Negative experience: Not really happy - been in twice for crown imprints as first time they were damaged in transit. Then been twice for temporary crown fitting - it came out the next day on Both occasions

Fantastic experience: Not been to the dentist and years and Layla made me feel so at ease. This was an emergency appointment, but I will nkw be returning as her regular patient.

I have problem teeth and gums and he has worked with me over the years to constantly find the best way to Manage my ongoing problems . He continues to be my teeth’s guardian Angel !

Fantastic experience: I have been with Iffley Dental practice for around 14 years, and 13 of these years with Alfonso. He is a fantastic dentist, extremely kind and reassuring. It is very clear that he cares a great deal about his clients and their wellbeing and advocates for their needs. I cannot recommend the practice, and in particular Alfonso, enough. I don’t ever leave Google reviews but Alfonso is an amazing dentist and very much deserving of praise.

Fantastic experience: Always a good experience. All staff are friendly and considerate. My dentist, Mr Nagi is great! Have been going to this dentist for over 60years! Travelling a total of 50 miles to keep my appointments! Have been able to get treatment when an emergency appointment is needed.

Fantastic experience: I always have a good experience at Iffley Dental. Every hygienist and dentist I’ve seen here has been amazing, professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Even the receptionists are so lovely and welcoming. I recently had an appointment with Pranvera, and she was absolutely lovely. She made me feel so at ease, explained everything clearly, and gave me really helpful advice. It’s the little things she did ; being reassuring, informative, and kind, that made the whole appointment feel calm and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: My appointment was at 10:25 on 30 June 2025 but I was virtually the only patient and so was out by 10:23. I'd recommend having your appointment earlier in the day (during school hours) to avoid it being busy. Alfonso is very good as he explains everything to you and is friendly.

The reception staff are very friendly and understanding as they always try their best to accommodate appointment needs even at very short notice. The Doctors (especially Dr Alfonso) are very professional and put patient wellbeing first, by providing clear explanations of treatment as well as knowledge advice about how to maintain good dental health.

From the start when my phone call was quickly answered, to be easily allocated a same-day emergency appointment, the friendly welcome when I arrived and the professionalism of my dentist. She was thorough and explained everything so clearly. I required a tooth extraction (which is awful at the best of times), but she was gentle and always ensured I was not experiencing pain. I had been very unwell with a dental infection beforehand, but then recovered within 12 hours of her treatment. Hugest thanks to the entire team!

Positive experience: Appointment started ~ 8 minutes late. Dentist apologised. I received excellent care and advice, as always and dentist provided me with 2 interdental brushes with advice on colours. I have been with this practice for over 40 years and they are excellent.

I have had different dentists throughout the years, but have always felt that I was in safe hands. They never do work that doesn't need doing, with an emphasis on prevention, as well as treatment.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful receptionists, generally don’t need to wait for long before I’m seen. Communication is very good. I’ve been at the practice for over 13years and all the dentists I’ve seen have been very good.

Positive experience: The dental appointment was running about 15-20 minutes late. That I accept as normal, same as going to Doctors surgery. This is the second time on the trot that the appointment has run late. The appointment went well and I am happy with the experience. When I paid, the receptionist said they would send me a receipt for the cost of the treatment by email as I can claim it back. That receipt has not arrived yet, a bit disappointed with that.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dental practice for more than 40 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff are friendly and efficient; the premises are clean, modern and comfortable, and Robin Nagi is supreme amongst dentists.

Fantastic experience: We've had the same dentist for over 10 years, great with children, clearly explains everything and all your options. Always able to get a convenient appointment and they keep in touch with handy reminders closer to the date. Would definitely recommend.

Positive experience: I've been going to this practice, for years. From booking the appointment, to the receptionists, to the dental nurse and the dentist, they are all polite and courtious. A very good dental surgery. It's not a big practice, so the only problem is, the lack of parking, their are some but it's first come fist served, on the premises, then the actual road is used. I think there are two discibility spaces, on a slope, that lead to the door, it's awkward getting through the door for wheelchairs and small mobility scooters.

Positive experience: Great staff, very worn down reception room, I've seen better reception/waiting rooms in the armpit of London than this place. Honestly it is very off putting, tie that in with only 3 parking spaces it's a bit of a joke.

Positive experience: Mostly really positive about this practice, hasn’t ever taken too too long to get an appointment. Docs and staff have been helpful, understanding, pragmatic and reasonable for the most part. It’s a clean, modern and convenient practice, with ample parking and a pharmacist on-site. I had one negative experience with a doc imposing his will more than acting collaboratively but even he was really good when I saw him for a different issue.

Positive experience: Had a normal dental checkup appt with Dr Layla Salama. Her exam was quick, efficient and thorough. She was very kind and friendly. And like other dentists in the past, she noticed plaque on the rear of some of my teeth that had existed there for some years, but unlike those dentists in the past she asked if I would like her to clean them. It took only about 5 minutes to do. I was very impressed and grateful that a dentist finally took the time and effort to not only inform me but also to do something about it. I wish other dentists would take the lesson. Thank you Dr Layla! I gave only 4 stars because again the practice raised prices by a significant margin.

Fantastic experience: Joined as an NHS patient after a stretch of not finding anything, so needed a good clean. Hygienist is private, so cost three times more than the fillings I got, but I’m sure there’s more expensive - them and the dentist are fantastic; had check-up and work done in the space of a month. Very friendly staff also, with good advice and explanations.

But what truly stood out was Dr. Alfonso Perez Pardon. Without a doubt, he is the best dentist I’ve ever had in my life. His personality is fascinating, and he brings a unique, compassionate approach to his work that immediately made me feel comfortable. I’ve always been fearful of dentists, but with Dr. Perez Pardon, all those fears vanished. He is a true maestro of dentistry, combining skill, care, and a personal touch that sets him apart. I couldn’t recommend this practice more!

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with my Dentist at Iffley dental practice, although I have to wait a couple of weeks to get an appointment which is much better than a lot of practices, I’ve found the Reception staff to be efficient & friendly. My dentist Thomas Bray has been very helpful after I had a broken denture it was sent off to be fixed & returned very quickly, I find him to be very confirmative explaining everything very clearly, calm & friendly just as you want your dentist to be when your a little apprehensive Many thanks One happy patient

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Visveswaran since last summer. I needed substantial medical assistance at the time, as several of my teeth needed fillings. I was nervous before my visit. But when I met Dr Visveswaran I was made to feel very comfortable -he was extremely patient and made an extra effort to clearly explain all the steps that would be required in my treatment, providing me with different treatment plans to suit my needs. His kindness and expertise was evident and appreciated!

Negative experience: Absolutely dreadful. The dentist was abrupt and clearly not interested in customer care. I had two extractions and a filling. Even though i was calm after an incident occured following the extraction, the dentist had no sympathy and started a blame game. I am pleased that she is leaving her post next month.

Positive experience: The physical clinic needs improved management, as some issues have remained unresolved for quite some time without anyone addressing them.
