Fantastic experience: I have a problem with my stomach as I have Cron's disease and I needed urgent gastroscopy. I found this Clinic online and they arranged everything very fast and I have the gastroscopy and what was wrong , also received a prescription for medication. The price was affordable compared to the prices in private Hospitals. Doctor Antanas Mickevicius was brilliant in everything he did for me from first to the last minute with him and the assisting nurse Olga Andrew. If someone needs urgent gastroenterologist this is the place where he can have fast appointment and treatment for the upper digestive system.

Negative experience: Very mixed experience: first we were seen by a dentist who did a superficial exam and hardly explained anything at all, and did not put her name on any paperwork (just T Violeta); today we were seen by a young dentist (a guy) who did a proper examination and a proper treatment plan. So it very much depends on whom you see.

Negative experience: I just want to highlight one thing: if you call a patient back after an analysis to check them again, please make it clear from the start that this consultation is chargeable. Do not call people for a consultation and then later inform them that they have to pay. This is unprofessional for a doctor to do. If you claim to be professional, then charging should also be done professionally. I will never use your services again. Today, I was once again convinced of this. Thank you, and I hope this serves as a lesson for you to communicate with patients properly from the very beginning. Have a great day, and may you flourish.

Negative experience: This clinic do not deserve even a star review,was a joke the whole appointment. I phone a few days before to tell them that I have a constant sound on left ear ,which is probably tinnitus,and they told to come for treatment. Once I get there ,I been instructed to go through GP ,but of course I have been charged a full 150£ price for literally nothing. Don’t waste your money there .

Fantastic experience: 3 weeks ago I had a minor surgery in this clinic. I was very impressed by the professionalism and amazing customer service I had received in this private clinic. I do agree, the prices are quite high. But if you need something urgent and a team you can trust, this is definitely the right place you have to come and ask for help. Negative experience: I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I went here here to get a full abdominal ultrasound, but they have not done one to the kidneys or CBD. When I asked the doctor he said that this was done and she wouldnt have to worry. And then a week later I had an appointment with the NHS, where i was told there was sludge in my CBD. And for kidneys, the doctor hasnt turned me on the side to check them as they normally would. This was a waste of £250.

Negative experience: This place is a Joke. A very expensive joke. Paid first time 150 for a prescription. Ok, fair enough full checks have been done and got a referral form for MRI. Second time, £200.00, for a prescription... I do not recommend at all.

Negative experience: Adelina Krasteva is unprofessional. Came to have a dermatology consultation as I had some concerns. First of all she didn’t wash her hands, went straight to touch my face but I told her that I don’t think she washed her hands, she moved and didn’t say anything. Then she didn’t say anything precise in terms of my skin. She combined all my 4 guesses that I googled about and said we gonna treat all of them. When I asked if there is a way to get more precise info she said the only way is to do so is by doing biopsy, but she said I’m not gonna like it as she gonna leave a scar my face. I was like ok, then let’s do creams (she mentioned to me those earlier) Apparently she was gonna prescribe pills and a cream, but she never mentioned any pills, I did state that I have stomach ulcer but she didn’t pay attention to that, I also stated this in the form they asked to me to fill up but she continued with pills, when I asked what are the consequences, how bad are these pills she looked at me with a smile and said let’s go. I thought we are going to talk to somebody else but no. She KICKED ME OUT. I was so confused, but apparently that happened because I asked to many questions she didn’t wanna answer then but I think I was entitled to ask those questions as it’s related to my health. AVOID HER! Reception girls are nice!

Negative experience: Extremely rude romanian speaking receptionist that I was communicating the whole time. Completely do not know how to speak with clients - raise voice and argue. I do not understand how these kind of people can work in reception. Not worth 1 star- I would put 0 star if I could. I liked doctors there but because of this receptionist will never come back and will not recommend anyone.

