Fantastic experience: Went in for an emergency appointment on the same day. The dentist explained all of my options with pricing included. Very transparent with options. Very thorough and considerate to me as a patient and very effective at performing an extraction. Did not feel uncomfortable during the procedure and Dr Sheikh was very considerate of my anxiety.

Fantastic experience: What started as a one-off emergency appointment in 2022 turned into a long-term, trustworthy relationship with Pearl Dental Clinic. I’ve since had the most extensive and successful dental work of my life all handled with care, honesty, and professionalism. After being unable to return to Russia for affordable treatment, I searched around Chelsea and Fulham, but the clinics I visited quoted very high prices and pushed unnecessary procedures. Then I found Pearl Dental clinic on google search and met Dr. Wasi, who saw me the same day for just £55. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered a fair price with no pressure. The treatment was excellent, and I ended up coming back for more. Since then, I’ve done major work at the clinic, including a bridge with Dr. Wasi and implant and bone grafting with Dr. Shah, both of whom I fully trust. Even now, living near London Bridge, I continue to make the trip back to Pearl Dental. Recently, a local dentist quoted me £5,000 for root canals and crown treatments that just didn’t feel right. I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Wasi, who examined the tooth and confirmed it was actually healthy. All it needed was a crown and some minor work, totalling just £1,000. His honesty and clarity made all the difference. I genuinely can’t recommend Pearl Dental Clinic enough—skilled, ethical, and truly patient-focused.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my Invisalign treatment at the pearl dental clinic and the experience exceeded my expectations. The receptionists are very friendly and supportive. Booking or rearranging appointments were always quick and easy. My doctor for my Invisalign treatment was Dr Ehsan J Esfahani and he did an amazing job from the start to finish. His work ethic is very professional and he’s a perfectionist which I appreciated and valued as I really wanted the perfect straight teeth and smile which I got!! His feedback was always honest and he always gave me enough advice to take away during the treatment. As I had to drive 45 mins to an hour for my visits, Dr Ehsan made sure I only visited when necessary so the whole process was very convenient for me. During my visit, I also saw Dr Wasi Haider for my wisdom tooth extraction and he also did a really good job - made it look very easy and I didn’t experience much pain after too. Overall the pearl dental clinic has high standards. Worth the travel and every penny. See you guys soon! :)

Fantastic experience: I was introduced to this dental clinic by a friend and a colleague in 2020. To be honest my first appointment didn’t go so well and I understand it was an extremely difficult time due to the pandemic. However I have been going there since and more regularly recently. The whole team are exceptional. From the reception team, manager Taha, dentists, Dr Mohsen,Dr Ehsan, Dr Sunam, Dr Malik. They are all professional, caring and accommodative. A truly exceptional dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic. Booked same day appointment after an impacted wisdom tooth was causing me pain. Dr Wasi explained why I needed it removed and did a pain free extraction on the same day - so quick and painless. This was over a week ago and the recovery has been a dream - no swelling or bruising at all.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with the service I received at Pearl Dental. I booked a same-day appointment to resolve some concerns (literally within 3 hours) and it was fairly priced given the short notice. The receptionist Anne was very friendly and welcoming. I was seen by Dr Muhammad Ali and he was calm, professional, and gave me good advice. He was also very transparent about the cost of additional services I might need, which I appreciated. Negative experience: Booked an emergency appointment as my wisdom tooth was infected. Was booked in to see Dr. Wasi Haider. The consultation was only 5 mins where the Dr looked inside my mouth for less than 1 min. Looked at my x-ray and was like we need to extract your wisdom teeth straight away. Did not explain anything or give any sympathy. Started going through the cost. Was not happy to do the extraction while having an active infection, so asked for antibiotics. Dosing on antibiotics was wrong. Did not give any oral advise or what painkiller to take, to help me treat my current infection. Not happy with the service I had today.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ehsan Esfahani is genuinely one of the best dentists I’ve been to. He’s so patient and really takes the time to explain everything, which makes such a difference if you’re a bit nervous. I’ve had hygienist appointments elsewhere that were quite painful, but here I had Guided Biofilm Therapy and didn’t feel a thing, it was a completely different experience! He always answers all your questions and never makes you feel rushed. I actually feel much more relaxed about going to the dentist now, all thanks to him.

Fantastic experience: Mohsen Esfahani is an extremely knowledgeable dentist specialising in endodentistry. He has a very gentle manner, his examination was thorough and he diagnosed three that I have although I went for a second opinion for one problem! The surgery is very well maintained and clean. They have a wide range of antibiotics so that if you have a prescription you start straightaway. Nespresso coffee and fresh water fountain is available for clients/patients. I was very impressed. They have all the modern equipment for c-rays and imaging… Impressive family-run business.

