Fantastic experience: Following my previous experience, my daughters tooth again got knocked out. This time was a completely different experience. She got seen the following day and the tooth was fixed then and there. She left so happy and full of confidence.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this practice for over 30 years. I now live in Swansea but travel back to Bushey for appointments as it is so good. My appointment last Thursday with Ariella Wulwick was an enjoyable experience with all the procedures explained fully and expertly. This is a practice that I would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist practice for over 20 years I've seen it turn from an old historic dentist too a stunning modern and beautifully presented dentist surgery. The new office staff are friendly and professional. I've had great dentists and some not so good ones. I've had Ariella Wulwick as my dentist for a while and she is one of the best, always smiling and a skilled professional with a caring attitude I always feel perfectly comfortable and safe when sitting in the chair and have no problem with her fingers being in my mouth. All in all a class A dentist surgery.

Fantastic experience: After breaking a tooth at the weekend, I contacted the surgery to request an emergency appointment. The reception staff were really helpful and managed to get me an appointment with my own dentist, Ariella. I was expecting maybe a temporary repair and a follow up appointment but Ariella completed a permanent repair, to perfection. Job done.

Fantastic experience: I had an early appointment today with Dr Jay Suresh and unfortunately I was late due to excessive traffic on the motorway. I phoned to inform them and they told me not to worry as they would swap appointments and fit me in which was great as I thought I would have to reschedule. Dr Suresh is one of the gentlest dentist during examinations and dental procedures and always explains his findings. The practice has changed hands since I first became a patient and I couldn’t be happier with their services

Fantastic experience: Not Rosemary but Alan Ruston; seen 14 November at 2.15pm. The dentist started on root canal work which was quickly and excellent done, now with a temporary crown. This is the third time I've seen Dr Warwick, and has always been very good.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ragh attempted to make a temporary tooth to replace my missing tooth near the top front. But alas it never stuck . So I will try and get a new appointment earlier than 3 weeks time. As she said I should get one soon as possible. Good try. I recently had my post crown put in. Raj my dentist did a good job. She and her assistant made me feel at home. I have been coming here for about 50 years and will continue.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist was most helpful and accommodating when I phoned yesterday and asked for an emergency appointment. I was found a slot in Dr Chohan's busy schedule today. Once again I had superb treatment from the excellent Dr Chohan. I cannot fault this dental practice at which I am so fortunate to be a patient.

Positive experience: Dr Monil is a wonderful dentist and so patient with kids. My son goes happily for every visit. I only give 4 star, as on one occasion my son was asleep in the car and I asked the reception team to cancel or delay our appointment and they refused and mentioned if this happens they will remove us from NHS patient. I believed this was abit harsh as I checked with my friend who is a dentist and she said normally this happens on second round of cancellation. I guess the reception team could be abit more accommodating. Other than this experience, we love everything about this surgery.

Fantastic experience: Have been with this dental practice since the 1970's and have always been delighted with the treatment I have received. Today, Neha the hygienist and Shilpi the dentist were polite and friendly and explained my treatment carefully. In the past, whenever any urgent dental treatment has been required, I have never had to wait long for an appointment.

My wife in particular underwent an extraction which was processed with maximum care and attention completely allaying her fears. Positive experience: Very friendly and professional. The treatment was explained well to me. Spotlessly clean, modern practice in an old building. I noticed they had a ramp by the front door that could be put out if someone needed it, however the toilet was a very small space and would not be suitable for a wheelchair.

Positive experience: I hadn't visited the hygienist for years, so I wasn't looking forward to the necessary evil. Sinjita did a very thorough job and advised me how to be more effective in my oral hygiene using an interdent brushes. I definitely will be back in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of this practice since I first came to Bushey over 30 years ago. Originally Mr Luck was my regular dentist and I always had excellent service. Now the management has changed hands and become much more bureaucratic. The dentists and associated nurses are excellent and this has always been my experience with this practice although I have had a number of different dentists over recent years. The administration is less kind and less patient centred. The forms that seem to dominate the booking process are a burden. Payments are immediately processed, often well in advance of treatments. I’d particularly like to commend the dentists that I have seen recently (Dear Ariella and Dr Sunil) both of whom have provided an excellent level of care.