Negative experience: SCAMMERS - I've been a frequent visitor to this clinic and have always had positive experiences. Doctor Gintaute has consistently provided excellent care for my children, and I deeply appreciate her professionalism and expertise. Recently, my youngest child has been unwell, prompting me to schedule an appointment with Doctor Gintaute again. When I called last week to arrange the appointment, I was given a Sunday time slot and informed that a £20.00 deposit was required to secure it. I was assured that I could reschedule with 24 hours' notice if needed. Unfortunately, I didn't have my card with me at the time and explained that I would call back later. The following day, I provided my card details over the phone to the receptionist. However, without any explanation, my card was charged, and I was told that the deposit was actually £50.00 and non-refundable, contrary to what I had been initially told. This was frustrating, as I had believed the deposit was only £20.00 and that changes could be made if necessary. When I requested to cancel my appointment due to this misunderstanding, I was told it wasn't possible because my card had already been charged. Even after requesting to void the payment, I was informed it couldn't be done. I was then passed to another receptionist, who claimed she never mentioned a £20.00 deposit, leading to some confusion. Fair enough.. I may have misunderstood... Despite this, I reiterated that I was told changes could be made to the appointment if needed. I was advised to send my account details via text for the refund, which I promptly did. However, after several days passed with no refund, I called the clinic to inquire. I was informed that the refund hadn't been processed yet and might take some time. In light of this delay, I agreed to keep my appointment as scheduled. To my surprise, I later received an email stating that my appointment had been cancelled. Seriously??? How???When I reached out again to inquire about my refund, I received no response. Unfortunately, as of now, neither the refund nor the appointment has been resolved. While I have no issues with the doctors themselves, I believe there is a need for improved training and consistency among the receptionists. Very poor customer service..

Negative experience: 1 star because of the reception lady ( the brunette lady ). They don’t greet people and more than that if you ask a simple question they seem very bothered and the answer will come very unpleasant with rolling eyes, and bad facial expressions, making us very uncomfortable. The same feeling I had in the morning when I called to book the appointment and now once arrived at the clinic I was received in the same way : no manners, no greetings and very bothered to answer normal questions. The day was saved by Doctor Manea, who treated my daughter today with professionalism and care, being the only reason why I will consider coming back when needed.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the clinic services, and with the unprofesional staff, I called for an appointment for an ultrasound, saying I was pregnant, the nurse or receptionist did not specify that ultrasounds are done up to 12 weeks in that clinic, I paid the advance, and when I got there, I realized that the ultrasound cannot be performed because my pregnancy is quite advanced, but he didn't specify this on the phone. You should update all the necessary information on the clinic website, you are not able to train the staff on all aspects related to appointments, deeply disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had a gastroscopy with dr. gastroenterolog dr. Jurate and the nurse Petya. There were amazing, very kind and professional. They found out immediately the problem and got treatment. All the advices were told in a very appropriate and friendly way. I highly recommend the services by this clinic. Is second time when we go. First I went with my daughter, she was 2 months old only, and the NHS didn't help and do nothing saying is too small, but a pediatric doctor helped us and in couple of days she was very good . Highly recommend both for adults, and children. Thank you.

Negative experience: Had my girlfriend visit for hair loss. Doctor didn’t even bother trying to check scalp with microscope. Told to keep drinking vitamins. When we visited other clinic she showed us what is wrong and only vitamins will not help. Not recommending anyone coming here for any issues about hair.

Negative experience: I have been using medical clinic Few times for different reasons, mostly Dentist. Always had a good service up to today seeing the dentist. Very much unprofessional dentist and rude not doing her job to the clients desire and I find her very rude and just keeps talking and not hearing my concern. I suggest the dentist to change perfection and let someone else do that job better than her, and I also suggest the management to change their dentist , as it would benefit the business more….

Fantastic experience: Well I red some of the reviews and some are not nice. In our situation we went with our daughter to see Dr Antanas Michevicius and was all good. He really done a nice job with removing my daughter‘a nail with much professionalism. The entire procedure was explained step by step while doing the procedure. So I would say it was a positive experience. As of the staff from the reception they were normal east European, with the eat European mentality, so there is no surprise there. Maybe NHS is more friendlier but I feel they lack in professionalism (or afraid of mistreatment of a patient, reason why why they offer paracetamol to almost any medical problem).

Fantastic experience: I’ve had great experience at this clinic. First, i arrived there earlier than my appointment and they accepted me kindly. The doctors that worked with me (Petya and Dr. Antanas) were very caring and made my experience easier, having the gastroscopy. I recommend this place if you need urgent help for your health. The NHS didn’t do anything when i spoke with them about my stomach problem and I’m still waiting for my scan ‍♀️

Negative experience: I when there with my 3-year-old daughter for a check-up and was advised to do a blood test. The nurse tried 2 times but her hands were shaking and couldn't do it saying that she move... I mention that I keep tight my daughter ,no movement!!! Instead to use a syringe to draw blood she uses the same way as the adult: the long drop system. NEVER EVER GO BACK! Please AVOID!!! I read reviews after tho, my mistake. If u were reading them before, this wouldn't happen! AVOID!!
