Fantastic experience: We were lucky to have Dr. Sahar Nasar as our previous dentist, and she has been absolutely incredible. She’s efficient, caring, and really takes the time to listen and explain options rather than rushing into extractions or unnecessary procedures. Her kindness and professionalism make every visit a positive experience, and we’re truly grateful for the care she has given us. Now that she’s moved to Kingston, we’re excited to continue with Triangle as a family and feel confident knowing we’re in such good hands. Thank you, Sahar and team, for all that you do! Fantastic experience: I recently had an appointment with Dr. Saha due to some tooth pain, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. She was extremely professional, caring, friendly, and reassuring throughout the visit. She took the time to take X-rays to properly identify the issue and explained simple, effective solutions to help manage and alleviate the symptoms. What really stood out to me was that there was absolutely no upselling or pressure to purchase expensive products — something that's unfortunately quite common elsewhere. Instead, Dr. Saha focused on what was truly best for me as a patient. She even went above and beyond by giving my teeth a gentle clean to remove some built-up plaque, which I really appreciated. .

Negative experience: From 10 am to 1pm waiting in queue to speak to them. Then at 1pm they cut me off for their 1pm to 2pm break.

Fantastic experience: The appointment was on time, despite being the last appointment of the day. The dentist clearly explained what he would do and what sensations I would experience. The entire procedure was painless, even the numbing injections. I was given printed instructions on aftercare. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: I just had the most lovely lady answer the phone and help me and my little boy to get registered. Her name is gurpreet. She was so efficient and helpful. Bear in mind this was my first interaction with the practice and the staff and I’m over the moon to be a patient at this dentist. And to have such kind lovely welcoming staff . Negative experience: I am very upset with the receptionist I spoke to today. I explained my situation and got treated with the upmost disrespect. I wanted assistance not a person with an attitude over the phone. I will not be getting my service done here. Terrible customer service.

Negative experience: ❌❌AVOID❌❌⛔️⛔️‼️‼️ The worst dentist of my life!!! from receptionists to dentists!!! even for private procedures they do not take responsibility and lie to your face! The manager knows very well how many teeth they have destroyed and for several months I still have not received a form to fill out to make an official complaint. Instead I was threatened with their internal policy! that it also works by email! where I did not write anything bad! my situation is almost identical to the one described here by another lady.

Fantastic experience: The Triangle New Malden is an excellent state of the art dentist practice. Dr Nada was amazing, kind professional dentist. The only issue I have with this practice is that the 3 lovely receptionists don't wear name badges. So one does not know their names or who we're talking to as more than one dealt with my booking. Otherwise, great experience

Im very grateful and finally found a better dentist than anywhere including Switzerland. He was that good.Dr Nathan is the best dentist I've ever had. Negative experience: It’s been very hard to my partner get a booking, she been had difficulty days,… also been notice the nhs users are not getting bookings as normal paid users, what I do believe unfair as all users should be treat equally and get their bookings according they coming Because it’s better not provide nhs just to have they walk in, the point the nhs will get longer time make they suffer