Fantastic experience: Rahul is one of the most dedicated, enthusiastic and customer centric medical professionals I have experienced. The depth and clarity of his explanations on the treatment options for myself as well as his aftercare advice was excellent. It vividly gives the impression to me he really cares for the wellbeing of his patients. As long as I continue to live locally, this practice will be my first choice and I will ask for Rahul whenever the option is available.

Fantastic experience: I came in with a tooth infection, after a quick examination I was offered to take away the pain immediately which I took up, after an initial pain for a couple of minutes it eased and stopped. Then a couple of days later I had the tooth removed which if I wanted to stop at any point I could and explain everything what has going to happen. The way they use the technology is very good it is not what I have been used to. At the first visit with Dt Ariella we came up with a plan of action .

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Bushey Dental Surgery ever since I moved to the area in 1983. I've had a lot of different treatments during that time. Apart from many fillings, I've had root canal treatment, extractions and more recently have had a new denture made. After having treatment from Mr Luck for 30+ years I am now very happy to have Dr. Shilpi Rattan looking after my teeth. I'm also very happy with my hygienist Neha Thakker. The receptionists and dentists are all very welcoming and help to provide a calm and relaxed atmosphere. I have already recommended the practice to someone who is new to the area and having had a bad experience in the past is very nervous about finding a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been afraid of the dentist since I was a child and had a horrible experience with a tooth broken in half and the dentist (different practice obviously) who fixed it was a butcher, Now I see neera who is without a doubt the best dentist I've ever seen, and over the years I have been with plenty.she is so friendly and always puts me at ease. Fantastic experience: Brief six month check up. No treatment needed. I have been coming here 30+ years. Originally with Mr Luck as a new procedure, was put to sleep for treatment. Thus stopped after a few years but I fully trusted him and he looked after me for many years. Things changed after covid. I now see a lady dentist, Raj I think that’s spelt right. She is lovely. My husband has been coming to this surgery 74 years, since he had his first check up at 4 years old! 15.3.24 Lost two fillings! One replaced. Ref to Blue Cross due to health problems. Dr Raj lovely as always and very professional. Everybody there are really nice. Huge filling today. Everybody lovely Stephen having tooth out and new dentures! Raj was lovely as always 6 month check up. Two fillings that were lost were replaced . Lovely job. Lovely people! 5* as usual.

She did a thorough check and we discussed my teeth/hygiene in detail. She was honest, understanding and there was no communication to sell or convince me that cosmetic dentistry was essential or something I could consider. This was so refreshing in comparison to previous experiences elsewhere. So pleased I've moved here. Felt I was in trusted hands. Have already recommended to my family.

Fantastic experience: Have first registered with the surgery in 1982 and returned in 1991 (after having a "stint" in Germany) I have been happy with the treatments for myself and our children. However, the cost of seeing the hygienist made me go elsewhere for that treatment. I needed a quote for a procedure and was given a thorough exam and a comprehensive quote for the work that needs doing. Very friendly and kind treatment so far and I will make an appointment soon for the treatment. Not sure about the admin forms before each visit Have now been back for the treatment and could not be happier! Fantastic experience: Dr Rajveer Sangha is very understanding of any fears you have going to Dentist. John was nervous having an extraction yesterday and she help put his mind at ease having it done. I had a filling and very gentle doing the treatment.

Each have been knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. They all take their time and make you feel comfortable. The waiting area is relaxing and reception staff are friendly. Fantastic experience: Visited with the hygienist, and for what it is she made it a really pleasant experience. Both the hygienist & her assistant are friendly, putting you at ease from the start. I then noticed she had wonderful calming music, almost as though I was heading for a spa treatment. Overall it was fantastic definitely makes the experience a whole lot nicer.