Fantastic experience: I visited last night for an extraction on an infected tooth. Dr Ismail is easily the best dentist I have ever seen. It was a complicated extraction but his bedside manner was calming and he reassured me throughout. Even for someone with a fear of the dentists, I cannot fault his care.

Fantastic experience: Many thanks to Dr Haider and his assistant for the great job with my wife's tooth extraction, as there was a big inflammation under her tooth root which caused severe swelling and unbearable pain and the antibiotics which other dentist prescribed her did not make any affect and once we realized it is 9pm and 4 days of Easter waiting us with this tremendous tooth pain, we found the only open till 10pm clinic and rushed there. Job done quickly and professionally and finally my wife was able to sleep at night and we could breathe a sigh of relief. Many thanks and highly recommended and I need to say that the secretary of the clinic is a very nice, polite and caring person as well as the doctor and his assistant.

He is incredibly detailed in his work, always taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. One of the things I appreciate most is that he never recommends unnecessary procedures—only what’s truly needed. Dr Esfahani always takes his time, ensuring that I feel comfortable and well cared for. I had a root canal done over five years ago, and I haven’t had a single issue since—a true testament to his skill and precision.

I was in Excruciating pain for weeks and was being misled by dentists all over London looking to extort me for money by telling me my infected & impacted wisdom tooth was potentially going to cost me £800+ Same day I called Pearl Dental Clinic and got seen after work at 8pm. Dr Wasi Haider I was told is the expert at Wisdom teeth removal and when I arrived I thought it would be a consultation until he said he could remove it there and then all together for £300. I am so scared of the dentist but after some convincing and numbing injections he took the tooth out in 15 seconds… I couldn’t believe how pain free and quick it was! I can’t thank Dr Haider and Pearl dental clinic enough for their service, I will be returning for further work!

Fantastic experience: Was in a huge amount of pain due to a wisdom tooth having an abscess underneath. Called the practice and was given an appointment immediately. On arrival the reception staff were lovely, I was walked through the expense and everything by the dentist before he started. Tooth was extracted painlessly and I was sent home. I have been to this dentist multiple times for emergency treatment and they have always treated me straight away and been very patient with me considering I am a very nervous patient! I had a tooth extraction last night after months of pain and Muhammad was great as always - a fast and professional service

Negative experience: Although the work was done quickly and with little pain, I felt throughout I was rushed to decide which option (root canal or extraction) - finally because Mr Ali kept trying to veer me towards extraction which I really didn't want I agreed but regret now, and having read other similar reviews on him doing this, maybe because he was in a hurry to go somewhere? Then i felt i was bundled out with no concern about my ongoing welfare, just to pay the bill. In fact i found him very unapproachable sadly. Who knows but overall the whole experience has left me with a bad taste (excuse the pun) and I will be going to another dentist for the ongoing help I will need now :(

Positive experience: My root canal treatment was very painful indeed in parts and the temporary tooth fitted fell out after 24 hours. So not great.

Fantastic experience: Hugely impressed by the service and work done by Dr Mohsen, for an urgent root canal. I arrived with throbbing tooth ache, he is so calm and reassuring. I did not feel any of the injections for numbing he uses the very latest technology to ensure you can't feel it. The procedure was extremely thorough and after the first two hour initial procedure I had zero pain afterwards. I returned 10 days later for the final 2 hour procedure and again found the experience not in any way uncomfortable or painful. He took numerous scans, X-rays etc to ensure every canal was thoroughly cleaned, filled etc. I couldn't recommend him enough. Fantastic clinic

I called at 9am and was able to get an appointment at 10.30 They were able to recement my detached crown. The overall service and treatment was very professional and excellent. Negative experience: I was told to book an appointment with the dentist by the hygienist. I booked, I paid, I arrived and the dentist said no need for the appointment. I was told the money I paid would stay on my account as credit for next time. Booked next appointment to find out no money on my account. That’s the easiest money the dentist ever made! The practice manager said he would look into it and call me back. Course he didn’t do this, as why should he care about patients. It’s all about the money. I no longer trust this practice and joined a new dentist were patients matter.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dental clinic - I lost my denture for my front tooth and called up was seen within an hour and called back to get the new denture 4 hours later on a Friday - the receptionists are so lovely and helpful and Dr Mohammad and his assistant were brilliant as I had a wedding on the Saturday - they have also helped me in the past with emergency dental treatment - highly recommended !!

