Fantastic experience: I've been attending this dentist over a year now and need to go every 3 months due to perionditis issues. My dentist Emily is very thorough, courteous and caring. It's easy to communicate with her about the issues (not always my past experience with other dentists) - I usually have several questions! Stacy the hygienist is also very nice, thorough and caring. I feel happy to attend this clinic. The environment is also pleasant enough and the receptionists always very helpful, communicative and accommodating with appointment changes/ arrangements if necessary.

Positive experience: My dentist is one I've seen a few times before and they are very professional. They actually asked me what I wanted out of the session, which was very helpful. For example, I said I didn't want fillings done and why, just a check for any decay etc as it is a long time since I attended the surgery. This was respected. They did two Xrays to check for decay which I found impressive for a routine checkup. However, I can’t give 5 stars as I had to ask for the chair to be raised to a suitable height for me to initially get onto it as I am elderly with moderate mobility problems, particularly getting down onto low seating. But in general this is an excellent dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Currently I am not registered with a dentist but my children at patient's here, I called and asked about an emergency appointment for a cracked tooth which a filling had then fallen out of and was given an appointment within 2 days for a dentist that specifically sees non registered people. Such a lovely environment and put me at ease (I am very afraid of dentists) didn't make me feel bad about my teeth just fixed me up. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I was scared ,I was having a filling but also an extraction. Alistair and his dental nurse soon put me at ease,communicated all the way through the procedure. Although it was a difficult extraction it was done without pain and very little discomfort and the experience was so much better than the dentists I had previously been seen by and that had made me afraid. I have another extraction to go and I'm not worried at all. What a wonderful team,thank you !

Fantastic experience: It might seem odd, but I really enjoy going to the Hurlfield Dentist. They are very prompt at keeping to appointment times, and they never hurry to deal with you in a completely professional and caring way once you're in the chair. As to treatment, they are extremely good at explaining the options. The receptionists too are always polite and helpful. I can't wait to go back!

Fantastic experience: I attended Hurlfield Dental Practice on Monday 24th February and was suddenly taken ill, which resulted in my procedure being postponed. The Hurlfield Team, my Dentist, Alastair Clarke, his dental nurse Jody, all reacted with compassion, kindness care and efficiency that went way above and beyond. A truly inspirational team. Alastair even called me this morning to find out how I was and to suggest a re-appointment date. I recommend Hurlfield Dental Practice without hesitation.

It's a great practice. Due to periodontal problems, I see both the dentist and hygienist every 3 months (and sometimes more when I'm having problems); they're both great.

Fantastic experience: Hello, I attended an appointment this morning..I arrived early as I wanted to clarify new details and join the dental care plan.. and a emergency appointment for damaged tooth.. I received a friendly welcome and was treated with respect.. I am a nervous person and this was dealt with polightly I was reassured throughout my treatment and wasn't made to feel uncomfortable.. there was additional procedure I wasn't prepared for like an extra x-ray I had to travel to charls Clifford's this was straight forward I was straight in and out in around 10 mins.. results will be sent back to the dentist I saw on 7 days.. my tooth as also seemed to have calmed down.. and I have been doing my TMJ exercises as advised. Thank you for a friendly service..

The treatment was professionally done and has been a total success as there have been no after treatment issues. I have been a patient at Hurlfield Dental practice for well over 20 years and have always had excellent treatment so I strongly recommend Hurlfield Dental practice to my friends, family and anyone new.

Fantastic experience: Appointment on 03/07/2024. The receptionist was very polite & whilst I was there a man was being rather rude, the receotionist dealt with the situation calmly & respectfully. I was seen on time by my Dentist Gemma who is great. Gemma always explains what she is doing and gives excellent oral hygiene advice. I am just so happy to have her as my Dentist after being on the waiting list during Covid. The surgery is also very clean and welcoming.
