Fantastic experience: After a routine check up my teeth are great I started going to manor park as a child, then moved away from the area. Came back many years later lucky to get a NHS adult space. The service is excellent, reception staff very helpful and nice, reminders sent by e mail and text moving to my current dentist, which was due to my regular dentist leaving I have had a great experience. Needed some serious work few years back. Which was carried out excellently. Total trust great team

Fantastic experience: The dentist ( Milan) was very professional, he put me at ease ( who likes dentists ?) and explained the treatments available along with the costs. The anaesthetic injection was painless as was the treatment. I was expecting some pain afterwards but had no such occurrence. I would highly recommend Milan for any dental work.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment on their website and paid in advance. I was called exactly 30 minutes before the appointment, after I’d set off from home, to be told my appointment was cancelled. I was given a list of excuses, none of which sounded acceptable. This is my first and last experience with this dental practice. Incredibly disappointing and a waste of time.

Fantastic experience: I had been thinking about having my teeth straightened for a number of years but was always reluctant as I was unsure of the process, concerned about the cost, my appearance during etc. After speaking with Dr Tahir Zaidi he was able to confidently talk me through the process and provide reassurance. He provided lots of information relating to two options I had which were using Invisalign or 32 co. He spoke to me about the process with each company including costs etc. He advised that a payment plan was also available which could assist with spreading out the cost. With the information provided to me I made the decision to go with Invisalign. Dr Tahir has been very reassuring throughout me making this decision and I feel so much more confident moving forward as I genuinely believe that he cares. I started the treatment yesterday which should hopefully last 9-12 months. So far I have received fantastic care and I am looking forward to seeing the progress

Fantastic experience: I’ve almost completed a course of Invisalign straightening with Dr Tahir. My teeth are now in the correct position and have been whitened as well. I am absolutely delighted. Dr Tahir has been brilliant and I have felt utterly confident in his hands. He has taken enormous trouble to inform me about the treatment and my progress. Whilst it is an unavoidably uncomfortable process at times, it was far better than I anticipated. I would certainly recommend it, and Dr Tahir.

I am a nervous patient but Tahir always manages to calm my anxiety. He is extremely professional and explains what any treatment involves. Positive experience: Staff members had issues which should have been discussed professionally & not in front of patients. There wasn’t a dental nurse to assist my dentist which wasn’t good.

Fantastic experience: I had a hygienist appointment with Charlotte Field. I’d not been to her before and must say that she was excellent, my teeth look amazing, so clean. She removed all the plaque and a lot of staining. Can’t see a trace of it. Very impressed, I shall go to her in future.

Fantastic experience: Jay Desai is the best dentist that I have had since moving to Croydon in 1998. He is so friendly and helpful, and always totally honest in explaining what is going on with my teeth and gums. At a recent appointment he also spent time coaching me in the use of very fine inter-dental brushes to clean the very tight and difficult to access gaps between some of my teeth. This has made a huge difference and I am very grateful to him for it!

Fantastic experience: Dr Milan and his nurse Anna, both have an amazing bedside manner, very polite and reassuring. They work well together from my observation. I have had a Rootcanal treatment done by Dr Milan, and the tooth rebuilt (it was broken before the RCT) the reconstruction of the tooth was unbelievable, I am so pleased with it. 5 star service all round. Reception team are also always helpful and polite.

Negative experience: Disappointed with the dentist. Attended an emergency appt. on Monday with severe pain. After an x ray, dentist said she would refer me to a hospital, as because of my medication, they didn't have the facilities, if my blood wouldn't clot. Said she would mark the referral URGENT. On rechecking with the practise on Tuesday, discovered that the referral was going to be sent on Wednesday, despite being told it was URGENT. This delay has meant I have had to have 3 extra days of acute pain, and painfully eating mushy food. On reflection, was surprised no pain killers were subscribed.

Fantastic experience: Review of Dentist It had been many years since my last visit to a dentist; I had previously attended for regular check-ups and fillings etc, but coinciding with what became a very busy work period for me and I assume the closure of my regular dental practice I had a gap of possibly some 20 years without any pain or problem since I last had even a check-up. My daughter said that she had seen that Manor Park Surgery in West Wickham had some vacancies for new NHS patients. I went along and discovered two friendly and helpful ladies on the front desk who arranged an appointment a few days hence. My first appointment was a thorough examination and a verbal report listing the proposed treatment which included several fillings and a couple of extractions. A personal benefit was to watch the live scanning showing areas of tooth decay and potential gum disease with commentary and explanation from the dentist A week later I was back in the chair and treatment commenced. The whole operation began with an injection which was carried out in a friendly, helpful, relaxed atmosphere and attitude throughout. I noted that modern dental drills were much improved with none of that grinding vibration to which I had not been looking forward. Easy atmosphere, friendly, thorough, relaxed and helpful with the injections and modern drills so much better than those I had previously remembered. Currently, all decay has been removed and the teeth filled. My next appointment will deal with the extractions.

Negative experience: Hi. Very poor service. First filling fall next morning. The dentist who did it never even attempted to use the dentist machine to cleared the broken teeth! Few days after another dentist put a temporary filling ( I am still puzzled why) and it fall even quicker. I don't want to mention the names of those dentist but for me is not acceptable. Need to find another practice.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care provided by the dentist. He spoke to my son & daughter a few minutes about their diet & oral hygiene prior to starting the check-up. During the check-up he clearly explained each step & the health of the teeth & how to maintain good oral hygiene. My daughter appeared to be a little worried about her check-up & he set her mind to rest by spraying the air tool on her hand prior to using it & explaining the procedure wouldn’t be hurting. Fantastic experience: Not having the best history of going to the dentist, and previous visits to a dentist in my home town I was apprehensive of ever going back to a dentist. But during COVID I snapped a front tooth, unable to find an NHS dentist I gave up, until a friend recommended Manor Park. Apprehensively I got in touch and was able to sign as an NHS patient, Milan was assigned to me and I don’t know why I had apprehension, non-judgmental, encouraging and all round nice guy, even though my mouth is a state I’m treated just like another patient, respectfully and courteously. Can’t believe my luck in find such a great dental practise, looking forward to having a smile on my face again. Can’t recommend enough.
