental for routine appointments, and Invisalign. TL;DR: Great dentist, efficient and friendly. The routine appointments went well, the dentist made me feel comfortable and kept me informed as to the work I was getting done. It was carried out quickly and efficiently. The Invisalign appointments I have had were great. It started with an initial consultation where they explained to me the process, costing, and then followed by a scan of my teeth. Follow ups were quick, and they were always open to answering questions. I had my attachments installed and my first 2 trays, I felt prepared to deal with the new way of doing things and I’m confident that I could ring in if I have any questions or problems.

Fantastic experience: Wow! I have just had a back wisdom tooth removed and was very nervous going in having heard horror stories of removal of wisdoms. I have to say Neil the dentist was absolutely amazing put me at ease and removed the tooth with no trouble at all. The 2 nurses with Neil today couldn’t have been nicer and calming big shout to them also.My usual dentist here is Chloe and she is lovely too. Brilliant practice full of wonderful staff. Would definitely recommend!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: My 2nd visit Paul and once again was made to feel relaxed and comfortable. Would highly recommend his professional attitude and very excited about getting my new set of teeth although due to my hard of hearing thought the price 480 was £4.80 the poor receptionist laughed when I gave her £20, and replied with 4 hundreds and 80 pounds Roy, I do love a bit of banter thank you for making my visit so enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist! After managing a bridge for my front tooth for 14yrs it was finally time to get it sorted permanently with an implant. Neil and his team were exceptional in the work they delivered. Not only do I have my smile back and it looks great but the way in which he would talk me through the different stages massively alleviated my anxiety about it all. From the reception staff to the treatment rooms Rooted Dental is an extremely friendly and professionally ran business that I would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I recently begun a course of dental treatment with Rooted Dental and I couldn’t be happier with my results so far. The customer service has been excellent and the staff are both helpful and welcoming. I was assigned Ragan as my dentist and right from my first visit she was able to put together a treatment plan that was tailored to me perfectly. My case was complex with historic dental issues which had put me off seeking treatment sooner, but any fears or doubts I had were immediately addressed by Ragan - and my mind was put firmly at ease. She went above and beyond to meet my timescales and having now had some substantial work done, I can happily say the results are beyond what I could have hoped for - I can’t recommend Rooted Dental highly enough.

Fantastic experience: These guys were recommended by my Dad who thought they were great. Specifically recommended Neil. I had to have some work done including root canal and a wisdom tooth removal. (Not fun) however. I was shocked that the first appointment for root cancel took only 10min, pain free and Neil couldn’t have been better. an absolute pro. The following appointment was just as smooth and I could not recommend these guys highly enough. Was worth the drive from Glasgow to use them. 5 ⭐️ Thank you Neil!

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment here this week after being at the same dentist for the last 16 years, so I didn't know what to expect being used to one dental practice, but I was absolutely not disappointed. The waiting areas and reception are nice and bright and welcoming, all of the staff were extremely friendly and professional. The hygienist appointment was very thorough (even when my 3 month old started getting a bit vocal the girls were great in speaking over to her and not rushing the procedure with me!). I'm glad I went with Rooted as my new dentist, I'll be recommending to everyone!

Fantastic experience: We moved to Rooted after our 5 year old wasn’t taken on in our previous practice. We are very impressed with Rooted. The decor is bright and welcoming and not all sterile or clinical seeming. I’ve had an ongoing issue for which they’ve given me an on the day appointment 3 times. They’re wonderful with my 5 year old and my husband is very happy with them aswell. Would absolutely recommend as dentists to suit the whole family