Fantastic experience: I felt that I had an infection in a recent dental implant and as I am on strong medication for a health issue it was important that I saw a dentist and got antibiotics asap. However it was Friday evening and my dentist was closed. Felt lucky when I found Pearl dentist and managed to get an emergency appointment at 9.15 at night! Only cost £49 for the consultation and £20 for the antibiotics. I strongly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Wow, I can’t recommend Dr Syed Wasi Haider ENOUGH! I had an injury last year where I had trauma to one of my front teeth and this resulted in it chipping severely. Fast forward, 1 year post injury I was in extreme PAIN for about a week and I thought it was a wisdom tooth growing in. I went to my local dentist and my dentist agreed that I was teething, prescribed me antibiotics and sent me home. However, when I got back home the pain worsened even more and so I knew that I needed to go elsewhere. I then found this clinic online and booked an emergency appointment for the next day. The service was so so quick and I had x rays done and the issue was that I needed a root canal in the tooth that I chipped and THAT was what was causing me pain, not my wisdom tooth. Once these x rays were done, I knew that I needed a root canal done but was calling up my local dentist to compare prices. I woke up the next day with EXTREME swelling as in my whole left side of my face was massive. I didn’t look like myself. I then booked an emergency root canal for the next day. The infection in my tooth had spread to my face and almost went to my eye (I even went to the hospital because the swelling was so severe). I visited the clinic for 4 days in a row JUST to drain the infection (and I wasn’t charged for this). This goes to show how above and beyond Dr Syed Wasi Haider goes for his patients. I’m so much better now and my face is back to normal! I have been in the worst pain of my life in these last two weeks, however this clinic definitely made my life so much better. I was able to get appointments so quickly and was able to treat and save my tooth! My tooth looks completely normal and will not become discoloured as it was treated so quickly! I 10000% recommend this place and I can’t not recommend it enough! All of the staff are so kind and clean hearted and I enjoyed coming in (this clinic is an hour drive from me but I was happy to commute)! Dr Syed Wasi Haider really cared for me and was evident in the way that he treated me. I can’t thank him enough honestly! Thank you guys so much❤️

The sedationist Munir was so lovely and reassuring throughout the whole process, and had a great dentist too. Highly recommend this dentist very professional and understanding.

Positive experience: I went for a hygiene visit with Dr Ehsan J Esfahani. I can’t help feeling the treatment was mis -sold as a pleasant spa like treatment ! What rubbish ,it was just as unpleasant as regular cleaning . Also the guy , though technically good has zero people skills or personality. I was anxious as I have a fear of dentists /choking and he did nothing to calm me down . His sole advice was ‘don’t think about it ‘. And kept saying , when I said I’d had enough ‘you have nothing to lose ‘! If you are a hard-core person you’ll be fine as technically he did a good job , but if you are like me and need someone who is warm and kind and bothered about what experience you have , then I’d avoid this guy as he has the people skills and personality of a rice pudding ! I guess he can’t help that but if you are in a public-facing job where you are working on people in a personal way , you need to develop those skills .

Fantastic experience: I was seen by Dr Ismail Sheikh, an incredible dentist. I had to have a fractured tooth extracted and I did not feel a thing. It's never great news to learn you're losing a tooth but the experience was made as smooth as possible. The whole team are great, from reception to the assistants. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience from the start, with booking my first appointment, that too on the same day, at a convenient time and at a comparatively fair rate. Not once but on three occasions. Their extended opening times at no additional cost are very convenient. I had a nice welcome at reception when I arrived, the two lovely ladies, Anne and the other lady whose name I did not catch. The extraction procedure carried out by the proficient and kind Dr Syed Wasi Haider was efficient, effective and swift. I have since seen him again and can not commend him enough. The recovery was good too and I was surprisingly at work the next day looking as good as normal. A thank you to the Team @Pearl, particularly Dr Syed Wasi Haider for making my experience safe, caring, effective and memorable in a good way. I would recommend them without hesitation. Fantastic experience: Went with a really bad tooth infection. Wasn't able to get a same day appt with my.own dentist. Pearl.dental were able to see me and treat me within 2 hrs of booking the appt. Fantastic service

Fantastic experience: I visited the practise as an emergency patient in a lot of pain. I am very frightened of going to the dentist however I needn't have worried because the team at Pearl were amazing. I returned to have a tooth extracted. I had sedation which initially I was worried about. Dr.Munir was very reassuring and talked me through the whole process. I would highly recommend any nervous patient to consider sedation. The whole team were professional and patient with me. I am neurodivergent and felt respected and considered.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Francesca to anyone in need of orthodontic treatment. Not only did she do an excellent job with my son's orthodontics, but she also identified an issue with his tongue structure that we hadn't noticed. Thanks to her diagnosis, we were able to address it permanently through speech therapy. We were so impressed with her care and expertise that we've now brought our daughter to her as well.

Fantastic experience: Visit the clinic due shooting pain at first planing root canal treatment but because it was to closed to the root been told have to extract. I feel in good hands as their have to Dentist Dr treating as they always confirm before making decisions

Negative experience: Very bad experience with Dr. Ali at the clinic. Showed complete lack of bedside manner, making me feel violated in my time of pain and need. No proper explanation of process, rough handling on the treatment and incredibly painful procedure because he could not be bothered waiting for pain medication to take affect after injection. He also did not explain anything post care and just said 'we are done. You can go'. All for £400 for tooth extraction that took 3 minutes to do plus 1 minute post injection.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. From the staff to the equipment, to the cleanliness - it’s all first class. I had to have a back tooth removed after it became infected and proved very painful. Another dentist was unable to remove the tooth due to the complexity, but Dr Mohammed Ali was able to remove the tooth expertly, leading to a great result. I was also able to get an appointment super fast, unlike other clinics who weren’t able to see me for weeks (here I was seen the next day). To Dr Ali, the nurse and all the staff at the practice (especially Anne on reception who was a great support) … thank you!! Another special thanks goes to Dr Ravalia the sedationist, who explained everything clearly to me, and worked his magic so I was unaware of the procedure and felt zero pain. Thanks to all!

Fantastic experience: I had terrible pain and booked an emergency appointment on a Saturday. I have always felt nervous and afraid about the level of discomfort that I may feel when visiting the dentist. Well I needn’t have worried as I felt relaxed and in control the whole time right from the wonderfully friendly receptionist (Ann) through to the dentist himself (Dr Ismail Sheikh)and the nurse assisting. I felt the tiniest scratch from the needle whilst being numbed and no discomfort as my tooth was removed.What an amazing experience!! Thoroughly recommend a visit especially if you are a nervous patient as I feel that this practice will help you feel as relaxed as possible.

Positive experience: Lovely staff, best dental experience I have had. However a tad expensive for all aspects of care than what I have previously paid. No discounts offered but do off repayment.

Fantastic experience: After waiting for my regular dentist to process a supposed 'emergency' referral for over two months I decided to bite the bullet and come here privately to have a tooth extracted. I was told initially it was a surgical procedure, however the very experienced dentist managed to get it out without going a surgical route, and gave me a discount as he didn't need to use certain tools. 10/10 for transparency and integrity. Really appreciate that. I am SO thankful to the team here as they've ended the agony I've been in for months! Whilst I hope I don't have to see them any time soon I absolutely wouldn't hesitate to visit again. Thank you!!!! Lifesavers x

Fantastic experience: I had emergency dental work done earlier in the year. I was pleased enough to go back to Pearl Dental Clinic for a routine procedure. I intend to continue my relationship with Pearl Dental.

Fantastic experience: Very professional. Clean clinic and lovely staff. I called up at 3pm for an emergency appointment as a new patient and I was seen at 6pm. The receptionist Anne was extremely helpful and empathetic Unfortunately my tooth could not be saved (the root was fractured) but this was all clearly explained in detail to me. At 8.30pm my tooth was extracted. I didn’t feel any pain and the procedure was completed quickly and efficiently. Overall an extremely good experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Izmail was super helpful and finished the molar extraction another dentist could not do in a different practice. He is professional and I am happy about the service. Had an appointment the same day I pohoned(at 9pm!) and the receptionist was polite and friendly. Recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Pearl Dental Clinic saw me last Sunday for an emergency tooth that had fallen out. Dr Mohammad Ali could not have been more professional or kinder and sorted it out within minutes. Wonderful! I am considering making this practice my regular one. Lovely reception and everyone positive, helpful and charming. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The clinic has already helped me twice in an emergency. I was easily able to make an emergency appointment with the dentist within 10 min the same day at 20:00. This is the only clinic in the area working until 22:00. It is clean and with highly professional staff. Will definitely recommend it to my friends! I am especially grateful to Dr. Muhammad Ali for his quality work and kindness!

Positive experience: The staff at the reception are very welcoming. Hours are convenient for busy people. The specialist tell you everything you need to know, clear communication. Would definitely recommend Pearl Dental to anyone being held up on the dental referral list.

Fantastic experience: First class service and dental care. I rang the surgery to book a hygienist cleaning and dental check-up and was greeted by the kindest and caring receptionist who booked me in. I was told that the dentist who would be seeing me is meticulous in his work, and this is an understatement. Dr Esfahani and his assistant did the most amazing job with the cleaning, and were exceptionally attentive in the whole process. I was amazed by the results - I’ve got my smile back!
